Alternate History

(Dani: Legend is listed in Profile. My profile is also where I will address specific questions or issues that readers ask about.
I do not own many of the Characters in this story though some are mine all the KNOWN characters belong to those who originally created them. Thxs.
Please also NOTE I write Alternate Universe (AU) stories whether they are crossover or not. The AU applies to ALL characters. Thus, this will make them OOC to the original Story and I like it that way. So if you plan to comment that Akane is not like that sorry I write her like I like to. This goes for all the characters it makes the story more fun for me to write that way. Got to have some antagonist and some friends :D)
Chapter Twenty Five
Samuel and Ran Koh walked into the conference room on the third floor. There was a buffet table in the common room outside the conference. Though the Amazons usually served during functions they found a significant number of clients wanted a buffet. It was enough to warrant getting the buffet equipment. They now even rent out the conference room and set up buffets when requested.
"My don't you look lovely my dear!" Mas Cra came up and hugged Ran Koh.
"Thank you elder. I think when we went shopping everyone had more fun helping me build a wardrobe when buying for themselves." Ran Koh said with a huge smile.
"Not quite Ran Koh we had fun building our own wardrobes as well! Now we need to take you accessory shopping." Jasmine said with a smile.
Ran Koh chose to wear her lavender silk pantsuit with cream flats. It was trimmed in embroidery of white opalescent orchids. At the collars and cuffs of the jacket. There were also three at the front corner of the jacket and on the edge of the pockets on the waist. It closed completely in the front and no blouse was needed but it could be worn. The shoes were a cream color and had opalescent ceramic orchids clipped to the top of the shoes. They could be removed and replaced with other decorative shoe clips as well. Many of the women bought many of them in differnet shapes to change the looks of their shoes.
They decided they wanted to all get married quickly and settle into their new lives. As they ate, they discussed when each couple wanted to marry. Nabiki and Kasumi were there with their intendeds with them. Though, Kasumi was angry that Aimeko was there.
Kasumi refused to let go of what she saw when she was a child though she was slowly including her father into her anger for trying to replace her mother with her twin. Nabiki was there because she was the photographer the Amazons used and they wanted to help keep her from her old life style. Nabiki had researched what other photographers were charging and set her prices accordingly. She made them reasonable for those that did not have a lot to spend. She also gave back three percent to the Joketsuzoku Village.
Nabiki had started take classes on photography to learn to develop her own photos, how to crop them so they coulc make the memories even better for the bride and groom.
Her portfolio was growing. She was even given one of the offices that, was to small to be a suit for living in. She smiled, as it was large enough for what she needed. She even hung a sign on her door, 'Memories by Nabiki'. She set up the parlor to talk with the couples she was not a hard sale but she learned to make a descent pitch.
She and William had been altering the bedroom into her dark room. She and he had started working together after the attack on her aunt's apartment building. Jason was happy he did not have to do it but he still helped setup at functions. That way he got to go and enjoy the festivities the Amazons put on. He also had met a young Amazon he was starting to have feelings for.
They all decided to do a wedding a day for ten days and have one big massive Amazon reception. They all decided they wanted the full Amazon party just so prospective clients could see it in action. They did however decided they wanted a small reception after each wedding but only until eleven or twelve o'clock at night. That way the gifts would be opened then and the big party is just that well except for those that come to the big reception that was not at the smaller one. They decided tables would be set up for each couple.
The couples smiled at the elders, as they were more, excited then the couples. Min Ete and Ran Koh had talked about the next statement when they were shopping. They will be the first to wed and will share the same wedding day. They will celebrate their marriage on the date they wedded at the registrar. The shared wedding will be for when to share with the others. They nodded but they were still going to make the best wedding they could for them.
It was also decided that the décor for the Amazon party at the end of the ten days would be the decorations from the last wedding. They could if they chose to decorate the tables with what was used for each wedding. The Amazons liked that idea. Taji and Nodoka helped with decorating ideas since they will be reusing the silk flowers for all the functions unless they wanted something they did not have. However the table settings would use real mixed with silk incase they could not get real ones for being out of season.
The planning went for on for the rest of the night. As they, ate and laughed and had fun talking about the decorations and the invitations. Nabiki had started doing that as well. She wanted a full one-stop shop. She also got several Amazon warriors that wanted to learn to do what she did. So she hired them knowing once they learned the Amazons would not need her any longer but by then she would be out of college on her way to her dream job. She was having the Amazons design the invitations to the desires of the couples unless they like the ones they already designed as the basic selection. This made the weddings at the Joketsuzoku more special.
They finally broke up as all the information that was needed was gotten and they all headed out to go to sleep. As apartments, emptied Ran Koh insisted Jessica move in one. She wanted to make sure she was protected from Daniel. She was to share an apartment with Setsuko. As she, moved in an apartment to be closer to Msu Tsu. She had skill and training to stop Daniel if he tried something.
(l(l(l)l)l)
All the warriors worked the next week of preparations. All but Daniel he kept his eyes glued on Jessica and Ran Koh. He occasionally took his eye from them to watch the others he wanted. He at first did not want the others it was after they became engaged that he desire red them. But for no other reason then someone else had them. The problem was once he took either Ran Koh or Jessica the others would kill him. So, he had to make a choice and move on. He would take whichever one he could break up first. His lust though was still set on Ran Koh.
His opportunity came when he followed Ran Koh out of the Joketsuzoku Village, as she needed to get something from her apartment. He hid outside and watched for her to come back out. When she did Samuel and Jessica came out of the village and headed toward the apartment. From his hiding place, he saw Erin come out to the alley between the two buildings. He did not know his knowledge and skill he learned at the training of the Amazons and Light Warriors was gone his focus was fixed on his conquest. That was until he tried to send a lightning bolt at Jessica's heels. He saw as she turned when she heard someone in the alley and saw her fiancé.
He picked up a pebble and hit her ankle and she fell into Samuel with a squeal. It was suppose to be of surprise but to Daniel's delight it sounded like one of happiness. Ran Koh an Erin both looked up to see what looked like Samuel and Jessica in a passionate kiss. Erin's anger grew as he moved to storm back into the building to leave he was stopped by a light shock. He turned and saw Ran Koh glaring at him and she nodded toward Daniel as he had left his hiding spot and pretended to be just coming from the apartment.
Erin moved closer he knew the signals Ran Koh was giving him. He had seen them during battles and had learned them quickly to save lives and his life. Jessica stepped back blushing but her ankle was injured and this time it was a squeal of pain when she started to fall again into Samuel's arm. It was then she spotted Erin and Ran Koh their faces a mask of rage. She barely noticed Daniel. Samuel turned to see his wife and Jessica's fiancé glaring at what looked like betrayal.
