Raditz cursed loudly with wide eyes, taking in the scene before him as he descended. It was already too late. He arrived too late. Not only was Ginyu seemingly the victor of his fight with his brother, but it seemed as if Kakarot was no where in sight. The moment he finished handling Jeice, he had begun heading towards Kakarot's ki, but stopped abruptly upon seeing Ginyu eventually come into his line of sight. Wait a minute, Raditz mentally backtracked, if Kakarot's ki was an considerable distance up ahead and Ginyu, whom looked utterly battered and severely injured, was here...then that basically meant that Kakarot had managed to avoid any form of contact with Ginyu's ability to change bodies. Though, Raditz noted with irritation, it seemed as if his dear younger brother took it upon himself to show mercy to his opponent yet again. When was he going to learn that he couldn't give every opponent he defeated mercy? Truthfully speaking, he thought Kakarot would have learned his lesson from when he managed to manipulate him twice years back during the second confrontation, or even when he spared Vegeta and found out that he hadn't changed liked he hoped. Hopefully, he'd grow out of this phase of his and opened his eyes before it was too late.

That supposed fall on his head did more damage than he could have ever imagined.

"Well, well, well," Raditz began, trekking towards Ginyu with his arms folded across his chest, halting short of a few inches before him. "It appears as if my brother intended to spare your life and showed you mercy, much like what he did with more than a few people. But, as you'll soon find out, I'm nothing like him. In fact, I have every intention of cleaning up his mess."

If Ginyu heard what Raditz said, then he made no move to respond or acknowledge it in anyway - or indicate in the slightest - that he heard his statement. Instead, clutching his bloody chest, Ginyu wheezed painfully as he leisurely - as if it hurt to do even the slightest of movements - turned his head in order to face Raditz. At any moment, he looked as if was about a minute or so away from fainting (or dropping dead) and Raditz regarded him warily, noting that something was different about Ginyu, far more different and completely contrary to his typical demeanor. For starters, the look in his eyes and the expression on his face was a dead give away.

"...Raditz." 'Ginyu' addressed weakly, blood spluttering out of his mouth as his eyes remained half-lidded. "He...He has my body! Ginyu has my body and we have to stop him before he reaches the others! I don't even want to think about what happen if he approaches them in my body!"

Raditz, eyes wide, realizing that who he believed to be Ginyu at first - though, outwardly, it was indeed Ginyu - was actually his brother, found himself rendered speechless. An brief image appeared in his head of what it would be like if his brother happened to remain stuck in Ginyu's body from here on out, and he made a face of distaste. One, he couldn't even look at Ginyu without the overwhelming urge to punch him for thinking that it was okay to execute ridiculous poses and parade around like, simply put, a fool and Raditz quickly snapped out of his thoughts with a shake of the head. Deeming it best to stop at one, for he rather not entertain any more thoughts pertaining to this whole ordeal, he grasped Ginyu's arm and set it around his shoulder, ascending into the green skies of Namek.

"Then if we have any hopes of making it in time, then it is in our best interest to take off now. Being around you when you're missing your tail is embarrassing and irksome enough. Admittingly, I suppose I can tolerate that. Though, this as opposed to that, I refuse to tolerate."

Gohan raised an eyebrow, descending onto a mass of blue land, of which a rather large ship was resting on, and did a quick sweep over their surroundings. Upon not seeing anything, he blinked owlishly as he turned his attention onto the bald monk beside him, hands clutching the beeping dragon radar in his hand. "The dragon radar...says that the dragon balls are here."

Krillin looked momentarily taken aback, glancing over Gohan's shoulder in order to peer down at the dragon radar in the small boy's hands. It was exactly as he said, but he easily confirmed that it wasn't so with a swift glance around. Though, not that he was doubting Bulma's intelligence or capabilities, but he was under the impression that the small machine she invented was malfunctioning. In other words, it has finally ran its course. Krillin just couldn't believe that it had to mess up now out of all times.

Krillin facepalmed, releasing an audible groan. How were they going to find the dragon balls without the dragon radar? He wasn't certain how long it'd take Bulma to construct another one, but he was pretty sure that they wouldn't have the time to wait around for that to happen. Moreover, would she even be able to make one when she most likely didn't have the proper tools in order to do so? Man, Krillin mentally panicked, this wasn't good. This wasn't good at all; however, unbeknownst to both he and Gohan, they were being watched.

"Hey! Wait a minute!" Gohan suddenly exclaimed as he pointed towards the very area they were standing on, startling the ex-monk out of his thoughts. "I know where they are!"

