Sorry this took so long I had to work out how I was going to write this. I hope you all enjoy this and I promise to have the next chapter posted as soon as possible.
Jade's POV
I finish packing what I will need for a few days. I know if I forget anything I can just come back and grab it though. I am so happy Tori agreed to stay at her dad's with me, I may come off as a tough bitch but anything happening to Tori really deeply upsets me. I honestly couldn't live without her.
"Babe, do you have everything packed up?" I ask walking into Tori's house and asking her.
"Yeah I think so. I should have some stuff there I kept incase I ever had to stay there and I can just borrow some of Trina's stuff." Tori says biting her lip and looking down at her bags. Though she isn't trying to show it, I know she is really scared of Mikayla too.
"I'm really glad you agreed to stay at your dad's. I don't know what Mikayla is capable of but I don't want you to get hurt. Are you going to tell your dad about the threat she said?" I ask Tori who looks up at me when I start talking. I wrap my arms around her waist and pull her into me.
"I don't know. I don't want anyone getting hurt but maybe I should tell him even if it's nothing. I just hope it was an empty threat and she will leave us alone. I don't want you getting hurt either Jade." Tori pulls back a little so I can look in her eyes. She looks so scared.
"I won't let her hurt either of us. I'll protect us. I packed my air soft gun and I even have some extra scissors packed. Here, you can have this pair, they are one of my favorites." I say giving her a kiss before pulling away to grab a pair of scissors out of my bag for her. I hand them to her and Tori gives me a big smile.
"From any other girl this would be weird and strange but from you this is sweet. I feel safe with you Jade." Tori wraps her arms back around me and we stand just holding each other for a few moments before grabbing her bags and my bags and heading out to the car.
We don't tell our moms why we are going to visit and stay with Tori's dad just that Tori misses him but doesn't want to be away from me so I am going. I really hope she is going to tell her dad why we are staying so he knows what's going on. We take just my car to Mr. Vega's, Tori can use my car if she needs to and I can always borrow Scotty's since he has his there at Mr. Vega's and so does Trina.
I don't know if Scotty told Trina about Mikayla's threat or not, I hope he didn't because she is just going to worry and freak out. I don't think Tori is going to be mad if Scotty told Trina because we both know if we rolled reversed Tori would want to know about Trina and I'd want to know about Scotty.
We pull into the driveway seeing just Scotty's car and Mr. Vega's jeep, guess no one is here yet. I am not sure where Scotty and Trina went after Tori got back to the house from the coffee place but they didn't stay here. I get out of the car grabbing our bags and followed Tori into the house.
"So let's just order some pizza tonight and just relax watching movies?" I ask walking up to Tori and wrapping my arms around her waist.
"Yeah that sounds good." Tori smiles kissing me briefly then walks to the kitchen to grab the pizza menu. Tori orders the pizza while I bring our bags upstairs. When I come back Tori has coffee brewing and the TV on.
"I figured I would make you some coffee. Thanks for staying with me Jade. I really appreciate it." Tori says when I walk over to the couch to sit while the coffee brews.
"Tori stop thanking me, I would have stayed here whether you wanted me to or not, you are stuck with me." I say wrapping my arm around her shoulder as she laid her head on my shoulder. Scotty and Trina come back right before the pizza gets here and joins us watching Tv and eating.
Scotty did end up telling Trina who was actually handling everything well. It was long after we finished eating and were watching our movie that Mr. Vega came in.
"Hey guys. " He greeted us when he walked in.
"Hey dad." Tori said and then looked at me briefly before looking back at her dad. "Um, I need to tell you the real reason I am staying here. I didn't tell mom because I don't want to freak her out but there is this girl Jade and I met at a party and she tried to break us up and anyway this girl said to Jade that I was going to pay and I'm a little scared I mean it probably is an open threat but I couldn't be too sure and we keep seeing her at places and I just didn't want to freak mom out and." Tori starts rambling on getting interrupted by her father.
"Tori. I am glad you told me and came to stay here. It isn't a threat I could use to get this girl in any sort of trouble but you should never think any threat is a little threat. What was this girls name?"
"Mikayla." Mr. Vega turns to look at us with an unreadable expression.
"Okay, just be careful if you go out anywhere. Make sure you go to populated places if you go alone. Remember all the safety things I told you okay?" Mr. Vega says with a smile. Tori nods.
"Don't worry Mr. Vega I won't let Tori go anywhere alone, I will keep her safe." I say looking at him.
"I know you will Jade. " He says patting me on the back before going upstairs to his room to change.
I turned the movie back on that I paused when Mr. Vega came in. I wrap my arm back around Tori pulling her into me as we focused back on the movie. I can't help but wonder what happened that Mikayla is so hell bent on making Tori pay. I figured that Mr. Vega probably arrested Mikayla and that is how she knew Tori's last name but that seems hardly a reason to torture Tori.
We head to bed after the movie finishes saying goodnight to everyone then going up to Tori's old room. I never thought when Tori used to live in this room that I would ever sleep in here with her but here I am and I am so happy about it.
"What are you smiling about?" Tori asks me when she walks back into the room from the bathroom.