Samuel turned back to his wife his eyes flashed silver black as he saw Daniel behind her with a triumphant smirk. He could not let go of Jessica, as she would fall. He did the only thing he could he sent her a telepathic message and hoped she believed him. He wished Erin would come get Jessica so he could go to his wife but he was angry. Daniel shook his head sadly and Erin stared confused.
{"Ran Koh remember your promise she fell when something hit her ankle! I can't let her go or she will fall!"} Samuel explained and he waited for her eyes to alight with lavender fire but there was none.
{"I know my love, let's see how he plays this!"} Ran Koh signaled Erin to stay put as Daniel came up, wrapped his arms around her waist, leaned in, and whispered seductively into her ear as Samuel kept Jessica from headed for Erin.
"You see he is not worthy of you. You belong to me and I will show you pleasures you never dreamed of!" Daniel whispered breathlessly into her ear.
That is when hurricane Ran Koh hit. Erin took that moment to go to Jessica he had been watching her and Samuel. He saw Samuel's attention and love was directed at his sister. He also noticed the pain in his fiancée's face. He saw as she favored one of her ankles. He looked down and saw a small sharp rock fragment near her foot. When he got to her he gently took her from Samuel who watched his wife with shock. Jessica barely noticed as Erin took her as she stared frightened and yet enthralled at the battle. Erin held her tightly and turned to see Daniel get his.
(l(l(l)l)l)
Ran Koh said nothing she let her aura do it for her. It burst forth it was the same as always but instead of just her Tiger Sect powers mixed it the Dragon and Phoenix Sect was there as well. She quickly grabbed his wrists and opened her arms wide pulling them from her. She did a back kick into a weak spot all men had. He screamed as he instinctively bent forward and tried to fall to his knees. That was until Ran Koh's head slammed back into his forehead. It caused him to snap back with a jerk as he tired to take a step back with the momentum. He screamed again as his wrists began to break as Ran Koh tightened her grip.
Ran Koh glared straight ahead as the Amazons and her family came from the village. Nodoka tried to go to her daughter to get her to let Daniel go but Samuel and Erin stopped her. Erin explained what happened and Ran Koh was making him understand he had better leave now or die. Nodoka looked surprised as she turned to see the rage she saw the night she destroyed the Amazons' private dining room. Min Ete looked at Jessica's ankle and pressed some pressure points to ease the pain and speed healing.
All observers cringed as Ran Koh spun causing Daniel to turn away from her and crossed his arms over his chest. She leaned in but she did not whisper she shouted and her voice was filled with rage. Ryoga moved passed the crowd he had to make her stop before the rage made her go to far. Samuel put a hand on his shoulder, as he knew the fear he felt.
"No Ryoga let her finish. I am monitoring her if she starts to go to far we will go then. Daniel deserves this and needs a lesson in when a woman says NO it means NO!" Ryoga was not too sure but he nodded reluctantly.
"I AM NOT YOURS! I HAVE NEVER BEEN YOURS! JESSICA IS NOT YOURS NOR ARE ANY WOMEN IN THIS WAR YOURS! AS OF NOW YOU HAVE OVERSTAYED YOUR WELCOME LEAVE TODAY OR DIE TOMORROW AND BELIEVE ME NO ONE WILL EVER FIND YOUR BODY!" Ran Koh shouted as she reached out with her leg as she pushed Daniel from her and kicked with a ki enhanced leg sending him forward she let go once she felt the pop of his joints as they dislocated.
He fell to the ground as he tried to keep his balance but could not when a shapely leg kicked his legs our from under him. He fell flat on his face as he cold not use his broken wrists. He tried to roll so he landed on his back but with what skill he had learned during the war was gone and he only made it as far as his side. He looked up to see a glowing Ran Koh and behind her was Samuel glowing just as brightly. He wrapped his arms around his wife as Daniel still not wanting to give up scowled.
"HE BETRAYED YOU WITH HER! YOU SAW IT!" Daniel hoped to get the others on his side he wanted them and he was going to get them.
"Actually no he did not. Ran Koh here is the sharp rock he threw at Jessica's ankle. It not only hit hard enough to crack her ankle but it pierced her skin. He caused the illusion to break you and Samuel apart. As well as Erin and Jessica." Min Ete came forward followed closely by Ryoga who was hiding in his rage barely.
"There is no longer a friendship between us. You are no longer welcomed near me and my family and friends. Come back and it won't be Ran Koh you have to fear. Ryoga said as he glowed a sickly yellowish green.
Doctor Cassia, Doctor Tofu, and Doctor Mirako came forward to help him to his feet. They had been there to help with the decorations. They got him to his feet then led him into the apartment building to his room. As they tended his wounds Mirako packed his belongings into his backpack. She brought it out in time to see Tofu and Derek set his wrists. It was not a complete break but a fracture. He was lucky he was able to roll enough not to land on his wrists or they would have broken. The two men helped him with his backpack. Tofu eased the pain of the dislocated shoulders and wrists but that would only last about ten hours. He did press some healing pressure points to speed his healing.
They walked him out of the apartment building and to the street. They then returned to the others staring at him. Ran Koh came up to him and held out her hand. He looked at her confused then Ran Koh reached out with her magic pulled everything he had in subspace and laid it at his feet. Since the Gray Monks erased his memory or locked it away of his training she pulled what he carried in this subspace pockets out. There was not much but several stacks of napkins with phone numbers on them the keys to the apartment building, which Ran Koh picked up. His training journals, which she also took from him he was about to complain but at her glare, he stopped.
She then moved back to her friends as he picked up the napkins and the other personal items he could not put them away because of his recently fixed dislocated shoulders and bandaged wrists. Ryoga came up, picked everything up, and packed it quickly in his backpack. Daniel tried to talk to him but the fact Ryoga glowed a sickly yellow green that was mixed with a black cat shaped aura made him shut his mouth.
"I thought you were my friend but you planned to use me to get to my UNDER AGED sister. I advise you to stay out of our lives or it will be I that makes you disappear." He spoke quietly so the others could not hear except the Light Warriors.
Ryoga walked back to his second family and friends and stood next to Ran Koh his wife with him. Daniel did not seem bothered by the threats as he stared at Ran Koh with lust and Jessica with the same wanting. Then before him stood the elders they surrounded him then used the 'Splitting the Cat's Hair' technique only taught to the Light Warriors though they did not need it at this war. They began to attack Daniel. Not a beating but his shiatsu points. They had been studding Ra Koh's techniques that she used on Genma and Tendo Akane. The last elders that came brought an old scroll with them that had that on it before Ra Koh altered it to suit her.
They followed the ancient Amazon's example and made it more powerful and deadly if it needed to be. Those, who were too stubborn to listen. When they finished they turned at a giggle from Ran Koh as she followed what they did and though she was able to repeat what they did she was not sure what it was until she felt Ra Koh deep insed her explain it to her.
"Ra Koh?" Ku Lon asked with a raised eyebrow, Ryoga said yep as he was chuckling also.