Krillin frowned, following Gohan's finger with his eyes before making a small noise of surprise, eyes widening with realization. "Hey! I think you might be onto something! This dirt- " Krillin patted it a few times with his foot - " is pretty loose! That means that Ginyu guy must have buried it before he left!"

Vegeta, watching from afar, made sure that he kept his ki masked as he watched them begin to dig up the dragon balls. Those fools were unknowingly doing him a favor. Granted, he knew where the dragon balls had been located, but without the password, he wouldn't have made it any further than Frieza. So why should he work himself more than necessary, when he could easily watch the half-breed and the human find the dragon balls and unlock the dragon? And then, the moment the dragon revealed itself, he could easily take out those two runts, grant his wish and confront Frieza like he was destined to do. He hadn't expected things to go this smoothly for him, but he wasn't going to complain. Earlier, when he arrived at Frieza's ship, he even got to have a little fun and toy around with the rest of Frieza's henchmen and after that, he even had a little time to freshen up. And not only that, but since Kakarot and Raditz were busying themselves with the Ginyu Force and since Frieza was elsewhere, no one stood in his way.

Ceasing his thoughts upon the duo finally resurfacing the dragon balls, he readied himself to jump out at any time, a smirk on his features. This was it. He was finally about to become immortal and crush Frieza. He had to wonder if Frieza experienced this same rush of adrenaline, and his smirk grew even wider upon noting that he was about to be beat Frieza at his own game. That fool thought that taking an headstart on heading to Namek would aid him, yet he was in the lead, despite Frieza's head start. Along the way, Frieza attempted to hinder him from interfering, but he managed to evade every attempt - albeit, some narrowly. Vegeta released a low chuckle. That ought to be a heavy blow to his ego.

However, all amusement quickly vanished upon realizing that they were having trouble summoning the dragon. The Saiyan Prince muttered a curse under his breath, eyes wide as his previous thoughts took a sudden turn. It was obvious that they weren't aware of what the password was either. After all, their attempts to summon the dragon proved futile with each try. In other words, he wasn't ahead of Frieza like he thought and if that was the case, then where was he supposed to go from here? There was no way he was going to allow this whole trip be a waste. He needed to think of something.

Quickly.

"What do we do now?" Gohan inquired with a frown.

"Well, obviously," Krillin began sourly, discouraged with their current predicament, "until we get the password, we can't use the dragon balls. I mean, the whole 'summoning the dragon' process on Earth is pretty different from the one on Namek. If you think about it - "

" - you don't need a password for the dragon balls on Earth, right?"

Krillin nodded, seemingly not minding the interruption. "Right." He answered. The former monk could sense that the wheels inside Gohan's head was beginning to turn, as was his.

Gohan, appearing to be in deep thought, fell silent as he kept his eyes fixated on the ground. Wait, Gohan mentally thought, if Frieza went after the Grand Elder in an attempt to get the password, then that must mean that the password was only known to Namekians. Granted, that was already a given, but wouldn't the fact that only the Namekians knew the password suggest that the password would be in their language as well? Which meant that unless could find someone who was Namekian, whom happened to still be alive, then they could locate them and get the password then. Or, they could find Bulma and see how much of the Namekian language she picked up prior to the journey to Namek.

But which one should they follow through with?

Gohan's eyes widened in realization as a certain someone came to mind, and he couldn't help but mentally chastise himself for not remembering earlier. Of course! Unfortunately, Nail was probably the one who took on Frieza, and was more or less defeated now, but there was Dende! No longer discouraged and filled with hope once more, Gohan whirled around to relay his findings to Krillin, only to sense an all-too-familiar power level closing in.

"Hey!" Gohan exclaimed happily, "it's dad! He must have defeated those other guys!"

On cue, not even moments later, an spiky-haired warrior descended before everyone, a smirk on his features as he kept his arms folded across his chest. Unbeknownst to everyone present, he was indeed the Goku they knew in terms of appearance, but the personality and the inside on the other hand, was a whole different matter. Not only that, but the air he was giving off didn't fit him and though Gohan and Krillin didn't recognize it right off the bat, Vegeta was able to quickly deduce that something was wrong. For one, he noticed that the 'Kakarot' was donning an scouter - which didn't add up or make sense. Not only did the Kakarot he had the misfortune of knowing know how to suppressed his ki, but he also had the ability to sense ki. So why would someone who already knew how to sense ki need an scouter? Secondly, 'Kakarot' had a much more lighter, naive expression and the one he was seeing at the moment didn't exactly support what Vegeta was accustomed to.

Which was, in short, an moron.

