Selena stood frozen, her eyes rested on the last place she'd seen Elijah. She couldn't believe it, Elijah had abandoned her, completely betrayed her something he Said he'd never do.
Her heart felt like it had shattered into million pieces, she had given that man everything and he had stomped on it and thrown it back at her without a second thought.
She barely realised Stefan place his hand on her shoulder, a single tear fell from her eye as she slammed them shut trying to shut out the pain. Reluctantly Selena allowed herself to be pulled away and she slowly left with him.
"Tyler told me he thought there was something going on between Elijah and yourself. Is there?" Stefan asked softly putting his arm around her in a brotherly manner, causing her to lean into him seeking some sort of comfort.
"There was" Selena muttered wiping a stay tear from her cheek, Stefan signed and pulled her around bringing her into a tight embrace.
"I'm so sorry Lena" Stefan signed allowing her to cry into his chest quietly.
So Tyler had known, of course he had known he was so observant some times. She looked over her shoulder hoping that by some miracle Elijah would swoop back in and take all this pain away, but again she was left disappointed.
"You'll be OK Lena we'll make sure of it" Stefan said with a small smile wiping another year from her cheek.
"What if this is it Stefan? What if this is the last nail in my coffin? What happens if I can't get back up from this fall? I hate to admit it Stefan but... I'm scared" Selena admitted with a small hiccup.
"Well if that is case, we'll all be here to pull this nails back out and to pull you back to your feet. No matter how hard you fall. Selena we, your friends will not let you stay down I promise you that" Stefan stated confidently looking right into her eyes with a friendly smile.
"Thanks Stefan. That means a lot" Selena replied with a painful yet convincing smile.
"Any time Selena we're all her for you" Stefan smiled pulling her into another hug.
An hour later everyone found themselves back at the Salvatore place, all of them licking their wounds none more so then Elena or Selena. Both of them had found comfort in each other and where currently wrapped in each others arms.
"I still don't know why she's here? Little miss original lover. I told you she couldn't be trusted and I was right she's been sneaking around with Elijah the whole time" Damon hissed glaring at Selena with pure anger.
"You know what? I've had enough of your smart mouth Damon" Selena roared jumping up startling Elena and jumping at Damon landing a shift right hook at his jaw shocking him and putting him on the floor.
She'd tried to keep her cool but she couldn't Damon had done nothing but bitch since they got back and she'd had enough.
"Yes I did have a relationship with Elijah but at least I am always there when I'm needed not running off with the latest fan girl or looking for my next victim to cruelly murder" she growled sitting on Damon's waist pinning him down.
"I would like nothing more then to give you a nice little love bite, but it would appear someone has beaten me to it. Let me guess Jules?" Selena smirked at the horror struck look on Damon's face.
"What!" Stefan yelled jumping forward as Damon pushed Selena off of him glaring at her.
"Yes Jules did bite me, I was going to tell you when the time was right" Damon admitted.
The look of pain and grief on Stefan's face shook Selena to the core, pulling on broken heart strings causing her to roll her eyes in annoyance.
"Elijah told me that the blood of a hybrid may cure the but of a werewolf" she signed picking at her nails.
"Why would you help me?" Damon asked harsher then intended.
"I'm not doing it for you, i'm doing it from Stefan" Selena growled lowly glaring at Damon.
"Klaus. We have to find klaus, hopefully he'll help"Stefan stated.
"I'll come to where you find klaus you'll find Elijah. I'm going to give him a piece of my mind" Selena snarled her eyes glowing yellow in anger.
Watch out Elijah, you've pissed off the wrong werewolf.