"Would someone tell us what happened? As they watched as Daniel limped about off sight.
"Come let us have some tea." Mas Cra said as she took Ran Koh's arm and patted it as she wrapped it around hers.
They entered the restaurant and sat down at the Amazon table. Cy Sin and Che Ri brought out tea cakes. Then they moved back into the kitchen to prepare for the lunch rush. As they sat down, they decided not to magically seal the room since there was no one to worry about eavesdropping. They jumped when suddenly a chair was pulled from the table and Tal Kom sat down next to his brother and Setsuko.
"Tal Kom?" Ran Koh asked as the monk smiled at her.
"I am still the liaison with all the Jusendo Valley residents and the Light Warriors. Though, I am trying to get the sect leaders not to be so aloof with each sect and its corresponding tribe. They might still I am not sure though. Besides, I wanted to wish my brother congratulations and find out why Ra Koh, Ran Koh, and Ryoga were enjoying what the five of you did.
"We re-instigated the technique that Ra Koh used on Tendo Akane and the panda. Ah let me finish It is not the same as Ra Koh like you altered it to suit her. We have the original. We altered it as well. As we decided it was, a much better punishment and it allowed people to learn. Like Miss Tendo." Sno Pe began with a gleam.
"We still have the original version where the last level is death. Ran Koh do you think Ra Koh will allow us to learn the one she used on the panda so we do not need to be there for it to advance?" Ku Lon asked with a warm smile.
"Not at the moment but if the contract still holds then maybe." Ran Koh told them with narrowed eyes.
"Oh it does child it does. The council has incorporated it into our laws. Though Daniel is no longer the leader of the warriors, his signature is still valid until another warrior signs for him. The elders looked toward Erin who smiled and nodded. It took only a few moments for the change to be made and everyone was happy.
"Does that mean you will teach me your changes? If you do and I combine them with Ra Koh's I am sure she will allow that to be taught to you as well." Ran Koh said with an excited smile, which was mimicked in all the eyes of the Light Warriors.
"But it ends in DEATH!" Hayashi said with a look of fear.
"The one Ra Koh used yes it does. However, our new version is used for all offenses except where a life was purposely taken or harmed. Though, that end must be unanimously agreed to.
"So what did you do to Daniel and since it does not automatically go to the next level are you saying you can pick which level to give?" Nodoka asked as Derek took hold of her hand as it was lying on the table.
"Yes we can. But once we learn to set it to automatically advance then it, will be a much better punishment. We will still use the technique we created, as some do not need the levels to learn.
"Well since we could not set it to automatically advanced we did the next best thing. We gave him all five levels for his punishments. We each decided what our level would be. Though I don't think any of us picked death, did we?" Mas Cra said as they all shook their heads no.
"Suffice it to say if he treats any other woman the way he did Ran Koh he will be unable to perform. If the woman willingly agrees then he is fine." Yas Min told them with a giggle.
"Mine was that I took all the benefits of our and your training from him. I knew the Monks removed the training after your shopping trip Tal Kom told us they did. I just made it permanent. He cannot remember what we taught and how we taught it. But I locked away all the physical training as well including the Breaking Point." Mas Cra told them as the Light Warriors excitement grew.
"Well I fear I was sssooo bad! I blocked his ability to seduce women you know his charming smile and charm. He will get a lot of slapped faces from now on." Ku Lon told them as she did not like him and was sorry she and Mas Cra jumped at his offer.
"Well I decided he needed to forget you Ran Koh and Jessica. As far as any woman here he had no interest in them. This way if he meets you again by accident he will just know you as the leader of the Tiger Sect and Jessica as Erin's fiancée and or wife." Sno Pe told them and the two women Daniel wanted jumped up and kissed her each on one side of the cheek.
"Well...*SNORT*...really! Is that...*HUFF*...necessary?" Sno Pe blustered at the display.
"YES!" Not only did Jessica and Ran Koh answer so did every woman at the table.
"So you managed to decide what each level is going to be?" Alex asked as he wished he had known that technique when they visited his uncle.
"Yes and with a wide variety of options we can tailor make a punishment and if we choose make it a lethal punishment." Mas Cra told them as they nodded.
"We will start your training tomorrow it should not take you long to learn it. Then if Ra Koh allows us to know her version you just need to give us a copy of her scroll. We also make you the same offer. Any changes we make in merging them we will share and visa versa. This should be put in the Elder's techniques for the Japanese tribe as well. Since death is not the final outcome, it could be used. Remember though this complex follows Chinese Amazon law so as far as punishment standards ours is to be followed. Yas Min said as she pushed the new Law book to Ran Koh, Ryoga, and the Takashi clan.
"We have made many changes we felt you will approve and will see this as the laws the Japanese tribe can follow.
"We will go over it but out side this complex we must follow Japanese laws. However those that do not override those laws we will probably use." Hiroshi said as he looked at the book.
"Tell us Hiroshi as the only real elder of your tribe are you going to officially make your family elders?" Ku Lon asked him as he looked up at her.
"During the war it was a necessity. However, we will set up our council like yours with one difference. I will lead the council and as a nod to our Chinese tribe my mother will sit on the council as well. I want the leaders of the three sects to be a part of the council. Even though, many are married to each other in some instances. I want them to act as a representative of their segment of the Light Warriors. Then the leader of the healers should be a part of the council as well. That means Tofu, and Min Ete. Sorry sister but you and Hayashi already have me as elder. Erin should cover not only the warriors but also the martial artists. Sorry brother. I think Kyoko of the vets should also be apart of the council if he wishes. Finally I would like Calcoridan to be an elder if not him Morboshi-sensei."
"All the leaders I see but Calcoridan may not be able to as he is the advisor to Saffron but we can ask. Why include Min Ete she was not the leader of the medical team and will Jonathan be co-leader here as well?" Yas Min asked the young businessman.
"I will ask him as he is the leader of the scholars. Kyoko showed interest in staying here, he said he wants to find a bigger place but the Kuno manor is to far away. Though he hopes, they let them keep it as a hospital. He was sure the others would operate it. While he worked out of the apartment here none of the others ever asked to take a turn to help the animals. I feel Kyoko really had the animals' interest at heart. Min Ete because even though she is a doctor she is also an Amazon from our sister tribe and she sits here to honor our past and because of her skill and abilities as a healer and warrior." Hiroshi told them as Ku Lon smiled, as did Yas Min, though Mas Cra smiled a little Sno Pe seemed angry.
"What about the Musk if a Phoenix sits on your council should you not include a Musk?" Tal Kom said with a raised eyebrow.
"No if Prince Her Rbe shows himself willing to work with the Alliance we will include a Musk warrior. He does not show himself as being able to do that, especially if he is going to try and steal Ran Koh and Kiima and make them his slave wives." Hiroshi said with a scowl.
