Aichi woke up, he went to the shower to take a bath, brushed his teeth and ate breakfast as usual before going to Card Capital.
When he arrived there, he didn't see Misaki and asked Manager about it.
"She's going to be here soon. I just told her to pick up some things." Was the response he got
He saw Kai and gave him the Dragonic Overlord, "The Re-birth" card.
Kai thanked Aichi and Aichi went back to the counter.
Misaki still wasn't there so he took a little nap.
*Aichi's dream*
Aichi opens his eyes and saw that he was in Planet Cray
"Aichi Sendou." A voice called out
Aichi opened his eyes and saw a spirit.
"Please listen to me but first I will answer 2 questions, any question." The spirit said
"I don't really get it but okay. Who are you?" Aichi asked
"I have no name but you can call me however you want." The spirit replied
"Can you describe yourself? You know like who sent you and all." Aichi said
"That's counted as your second question, are you sure?" The spirit asked
"Yes, yes I am." Aichi said
"Okay, who sent me? All the clans that cared for you and are your friends like Gold Paladin, Genesis, and more." The spirit answered Aichi's question
"Why did they send you?" Aichi asked
"Sorry but that counts as a third question but I'll answer it anyways since it's the reason I came here. They sent me to pass a message." The spirit replied
"And what is that message?" Aichi raised his eyebrow as he asked the question
"Wake up from this dream. Everyone is worried about you." The spirit said
"Is there more?" Aichi asked
"Nope, that's all of it." The spirit replied
Aichi's vision starts to get blurry until all he can see is white.
The next second, he was awake and was still in the position he was when he napped.
Then he remembered about the message.
He tried to understand it but didn't so he wrote the message in a piece of paper in case he forgets it.
He saw that Misaki still wasn't around so he tried to think once more to understand the message but he didn't.
Misaki arrived and saw Aichi was deeply thinking.
Misaki didn't interrupt Aichi and chose to sat on the counter.
Misaki was really curious what Aichi was thinking about but she didn't want to interrupt so she tried to read his mind but failed to.
Misaki put her face in front of Aichi's since Aichi didn't notice since he was closing his eyes while thinking.
A few people saw this and continued to watch.
After a few seconds, some stopped watching as they were going to have a cardfight and a few more until everyone was no longer watching.
Then suddenly, Aichi opened his eyes and saw Misaki's face.
This surprised Aichi and knocked him off his seat.
Misaki giggled a bit but helped Aichi get back up.
"Hey Aichi. What were you thinking about?" Asked a curious Misaki
"Hmm? Oh it's nothing." Aichi replied
Misaki pouted and saw that Aichi was carrying a piece of paper.
"What's that you're holding, Aichi?" Misaki asked
"Hmmm? Oh this, a spirit sent me a message in my dream. And this is the message." Aichi replied
"Can I look at the message?" Misaki asked
Aichi was about to say 'yes' but a voice sounded in his head "Don't share that with anyone else."
"I'm really sorry Misaki but, the spirit told me that only I can know about this." Aichi replied
"Oh really? Well I understand so it's okay." Misaki said
"Oh by the way, Misaki. Can we have a cardfight? I've changed some cards in my deck and wanted to check if I made the right choices." Aichi asked
"Sure thing, Aichi. I've made some changed to mine as well and I wanted to check as well so let's do our best." Misaki said
As usual, the beginning part is not like the middle part so let's skip to that.
Aichi and Misaki both have 5 damage and it was Misaki's turn.
"It's my turn, stand and draw. My rearguard Iwanagahime will attack your Zoomdown Eagle." Misaki said
Aichi put the 'Zoomdown Eagle' card to the drop zone.
"Now my Iwanagahime attacks your Alfred!" Misaki said pointing at Aichi's vanguard
"I'll guard it with Mark. By putting one card from my hand to the drop zone, I nullify the attack." Aichi said
"Twin drive, first check I got a draw trigger I give the power to my Izunahime and I draw. Second check, I got a critical trigger, all effect goes to my Izunahime" Misaki said
"Now my Izunahime will attack your vanguard with a boost for a total of 28000 power." Misaki said
"Aichi won't be able to guard it, he only has one card in his hand and he needs at least 20000 shield power to not get damaged." Kamui thought while watching them
"I guard! Quintet Wall!" Aichi said getting the top 5 cards of his deck and called them all to the guardian circle having a total of 30000 shield power.
When Aichi said 'Quintet Wall', this caught everyone's attention in the shop since they haven't heard of something like it before. Even Shin who was watching by the counter was surprised.
But of course, Miwa and Naoki weren't surprised as they already knew about the Quintet Wall.
"I barely made it but I'll win it this turn." Aichi thought to himself
"Stand and draw. I activate Alfred's Limit Break, I put my rearguards on top of my deck then I get 5 cards from the top of my deck and call them to the rearguard circles." Aichi said doing so.
"Escrad attacks your vanguard with a boost from Marron." Aichi said
"I have to hope for a heal trigger here in order for me to survive this turn. No guard." Misaki said while thinking the italicized words
"I check for a damage trigger. I get no trigger." Misaki said
"That was a great match, Misaki." Aichi said
"Yeah, it was a really great match. So Leroy was right, a Quintet Wall can help you in tight situations and it can even fool other players into thinking you won't be able to guard they're attack." Misaki said
"Yeah, you're right. That reminds me, I still haven't had the chance to use the grade 3 Leroy gave me." Aichi said
"Hmmm? Oh that grade 3, don't worry you'll be able to use it soon enough." Misaki said
"I hope so. I guess I'd better go home now or else my mother and Emi will get worried." Aichi said looking at the clock showing it was nearly 6. He must have been thinking about the message for a long time is what he thought why it's already that time. Or he thought it could be that he napped for a long time.
Aichi walked alone on the way home and was thinking on what the message meant since he was already awake. Or so he thought he was.
Aichi arrived and ate dinner, brushed his teeth before going to bed as usual.
But this time before going to bed, he thought of things what the message meant but he got tired instead and slept right away.
