I like to stay positive! Even though I know it is like a month since I posted the last chapter, I am happy to give you the next one. Please give me the inspiration to write down the final two chapters of this story!

Enosos

It had been too long since I had look upon her innocent features. Such a beauty she had become, a woman.

I stood by her bedside, as she had just slumbered under my influence. It was necessary she slept to gain her strength back after her power demonstration before. I smiled at the recollection, the powers were new to her and yet she had mastered them better then what could have been expected.

There had always been strength in her soul and heart, but there was also a new kind of strength in her.

It was the strength that had come from surviving the life, which that vampire had forced her in to. I felt my body tense as I thought of him. 'Cain', what a despicable being.

'I will punish him beyond repair once he wakens from his ill attempt of a battle. How ignorant he had been, trying to fight me.' I huffed at my own line of thought and sat down on the bedside.

I stroked the fabric of her dress carefully along the line of her body. 'Had I really done what was best, when I made the pact with her mother?'

My gaze stuck on her markings and I frowned feeling anger tightening in my chest.

'If I simply had taken her, she would never had suffered as she did.' I grunted to myself, such thoughts where fruitless.

She was here now. I would rid her of his repulsive markings and I would make her mind, body and soul recognize what faith had already decided. Then once her powers had been fully developed I would chain her powers to my own, so that we would be linked for eternity.

I rose up, turned and headed towards the doors of the balcony and closed them carefully behind me and then jumped down the tower. I spread my wings only in the last moment, to soften my landing. Not that a hard landing would harm me, but I would not want to disturb her rest.

"Daras!" I shouted as I entered the building.

"Yes, my lord." He appeared quickly at my side and showed me respect by bowing down deeply at my feet. I was holding my gaze on him, not allowing him to rise.

"What of the intruder?" I asked him as he continued to bow.

"Cain," he started.

"Your brother," I interrupted him with an irritated remark. Observing him as my jaw clenched further pining him to his place.

"Yes, my lord" he said sounding displeased. "He has been put into spelled chains in the dungeon for now. I suspect it to be your wish to handle him later."

"It is," I answered firmly. "What of the preparations for tonight?" I continued.

"We have what we need for the ritual my lord," he said.

"Good," I said and turned my gaze letting him stand in my presence. "and the celebration?"

"The guests are arriving as we speak and everything has been arranged to your specifications." His answer pleased me. I would have it all perfect for her.

"I do not like the markings he made on her body, but the ritual would have to wait until after the celebration. I know it is to demanding on her to have the ritual beforehand." I frowned thinking of the pain I would have to put her through, but I knew it to be necessary.

"Trust the ritual, my lord." Daras tried to reassure me. "It will work and soon she will be all yours again."

"She already is all mine," I growled back at him in anger making him take a few steps back. "The fact that you did not control that brother of yours, is something you have not yet suffered the consequences for. I trust you would like to keep it that way?"

He fell down to his knees. "Yes, my lord"

I walked past him towards the back rooms of the temple.

"Make sure everything is ready by nightfall!" I said sternly before exiting the grand room.

Alicia

I opened my eyes wide open staring up to a white airy canopy draped over the bed. I felt completely rested and almost questioned why I had been asleep in the first place. The sun was just setting and filling the room with bright red, orange and yellow colors.

As I observed the room I sat up looking down onto my dress, trying to remember all that had happened.

It just to much, I had no idea of what I was feeling or what was going to happen next.

I sat up and got of the bed. I looked around the circular room noticing there was only one door that led into a bathroom. It was beautiful with a bath and more of the soft pink flowers that also had been placed in the bedroom. I turned and to look at myself in the mirror.

I touched my throat appreciating the skin that finally had been freed from the confiding hold of that silver cuff Cain had placed on me.

'I wonder if he is still alive, or if Enosos ended him?'

It stung my heart thinking of him dead, even though I know how badly he had treated me, his blood still dominated my body. So my feelings towards him was confused. I did not want him dead.

When I exited the bathroom a thought hit me. 'Where was the stairs to get down from here?'

There was no stairs in the room or any other door that could lead to them. I opened the balcony doors and excited feeling the wind against my face. But there was no stairs here either.

'He imprisoned me!'

I felt a tug of disappointment in my heart, even though I did not understand it. Then I felt angry.

"Enosos," I spoke the words with venom turning back closing the doors and locking them behind me.

'If he want me here, then I will not leave.'

Right then I heard a faint thud and a faint laughter coming from the other side of the door. I turned around and locked eyes with the god outside.