'That is a very good list. Will you six be able to make decisions on your own not related to what your spouse wants?" Mas Cra asked the Light warrior Sect Leaders.
"We have done so in this war we will do so for our Amazon Tribe." Samuel said as he smiled at his wife who nodded.
"I will check with Calcoridan. It is good you included your scholastic team their knowledge will aid you greatly. Will Samuel represent your shaman as well? I understand three are staying well Don will follow Xian Pu back to China." Yas Min said with a warm smile.
"I did not know any were staying yes I will check with Richard and William and see which wishes to sit on the council." Hiroshi told them as they nodded.
"I think if they both wish to let them both sit on the council it will be like the medical branch." Yas min said with a smile and Hiroshi nodded.
"Now it is late all of you go to bed Ran Koh and Ryoga you training in the morning. The rest of you need to help finish with the decorations." Ku Lon said with a smile.
"What about their schooling?" Nodoka asked since the war was over they needed to go back to school.
"We already got our GEDs mom. We did it at the lab and we all passed. So, we are looking forward to college. When this is all this is over." Ran Koh told her as she smiled at her shocked mother.
"We talked with cousin Ku Lon and she worked with the Amazons and other warriors. They all got their GEDs. We did not know how long the fight would last and we didn't want anyone to lose out on an education but we could not waste precious time going to school." Ran Koh told her other who nodded and smiled proudly at her child.
They all went to the apartment and went to bed. It was a quiet night as everyone slept soundly. Ran Koh woke suddenly fear gripped her as she reached out for Samuel and found he was still next to her. She opened her eyes and saw the dreamscape of her mind. She felt confused she was not a Shaman. She turned at a movement to her left. She looked confused as it was the original Tiger Sect warrior. She wondered why Ryoga was not here.
"I am here Ran Koh." She turned and found Ryoga behind her a stern look at the original Tiger Light Warrior.
"As I speak to you the other two speak with their sect leaders. There was much we could not say when you won against 'He Who Devours the Light'. We know you all agreed to help and it seems a large portion of your army stayed to be with you not as your army but your family. They are your loyal friends and family. We fear your notoriety will not give you peace. We suggest that you all move to Atlantis until those that lived through the war are gone." Ryoga and Ran Koh looked at him then each other.
"What do the others say? What about their families and mine?" Ran Koh said with a small frown. She could change back to Ranma but she was Ran Koh now.
"We don't want to hide. This property is Amazon territory and with it, we have rights that the media cannot infringe on here or in any country. When it is turned over to Ryoga and Ran Koh it is still Amazon land." They all turned to see the other four leaders of the Light Warriors.
"We just don't want you harmed any more!" They turned back to see the other two 'Warrior of Light'. They all bowed to them.
"We appreciate that but we will not run we will warn them off and if they don't listen we could have the Gray Monks do what they did after every war. Well except to Jusendo Valley and those that are our friends and family. Most of the warriors that went home they not only blocked all the power they had for the war but they altered their memories. To remember the war they fought in against a demon but they won!" Taj said with a frown.
"Then we will have them remove all the memories of the world again and hide the powers of the animals from them as well. We must keep you safe you will not grow old you are forever the ages you are now. How will you explain that to others." The Phoenix spoke with sadness.
"We won't. We have the library of books, tomes, and scrolls given us by the Gray Monks there are illusion spells that can be used to protect ourselves from over zealous sight seekers." Samuel told them as he put his arm around Ran Koh's shoulders.
"But if we do not take your advice will you never speak with us again?" Ran Koh asked, as she looked a bit frightened.
"Do not fear child we will always be here for you to answer questions and aid you if we can." The six leaders smiled and Ukyo, Ran Koh, Taj stepped forward with invitations to al the next ten days of weddings and the Amazon bash after the last wedding.
"Why thank you we will try to be there we promise." The Phoenix warrior said as all three vanished along with the other five leaders.
Ran Koh sat down and cried as the one person she wanted there the most could not be at her formal wedding. She felt her great grandmother's presence and smiled sadly, as she woke to the alarm clock telling her it was time for training. Well it was telling Samuel she always got up at four o'clock every morning.
(l(l(l)l)l)
The training moved quickly and it seemed Ran Koh's heightened ability to learn was still with her. She learned the changes to Ra Koh's technique and she smiled. They finished on the last day before Ran Koh and Min Ete's double nuptials. They helped with the final preparations. The air was electric with excitement. They all packed for the trip to a private honeymoon. As all the couples tried to sleep, their minds raced as they wondered if they were marrying the right people. They would know tomorrow if they showed up.

(o)(o) SNAP SHOTS OF WEDDINGS (o)(o)
(o) DAY ONE (o)
Ran Koh and Min Ete rose early though they were both already married this would make if official for them. They practiced and spared together as they worked out their tension of the day's events. They both stopped suddenly when they turned and caught tree mountain lion cubs as they flew straight at them. Cali floated behind them. They laughed as Cali had been teaching the cubs to fly much to the displeasure of Kyoko and their parents.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Samuel and Rufino were standing on the landing the light warriors between them Ryoga was no where to be seen. Rufino was on the right and Samuel on the left. The audience sat whispering quietly. Ryoga's family and Alex's family made it to the ceremony. They wanted to see their children and be a part of this for them. There were a lot of foreigners as many of the Light Warriors future brides came from the army of the Light Warriors. Even the family of the Amazons that were getting married arrived. Though since Hiroshi and Che Ri were not marrying in this ten-day stretch her great grandmother Chi Fon came anyway. Even Min Ete's family came though she was happy to see her great grandmother Thorn she was not happy her mother and older sister came.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
Ran Koh and Min Ete helped each other get ready with help from the female Light Warriors, Jessica, Xian Pu, and La Si. They all chose traditional Western wedding dresses. Which both girls looked lovely in. As La Si worked on Ran Koh's long lovely, hair Xian Pu came up and gave her a small box. Ran Koh looked at it confused then took it.
She opened it and gasped as it was a locket with a ceramic silhouette of Ran Koh on top. It was done like the ladies on the cameos she gave to her cousin, mother, and grandmother. She had La Si to help her do her long hair like that. Behind the locket was the silver of the original lid. The scrolling in the lid surrounded the profile of Ra Koh like a halo.
"There was not enough room inside since grandfather took up his side by himself. So I put great grandmother on the lid as it is her family and it seems app...appropriate as she is guarding her family." Xian Pu still stumbling but was getting better told her.
"It is perfect Xian Pu!" Ran Koh said as she hugged the Amazon then when La Si finished put the locket on.
