Shizuka got out of the coach instructing Ichiru to take the girl to her dorm room quietly so no one would know, and to keep everyone out of the room. He grumbled as she left on foot to talk to the headmaster he instructed the carriage to continue to the moon dorm. Once they arrived there, he unloaded the carriage once he was sure it was clear he carried the girl in. He laid her on the bed in the room uncertain what else to do before standing guard outside the door for Shizuka to arrive. It was a few hours before she reached the room allowing Ichiru to finally leave and go to his room.
Shizuka went into her room getting a cloth and wetting it before putting it on the girl's head unsure what else to do for her. That was when it came to her more than likely whoever bit her took a little too much, and a little blood would bring her around. She groaned she couldn't move the girl, and the only willing donor she knew of was herself without alerting anyone to the fact that she had the girl. She wanted to know what commitments Kaname had made with her and see if the girl was of any value or not so she could decide her course of action. She decided, for now, it was safest just to let the girl sleep, and hope that she woke up in the morning. It was less risky than trying to carry her to her real body to give her blood. Much to her displeasure, she was going to have to spend the night in her room she decided the least she could do was unpack so that by morning she'd be settled in.
When morning came and the girl still showed no signs of improvement she groaned finally deciding it was safer to call a doctor than risk taking her out now. She picked up the phone dialing the number of a private doctor explaining the situation over the phone. She hung up once he assured her he'd bring the necessary medicine to bring her around. It didn't take long for him to arrive at the moon dorm and her room before knocking. Shizuka answered the door and let the doctor in to work. The doctor wasn't pleased she was worse than he had thought she would be he was glad he had brought the plasma just in case. The doctor poked her arm so that he could give her the blood she needed to come around as well as some liquid medicine.

Yuki woke up feeling refreshed and stepped out into the hallway running into Sayori who asked, "Have you seen Naomi, Yuki I haven't seen her even after you and Zero returned last night. What happened to you?"
Yuki blushed as she remembered Zero biting her saying, "Oh you know clumsy me. I scratched myself last night. As far as Naomi goes, I am sure she just went to class early." Yuki didn't even believe the reply Naomi never went anywhere alone.
Sayori replied, "I hope so Yuki I am a little worried though she likes to walk to class with me in the morning." This was so unlike Naomi they always went together with no matter what.
Yuki and Sayori walked to the classroom together only to find Naomi not there. Yuki went over to Zero saying, "Have you seen Naomi since last night Sayori is worried they always walk to school together every morning."
Zero looked at her cross saying, "I'm not her babysitter how am I supposed to know where she is maybe she wasn't feeling well and is in the nurse's office." He instantly started to feel guilty for a moment about leaving her behind. He'd check the tower after classes were over if she wasn't there she had to be somewhere still alive.
Yuki sat near Sayori saying, "Zero told me she could have gone to the nurse we will check later don't worry I am sure she's fine."
Sayori nodded, but she had a sinking feeling that Naomi was in big trouble. She earnestly hoped that she was wrong and that she was ok perhaps now Naomi would listen to her and quit being a perfect.

It took hours of work but eventually the unknown girl was out of the woods, and coming around. The doctor smiled at her saying, "Ah nice to finally see your awake you were starting to worry me, my dear."
He started removing everything he had used packing up his medical bag. He turned to the other woman in the room handing her a bill before leaving. The other woman came over to the girl not wanting to frighten her just yet anyway said, "I am Maria Kurenai, I found you in the village on my way into the Academy and brought you here. It's a good thing I found you if I hadn't who knows what would have become of you."
Naomi blinked her eyes a few times processing what the woman had said to her. She knew that if she had been in the village, she had to be a vampire which meant she was in the moon dorm. She finally replied, "I am Naomi I thank you for your kindness."
Maria smiled saying, "No reason to thank me my only question is why the vampire that gave you that necklace didn't come rescue you?" She looked at Naomi hoping the girl would slip up and reveal something she shouldn't.
Naomi replied sighing, "They must have been too busy. I think it may be best for me to return the necklace and quit being a perfect I am not interested in dying and my safety had been assured. That was the only reason I agreed to become a perfect in the first place I don't like killing." She knew there was more to it than that, but she wasn't going to share more.