He was smiling, his eyes almost glowing of intensity. It made my breath hitch before I remembered how upset I was.

"You consider this funny?" I asked him in a sharp tone.

"Will you let me in Alicia?" he asked, diverting my question.

"It is you who should let me out, not the other way around."

His face darkened, and the doors flew open breaking the lock effortlessly. In one step he grabbed my hair and pulled me towards him making me flushed against his chest.

I felt scared not prepared by his reaction. After a couple of seconds his hold on my hair lessened and I was not held as tight as before. His posture relaxed and I felt him kiss the top of my head.

"You are upset because of the lack of exits from this room?!" He asked me seemingly a bit distracted.

"You are keeping me prisoner," I stated.

"I am keeping you safe." He said with intensity. "You can not fathom the fear I hold that something will happen to you."

I said nothing, trying to take into consideration what he had said.

His hands came up to cup my face and tilted my head towards him. I kept my eyes down.

"Look at me," he said.

I looked up into his beautiful eyes, feelings blooming in my chest.

"Happy birthday." He kissed my left cheek carefully and then my right cheek. He then stepped back and lifted my right hand stroking my ring finger. I looked down towards it and a beautiful diamond ring in the shape of drop appeared on my finger.

"It is beautiful," I concluded.

"It is a simple gift, as to celebrate you 18 years of life."

I looked up at him and smiled.

"Thank you," I said shyly.

He took my hand and kissed it pulling slightly.

"Come, there will be a celebration to honor you tonight."

I frowned and pulled to get my hand back. At once I saw him smirk at me again and then he pulled slightly as he turned around and before I knew it we landed on the ground infront of the grand entrance to the temple.

"I love your spirit," he whispered in my ear and then the doors opened infront of us.

He held my arm quite tightly as he brought me into the grand decorated room. Everything looked perfectly, as if had been designed and moderated to the absolute highest of standards.

The room itself was lit up by three grand crystal chandeliers, which sparked as the light from several hundred candles lit them up. Hundreds of people had gathered here. They all looked stunning and they where all gracefully bowing down low in respect of the god. I felt as if he had made me his price and it made me anxious, pulling to get away from him.

His grip showed no mercy and kept me successfully at his side. I heard a faint laugh from him that enhanced my uneasy feeling. "Don't fight me Alicia," he coed me.

We stopped in the middle of the room and it all went quiet. I took a deep breath and tried to sooth myself.

"Ladies and gentlemen, vampires, fea, human, wolf," his voice rang loudly through the hall.

He claimed the attention of everyone in the room with his voice.

"For thousands of years I have waited…" he let go of my arm and led me to stand all alone straight under the center chandelier.

"Waited for the human girl that was meant to be mine," He circled me slowly looking intently at my reaction. My eyes followed his movements as if carefully considering the next move of this predator.

"Tonight we celebrate her 18 years of existence and the beginning of her time by my side." It was clear triumph and pride in his voice. His eyes glowed, as he looked straight into my eyes.

"Bow down to my future companion, Alicia" He walked over and stood right behind me as everyone in the room dropped down on their knees.

There must have been over 500 hundred creatures in the room. The tension was incredibly and almost made me choke. Enosos behind me did not help. It felt as if time had stopped and I could not decide for how long it had been until all eventually arise again.

"I know you have questions and they all will be answered," he whispered into my ear. "But now we dance."

Waltz Music filled the room and suddenly all around us there was creatures dancing.

"I don't feel like dancing," I protested.

"That is exactly why we are to dance." He spoke seductively with a smirk evident on his gorgeous face.

He pulled me close with his right hand possessively on my hip and the other securing my hand. I reluctantly placed my left hand on his shoulder looking over it to all the creatures around us, giving me appreciative and curious looks.

He guided me effortless in the dance, being secure with every step making sure I followed him every step and turn he made.

In that moment I felt how he took care of me, making sure I was comfortable. And with our bodies so closed together there was a mix of fear and lust spreading inside of me.

'This is the god Enosos, in which embrace I am. He could break me at any time, make my life miserable if he desired it, but he could also lay the world at my feet. '

"I will lay down more then just the world at your feet Alicia," he whispered in my ear. "All is yours as you are mine."

"How did you just hear what I was thinking?" I asked stunned that he had just answered my thoughts.

"I am a god Alicia, you need to get used to my powers." He smirked at me.

"What about my freedom? Or will you keep me locked up as a valued price?" I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Patience Alicia," he coed me and then spun me around swiftly in the grand hall.
