That Girl

Summary: "I wish you'd never come to Earth..." A sudden hush fell over the gathered group. The words spoken from the blue haired girl left them all in a haze of shock and...for two...horror.

She had met them...originally it was fine as just them...but soon he wanted to be more than just them.

(Present)

Kagome looked like she was going to be sick. "Mm..." she closed her eyes as Gohan wrapped his arms around her, holding her while Goku and Raditz prepared to set her arm back in place. She was breathing heavily and shaking from the fear of pain she knew she was about to feel.

"Kagome, don't think about it. Just hold me and close your eyes...okay?" Gohan said calmly, both arms hugging her close.

"Y-yeah..." she brought her good arm up and held him close, ducking her head down at the feel of Goku's hands on her shoulder to keep her from moving.

Raditz locked eyes with Goku who nodded his head, giving a sharp pull and pop, the sound of Kagome crying out in pain sounded throughout the ship as they relocated her arm. To the surprise of everyone watching, however, Gohan had shined a little light on the situation, literally. His hand on her sore shoulder, was producing a warm pink light and her pained cries became silent whimpers before ceasing altogether.

"Amazing Gohan!" Krillin cried out from where he'd been watching the whole ordeal.

Yamcha nodded, "not quite sure where you picked that up, but it's impressive to say the least."

"Kagome taught me." Gohan beamed as he let his hand fall away from her shoulder as she sat back up. A cold sheen of sweat had formed across her brow from the extreme pain and he left to grab her a cool damp cloth.

"Kagome?"

She glanced up to Goku who was grinning. "What?"

"Hi five!" He held his hand out and the others laughed as she swatted him against the arm.

"Funny, funny." She rolled her eyes and stood just as Gohan returned with a damp cloth. "Goku, you have such a good and kind son...how did you get so lucky?"

Goku laughed, "you think?! Yeah, Gohan's pretty great...isn't he." He smiled proudly at his son.

"Tch...he'll be the first to die. There's no room for kindness on a battlefield." Raditz said as he stood and walked over to Kagome. Grabbing her arm as she wiped her face with the rag in her other hand, she watched curiously as he moved her arm in circular motions. She knew he was making sure it was in working order, so she let him do as he pleased. "Oh, so…what ended up happening with the storm?" She asked, having been sheltered throughout the entire storm.

"Actually, Chiaotzu did most of the work. He ended up using his telekinesis and we pulled through without any more damage to the ship." Bulma grinned.

Raditz glanced over his shoulder to Bulma, "you mentioned that we got thrown off course, by how much?"

"Mm, not enough to deter our path or add time. I got us back on course before we could get too far away from our original destination. No worries!"

Nodding, Raditz let go of Kagome and sighed, "that was all fun and exciting, I'm going to go train."

"Need a partner?" Yamcha asked with a grin.

A smirk forming on Raditz face at the offer, "a punching bag you mean?"

Kagome and Gohan sighed as the challenges on the ship were many. She laughed, "well, the first healing is free, after that we expect money!"

Gohan smiled, "right!"

(A Week and Two Days Later)

"AUGH! What is this! Why am I even playing cards with a telekinetic!" Kagome yelled as she placed her cards down for the fifth time.

"Hehe!"

"You little cheater!" She pointed at Chiaotzu who smiled. "You are a superhero, a good guy! You shouldn't cheat!" She deflated as he held up two fingers in a victory pose.

Krillin laughed, "this feels familiar."

"I still have more hair than you do Krillin." Chiaotzu said, removing his hat as he did.

Krillin balked, "can you really say that!?"

Kagome's eyes widened at the single strand of hair that stuck up from his head and laughed as Tien grabbed his hat and placed it back on his head faster than she could register him moving. "..."

"Chiaotzu! Stop, we've moved past this!"

"HEY!" Bulma's voice cut through the groups laughter, "I see Namek! That's it! Right?!" She stood excitedly at the control station.

Raditz moved next to her and looked out at the vast sea of stars and approaching planet. Placing a hand on the small of her back, he grinned. "Good eye. That's Namek..."

"Hey! Keep your hands to yourself, friend."

