Chapter 23: Human Experimentation
Luna angrily paces in the room and fumes while lashing out at Blissful Onyx. "You really thought he was just a breeding pet! Do you know how hard it is to help him feel welcomed when he is constantly wanted dead or sold or used or whatever in the FUCK some of these sick bastards think!?" Onyx flinches as Luna gets up close to her. "Speak right now or I swear to my sister I will send you to the dungeon!" She flinches and whines as tears fill her eyes while thinking of what to say. "B-But Princess Luna... I-I thought that's what human's were used for in the legends! Used to make the strongest of ponies!" Luna's horseshoed hoof strikes her down before pressing hard on her chest. "You've made a creature that has a high chance of committing suicide because of depression even more depressed! Have you no shame!?" The entire rant is being heard in the royal canterlot voice, shaking the foundation of the castle.
Onyx shivers and begs sorrowfully for forgiveness, wanting to stay alive. Luna does a low growl before taking her hoof off of the young guard and turning around. "It is true that humans can breed incredibly strong creatures because of natural intellect and strength, but I will not have Justis, MY DEAR FRIEND, FUCKED WITH LIKE THIS!" Onyx cowers nervously as she cries. "I-I'm sorry P-Princess L-Luna..." She sobs as Luna paces quickly. "I better get the guard to look for him..." Luna gives her a deadly glare and growls into her ear. "I swear to my sister, you better apologize to Justis when I find him!" She nods obediently before standing up, wiping a bit of crimson from her split lip. Luna quickly runs up, down, and around the entire castle, finding hide nor hair of the elements of harmony's bodyguard.
Luna stops in the throne room, hoping that he is here, in the only place she hasn't looked in the entirety of the castle. She enters to see Princess Celestia softly eating a piece of strawberry and vanilla cake. "S-Sister have you seen Justis?!" Tia blinks curiously and cocks her head. "Oh? No I have not seen him Luna, what is going on?" Luna whines and paces quickly around the room, cursing and begging, very much afraid for him. Celestia runs over to her sister and stops her, making her stare into her eyes. "Look, calm down, what happened?" Luna starts to bawl as she holds onto her dear sister and tells her everything that happened.
Celestia listens to the entire affair, her face growing dark and grim as Luna can only sob into her sisters fur. Tia holds her sister tighter, unsure of how to cheer the poor damsel. A guard runs in and bows as the sisters glare at him, not appreciating the intrusion. The guard takes off his helmet to show blood red hair with green eyes. "Princess Luna! A message from Prince Iron Tail of Exion!" Luna stares at him and grunts. "W-What is it Sir Viant?" Viant shifts and sighs before staring her right in the eyes. "He demands you hand over the human Justis Frisbie, to be experimented on and executed for being an abomination." Luna's eyes widen in shock then quickly narrow in rage.
(Justis P.O.V.)
I stand inside the forest clearing, staring at the very familiar den that I had run to once before. My legs carry me quietly towards he entrance as a familiar roar echoes within the confines of the large cavern. A large lions head appears in the distance before roaring and charging towards me. I dig my feet into the ground and put my arms out wide as the male cub runs to me. Picking up the familiar Manticore. His scorpion tail happily wags and he flaps his wings as I gently pet his head. "It is good to see you too champ." I smile and gently set him down as it bites the leg of my pants gently and guides me into the cave. My eyes soon adjust to the dark, allowing me to see the large nest of Manticores. A few cubs happily chase each other and play before noticing me and cocking their heads.
A few of the adults make soft roars of greeting towards me as the mother Manticore sees me. She growls happily and runs over, tackling me to the ground and licking my face, making me laugh and rub her large head lovingly. I kiss her forehead as she curls up, keeping her head on my chest as she happily purrs. Her young cub curls up beside me to as I sigh and start to think of what to do. They soon get up and walk around the cavern, examining their home, possibly wondering where I should sleep.