"Alright!" Krillin exclaimed with a grin, trailing behind Gohan, whom was running to approach 'Goku'. "Looks like you really showed those guys, huh?" He joked lightly, scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "You never fail to amaze me, you know."

'Goku', smirking even wider upon realizing that no one was onto him, merely nodded his head and paid neither Gohan nor Krillin any mind when they proceeded to talk, presumably filling him in. If he wanted to keep this up, then he was going to have to nail Goku's personality and demeanour head-on. Seeing as how no one had yet to catch onto him though, it deemed it safe to assume that he'd manage just fine. With all of this power, he could get many things accomplished, and could put together an even bigger, stronger Ginyu Force. He could already imagine it, standing and working aside Frieza, and, in response, he could barely maintain a straight face. Now, to test his new body. It was very much unfortunate that Vegeta wasn't around, but he supposed that he'd have to make do with what he had.

"Uh, Goku," Krillin called out hesitantly, seemingly finally realizing that something was off. A quick glance towards Gohan confirmed that the demi-Saiyan could tell that something was off as well and cautiously, he continued, "Goku? Are you okay?"

"Yeah." Gohan pitched in, just as curious. "Where's uncle Raditz?"

Before 'Goku' could so much as open his mouth to speak, two power levels from not too-far off in the distance proceeded to close in and, cursing silently, he attempted to conceal his anger and frustration. As expected, such a thing proved futile and he found himself filled with the overwhelming urge to do something - of which he wasn't sure of yet; he couldn't identify it at the moment. Although, he wished that he would have finished off Kakarot the moment they swapped bodies to prevent interference; however, it didn't matter. With this body, he could easily take him down and Raditz, whom his scouter picked up as well. That would explain how his opponent had caught up to him so fast. But perhaps this could work out in his favor. If he remembered correctly, then Raditz was supposedly as strong as he was in his new body.

"...Krillin." Gohan called out visibly perplexed, "...are you seeing what I'm seeing?"

Krillin followed Gohan's line of sight only to see Raditz descending onto the ground with an severely battered 'Ginyu' in tow. His features shifted from that of a blank expression to that of confused one, his eyes warily darted around. Why did he get the feeling that things were about to get even more stranger than they already were? Goku, for one, was already acting strange and had this weird look in his eyes. And now, Raditz was assisting Ginyu? Raditz didn't switch sides, did he? If so, what would Raditz gain from switching sides if he was just as strong as Goku? Or was Ginyu the one that switched sides? It just wasn't making sense.

"...Thanks, Raditz." 'Ginyu' thanked exhaustively, "it looks like we made it just in time." 'Ginyu' took a minute to recover, the immense pain he felt seemingly attempting to limit him from doing so. Instead of showing Ginyu his real power, he should have just ended it right then and there. Then, he wouldn't be in the predicament he found himself in. If Raditz hadn't supported his weight for him on the way towards the others, he probably wouldn't have made it here as fast as he did. And if it was anything he knew more than anything, it was the fact that he had to get his body back. There was just no way Chi-Chi would accept him like this! "Gohan! Krillin!" 'Ginyu' exclaimed, having somewhat of a better grip on himself, "listen to me; that isn't me! Ginyu took my body! In other words, I'm in his body and he's in mine!"

Vegeta, still concealed from sight, was just as taken aback as the others. That, swapping bodies, was Ginyu's ability? Vegeta vaguely heard the half-breed and the bald human make some sort of exclamations of what was most likely shock and disbelief, but he paid them no mind. He couldn't believe that such a disgusting, cowardly tactic was even considered an ability. Vegeta snorted as he proceeded to think about his next course of action. He knew for certain that Raditz would most likely fight 'Kakarot', so there was no need for him to interfere. Also, from what he has seen, it appears as if he has no choice but to keep allying himself with those runts until he could use them and get what he wanted.

"Well, well, well," 'Goku' began, an wide smirk on his face, "looks like I get to test my new body, after all."

Raditz scoffed, but nonetheless prepped himself for the battle to come, rotating an arm backwards, "I never thought you would have stooped so low just to win."

'Goku' chuckled in amusement. "As if you're one to talk, traitor. You're nothing but a joke to everyone after the little stunt you pulled. Though, I must say you have some nerve showing up here, on this planet; when Frieza gets his hands on you, he'll make you regret being born...that is if you don't regret being born already." He mocked.

Raditz scowled, moving to trek forwards but a hand stopped him. Momentarily taken aback, the long-haired Saiyan cast a glance behind him only to see 'Ginyu's' hand weakly gripping his wrist. Raditz expression quickly turned to one of irritation, "Look; do you want your body back or what?"

