"C-Crystal?"

How did she find me...

"J-Jackson?"

He's...Real...He's not some part of my dream...

I hide behind a wall as I tried to think as Crystal spoke, "Where's Madison? What did you do to her?!"

My eyes widen from her protective tone...she must have saw that I was gone...

"She's in good hands," Sebastian answered, "And who might you both be and how did you know Madison is in here?"

"I saw what happened, You kidnapped her, breaking a door, and killing an innocent person!" She roared.

"Calm now, my lady," Jackson spoke, "We just need to see if she's safe..."

My eyes widen from those words... My lady...

For what I remembered...humans become masters once summoning a demon...she owns her contract! Could it be for finding me?

She doesn't have to...

"Madison, it seems we have company." Sebastian politely spoke, so I peeked out from my hiding spot and walk to them.

I noticed how surprised Crystal is, so she ran over and hugged me tightly, "Madison! I thought I'll never see you again! Don't you dare run away nor forget to call me ever again, you understand that!?"

I never knew how overprotective Crystal has become, almost like a Lioness saving her cub. But I should be happy that Crystal is here and knows that I'm ok...So I hugged back, speaking, "I miss you so much!"

I noticed Jackson walked over to me with the same smile he always have, "Good day to you, Lady Madison...I do believe we met before..."

I look nervous when he was talking to me in person this time, "Y-yeah...I believe so..."

"Madison..." I noticed Sebastian looking a little...dark... "Mind if I speak to you for a moment..."

I gulped and with that, I released from Crystal's arms, speaking, "I'll be right back, Crystal."

I followed Sebastian to a small room, and after he closed the door, he spoke, "Madison...Is there something you're not telling me?..."

I gulped again when I realized about Jackson, "W-well...there's this demon named Jackson Hyde, which is that guy you saw...He somehow visit my dreams and kept telling me some odd things...And...I didn't know how he knows me, nor even find a way to Crystal...and he also told me the time about the reapers were humans until they-..."

I realized with my eyes widen and my mouth covered that I said too much...

I noticed Sebastian's aura grew darker as if I just broke him..."Why would you...?"

"I-I don't know," I squeaked, "I w-was curious and I didn't know something like all of this will happen a-an-and-"

"Silence," He growled, "I will give you and Crystal one hour...but she have to go along with her butler...I'll think of a punishment for you later..."

With that, I watched him walk off, letting me stand here alone with tears coming out of my eyes...I drop to my knees and started crying...

I never felt so scared, so pathetic, so idiotic...

I'm even more scared to know what he'll do to me!

I noticed Crystal walked in and hug me, "Madison, it's...It's alright...It's my fault too...for sending you on such an awkward moment..."

I couldn't tell if that was helping, but I hug her back...

As she helped me up, she spoke, "Well, one hour isn't that bad...Let's go get some ice cream."

With that, she took me to the car, along with Jackson guiding us there.

As soon as we got in, he started driving...

I looked out the window in such a gloomy way...I felt like I realized that this really was all my fault...I was such an idiot from the start...If I didn't enter that parlor, none of it will even happen...

As I saw we drove passed that funeral parlor, I sigh as I think to myself, Better prepare that coffin...

I noticed we drove pass the ice cream parlor and I look at them, "Uh...the Ice cream parlor was back there..."

"We're just going to a better one, don't worry." Jackson replied as he look up the window view.

My suspicion starts to rise as we drove passed one city...then onto a ferry, carrying us to some kind of island all iced with fog...

"Are you sure this is where that parlor is?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"It's a great place to die for!" Crystal smiled.

Just as we got to what it seems like on top of a mountain the car stopped...and they both got out of the car...

I slowly got out of the car to join them as Jackson spoke, "Perfect, that way that wretched birdbrain won't find us!"

Birdbrain?

I walked to them, asking, "G-guys...what's going on here?"

Jackson turned to me with his glowing demon eyes, speaking, "You really are a pathetic little girl..."

With my eyes widen, I saw him, slowly, started to transform as he spoke, "So pathetic...so Scared...so stupid...it amused me...it makes me laugh..."

I gasped as I saw his skin turning into rotten black scales with silver claws...his clothes turned into leather without the shirt...His lips turned dark blue with sharp teeth and a snake-like tongue...He grew demon horns, bat-like wings, and a lizard-like tail...and his hair grew longer and darker...

He continued as his transformation is in process, "I couldn't even believe how foolish you were when we first met...You don't even know who I am..."

As his hideous formation is complete, he yelled with his tongue stuck out, "I am your Assassin! The monster who killed your family in cold blood!"

I gasped and scream and started running away, but I saw Crystal blocked me, looking gloomy.

"C-Crystal! What are you doing," I panicked, "We got to get out of here! He's evil!"

"I know..." Crystal looked at me with such a worried face and her eyes closed, "I'm sorry, Madison...but I will do anything to make all of my dreams come true..."

When she open her eyes...demon eyes glowed in her corneas...

And that's when it hit me...the fate...Betrayed by someone I trust...

And that person is...out of all people...
