Later at the Midtown police HQ Captain stacy was getting her candles out and put theme around her office and lit theme one by one well Dewolff looked out of the window around the empty city.

Holy Red October said Dewolff it looks like the Blair witch project from out their said Dewolff as he looked outside.

I know what you mean said Captain Stacy Phones are dead power is out nothing is working right now she said and if this goes on we might have a riot in are hands she said as she looked at the candles.

But how do we know if a Riot will happen ? asked Dewolff as he looked a little Confused.

Later at a Warehouse Katewell was inside looking at the power she now had in her hand and thinking of what she could do with it.

Later at the parker house uncle martin was getting the candles out of the cellar and got up up and lit the candles one by one.

Man I cant belive this power cut had to happing said Uncle martin as he lit one of the candles with a lighter.

Than the door opens and Penny shows up.

Hey Uncle Martin I'm back said Penny as she put her bag down and heads to where the candles are being lit and walks in to see Uncle martin lighting the candles.

Oh hey penny said Uncle martin you wont belive it he said some power outage hit the city he said

Do you want me to get anything ? asked Penny

Yeah could you get me some fire wood and a cooking pan said Uncle martin I can make some Hot dogs at the fire plase he said

Understood said Penny and heads outside to get the firewood from the shed.

As penny got outside she took her PSP and pointed the light at the shed and went in to get the firewood and heads back inside.

Later at the night sky a Helicarriers is flying over the city well Fury was with Captain America talking about the Problem that happened as they watch what Katewell did on the computer.

As you know Cap thanks to this new Electric Nut job just black out A city and right now we need to make sure no one riots Fury said to Captain America.

I Understand Fury said Captain America as she looked at the recording of the video aging knowing if a riot happens it wont be easy.

Back at the parker house Uncle martin is making hot dog by using the fire place as a BBQ stand and penny is getting the plates ready

I know joked penny as she got the plates ready and brought theme in to the living room with the hot dog roll as well

Penny sate on the floor well Uncle martin put the hot dogs in the rolls.
