Dipper trotted through the smoky very futuristic laser battleground as he hunted for his twin sister and her dream demon boyfriend as the smoke fogged up his visor as he constantly rubbed to see clearly. He took a few more steps until he heard a giant rumbling and gust of wind push him from behind. Dipper turned around curiously and saw a giant black triangle with white outlining that show the spaces in his body and a giant white eye that stared right at him.
"I have become death! Devourer of sou-" Bill said in a loud booming voice as Dipper shot through the fog illusion and hit both Mabel and Bill which were carrying the female other half on his shoulders to help form the fog triangle. Bill and Mabel fell on each other with a thud as the loud speakers rang out through the battlefield saying 'team one has won'. Pacifica walked into the main battlefield with Waddles who had a laser gun in his mouth.
"You were supposed to cover us from the rear pig!" Bill yelled angrily at the pink animal as it sat down and stared up to a very irate Bill who had lost the fight due to the weak link.
"Stop yelling at Waddles Bill! He didn't even know how to shoot Pacifica!" Mabel said as she swatted the gun on Bills back and averted his angry gaze from the pig to her.
"Excellent shooting Dipper. Now maybe we can play something in this arcade that actually requires skill." Pacifica said as she took off the battle armor and regained her original outfit of a white jacket, purple shirt, and black leggings that lead up to a purple skirt.
"Laser tag's pretty tactical! You have to plan your spot carefully, you can ambush people, it's totally more fun than anything else we could've played." Dipper said as he took off his armor and got back into his flannel shirt and white t-shirt with jeans. Pacifica and Dipper left the two bickering teammates to yell at each other as another battle started to take place. Pacifica and Dipper walked through the arcade briefly as they looked over to small game machine to another game machine. Most of the Co-operative games were either out of order or already taken by a pair of brothers or a boyfriend and a girlfriend.
"How many coins do we have left?" Pacifica asked as Dipper fished though his pocket and fished out a small handful of coins.
"Just about six. So we can play a two player machine if we want to for about three times... What should we play though? Maybe a fighting game? See who's better?... Which will probably be me." Dipper said with a smile at his gaming skills as he looked at the blinking and multi-colored machines. Pacifica looked over as well and gasped as she found a perfect machine to use for the both of them.
"That one!" Pacifica said as she pointed to a dancing arcade game that had two mini dance floors with arrows on the floor for their feet to press. Dipper looked over to the machine Pacifica pointed to a moaned a little.
"Really? Dance Crazy? Can't we play something that isn't so active?" Dipper whined as they walked up to the machine.
"Why not? It'll totally be fun... Come on, get on your spot." Pacifica said as she took two coins from Dippers palm and put it into the machine to select two players and went passed a few nice and cheery songs.
"I'm not good at these types of things anyway Princess. I have horrible coordination and i'll probably end up falling on you as I press one of the arrows on the floor or something." Dipper said as he jumped lightly on the dance platform as he pretty much had no choice in the matter of not accepting her proposal.
"Whenever we dance with each other at one of my parents parties it ended pretty well didn't? so what's so different about this?" Pacifica said as she looked for a nice slow song on the very energetic playlist.
"We danced with each other at a very rich party that I snuck into to be with you remember and we slow danced and held each other. I practically used you as a crutch to hold myself steady anyways, and this is totally different than that Pacifica. This machine only has songs to jump around to so we can play a game with our bodies and feet." Dipper explained as Pacifica continued to look for the perfect slow song to dance to.
"Ah! Found one!" Pacifica said as she pressed one of the buttons on a song that read 'Silly Love Songs'.
"... Well, that's alright... But we still can't dance the way-" Dipper said as the platform moved under his feet and morphed into Pacifica's platform as he bumped into her as they moved with the platform.
"... Huh. Must've upgraded this old thing." Dipper said as Pacifica took her position to start their dance with background music. Dipper took Pacifica in a small embrace, hands on her waist, and looked over to the screen as arrows began to fall from the top of the screen and toward the bottom. Dipper started to hit his side of the arrows which were the left and down facing arrows as Pacifica looked at him confused as he played the game the right way, however not their way.
"What are you doing?" Pacifica questioned Dipper who looked away from the screen and stopped dancing, music and game still going on even though they stopped.