Ran Koh wore a floor length silk ivory dress hat had a small one foot train. The dress was form fitting to the waist then gently flowed outward as it moved passed her hips. It had a sweet heart neckline and thin half-inch straps on the shoulders covered in aurora borealis crystals. There was a second strap that rested on her upper arms and it was a piece of cloth in a gathered scallop with a trim of small teardrop pearls on the bottom hem. Her shoes were ivory flats with a starburst of pearls clipped to the toe. She wore no veil and the bun that her ponytail came out of like the cameos was studded with matching stones from her dress. La Si did made the ponytail with streamers of gold, silver, and copper ribbons two of each. On each edge of the ribbons was a thin line their coordinating colors of red, black, and white.
Min Ete's was having her hair done like Ran Koh's she liked that and wanted to ware it that way all the time. She however did not have the ribbons as she was wearing a matching lace veil that was attached to her bun with a small tiara of aurora borealis crystals. She also wanted to show her family she found a new loving family that did not care she was a healer but embraced her skill. Her wedding gown was a lighter shade of cream and more a princess style gown. It was strapless with a heart shaped neckline. It was form fitting and puffed out at the waist. Her gown was satin under the lace that was all over it. The pattern was of a paisley design swirling around roses. The outer edges of the roses were trimmed at the with aurora borealis crystals while the paisley was trimmed in tiny pearls. Her beige flats sported a decorative clip like Ran Koh's only hers were pearl and crystal roses.

The wedding was beautiful as Min Ete came down from the right and Ran Koh came down from the left. Tal Kom gave Min Ete away while Ran Koh's grandfather gave her away. They ceremony was beautiful. Many of the guests that were at La Si's wedding watched for the ring bearers. They were not disappointed as Cali came down the isle riding Sera's back. There was suddenly the sounds of a lot of cats the guests turned toward the loading dock area and found hundreds of not only cats but wolves, dogs, bears, and a variety of large cats. They did not see the smaller animals as they were near the ceiling with the birds.
After the wedding was over everyone was escorted into the Nekohanten for a mild reception since the big event would be in nine days. This time Akane was there and she was calm and gushing happily for the two brides. She sat with her friends as the two newlyweds danced their first dance together. The happy couples and guests were having a grand time.
The only down side was Min Ete's family though Thorn was ecstatic as she was the only of her family that cared for Min Ete. Her mother and older sister were cold and angry. They felt Rufino should have belonged to her mother's heir and if the laws had not been changed, So Nat could have challenged her sister for her husband. She had no real skill after all she was a healer.
Her husband would not allow this to bother her as he held her tightly he showed and told her he loved her. He scowled when So Nat came up and pushed her sister over to dance with her new brother-in-law. The first thing she did was kissed him passionately on the lips. That earned her a palm strike to the stomach. She doubled over and glared at Rufino. He moved next to his wife his Dragon Sect colors glowing around him and Min Ete.
"It is because you are my sister-in-law I was not more deadly with my attack. I am not yours to try and steal. If you insist on treating my wife as you have been then you are not welcome here, EVER!" Rufino did not have to look, as he knew the other Light Warriors were glowing and behind him and his soul mate.
"You over step her bounds _male_!" Bri Sel snarled as she went to her heir.
"No Bri Sel, you and So Nat are! They have been married at the start of this war they are soul mates you know the laws about trying to tear soul mates apart. That is the only marriage laws I insisted remain in our laws to protect all the Light Warriors as they are all soul mates with their spouse and future spouses." Tor Ron moved in front of Min Ete her eyes flashing at her great granddaughter and great great granddaughter.
"WHAT! SHE IS NOTHING! SHE DOES NOT DESERVE HIM HE IS A WARRIOR!" Bri Sel shouted making a huge scene.
The room of Light Warriors and soldiers of the war busted out laughing at her. She glared at them as even the elders that were here during the battle were laughing at them. Bri Sel began to glow when a staff struck her in the small of her back causing her to stiffen. So Nat ran to her mother and met the same fate. Ku Lon and Mas Cra summoned to large female warriors and directed them to take the two upstairs to their rooms. They could just dump them in side the parlor and the elders would take care of them later.
"I am sorry for that my sweet. I am so proud of you for your growth as a _healer_ and a warrior. The best part is you have found your true soul mate. When Ku Lon and Mas Cra told me of the number of soul mates being found here I made sure that one marriage law stayed put. I think all the elders wanted that one left in as it was not a hard sale." Tor Ron told them a sad smile, as her life just got lonelier since she knew Min Ete would not return to the village.
"It is alright elder as many warriors here have learned Min Ete can fight with the best of them she just does it with her Hippocratic oath in mind. That and demons aren't covered there. You and the family of the other warriors are always welcome here. As we expect many of your warriors and _men_ will want an education. Just let them known any mistreatment of our family Min Ete especially will be met with strong retaliation!" Ran Koh stepped up next to her sister-in-law, as the Light Warriors were a family.
"I agree my dear and thank you I will visit regularly to seem my favorite great great granddaughter and grandson." Tor Ron smiled, as she got all dreamy as the others stepped back.
"Uh Oh! Grandchildren fantasies again!" Samuel said as she took on the same look his father did when he dreamt of grandchildren.
The room started giggling as they looked round they found several elders, mothers, and grandmothers doing the same thing. Ran Koh moved to her friend and with a warm smile filled the room with a soft lavender mist. Min Ete looked confused then Rufino told her what just happened.
Ran Koh though did not erase the memories of the last twenty minutes she pushed them aside so to speak so it will no longer ruin our day." Rufino smiled at Ran Koh as she nodded and winked at him.
"Thank you Ran...!" Min Ete was cut off by Ran Koh as she hugged her.
"It is sister now even more then before, for all of us!" Ran Koh said as Min Et looked around and saw the heads of all the Light Warriors bobbing slightly up and down.
"Now LET'S PARTY!" Ran Koh shouted bringing the partygoers out of their daydreams.
The reception went on until midnight then started to shut down. The newlyweds took their gifts and headed to the apartment building. The couples marrying decided to forgo the honeymoon until after the last major reception. Then they would all go to Atlantis so they all can be together and decide how to do the lost city to suit them and their needs.
Ran Koh and Samuel finally consummated their first marriage vows as she was finally ready to give up on Ranma and move on.
(o) DAY TWO (o)
Ukyo was next to wed she loved the double wedding of Min Ete and Ran Koh but she was too nervous to ask one of the other brides if they wanted to do a double wedding. So, she let it slide. There was one that like her wanted a double wedding and she approached Ukyo who jumped t the offer. They giggled as they figured it would give the Amazons one more day to prepare for the two week long reception after the last wedding. Her new partner was Anna she and Ukyo became close almost as close as Anna, Ran Koh, and Ryoga. Though, after today they would be that close.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Like the day before the guests waited in their seats or were milling around the main hallway looking at the items on display from the emporium. They saw the wild animals again in the dock waiting for their friends to get married too. They spotted a table behind them today with food. They wondered if there was one there yesterday also. The two grooms stood in the landing of the stairs with the minister from yesterday. The Amazons had worked out an arrangement with the minster to perform the weddings if the bridal couple had no one to do it. They would give his church five percent of the cost of the wedding.
