A/N: Hi all, sorry it's taken me so long to update - I've really struggled with this chapter. Like, really struggled with it. And now I need help from you all - my helpful reviewers! But I'll explain that a bit more at the end of the chapter.
On another side note, I'm not every happy with this chapter - hence it was so hard to write - so I'm not sure if I'll keep it or not.
Alright, alright, I'll stop complaining now. Enjoy!

~PercyJackson~
"Good," Percy said right before a shower of cold sea water dropped on Annabeth, soaking her. "Cause that's for throwing your knife at me." And he sprinted from the throne room, leaving a wet and spluttering girlfriend behind, and several stunned people.
"I'm going to kill you, Percy," Annabeth hollered, giving chase to her boyfriend.
Poseidon laughed at his son's antics as Athena glared after the two. "That was completely childish," she stated. "But what would you expect, he is your spawn," she finished, glaring at Poseidon.
"Come now, Athena," Poseidon said, still chuckling at his son's antics. "It's all in good fun."
"As if," Athena sniffed before flashing out of the room.
"We will begin reading tomorrow morning," Hera declared. "You children better be here on time." With that her and the other gods disappeared.
"Do you think Percy's going to be okay?" Hazel asked, having completely ignored the gods as she stared after her friend in worry.
"You serious?" Thalia snorted. "Annabeth's gonna skin him alive."
"She wouldn't really, would she?" Frank asked, eyes wide.
"Only one way to find out," Nico said, grinning.
"What about the love birds here," Katie asked, motioning to Clarisse and Chris.
"Makes me wish I had a camera," Travis snickered.
"You wouldn't dare," Clarisse muttered, cracking her eyes open. "What's going on?"
"Bed time," Piper informed her.
"And Annabeth is going to kill Percy," Grover added.
"This I've gotta see," Clarisse said, smacking her boyfriend to wake him up. "Come on, we're going to watch Prissy get it."
The group followed the sounds of Annabeth's threats out to the garden and wove their way through the decorations until they came to the edge of Olympus.
The view was staggeringly beautiful, dizzyingly high, and made Thalia sick. But there, at the very edge, was Percy, his hands raised in a placating manner as Annabeth brandished her knife at him, still shouting angrily at him as her hair continued to drip sea water.
"Come on, it wasn't that bad," Percy pleaded.
"Oh, no, you aren't talking your way out of this one," Annabeth said, taking a step closer. Percy moved to step backwards but there was no where else for him to go.
"Come on, Wise Girl," Percy said. "Isn't this taking things a little too far?"
"I can't believe you would do that," Annabeth nearly yelled, taking another step. As if on reflex Percy moved backwards, over thin air, and disappeared. Annabeth let out a strangled cry, dropping her knife before lunging after her boyfriend.
"Annabeth!" half the group yelled at the same time the other half yelled "Percy!"
They all raced to the edge, hearts in their throats, and peered over.
They weren't sure what they were expecting to see as they all looked down (even Thalia, whose heart was pounding in her chest at the prospect of being so high up). They were sure at this point the two of them would be out of sight, fallen past the point of no return, even if Jason leapt after them to catch them.
What they did not expect was to see Percy and Annabeth go flying upwards, past them, laughing and shrieking before they fell once more, attached to what was, no doubt, bungie cords.
"No fair!" Connor yelled as the reality of what had really happened sunk in. "I wanted to be the first to bungie jump Olympus."
"Me too!" Travis, Will, and Leo yelled as they all watched Percy and Annabeth ascend once more, still laughing.
"Darn," Clarisse muttered, realization dawning on her. "I was really hoping Annabeth was truly mad at Prissy. Instead it was just a stupid prank to get back at Thalia and Nico." She hadn't forgotten the look in Percy's eyes when Thalia and Nico had made fun of him for 'figuring something out.' And just like everyone had known, none of them had seen it coming.
Of course, they didn't expect Annabeth to be involving in the planning.
Thalia and Nico were both finally regaining color to their faces, although Thalia still looked a little green. Both had thought, had really thought, for one terrible minute, that Percy and Annabeth had gone over the edge, never to return.
Hazel, Frank, Piper, and Jason all looked incredibly relieved that the two were okay. Chris just looked as though he was ready for bed, and Grover was shaking his head at his friends' antics.
"Alright, alright," Hermes cheered, appearing next to the demigods, Apollo beside him.
Both gods waved their hands and Percy and Annabeth appeared next to them, their hair a tangled mess and grins on their faces, holding hands.
"Awesome prank, well played out," Apollo cheered, high fiving Percy while Hermes high fived Annabeth.
"You were in on this?" Will asked his dad.
"Of course," Apollo grinned. "After all, what good is a prank without a little help from the masters of pranking?"
"None," Hermes grinned.
"I wanna go bungie jumping," Travis said.
"Me too!" Connor said.
Hermes and Apollo looked around conspiratorially. "As long as Hera doesn't see us, I don't see why not," Hermes said.
Apollo grinned. "Alright!"
"I'm going to bed," Clarisse grumbled, turning and making her way back through the gardens, Chris right beside her.
"Uh, me too," Thalia said. She was angry at Annabeth and Percy for scaring her half to death, but seeing as they were still standing fairly close to the edge, well, she was ready to not be.