"Just thinking about how when you lived here I never thought I would ever be sleeping with you in here." I say with a smirk walking to the bathroom, giving Tori a peck on the cheek before walking in.
"I never thought it would happen either, but I am so thankful you are here." Tori says when I walk back into the room. I crawl into bed next to her and pull her into my arms.
"Get some sleep babe, I love you." I whisper into Tori's ear pulling back to give her a kiss; Tori smiles at me.
"I love you too Jade." Tori says kissing me again. I love making her smile.
Over the next few days we stay at Mr. Vega's house with no issues. We don't see Mikayla at the coffee place or anywhere at all. I am pretty thankful and begin to think it was an empty threat from her and that she maybe went back to Michigan.
We leave school today deciding though we enjoy spending time at her dad's we are heading back to my house and her moms before we are out of laundry. We get back to Mr. Vega's seeing no one else is home. He is working night shift tonight but Scotty and Trina will be home in a little while so we won't be alone for long tonight.
"So should we try to find a party tomorrow night?" Tori asks me jokingly.
"No way. I plan on having a boring Friday night with you." I say looking at her with a smirk. She gives me a fake offended look.
"Are you saying I'm boring?" Tori asks.
"Yeah I mean you can be entertaining sometimes, you know like when we have sex but other than that yeah you are boring." I say with my smirk.
"You are such an ass Jade. Why do I put up with you?" Tori asks me.
"Because you love me, and you will never find someone more awesome than me." I say pulling her into a hug.
"No, maybe it's just because you are good in bed." I throw my head back and laugh before playfully punching her in the shoulder.
"Oh yeah? I'm good in bed huh? Well how about we go take a nice long hot shower together while we have the house to ourselves?" Tori's eye turn darker with lust as I run my hand up between her legs.
"Yeah that sounds good." I walk up towards her room and strip down walking into the bathroom.
Tori's POV
I follow Jade upstairs into my room and watch as she strips. I am about to strip down when I hear a noise downstairs.
"Trina, Scotty, you guys home?" I yell out thinking they must have snuck in without me realizing it. I am about to strip down when I don't hear anything back form them when I hear someone walk into my room.
"Hey I didn't even here you come in, what …" I stop mid sentence when I turn to see who walked into my room. My heart stops. Mikayla is standing in my room with a gun in her hand. "Wh-what the h-hell are y-you doing here?" I stutter out feeling myself shaking. I don't think I have ever been more scared in my life. Please let that be a fake gun.
I hear the shower turn on, as I stand frozen in my spot looking at Mikayla. She has a look of pure rage in her eyes as she is looking at me.
"He is ruining my future. I could have made something of myself but your dad had to go and fuck it all up on me. I wanted to make him suffer but then I heard about his talented daughter who has a shot at her future and I wanted to make her suffer too. You deserve to be hurt and ruined Tori Vega. Little miss perfect. You deserve pain and misery. Do you like my gun? Don't worry it's real." Mikayla continues to look at me. She has a crazed killer look in her eyes. I feel tears burn my eyes as I look at her. Oh my god I am going to die. I didn't get to tell Jade I loved her one more time.
Mikayla raises the gun at me just as Jade opens the bathroom door and walks out in my robe.
"Tori what the hell is taking you." Jade freezes in her spot seeing Mikayla standing there with a gun pointed at me.
"Oh good Tori's little slut girlfriend is here. Jade I am so glad you could join. It's too bad you wouldn't just sleep with me in Michigan now I have to kill your girlfriend. I'm so happy you get to watch." Mikayla looks at her briefly and then back to me. I look over at Jade who has tears rolling down her cheeks and is looking at me. I have never seen her look so fearful.
I mouth 'I love you' to her and she starts crying more and mouths it back. Then shakes her head. Fuck Jade I wish you stayed in the shower to not see this. Maybe Mikayla would have left you alone. I close my eyes as I prepare for her to shoot.
"FBI drop your weapon!" I hear a voice boom in the room. I look up to see where the voice comes from just as a shot rings out almost at the same time of the second one.
Jade's POV
I walk up into the Tori's room with her close behind. I feel her eyes on me as I strip down. I smirk before just walking into the bathroom. I go pee real quick then turn on the shower letting the water heat up a bit. I wait a few minutes and Tori doesn't come in. I grab her robe planning on pulling her in I don't care if Scotty and Trina are here I am all revved up.
"Tori what the hell is taking you." I start saying as I walk out of the bathroom stopping when I see Mikayla pointing a gun at Tori. Holy shit. Holy fucking shit. I don't know what to do or say. I am frozen in my spot. No.
"Oh good Tori's little slut girlfriend is here. Jade I am so glad you could join. It's too bad you wouldn't just sleep with me in Michigan now I have to kill your girlfriend. I'm so happy you get to watch." I feel the tears rolling down my cheeks. Please tell me she is fucking with me. I look over at Tori and see her mouth the words 'I love you' to me and I mouth it back. I feel more tears start flowing. I don't want to see Tori get shot and die I can't live without her.
"FBI drop your weapon!" I hear and whip my head towards the doorway where the agent is holding their gun pointed at Mikayla. I am shocked to see who the agent is and relieved but then the agent pulls their trigger towards Mikayla and I turn to see Mikayla pull her trigger and Tori go down.