"I'm playing the game... The thing we're standing on?... To get a high score?" Dipper said as he stepped on his arrows, even though Pacifica had totally stopped dancing.
"It's not about getting a high score dummy, it's about being with each other. Come on, just dance with me." Pacifica said as she turned his head to look at her as he gazed into her eyes and she resumed their small dance to the up beat slow song. Dipper worried a little about how they were such in a public place as an arcade that was filled with people who really didn't understand why they were dancing with each other now. They only looked at them for a high score, they didn't look at them and why they were doing this. Dipper stared deeply into Pacifica's eyes as Pacifica smiled with joy as they twirled and danced with each other, totally on beat with the song but horribly out of beat when it came to playing the game. A small crowd gathered around the Dance Crazy that Pacifica and Dipper took over for their own personal dance floor as they swayed and turned with each other. The screen flashed lightly and beeped out a waring for failure that was imminent over ruining their dance, yet with all the flashing lights, the groups of teenagers and kids that surrounded and watched the two teenagers on the Dance Crazy dance floor, and the constant yelling of Bill and Mabel as they continued to argue over Waddles who was nibbling on a power cable that connected to a beat'em up game, all Dipper could really keep his attention to was Pacifica as she lead the two in a small dance. Dipper always looked over Pacifica when he was really close to her, like whenever they slept with each other in his bed or when they would fall asleep on the couch. He would always like the way she would have her eyes closed and have her face completely stress free, dreaming of something wonderful about a perfect life that he worried he could never provide for. Whenever would be up and in that tight embrace, it would usually go the same way as Dipper would stare into Pacifica's large eyes as she would be drowsily staring at the television as they would watch another paranormal show, or when they were in bed as Pacifica would draw another dress for her future career of being the world's greatest fashion designer. Dipper liked staring into her eyes whenever she had her creative spark that would go off in her mind. Her eyes would light up slightly as she come out of a long thinking pause and than shoot right back into the pad with a very fashionable and genius idea that just came from her head. Dipper loved how Pacifica would look happily from her sketch pad to Dipper as she showed him her latest idea for a wonderful looking dress that just got translated from thoughts to paper. Dipper loved all seventy-two pages worth of the many sketch books she had. The first ever ideas she had were just a thirty page filled to the brim of wonderful dresses. The first one of her ideas was a simple W neck idea and let the idea lay for a while as she started to make other dresses. Her second sketchbook was more seasonal, going from summer, spring, winter and fall. Dresses that would be thin and loose fitting when it got hot and dresses that would cover every inch of a persons body during a lot more colder days. Dipper fully supported Pacifica's ideas she got and showed him every time she was done. Dipper held Pacifica a lot more tightly as they continued to gently dance with each other. Pacifica leaned forward to go into a tighter embrace as Dipper eyes widened as he thought that this was one of her many moves that she would do when she wanted to take a small peck with her lips onto Dippers lips. Dipper gave a small smile and leaned down and forward as he closed his eyes and puckered his lips to kiss Pacifica. Pacifica looked up and tilted her head as Dipper leaned over her, continuing to go forward and bend Pacifica downward. Pacifica took a few steps backwards while Dipper stumbled onto her and soon, without Dipper still not realizing fell down on Pacifica as they crashed onto the floor of the arcade. Dipper opened his eyes as he rolled off of Pacifica and on the ground as he looked up and around, very confused on how they were on the floor. Pacifica laughed at how Dipper was clueless over how they fell and got up as she dusted her pants off. Pacifica held out her hand to pull Dipper back on his feet as he slowly got up as the crowd soon clapped and applauded at the small dance they had that ended with a tumble.
"Well, that was fun. You think we can have one more dance?" Pacifica said as she got to the console and pressed the buttons to select a new song that was a little more up beat and fast to fit the machines recommended setting when usual patrons got to dance. Dipper fished through his pocket and pulled out two more coins to put in the machine.
"Sure. I promise this time I won't end up by falling on you... Sorry about that anyway." Dipper said as he put in the coins and scratched his head awkwardly.
"It's fine, just stay focused on the dancing and not the smooching. That's for later." Pacifica said as she picked another slow song for the both of them to dance to. The song started and the two locked back into their slow dancing positions. Hands clasped on the appropriate places as they moved slowly, eyes locked with each other.