"I think I am too," Frank said, yawning. Bungie jumping Mount Olympus might seem fun to the others, but he wasn't particularly interested in doing so.
"Well," Hazel said, glancing at the others, all of who were being outfitted by Apollo and Hermes in harnesses, laughing and joking. Annabeth and Percy had already leapt off again.
"Go have fun," Frank smiled at his friend. He didn't want to deprive her of doing something fun, even if it did flatter him that she would forgo doing so to keep him company. "I'll head back with Thalia here."
"Okay," Hazel said, hurrying over to where her brother was getting harnessed.
"I know why I don't want to go," Thalia said as the two made their way back through the gardens. "But why don't you?"
Frank shrugged. "Just doesn't interest me, really," he said.
Thalia nodded and they walked in silence for a time.
"Tell me," Thalia said, breaking that silence as they headed inside. "This, whatever you and Percy are up to at the Roman camp, is it dangerous?" She didn't want to admit just how worried she was that Percy would be injured, or worse, killed before Annabeth could get back to him.
Frank's hesitation was all she needed though to confirm her fears.
"It's, well," Frank sighed. "Yeah. Very. But, we can leave him behind, you know, make sure he stays safe and -"
Thalia laughed. "Trust me, once his mind is made up theres no way you'd ever get him to stay behind. Besides, there's no one you want more at your back than Percy. He may have terrible luck, but he also has extremely good luck."
"That doesn't make sense…and what about the…the Fates," Frank asked, swallowing dryly. He really didn't want to bring it up, but it was something that had been nagging at him since they learned Percy had seen his life line cut short.
Thalia sighed, stopping short just outside their accommodations. "I don't know," she said quietly. "But we both know that no matter how much we don't want to admit it, there's nothing that can stop what the Fates have declared. If Percy is really going to" she swallowed hard "die, then wrapping him in bubble wrap and treating him with kid gloves isn't going to change that."
Thalia sucked in a shuddering breath at that. "But, I believe Percy when he says everything is going to be okay. I may not understand how, but he doesn't lie. Not to Annabeth. Not about important things like that."
"Right," Frank said, not knowing what else to say.
Thalia offered him a tight smile before pushing the door to their common area open. "Besides, no point worrying about that now," Thalia continued. "After all, there's still the chance Hypnos will decide he wants to off us in our sleep."
"That's comforting," Frank muttered.
"It is, isn't it?" Clarisse asked, looking up from the couch she and Chris were currently occupying while a movie played in front of them.
"Whatcha watching?" Thalia asked, plopping down next to the brunette, who scowled.
"Some new X-Men movie," Chris answered. "Wasn't a whole lot to choose from."
"Uh huh," Frank said, eyeing the massive wall of DVDs skeptically.
"Oh, just shut up and sit down, wimp," Clarisse barked.
"I thought you two were going to bed," Thalia smirked.
Clarisse scoffed. "And miss Truth or Dare? As if."
"I forgot about that," Frank said.
"I didn't," Thalia said, a grin spreading across her face. "And I'll be sure to make Percy pay for that little stunt he pulled."
"And just WHAT do you think you are doing?!"
Apollo and Hermes flinched, turning to eye the queen of the gods warily as she marched up to them, hands on hips.
"Nothing?" Apollo said. Just then three demigods whizzed upwards, shouting and laughing before falling down once more. Two more demigods ascended shortly after.
"I said bed!" Hera snapped. "That did not mean to go dragging the children into dangerous stunts like maniacs!"
"But-" Hermes began.
"No buts!" Hera snapped, waving her arm. The bungee jumping demigods soon found themselves back on solid ground, looking shocked at the sudden change from falling to standing. Well, all but two of them.
Grover cleared his throat awkwardly, not that it did much.
"That is enough of that," Hera snapped, pointing a finger at the two demigods.
"Ack!" Annabeth yelped as Percy let out a grunt, jumping away from his girlfriend only to find they were back on solid ground with a very angry Hera glowering at them, no doubt displeased they'd been kissing out of wedlock, Percy thought with an inward eyeroll.
"Now, all of you, bed!" Hera demanded, pointing towards the palace.
"What if we don't wanna," Travis whined.
"Yeah, we're not tired and we were having fun," Connor said.
"I do not care," Hera said. "You are not here on a pleasure trip. Bed. NOW!"
"Best do what she says," Apollo said.
"Ah," Will whined, but followed the others as everyone headed back in. Hera stalked them back to their rooms, watching as the children filed in.
"Movie off," Hera declared as she poked her head in to see those demigods who had opted out of bungee jumping sitting in front of the big screen. The screen went blank, much to the protests of the movie watchers.
"It was just getting to the good part!" Chris exclaimed before realizing who was at the door.
"Rooms, now," Hera demanded.
"I'm hungry," Leo complained.
"I don't care," Hera said, eyes blazing.
"But-"
"Bed, now."
Grumbling, the boys filed into their room and the girls did the same, Hera watching them closely.
Once satisfied the children were indeed settling into their beds Hera huffed and closed the door, rounding on Apollo and Hermes, who had followed her in.
"Now tell me, just what were you thinking?"
A/E/N: Okay, so yeah, that chapter was painful. And now for your help I was hoping you all could help me for their round of truth or dare. Yes, I'm still adding that in. I just need a copious amount of suggestions to help me :) So, send me some dares or truths you'd like to see! :) Thanks for reading!
