Amy's POV
We stared out at the Vesper army. Any normal army, six or seven Cahills wouldv'e been fine, but no, the freaking Vesper army.
"Can we not just catch a break?" Dan complained.
"For once, Iagree with you." Ian replied.
Any other time, my boyfriend and my brother getting along would have made my day, but my joy was somewhat bottled up.
"Listen, Cahills," Isabel sneered, "You can't get away."
"You were a Cahill too, Isabel." Sinead said quietly.
"And we're made of more than you think." Hamilton replied.
"Very wrong you are, Dolt, most of you are slightly mutated human beings." Isabel replied
"Most of us?" Ian asked.
"Amy and Natalie have been subjected to a mutated form of...nothing. They are no longer human."
Everyone gasped, except the girls in question.
"Well at least now we can take down your army." I replied. I looked at Natalie.
"Now?" She asked.
"Now." Natalie agreed.
They took off like shots. Ripping through Vesper lines. It was immediately clear that Isabel had not trained her soldiers to fight her experiments.
Amy grabbed one guy, and rolled him like a bowling pin, knocking down several others.
Natalie was swinging one man around by his legs, swatting away anyone who came near her.
It took only a couple of seconds for the other Cahills to join the fight. With the moajority of the Vesper force focused on Amy and Natalie, it was easy to take out the dwindlers. Natalie and Amy took out all their compitition. They stood triumphantly amist the defeated army.
"Woohoo! Go Amy and Natalie." The Cahills cheered.
Ian did something he did not expect to do. HE walked right up to Amy and kissed her right on the mouth. For a second she was too stuned to move, but then she kissed him back.
They could have stayed like that for hours, but Dan forced them apart with his hands.
"Make room for the Holy spirit!" He anounced.
"Grow up, Daniel." Ian said.
"Get this into your head, Cobra, MY NAME IS DAN!" He yelled.
"Am I a Cobra?" asked Natalie.
"What...ahh...no...wait." Dan was very confused.
Amy smiled, glad to see Dan eating his own words.
"Has anyone seen Isabel?" She asked.
"No. I'm sorry, Love. I think she got away." Ian said regretfully, putting his arm around her.
"Oh well, we can fight her another day."
"Hear, Hear!" yelled Dan
Far off in the distance, from a private jet, Isabel Kabra watched the scene play out on video footage.
"Mark my words, Amy Cahill, you will serve the Vespers."
A/N I know it's horribly short. If any of you like Percy Jackson, there is a link to a great website on my profile.