"Try to keep in mind that Ginyu doesn't know my body like I do. There's no way he'll be able to use my maximum strength without uniting his body and mind; it's just not possible."

"Yeah, I know."

'Ginyu' nodded, releasing his hold on Raditz. "And one more thing...try not to bang my body up too much."

Raditz smirked. "I can't make any promises."

An mid-air 'Goku', seemingly eager to get started, pressed a mere button on his scouter. "I'll make things easier on you and I'll make the first move." He stated in a cocky manner, clenching his fists and pulling his knees in ever-so-slightly as he proceeded to power up, releasing a battle cry as he did so. Upon command, an thin coat of an yellow-ish aura appeared before everyone's eyes, the faint beeping of the scouter ringing out as well. As seconds turned to minutes, Krillin and Gohan, found theirselves gaping at the sight before them, noting to themselves that his power level was rapidly increasing. It was surreal and even now, he was still powering up. Neither of the two knew how strong Raditz actually was, but contrary to what 'Ginyu' stated, it seemed as if 'Goku' had perfect control of his body.

'Goku', on the other hand, was on an all-time high. This power coursing through his veins was unbelievable and a quick glance towards the numbers on his scouter confirmed that he was at his new body's maximum strength now. He guffawed, overwhelmed by the sudden flow of power. No one would stand a chance against him! With this power, he couldn't fail! Now, it was time to rid of those that stood in his way and from then on out, he'd take the time to get even more acquainted with his new body. Smirking, throughly pleased, he shifted his attention onto a stoic Raditz, "Now, where were we? I believe - "

'Goku's' eyes suddenly widened as he felt the power coursing through his veins feel as if it was vanishing. For the life of him, he couldn't grasp what was going on. Why did it feel as if he was getting weaker? As if his strength was decreasing as quickly as it increased? Raditz, taking advantage of 'Goku's' distraction, made a noise of amusement as he charged forwards, a fist cocked back the moment he came within range of his opponent. Ginyu, seemingly snapping out of his thoughts, growled and moved to slug Raditz with his right fist. Easily, Raditz ducked and countered with a punch to the midsection, watching as he doubled over. However, the long-haired Saiyan gave him little time to recover, driving his knee into his chin and then following it up with a harsh uppercut, sending 'Goku' hurling upwards as he released a pained grunt.

With a burst of ki, Raditz gave chase and appeared behind 'Goku' driving his knee into his back and then kicking him forwards with as much force as he could muster up, sending him hurling away. Again, with another burst of ki; giving chase, he appeared above 'Goku' and slammed his elbow down atop his head, sending him hurling towards his ground. Relentlessly, Raditz planted his feet into 'Goku's' midsection, forcing him down towards the ground at an even faster rate using his own weight. Though, the moment 'Goku' was about to crash into the ground, Raditz's quickly pulled away and ascended, powering up considerably.

"Raditz!" 'Ginyu' exclaimed with wide eyes, "that's enough! He can't fight back anymore!"

Raditz made no move to acknowledge that he heard his brother, instead, he merely scowled and maneuvered so that he was hurling towards his opponent head first. He knew what he was doing. Perhaps, he was being far-fetched or perhaps he was on the right track with the idea he had in mind, but he'd never know until he put it into action. Plus, he was doing Kakarot a favor. If he recalled correctly, which he did, then he was the only one that stood a chance against the body-stealer. Basically put, all he had to do, was force 'Goku' to change bodies somehow. He had no idea how long it'd take, but he had a feeling that if he kept tossing him around, he'd eventually use it.

He just needed to remain focused.

Unbeknownst to Raditz, though, he failed to catch 'Goku's' mischievous smirk and the small laugh that followed afterwards. Had he not been so caught up in his thoughts (albeit, a short while), then he would have been aware of the fact that 'Goku' was preparing to use his Body Change Technique sooner than he thought.

"Oh, no! Raditz!" 'Ginyu' exclaimed, having caught wind of his intentions. He saw the smirk even from where he stood, and he already knew what he needed to do. This could be his one and only chance to get his body back. And he was not going to let it pass him by! He only hoped that he'd be fast enough to make it on time, or things could get far more worse than it already was.

"CHANGE NOW!"

Raditz's eyes widened in shock, his mouth falling agape as a yellow light seemingly encased 'Goku' completely. To those watching, it looked as if 'Goku' was glowing and then, before anyone could register what was taking place, a beam-like attack of some sort shot upwards towards a mid-air Raditz, whom had yet to change his course of direction. Though, it seemed as if he wouldn't get the time to do so, for the beam-like attack was moving about at incredible speeds. By the time he even thought about moving, it was far too late; the attack was too close for him to evade and he wouldn't phase out of the way in time.

