The world seemed to slow down as an ethereal green beam shot out of Hadrian's wand and shot across the cavern towards Branka. It hit her shield and exploded. The explosion caused her shield to shatter and sent her flying away from the various members of the team. Everyone took this as a sign to start attacking. Caridin grabbed two of the smaller golems and smashed them together causing them to turn to rubble. All of the party had grouped off and began to attack various golems, leaving only Hadrian alone. His single eye glowing due to his barely contained magic as he glared at Branka. He drew his long sword and charged forward. He had to duck and roll passed the mad dwarf as she swung a maul at his head. He came out of his roll swinging the sword at her knees trying to hamstring her, only for her to leap backwards away from him. Hadrian wasted no time firing a bone breaking curse at her while she was in the air. She had the presence of mind not to let it hit her head like it was aimed to do but it still slammed into her arm when she tried to block it. The agonized scream that followed stopped most of the fighting and drew the attention to the whimpering dwarf on the ground clutching her arm.

"You are crazy and you aren't going to get better." Hadrian said in a hushed whisper. "You sacrificed your whole family so that you could find that damned anvil. Well guess what? I'm going to destroy the cursed thing and you're never gonna get it." With that said he cast a full body bind on the struggling dwarf. Then he turned to Caridin. "We need your help convincing the dwarfs that we have paragon support for the next king."

"I will make you a crown for you to impart on the king of your choosing then I shall cast myself into the lava after I see you destroy the anvil." Caridin said with finality.

"Why I think you could still do a lot for the world. There's no need to die senselessly." Leliana said with a gasp.

"I am old and I am tired I've been trapped in this metal suit for centuries now and I want to return to the stone." Caridin said as an explanation.

"I would like to try something to free you before you decide to jump into a lake of lava. If it works may I have your armor?" Hadrian asked politely.

Caridin looked at the petite boy for a moment before nodding his ascent and making his way to the anvil. They watched in silence as he began forging a magnificent golden helm. The jewel craft and goldsmithing was surprisingly delicate for a man who had created such a tool of necessary evil like the Anvil of the Void. When he was done he was done he passed the crown off to Nria and said. "Now if you would please destroy the Anvil I would be most grateful."

Hadrian grinned and looked down at the screaming Branka before silencing her and whispering. "Now I'm going to destroy the artifact that you wasted your family for. I think you should watch." Hadrian pointed his wand at the anvil and incanted. "FIENDFYRE!" a wave of purple fire leapt out of his wand and raced towards the anvil. Everyone gasped in startled surprise when the fire took the shape of dragons, chimeras, and demons. When he lifted the curse and the fire disappeared the anvil and the cliff it was set up on was nothing but slag and magma. Then he turned to Caridin, who simply nodded at him. Hadrian swung his wand around and fired off another Killing Curse. The green curse hit the armor and splashed along all of its parts. Unlike when it hit Branka's shield there was no explosion, instead the armor merely slumped lifelessly to the ground. Everyone stared speechlessly at Hadrian as he looked at the armor dispassionately for a moment before shrinking it and stuffing it into his pocket. He turned and looked at them and seeing their face said. "What?"

"Hadrian, child what was that green light?" Morrigan asked quietly.

"Killing curse. Kills on contact anything with a soul, that isn't magically stronger than the caster." Hadrian said in a matter of fact tone. Now hand me that damned crown and I'll make it take us to the dwarfs I'm not walking all the way back through those damned tunnels." He said reaching for the crown. Nria handed it to him still dazed from the information about the vile green magic that the twelve year old was capable of. Hadrian pointed his wand at the crown and whispered "portus!" the crown glowed blue and then he held it out and said. "Alright lets go."

"What about the mad dwarf?" Sten asked looking at the silently ranting Branka.

"Well she's Oghren's wife right let him decide." Alistair said with a frown. Oghren looked down at her and sighed. "Could ya let me talk to her?" He asked with a frown.

Hadrian's response was to lift the silencing charm. It was immediately known by all as the dwarf was ranting at the top of her lungs. She was quickly silenced again but this time it was by a slap to the face. She looked stunned at Oghren. "You slapped me? How dare you?!"

"Would you shut up woman I'm trying to find a way to get you outa here alive and you ain't help you crazy nug humper!" Oghren roared back at her.

"There is no reason to keep me alive you've ruined everything! That anvil was the only thing standing between us and total annihilation! How will we combat the darkspawn now?" Branka roared with a crazed look in her eyes.

"Do you even care that you got everyone in your house killed chasin' after that damned thing?!" Oghren demanded angrily. "They died, no you killed them all for a damn fools dream!"

Oghren looked at his wife in disgust and turned to the others ignoring her moaning that they had ruined everything. "My wife is dead she died looking for the anvil alongside her house there was no trace of her when we found Caridin." He said with a Stoney expression.

"So be it." Morrigan said while the others nodded. Hadrian held out the helm, and said. "Touch the helm." When everyone had a finger on the helm Hadrian whispered. "Activate." And they were whisked out of the deep roads.