Austin stood on the left and Hiro Tamikae was on the right. Hiro stood five feet eleven inches tall. He had thick black purple hair that he wore long in a braid. It went to just below his shoulders. His face was round but hard from army life. He had medium sized eyes of an amber brown color. His nose was long, lean, and ended over a pair of smiling full lips. He had a muscular build and wore a black and gold kimono with battle slippers there was a black and gold Tao symbol in its back. He had a gold and black twisted sash keeping it closed.
He stared out in the audience and saw his happy mother and father as they waved a tiny wave at him his smile got broader. His sighed heavily as his sister could not make it. She could not get here from England in time from her studies. He jumped slightly as Anna had told Austin about the surprise Taj and Alex had cooked up for Hiro. Austin tapped his arm then pointed toward the doorway to the Joketsuzoku village. He smiled when he saw as his sister slipped in next to his parents. His sister mouthed 'thank you' to him then rocked her arms back and forth for grandchildren and he stared shocked. He forgot about that.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
The same women helped prepare the brides as before. La Si did the hair as she loved doing it and was good at it. Ukyo had her hair made into a bun of interlocking strands high on the back of her head. Her face was surrounded with strands of twirled curls to act as a frame. She then put her tiara in her hair. She did not wear a veil as she wore her mother's marital kimono. It was pale lavender her mother's favorite color and had white orchids on it. The sash was a dark purple. Instead of the normal sandals worn with a kimono she wore lavender flats with a crystal orchid clipped to the toes.
Anna just let her hair hang loose but La Si still did something unique for her. She braided part of her hair with copper and red ribbons woven in and put it across the top of her head like a hair band. It was held in place with crystal beads of white, red, and black. Anna smiled with wide happy eyes. She wore a dress similar to Ran Koh's. The differences were her wedding dress was white. She also wore a lace veil. It was attached to again a tiara that sat behind her braid and flowed down her back. She wore white satin heels with a bow of crystals and white leather. Half the bow the leather the crystal portion was on top while the half it was under the leather. She wanted to be a bit taller.
She had practiced walking on heels for some time in the hopes of finding her soul mate. The dress like Ran Koh's was tight on the bodice and gradually flared out as it went to the floor. It also was made of silk. It had a one-inch mandarin collar that came around to just to the edge of her chin. The rest of the beaded collar was left opened and merged into a rounded scoop neck that looked much like a teardrop. That was also beaded with crystals. The sleeves were form fitting, went to her wrists, and formed a point on the back of her hand. There was a small loop of elastic that attached to the second finger on each hand to hold the point in place. The hem of the sleeves was also beaded.
Alex played the part of Anna's father as his right as the Phoenix Sect leader. He glared at the other male leaders daring them to argue. Samuel shook his head with has hands up and palms out to placate Alex. Reminding him, he was giving away Ukyo as her soul bonded and the leader of the Dragon sect. Ryoga gave him a slight sneer then laughed as he just shook his head and walked away.
As the music began, Anna came down the left with Alex and Ukyo came down the right with Samuel. The ceremony again went off without a hitch. They lucked out as Her Rbe had to go back to Jusendo valley in response to the Jusendo Alliance. The two generals he left in charge called him back for a meeting with the alliance. He should be gone for at least twenty days or more by then all the newlyweds and the other Light Warriors will be gone.
When the wedding was over, they moved to the Nekohanten. The ring bearers were still Sera and Cali but this time Sera was flanked by the two adult Mountain lions that attached themselves to the Light Warriors and following them amidst a collective 'aaaawwww' was the three lion cubs trying to catch the tails of the bigger cats. The male lion like Sera was wearing a tux collar and cuffs. The female lion was wearing a crystal tiara with a short lace veil. The cubs were wearing veils and cuffs like their parents. There were two males and one female on the cubs.
When the cubs saw the other animals, they broke formation and ran to play with them. Two wolves laid, down and began to move their tales to keep them busy as did another cat. Blue sat in the front row on a chair by himself, as he did not want to be in the weddings. He did this for Ran Koh and Min Ete's wedding as well. Behind him was a pair of children from one of the other families and they kept petting him through the open back of his chair. He was fine with that but if they tried to take him from his seat he growled low and menacingly and the parents pulled them back. He wore the same tux collar and cuffs.
The reception was a bit less dramatic as there was no one to try to break up the newlyweds. The newlyweds had their first dance together and then the guest joined in. Hiro's father cut in with his son and danced his new daughter-in -law around the floor as Hiro danced with his mother. Alex took his father of the bride seriously as he danced with Anna. He smiled into her beaming eyes, leaned forward, and kissed her forehead. He was then forced to relinquish Anna to the father of Austin. While Taj danced with Austin. As midnight rolled around the party broke up and everyone left happy and excited for the large Amazon festivities at the end of the ten days of weddings.
As Anna, abandoned her place in line to join Ukyo at the same altar the rest of the weddings moved up. Since everyone's family was here there was no problem. The next wedding was being setup for the next day and preparing the food and decorating as each couple wanted something different. This worked for Nabiki as it showed that the Amazons had a wide range of options and are willing to work with their customers.
(o) DAY THREE (o)
This day was a single wedding. It was Erin and Jessica's wedding day and she was so afraid she would be alone in preparing and without family. The women of the Light Warriors however were there. Since Chief Red cloud returned to Samuel and Ran Koh's remarry he stayed and offered himself as her father's stand in. He was close friends of her father which was one reason he was angry at Tomas the first time the forced her from the village. The other chiefs came as well since some of their sons were marrying as well. Don's father was upset that he and Xian Pu were not taking formal vows but he hoped since there was an empty slot he could convince them to do so.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Erin took his turn at the altar he wanted to have another groom here too but Jessica wanted her own ceremony. He understood that. He smiled slightly as Ryoga, Alex, and Samuel stood with him. He was surprised that Chief Red Cloud was giving the bride away. Minuet was her matron of honor as Jessica was again her maid of honor. He was short some groomsmen short but that was ok. This was her day.
He looked out over the guests and frowned slightly. He did not wanted to send in invitation home as he left under not so stellar conditions. He had hoped though his brother and sisters would come since they no long lived at home. He sighed and turned his back to the guests as he heard as the bride and her party was getting ready to come down the stairs.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
La Si was again playing hairdresser. Jessica's long onyx black hair flowed down her back. Jessica allowed La Si to decide how to style her long tresses. She put her hair up like she had done Ukyo's in interlocking strands. This time however there was no tiara. She had found miniature silk orchids and put them at the back of the up-do all the way around. She then pinned a few extra where some of the hair interlocked. Jessica smiled, as she had liked it a lot.