Much to Raditz's surprise though, 'Ginyu' managed to appear before him and take the full brunt of the beam. Stunned, he could do nothing but watch the scene before him, which appeared to be some exchange of some sort; words failed him, so Raditz couldn't quite find the right words to describe what he was observing.

Silence.

Vaguely, out of the corner of his eyes, Raditz noted that the bald human and his nephew had flown to his side, presumably in an attempt to either aid him or get a better look. As of right now, that was the least of his worries. Slowly, Ginyu, whom had still been in front of him, descended onto the ground and everyone watched as Ginyu whirled around to face Goku, seemingly angry.

"You!" He exclaimed in anger. "This is your fault!"

Krillin, perplexed as was everyone else, blinked owlishly. "Uh, what just happened?"

"I don't know." Raditz answered, eyes fixated ahead. "Apparently, it wasn't just any attack," he began, "if it had been, then it would have been impossible for Kakarot to come out of that alive in the condition he had been in. My guess...they swapped bodies. If I'm correct, then Kakarot should have his own body right now."

"Are you... sure?" Krillin inquired.

Raditz glanced at the former monk on his side. "Why don't you go and find out?"

Krillin slit his eyes at the long-haired Saiyan, muttering something under his breath that involved the words 'mean' and 'grumpy'. Of course, Raditz ignored him, focused more on confirming whether or not his theory was true. He glanced out of the corner of his eyes, noting that Gohan was studying both parties intently. Finally, his expression seemed to ease up and Raditz watched as Gohan smiled happily,"That's definitely him. I'm sure of it!"

That was all Vegeta seemingly needed to hear, finally revealing himself from behind the leg of Frieza's ship. Though he could hear the exclamations of surprise and register the shock looks on the others face, he ignored them. Black eyes fixated solely on Ginyu, whom was regarding him with what seemed like an expression of excitement and relief, he proceeded to charge a rather large ki blast in his left palm. They didn't have time to stall around any longer. He wasn't sure how much longer it'd take for Frieza to return, which also meant that they had a short amount of time to find out the password, but they need to get a move on. For if it was one thing Vegeta knew for certain, it was the fact that they didn't have time for a Body Switching fool.

"Vegeta!"Goku called out in alarm, convulsing in utter pain. He could barely move his body, let alone turn his head to face him. Somehow, though, he managed to do so and the action itself caused him to splutter out blood. "Don't! He deserves - "

" - Fool!" Vegeta interrupted, his voice laced with irritation as he finished charging up the ki blast and, just to ensure that an heavily injured Ginyu didn't evade his attack, phased in front of him and fired the ki blast, mercilessly ceasing his existence without batting an eye. "He deserves absolutely nothing! What more do your enemies have to do for you to forget your foolish mercy? Clearly, one stealing your body isn't enough!"

Goku said nothing and Vegeta scoffed, watching as Krillin and Gohan rushed to his aid, inquiring as to whether or not he was okay. He watched as Raditz eventually made his way over towards him and the Prince folded his arms across his chest. This wouldn't do too well. Frieza would be here soon and, with Kakarot in the condition he was in, he'd be nothing but dead-weight. No; he needed Kakarot at his max and, seeing as the regeneration tank took up quite the bit of time, he needed to get him to the regeneration chamber in order for him to receive the proper attention. The minute he saw Kakarot shakily rise to his feet with the aid of his friend and son, he smirked. How pathetic.

And with that, he wordlessly trekked towards the group of four, noting how the half-breed and Krillin regarded him with a look that clearly that he had yet to earn their trust. However, he could care less about that and it showed, for he merely ignored them. "Kakarot. I'm going to need your power when Frieza comes into the picture. Which, keep in mind, won't be too much longer. Now, follow me; I'll show you to the regeneration chambers. Don't be fooled; I am not doing this out of the goodness of my heart. In fact, I merely don't want you to be deadweight for when Frieza comes."

A/N: Special thanks to my readers and reviewers; it's really appreciated. Anyway, like I said last chapter, I was going to change things up with the whole 'Ginyu swapping bodies thing' but then I remembered that Goku really needs that boost of power when the time comes for Frieza. Please, let me know what you thought about this chapter. How was the pacing? Also, how did everyone feel about Vegeta killing Ginyu? Do keep in mind that Raditz had a go at Ginyu, so it does seem plausible to me. Not only that, but I wanted him to, at least, have one moment in this chapter. Hopefully, the whole Ginyu inside Goku's body and vice-versa didn't confuse anyone.