Kagome, Bulma, Gohan, Goku and all the rest, turned their eyes to an annoyed Yamcha who had raised his power level a bit to try and intimidate Raditz.

Bulma was the one to flare up, however. She glared at Yamcha as she moved out of Raditz's reach. "Who do you think you are!? I'm the only one who can decide who touches me! Raditz can do whatever, but you on the other hand...better keep your hands off!" She crossed her arms and turned away with a "humph".

Kagome bit her lip as she tried not to laugh. She couldn't control herself however, "Bulma! The way you worded that...hehehe~! Oh Kami!" She grinned as she watched Bulma rethink her words before her cheeks lit up red.

"That isn't what I meant! Uhg! Someone get on the scouter and let his Majesty know we are almost there!" Bulma snapped as she prepared the ship for landing.

Kagome was quick to grab the scouter but couldn't calm down, she was also giddy over the thought of seeing Vegeta soon and couldn't think of anything to say. "Hey!" She cried out when Raditz stole the scouter out of her hand.

"Vegeta!" He said into the scouter after placing it on.

"...Raditz, am I right to assume you are close?"

"We are at the outer atmosphere and will be landing shortly," he commented as they passed into the outer atmosphere.

"Will you be able to find our space pods?"

He smirked, "easily, we'll come to you."

"Very good, then Nappa and I will be waiting."

He cut the connection and Raditz turned to see a bubbly Kagome looking out the window as they got closer to the planet. He shook his head and placed the scouter over her eyes. He didn't need it any longer. She on the other hand wanted it.

"Gohan, come over here. I'm going to call your mom and let you talk to her before we land. Let her know you made it safely."

Gohan ran over as she got ahold of Chichi.

Goku and the others readied for the landing, pulling their shoes on, fixing their clothes. Bulma was grabbing her capsules and her own scouter. She was turning it on as she made her way back to where Raditz was maneuvering the ship around the planet. She turned the scouter on and realized that he was already heading towards the location of the two slightly stronger power levels on her scouter. She was surprised that they were already this close. "You need me to take over for landing?" She asked, knowing he probably could, but in her ship, he never had.

"I've got it, make sure everyone is ready, we will be leaving once we land."

She nodded and left to check on their party, everyone looked ready. Gohan was talking to Chichi as he finished pulling his shoes on and Kagome pulled his hair into a ponytail. Bulma grinned, she recalled the argument over Gohan's hair, Chichi, Goku, Kagome, Gohan and herself included, had been in a heated argument over the length of his hair. She, Goku and Kagome had lover his hair, but Chichi had been adamant that it made him look like a ruffian. Ultimately, Gohan had finally voiced his opinion and said he'd liked his hair and wanted to keep it long for a little while. Yeah, Bulma was glad the kid was growing a backbone. With Chichi as a mom, he'd need to be able to speak up.

"We are landing," Raditz called as the Ship began it's decent to the dirt floor of Namek.

"Mom, I've got to go, we're landing now..." Gohan smiled, "I love you too. I'll talk with you again, I promise!" He handed the scouter back to Kagome who cut the connection and pulled the scouter back on. She was already hovering in the air with her excitement. Gohan took her hand and the two of them prepared to leave as the Ship touched the ground.

"Is the air on Namek similar to Earths?" Bulma asked.

Raditz nodded, "you'll be fine."

She sighed, "good..."

Goku looked at the group and laughed as they settled by a village. "We shouldn't all go at the same time. Raditz, Kagome, Piccolo and I will go first. The rest should stay here for now. We are just meeting with Vegeta anyways, and will most likely be bringing them back to the ship."

The others nodded as they stepped onto the platform and were lowered onto Namek. Gohan still holding onto her, Kagome smiled and looked around at the friendly looking Namekian's. She looked at Gohan and grinned, "we should try and get on good terms with the friends of this planet while we are here."

Gohan looked over at the natives as well and smiled at the kids he saw. "Yeah!"

She released his hand and then the four left to go find Vegeta and Nappa. The rest of them watched until they were out of sight, nothing to do now...hopefully all would be fine.