She had decided since she has lived her life away from her tribe she was going to embrace her new life with Erin. She had found a lovely light ivory satin dress with Irish lace over it. It had a high frilly collar. There was a modest cut out of a teardrop. The point started at the center base of the collar and ended just above her chest. At the base, it was four inches across. The lace was a floral pattern of orchids with pearls and crystals in the center of the flowers. The satin part of the dress had no sleeves so her arms were covered in the lace they were slightly fuller then skintight and narrowed to a gathered cuff at the wrist with a one-inch lace ruffle. She wore ivory satin heels with a single clip on crystal and pearl orchid. She smiled as she picked up a shoe on the dressing table. Ran Koh had found the clips in an old shoe store though there were not many. She was able to find just the strong clips and they all began to learn to make them even her. The Amazons also started making them. They were now sold in the Emporium. She frowned at the two-inch heel of her shoes she wanted higher but these were already stained the right color and she would have had to wait for higher shoes.
The music started to play and Jessica rose and put on her shoes and took her bouquet from Ran Koh as they all headed down to the ceremony. Chief Red Cloud met her at the top of the stairs and took her arm in his. He smiled at her, leaned over, and kissed her cheek. She looked at him confused then saw the tears in his eyes he had been trying not to shed all day.
"You mother and father would be so proud of you Jessica. Here this is for you. Your mother wanted you to have it on your wedding day." The older man handed her a box she opened and gasped.
She lifted the brooch she had seen her mother wear all the time. It was silver with a sideways oval of turquoise in a filigree designed. At each end where were two curls were set in the cent of each curl sat a small white diamond chip. Matthew took the brooch and pinned it ot the center front of her collar. He then put the box back in his pocket to give back to her later.
She came down the stairs a happy smile on her face as her amber eyes met Erin's emerald green ones. The ceremony was much like the others it went quickly and without incident. Jessica and Erin also had the big cats as ring bearers while Blue had the same seat he had for the other two weddings. Today though, the mountain lion cubs sat with him.
The reception was a success for the Amazons and Nabiki. As the other receptions have been. What was nice was if family could not make this wedding they could still show up at the final reception party. The newlyweds were happy and as Samuel watched Jessica his wife came up next to him and leaned against his arm. He looked down at his tired but happy soul mate and gently moved his arm from under her. He then wrapped it around her shoulder and pulled her close to him.
"I can never forgive her taking money over me. She never even fought for me. I am glad she could not allow Tomas and Daniel to do what they wanted." Samuel said as he remembered she allowed Ran Koh to touch her to read her thoughts to warn her of their plans.
"She did it because she thought you were her soul mate. It turned out it was Erin. He is happy I can feel it empathically but he is also saddened that not even his siblings showed up to see him marry." Ran Koh told him sleepily as she watched as Erin and Jessica danced a slow dance embraced tightly in each other's arms.
"Well they might not have been able to get here in time. After all, it was short notice. But they could make it to the traditional Amazon celebration! I understand Nabiki is going to set up tables for each wedding day and have videos of the weddings running in a loop for those that could not make it. She is deciding if she should include the reception. I suggested she did after all they will be running for two weeks." Samuel told her wit a chuckle.
"I see so far Akane has been to every wedding. Do you think that is a good idea? I mean if you show her any interest she takes it as an open invitation to claim status she does not have." Samuel said as he watched Akane as she mingled with the other guests.
"I delivered her invitations personally and told her she was being invited because of Nabiki and Kasumi and nothing more. She was not happy but she nodded." I think she wants to prove she has changed and wants to make friends." Ran Koh said as Samuel whisked her into a slow ballad dance.
The party started breaking up around eleven as the elders and Light Warriors alike helped clean up. They all then went to bed to start all over again. Though, this time the Nekohanten did not have to close as the second floor was to serve customers they only closed for the weddings and receptions.
(o) DAY FOUR (o)
Megan and Richard was the next to marry. Though Megan was sad, as she had no one since her parents divorced and neither one of them seemed to care what happened to her. She had been raised by her two grandmothers, as they wanted to share raising her. She and her gram Molly moved into gram Sarha's home it was her father's ancestral home. She missed both her parents but since they never came to visit, she fell into life with her two widowed grandmothers. She wanted for nothing though material things were not what she wanted she wanted the love of her parents but that never happened. She got all her love from her two grandmothers. She hoped they were able to come though she tried not to worry after all it was short notice. They would be here for the party at the end of the weddings though she hoped.
Richard's father came with the other chiefs he was also glad to see his little sisters and mother. His other brother was left to run the council minus Tomas as no one on the council will allow him to sit in for his father after he nearly destroyed the world for a short time as leader before the demon killed him. He however still tries to marry Samuel and Allen off to any chief's daughter he can trick into it. The fact Samuel is married does not faze him in the least. Richard was glad his twin sisters are two young for marriage and if they were, he would end Tomas' attempts permanently.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Richard stood like the other grooms on the landing in the main hallway of the Joketsuzoku village. He smiled as his twin sisters sat with his mother behind Golden Blue and the mountain lion cubs. His mother watched nervously but the fact some of the other children were also playing with them calmed her some. He looked up as he saw movement. He saw two elderly women with graying red hair and one with bright blue eyes and the other with dark emerald green. He knew who they were he saw Megan in them. They were led to the second row behind Blue. His mother wanted to keep the girls behind a row of chairs. They wanted to sit with the children and the animals. He smiled as he stepped down from the landing and walked up to them.
"Greetings, Elder Fitzpatrick, Elder O'Reily. I am Richard Darkstar and this is my mother Janice and my sisters Rachael and Brenda. I am so happy you were able to come Megan will be so surprised and happy." Richard stared at the two confused women then they smiled.
"So yo're her soul mate how wonderful!" They stood and hugged him tightly and kissed him on each cheek.
Richard heard the music and then leaned down and kissed each of his future grandmothers' on the forehead and ran up the stairs and jumped to the landing in one leap. The squeal of his sisters made him chuckle as he realized he would not be required to do that while carrying them. He turned toward the right and saw his future wife as she was led down the stairs by Ryoga her sect leader.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
Megan sat in the same chair as every other bride and allowed La Si to do her magic. She pulled up Megan's hair into a full ponytail. She then braided a chunk of her hair to wrap around the ponytail to hide the rubber band. La Si then began to curl small thin strands of curls into to Shirley Temple locks. While she did that Jessica pinned the braid to Megan's head with hairpins with miniature Sakura blossoms. She even put a few into the braid. She then put on the small tiara style, hair come of pink crystals that Megan had found. With a little difficulty, she finally got it seated just so.
