A New Future ch. 25

A/n: sorry guys about the long wait for an update life has been a little crazy lately first we lost 3 employees including our other 3rd shifter the day our new store manager started no suprise the guys an ass they prob didnt want to deal with him. Than good news my mom got her disability after only 3 months after she applied shock cause thats almost unheard of. We were living in a tiny one room apt so we immediately started looking for something bigger and we found a 2 bedroom house that almost feels like a mansion after that apt for 6 months. than 2 days ago my ass of a boss decides to fire me for some stupid shit he only likes ppl that kisses his ass in my family we dont kiss ass act most the time its the other way around ppl kiss our ass. With the move we had to wait almost 2 weeks for internet which we finally got this morning will go back to updating regularly pray i find a new job soon.

Kitty grabbed her shirt and pulled it back on glad that Bobby hadn't taken her bra off yet when they looked up. Ronnie stood in the doorway to their bedroom with Adam and Allison. Ronnie said, "god big brother you think in a school full of kids you would learn to lock your door."

Bobby said, "and you'd think between the 3 of you one would remeber its good manners to knock on somebody's bedroom door."

Allison whose face was red as a beet and said, "we did you musta not heard us sorry."

Bobby moved so that he was sitting next to Kitty he quickly pulled the blanket up though over his waist and he looked up and saw a knowing look from Adam. He smiled a little bit embaressed though this was older students they were still students. Adam said, "sorry guys we wanted to give you our news."

Allison held out her left hand and grinned as she showed off the ring that was on her ring finger. Kitty squealed which surprised Bobby thinking that his wife was beyond that age when she squealed with a friend but obviously not. He gave her a look and she said, "what?"

Bobby shook his head as he looked at the boys and said, "22 and married and still squeals like a teenage girl over an engagement ring."

Kitty smacked her husband on the arm for his comment as everybody laughed. She said, "you were the one just pawing me like a teenage boy a few seconds ago."

They all laughed just as the bell rang. They all knew what that was for it was time for start of the semester assembly. Ronnie, Allison and Adam headed out as Kitty and Bobby got up and headed downstairs to the dining hall which was were all the schools meetings were held. The students were all sitting at the tables as Bobby and Kitty joined the rest of the teachers at the staff table.

Professor X smiled at all the students as he started the meeting. He said, "welcome back everyone I hope you all had a good Christmas break. We have a few new students and a new teacher this semester. Melissa is going to teach Home Economics classes. Those of you interested in taking the classes signed up at the end of last semester. All 10th grade students do not forget that you will be taking driver's ed this semester on monday and thursday afternoons. Bobby is teaching that class this year. Jr. Xmen will start training again tommorrow afternoon with training every evening. Before we have our start of semester dinner Bobby and Kitty have an announcement to make."

Bobby and Kitty smiled at each other and stood up. Bobby said, "we found out right before Christmas that we are expecting our first child."

All the students clapped and some of them were obviously excited about another baby in the mansion. Most the students enjoyed little Rachel and loved to help spoil her. It wasn't unusal to see Rachel playing or watching tv with some the older students in one the common rooms.

After dinner, all the students headed off to their dorm rooms or the common rooms. Kitty and Bobby headed toward Professor X's office. It was time to discuss the dream that Kitty had with her. Bobby was a little nervous as he looked at his little wife. He knew she wasn't sick and he didnt need to be overly protective of her but his instinct told him to be. He looked up at Professor X and Logan entered followed by Scott and Jean.

Professor X said, "okay Kitty we need to talk about that dream you had earlier today. Logan doesn't think it was a dream but a memory."

Kitty said, "I don't understand we never had that kind of thing happend the school attacked by giant robots."

Logan said, "its not from this time Kitty let us explain to you what happend."

Logan explained about the other timeline and the power that Kitty had discovered that she had were she could send people back in time. He said, "I dont know why you are having memories from that timeline as well you told me when I woke up I'd be the only one that remeber that time."

Kitty nooded and looked at Bobby as he held her hand in his tight grip. She said, "so as a secondary power I have the ability to send somebody back in time."

Logan nodded and said, "you discovered it about 2 years before you sent me back it helped your group survive."

Kitty said, "My group? Why didn't all the X-men stick together?"

Logan said, "early on we figured out the more mutants that stuck together the higher chance of discovery, but at the same time we needed to stay together in groups for protection so we split up the X-men in groups. You, Bobby, Colossus, and a few other mutants stuck together and you were pretty much their leader despite being the youngest of the group."

Kitty and Bobby listened as Logan explained to them all that had happend in the other world from the time. They were hoping that if they explained to Kitty but what had gone on in the other time that she would be less likely to get upset over the dreams they believed she was probably going to have.

Meanwhile Ronnie was sitting in his and Adam's room looking over his class schedule. He had the classes he had signed up for that semester to take back at his old high school. He was also taking mutant ethics and driver's ed. Adam was doing something with Allison right now so Ronnie had the room to himself. Sharing a room was new to Ronnie. He had his own room his entire life, but he liked Adam. Ronnie had never been popular at his old school more of a loner.

He got up and headed downstairs. He could hear the sound of the tv from the common room near the library but there was something Ronnie wanted to look at. He found what he was looking for at one side the room. Allison had shown him this the morning he arrived at the mansion but he hadn't really looked at it yet. The wall was pictures of the entire student body through the years. He looked at the very first class which held a picture of a young Professor X.

He heard a voice behind him say, "thats the first xmen there."

He turned and saw Scott Summers who he had meet at the hospital and saw some around the school. Scott said, "thats my dad Alex Summers aka Havock. He was one of the Professor's first students."

Ronnie looked and said, "he doesn't look much like you."

Scott nodded and said, "my brother Alex whose named for him and actually inherited his powers looks more like him. I look more like our mom. They died when I was ten and my brother was 8 in a plane crash after that the professor adn the other teachers here at the school raised us."

Ronnie nodded and moved along looking at the different pictures until he came to his brothers graduating year picture. Bobby stood with the rest of his class in the back of the group smiling in his jr. X-men uniform. Ronnie said, "he was a member of the jr Xmen squad like Adam is."

Scott nodded and said, "All he wanted from the day he started here at the institute was to become an X-man. The day he started 9th grade he joined the jr. squad. He was the leader of the squad his senior year."
