Maka was laughing.
"You're really going to do that?"

But Soul was still looking over the window.
"Tch! Gotta do it for real. A real cool ride."
"What do you mean?" Maka asked, puzzled.
Soul simply eyed her.
"Just ride. I'll drive the motorcycle."

"Wear the helmet," Soul said as they adjusted.
Maka was barely in a goos position when they moved.
"Ah! Wait a moment!"

Just then, the glass of the window broke.
The undead was entering the apartment.
Maka's eyes widened.
And their faces gave her the chills.

"Advise me again to wait a moment." Soul smirked.
"Idiot! This will be a wild ride..."
"I prefer to put it as cool."
And they zoomed away.

Soul maintained a high speed even when changing directions or turning to other roads.
"Calm- Slow down! Don't you know the basics?!"
"I'd rather get all the time I want."
"We're bumping on a lot of things!"

Soul checked the rear view mirror.
"You better fix your hair."
"It's so hard with this stupid speed!"
"Wear a smile."
"It doesn't come for free."

Soul became quiet for a while.
"What if I say I love you?"
Maka smiled. "Silly. There goes my smile."

Soul looked back at her.
Maka nearly panicked. "Hey, watch the road!"
"I hope saying I love you is enough for an apology."

"Why?"
"The brakes are broken. I can't stop this."
