Sophie's POV

6 months after that day in the hospital we were moving our stuff into our apartment in Philly. Both Emily and I had gotten into UPenn and instead of getting a dorm where we weren't sure if we both could be roommates we decided to get a small apartment close to college. Hanna and Caleb also moved into the same apartment building as us with them going t UPenn as well.

"Alright I think that's the last of it" I said putting the last box into the kitchen. We had gone shopping a while ago getting all the things we would need and as it turns out letting Emily and Hanna roam free house shopping while Caleb and I stay home and play Xbox wasn't the best option. All we had really needed was a couch, a table, kitchen stuff and bathroom stuff but Emily came back with them plus a bunch of nick nacks to go around the place, our tiny little apartment is going to look really crowded once everything's unpacked.

"Great, are Hanna and Caleb done as well?" Emily asked while opening the box to put the knives and forks into their place

"Yep, I feel sorry for Caleb and Toby though, Hanna sat around on her phone while Spencer organised their place, but to be fair with Spencer doing their apartment I'm pretty sure Hanna's place is almost done compared to ours" I said grabbing the pots and pans and putting them away. The only room we had actually finished was the bedroom which we had done first

"What time are we all going out for tea?"

"About 6 I think. Our parents are coming up with the last of our clothes about 4.30 then they'll help us organise the lounge. We'll meet Aria and Ezra at the restaurant" I remind her for the 4th time that day, I have found out that she forgets a lot when she's either excited or busy and at the moment she is both

"Oh that's right. I can't wait to see everyone again"

"Emily it's been 2 days. You know what we need, we need music" I jump up and rummage through the box in the lounge looking for the IPod dock and plug it in. I press play on a song I know Emily will like and pull her in for a spin around our apartment.

"Beyoncé? You know me so well" she laughs as I dip her then push her into a spin. We dance for a few more songs then she goes back to work. I look at her, look around our apartment and can't get over how easy life is now. After getting out of hospital we were all ambushed with reporters for about 2 weeks until they realised they weren't getting a story and decided to give up, there was no more A, Mona and Lucas filled the cops in on everything and with co-operating with the police they got deals. Lucas will get out of jail in 10 years and Mona will get out in 25, Paige won't ever see out of Radley at any point unless she gets moved to another facility.

I walk up behind Emily and wrap my arms around her, putting my hand under her shirt and running it across her stomach and kiss down her neck "you know we have a lot of rooms to christen now. I think the kitchen is a great start" I whisper into her ear and I feel the shiver run through her body. She spins in my arms and kisses me forcefully, I pick her up and put her on the bench as she wraps her legs around my waist.

Emily's POV

I'm sitting on the floor of the kitchen trying to catch my breath after a 2 hour long kitchen sex marathon, Sophie is sitting next to me breathing just as fast as me.

"So, that was fun" she laughs

"Most definintly, is christening all our rooms going to be like that? If so I'm in" I laugh and pull her in for a quick kiss. I look at the time and realise our parents will be here in half an hour "C'mon time for a shower" I pull her up and run off to the bathroom "and don't think about touching me unless its to wash my hair, I'm too sore to do anything else at the moment" I laugh

"Aw but baby, why do you have to punish me?" she frowns for a split second "no seriously now, I agree with you, don't touch me either" she laughs.

Half an hour later we walk into the lounge room just as there's a knock on the door and our parents walk in.

"Hey girls" our dad's say at the same time. Our parents have become much closer in the last 6 months and spend a lot of time going to dinners and movies together.

"Hey dad's and moms" Sophie says and pulls all 4 into a hug and I laugh, she's still the Sophie I first fell in love with, the fun out going, say whatever is on her mind one but after everything that's happened to us she's grown up a lot more and is a bit more mature. I just can't help how much I love her, she gets along with my parents and she gets along with each of my friends and their boyfriends easily. She talks art with Aria, Literature with Ezra, Fashion with Hanna, technology and games with Caleb, about a lot of things with Spencer and whatever Toby's into each week and she's still into all her own stuff. All those months ago, laying in that hospital bed saying that she was my light has been proven. Each night I wake up with a nightmare she would hold me, tell me she loves me and that everything would be ok.

"So where are we starting? You guys seem to have the bedroom and kitchen done already, so is it just the lounge?" my mom asks, getting straight into the organising

"Yep should be. Just need to unpack the boxes and put them in places, we aren't really picky where anything goes, eventually things will find a permanent place but I'm so sick of looking at boxes. From packing them the last few weeks to unpacking them yesterday and today, I am so over all the boring browness around this place" Soph says and to show how much kicks an empty box out the front door.

Later that night I'm lying in bed, going over my classes for the next day, it start of the semester and will be our first day at college and I look over to Sophie doing the same thing.

"We're almost adults now" I say to her "College tomorrow, we have our own apartment, we've moved away from Rosewood and our parents. Our life together starts now"

"I know, I can't wait. The next 4 years are going to be amazing and we're going to go through it together"

"Me either. You're it for me Sophie Williams, I can't wait to become an adult with you, get married to you, have babies with you and grow old with you. You will forever be mine as I will always be yours. I love you forever and always" I pull her in for a passionate kiss which she returns, things get heated quickly and just before things get too far gone she pulls back

"I can't wait for all that either. I love you too Emily Fields, always and forever" she says as she flips me onto my back.