(Back at the castle)
Luna growls at Viant. "I will not give up my friend to anypony, especially him!" Viant flinches and looks down nervously, unsure of how to tell her the rest. A loud bang is heard on the door before it is pushed open by none other than Prince Iron Tail. He smiles darkly and steps foreword, a large army of dragons and ponies, all wearing armor. Luna freezes and stares at the enemy force before her. Prince Iron Tail bows happily to them. "Now, I believe you have something very useful to me, yes? A certain human?" Celestia keeps her composer as she nods. "I am afraid he left without telling us where he is going... Why is it you want him?" His smile widens with an evil hint to it.
"He is to be executed for crimes against nature but not before I experiment on him! Maybe I will start by seeing how he fares with having his vocal cords removed." Luna growls loudly at him as Celestia stops her and stares at him, holding back her rage. "What if we do not give him to you?" He shrugs softly then makes a throat cutting motion before throwing his head back in wicked laughter. Celestia and Luna look at each other, completely befuddled on what to do. He steps closer, smiling crazily as he stands before the two Princesses. "So, what will it be?" Celestia lowers her head while thinking as Luna tears up. "You may do experiments, but will you not kill him?" Prince Iron Tail pauses and thinks hard before sighing and nodding. Luna stares at her sister in shock as Iron Tail chirps again.
"I will give him back after he is of no use to me, understood?" She nods as Luna bawls. "B-But dear sister.." Celestia shushes her and tells her it's for the best. She steps foreword, towards a special device that shoes a telepathic broadcast to the entire kingdom. "Hello my loyal subjects. Today is a dark day for Equestria, we must capture the fugitive human Justis Frisbie, we need to hand him over to our close friend for scientific testing, Justis, if you hear this come back to the castle.." Luna sobs as the elemonts storm inside, completely angry and confused.
(Justis P.O.V.)
My mind fills with the voice of Celestia as she says her order to the entire kingdom. Tears brim in my eyes as I nod, she adds at the end that there is a eight hundred thousand bits, making my heart collapse on itself. I focus my magic and teleport to the roof of the castle to see the army of thousands in front of the castle, ready to attack. My heart drops lower as I nod, jumping down from the roof, using my magic to make my body incredibly strong so that the landing does not hurt at all. The army stares at me as I enter the castle and step before the Princesses and the strange Prince.
"Ah... Hello Justis, you have come to turn yourself in...?" I nod softly and walk foreword. "I want the reward money to go to the elements of harmony..." She nods as Luna sobs and looks down. The mane six go to protect me, only for me to pick them up with magic. "It's ok girls, I understand what has to be done..." They whine as I step to the Prince, making him smile evilly before hitting me hard in the jaw. I do not budge as he nods before tying me up and nodding to the Princesses. "Now, I will take my test subject, do not worry, he will be brought back alive..." In a bright flash of light, I am out of the castle and inside a black room, with a single white light swinging over an operation table. He large hoof kicks me towards it before smashing my face against the metal, stunning me.
He fastens me down and laughs evilly while grabbing a scalpel. Standing over me he slaps me then stabs the surgical tool into my chest, making me flinch and cry out in pain. In a flash the scalpel glides down to my belly button before he happily cuts the tops and bottoms of the first incision. I start to cry in pain, knowing I can't do anything or else it will threaten all of loved ones back in Equestria. He happily laughs and yanks the skin back, making me howl in pain and beg for him to stop. I watch him as he grabs a large device, made of a strange metal with several wiggling tendrils sprouting out of it. His eyes trail over my exposed wound before he forces it into my chest, allowing it to begin mending with me.
I groan in pain as it drills into my bones and starts to fill them with something strange. Shivering nervously, I watch him grab a syringe full of a strange black tar. He jabs it directly into my jugular, making me yell in pain from the sudden rush of blinding heat surging through me as it is injected in. I scream and begin to foam from the mouth before violently trembling and thrashing in the binds. He grimaces as I feel my vision going dark from pain. I weakly growly at him before everything fades to black.
(Several Hours Later. ? P.O.V.)
