The Daleks were swarming across the Stargate Network like a plague.

The only advantage was the Daleks were still hunting for Rocket Fuel to refuel themselves.

The Daleks jumped through time Collecting Rocket Fuel and doing Fleet Maintenance.

The Vorlons watched the Daleks knowing that the best way to stall them was to get the Goa'uld Survivors ready to fight against them.

Chasing the Goa'uld System Lords into hiding was finally backfiring on the Vorlons because the Daleks were back.

The obvious solution was to attack the Daleks and then allow the Vorlon Empire to fight them forever.

The Vorlons instantly decided against attacking the Daleks while they were stranded inside Outer Space trying to refuel themselves.

The Daleks were distracted with their Rocket Fuel Shortage Problems, the Vorlons wanted to keep the Daleks disorganized.

The Daleks had been instantly attracted towards the Abandoned Goa'uld Technology inside the Stargate Network.

The problem was the Daleks needed resources to rebuild themselves. The Goa'uld Technology would need to be redesigned towards the Dalek Objectives. Reshaping Goa'uld Technology would take time away from the Dalek Fleet Repairs.

It would also slow down the Counter-Attack against the Primitive Humans trying to stop the Daleks from expanding across the Stargate Network.

The Asgard High Council debated what to do about the Daleks.

"The Time Lords lost, we can't fight the Daleks across eternity!" The Asgard High Council argued among themselves.

"The Daleks have already started attacking the Stargate Network for resources, we must stop them now!" Another member of the Asgard High Council protested.

"The Daleks were scattered across several dimensions during the Time War, it would be an endless struggle to stop them from returning again!" Another member of the Asgard High Council yelled back.