My eyes open to reveal a dark room made of stone. I make a gurgling noise as I quickly panic. 'Who... or What am I?' Quickly, I roll over and start to get up, not paying attention to anything but getting up. I look around the room and barely see a light from the hall to my right. My feet carry me to the hallway, allowing me to see a long hall way full of burning torches. I walk down the hall, feeling empty as I notice a reflection up ahead. Stumbling weakly, I go towards the shine of reflection. I stare into the glass to see a large bipedal creature with short charcoal colored hair with black eyes, a blood red goatee and black veins crisscrossing my entire body. My eyes trace my muscular frame as I notice a large scar on my side with a code burned into my chest. It says 'S-8910' making me cock my head at the strange writing.
My nose sniffs the air, picking up the smell of cooked meat, making me wander towards, while a strange voice screams at me, calling me an abomination and a waste. I ignore it, not caring about the voice, just wanting the food that is ahead. Seeing a large double door, I stop and reach for it, trying to push it open. I growl as it wont budge, making me kick it hard, sprawling the doors to the ground. My feet carry me inside as I see a cloaked figure sitting at a table with two plates of blood red meat, making my mouth water. I walk to the table to take the meat as the four legged creature growls at me. "Sit!" It looks up at me, showing a princely face and a horn of a unicorn. He gestures again and I sit down, picking up the meat and tearing a large chunk out of it. The amazing tasting meat sits on my tongue as I chew and stare at him.
"Ok, S-8910, it is time for you to start you training." I cock my head and swallow the large chunk of meat before I try to speak, unsure of how to do so. Moving my lips silently, trying to ask questions the pony raises a hoof. "It is fine S-8910, you will learn soon enough. You see you are a powerful savage, or as most of us say, Human. You have tapped into your magic prowess and were sought out. We saved you." I slowly nod and take another bite of the meat, loving the juice as he uses his magic to cut off small pieces of his and chews them thoughtfully. Blinking I focus, trying to make the meat dice into small pieces, watching closely. It slowly folds in on it's self as tiny pieces.
I happily cheer as he blinks and chuckles before shaking his head. "Nice, you learn quickly by example, we can use you!" He smiles as I eat the tiny the pieces quickly while he stands up and walks out of sight. Suddenly the room is full of light, making me jump and look at the ceiling to see some new light bulbs. He walks to me as I slowly finish my food. "Alright, you can follow me S-8910, it is time for training." I stand and cock my head as he gestures me to follow and I obey, following him into a large courtyard full of many different creatures. A large dragon walks over to me and growls at me, making me blink.
The pony looks at me. "Your goal is to kill him, he is a strong opponent." It's claws swipe at me, brushing my cheek and allowing black tar to seep from my wound. I touch it and slowly growl, the blood going around my hand like a glove. It transforms into a gauntlet with spike knuckles. I swing hard, smashing my fist into it's head, caving it in. The dragon falls limply to the ground as I stare down at it, a hunger I can not place fills me as I crouch down over it. I open my mouth and bite into its arm, tearing a chunk of meat and bone in a single bite.
The pony smiles and pets my head as I chew noisily, not understanding why I am eating its flesh. I swallow it all and stand up, letting its red blood drip from my lips, making me feel more powerful. A loud speaker sounds out with a familiar voice. "Hello S-8910, you are being sent back to Equestria to live and fight for our allies as a loyal servant! You will be called by your old name there, but, you will always be nothing but S-8910." I blink and I stare at my clawed hands, messing with the talons. "Now, S-8910, follow Dead Coras towards the elevator." I look at the pony in the cloak and grab his tail to be led.
He takes me up the elevator and into a room with a chariot drawn by griffins. Dead puts me in and smiles before closing and locking the door. I just sit in the dark, staring at the little slit in the side, watching the scene change from city to country and back to city. The chariot comes to a halt, slamming me against the wall and making me growl. I look at the door as they open the door. Stepping out I stare blankly at the beautiful scene as a pony runs over to greet me but stops suddenly. She looks at me with pure horror as he galaxy based mane flows. "J-Justis.." I cock my head in confusion as she collapses and wails.