Megan was not a traditional person her wedding gown like Jessica's was covered in Irish lace. Though, it was a pale pink and went over an ivory silk sheath. The lace was a flowery design where the edges of the petal s were trimmed in sparkling pink crystals. The sheath had small spaghetti straps and a low scoop neck. The dress like the others went to the floor though hers had a waist where the lower half of the dress were made of large squares of silk covered in the pink lace then attacked to her waist by a point of the square. There the squares were not sewn together but over lapped as it took a lot of the squares to go around the waist a point at a time. The Irish lace over the dress ended at the waist and had a straight-line collar that went from one shoulder to the other in both front and back. There was a lace and silk belt at her waist
She rose and put on her shoes then at the sound of the music moved to the stairs with her bouquet. She was met by Ryoga as those without fathers or grandfathers the male sect leaders filled the position with honor. He turned and glared at his soul bonded as she wailed faux tears falling into La Si's arms as she spoke just loud enough for Ryoga and Megan to hear her and could not help but snicker.
"Oh my baby is all grown up and getting married! Oh I feel so OLD!" The other women with her also began to giggle as the two disappeared down to the landing.
As Megan was taken to her groom she smiled happily as she spotted her two grandmothers. When Ryoga relinquished Megan with a kiss on the cheek, she turned to face the minister. She turned to her husband to be and saw lipstick on each cheek as he tried to wipe it off. He leaned over, raised, and lowered his eyebrows in an uncharacteristic move.
"What can I tell you I attract O'Reily and Fitzpatrick women!?" Megan giggled and stuck out her tongue just a small bit.
The ring bearers nearly frightened the audience to a mass stampede out of the complex. But thy realized ithere was no danger when behind the to mountain lions and Sera with Cali riding him. Was a bear and two wolves each with a squirrel on their backs as they were part of Richard's totem. After the ceremony, they went to the Nekohanten for the reception. The first thing Megan did was to hug each of the only mothers she had ever known. Richard stood next to her as he hugged his family. Then they switched children and they all seemed so happy for their children. They then mingled taking their family with them. They introduced them to the other Light Warriors and their sect leaders. The bride and groom were called away for their first dance as man and wife. The party was like the others and went smoothly as the other parties. Though Mega feared her, grandmothers might not like Richard he was usually so stern except when with her.
As the party began to end, everyone left to wait for the next wedding. Megan's grandmothers stated at the apartment building since many of the apartments were empty. She thanked Ran Koh and Ryoga for that. She was so happy they came and they agreed to stay through the other weddings and the big reception at the end of the other four weddings.
Megan introduced the only family she had to her Light Warrior family and they all took to her grandmothers as they all took to Nodoka as a segregate mother. Taji enjoyed talking with them even more as she talked about the beautiful Irish lace of her and on Jessica's dress the day before. The elderly women agreed to show her how to make if she liked. They had taught Megan as she grew up. Ran Koh asked if she could learn and the two Irish grandmothers smiled broadly at her and told her yes.
(o) DAY FIVE (o)
Msu Tsu and Setsuko were the next wedding to be preformed. Most of the warriors wanted to make it as special as they could to show in their deeds they did not want what happened to him. Those that felt he got what he deserved refused to help and Xian Pu seemed to want to ruin his special day. That was until the Light warriors stepped in as Mas Cra was leading the dissenters. The first thing they did was remind them of their new laws and that if they continued to punish Msu Tsu for his mother's abuse they would side with Saffron on all matters in the Alliance and would close the complex to visiting Amazons. Then when they and the other Amazons and elders finished with the decorations the six sect leaders stood in the center of the Nekohanten and cast a magical spell over the entire room turning it into a glittering dream they then did the same for the hallway.
Xian Pu tried to take over Msu Tsu's wedding day for herself as she was this generation's best warrior and deserved such a lavish and elegant wedding. That was until the sect leaders showed her how it would look if she ruined Msu Tsu big day. The illusion they cast was of decapitated pig heads, gore, and blood over everything. Xian Pu looked at her cousin for help but found her eyes cold as she had told her once before she may be her family but she would not abide by her attempt to hurt Msu Tsu.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Msu Tsu stood on the landing unlike the first two weddings he did not wear a tuxedo, nor did he wear a kimono. Instead, he wore and altered version of his white robes and black kung-Fu pants. The robe was a metallic copper with gold grim down the front and on the sleeves and hem was silver trim of the altered top. The black kung Fu pants had three metallic stripes down each leg. They were gold, silver, and copper braided. His top also had the three male Tao symbols but it matched the tattoo on their hands with their namesake over each Tao.
The male members of the Light Warriors waited with him, as the female members and Setsuko's best friend Katchia were upstairs getting ready. Her father was with her though seated in the common living room with some tea and cakes.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
Today La Si did both Setsuko and Katchia's hair. Her mother helped as she listened to what La Si was going to doo. Setsuko's mother was not sure it would look right but at the pleading look from her daughter did as La Si asked. When they finished her daughter looked beautiful. Setsuko and Katchia had their hair done in tiny braids and La Si and Ran Koh did the braids using the speed of the Kachu Tenshin Amaguriken. Then they twisted the braids into Shirley temple locks, pulled their hair back, and up. Each girl was given a special hair clip to hold her hair up. They were of a Phoenix with their wings spread wide. The birds had red ruby chips for eyes. Then Ran Koh moved away to allow Setsuko's mother to help finish by slipping tiny silk blossoms of Lilies in their hair.
Setsuko's dress was short in the front about six inches above the needs. It had a train that flowed down her back. The dress was white satin with patches of lace. She wore a bolero jacket of white lace, there was also lace on the hem of the front of her dress, and the train in the back was covered with the white lace. Setsuko had the lilies on the lace outlined and highlighted in copper, silver, and gold thread since she was a warrior of all the sects. The dress was sleeveless with a heart shaped neckline. The two halves of the sweet heart neck was gathered in a way that looked to be twisted as it was pulled right over left and as held at the back by a large white crystal brooch just under her short jacket. The train was a foot longer then at the bottom and flowed liked a field of metallic lilies down her back. The bolero jacket was the same lace as the rest of the dress and had a smooth rounded collar. The front of her dress the skirt was not real tight and flowed slightly so she could move easily and the hem was trimmed with the same lace. She wore white shimmering slippers with a satin lily on top of each shoe.
Kathcia's dress was similar but in burgundy and had no train. She could not afford it so the others were wearing the dresses they bought on the major shopping trip. They did offer to buy their own bridesmaid dresses but she would not allow it. She liked their dresses as they wore the metallic ones that matched their sects.
Ran Koh signaled to the groomsmen and Rufino went up the last few steps to the second floor. He escorted Setsuko's mother to her place in the front row across from the elders and Blue. The Kuno siblings sat in the second row, as Kodachi was her leader of the gymnastic squad that fought with the Light Warriors. They however were there for all the weddings thus far and they were the happiest any that knew them had ever seen. It was because after the war they were still a part of the Light Warriors. It helped them keep their sanity that and they started seeing a therapist.
As the music, started Rufino helped Setsuko's mother to take her seat. He bowed at her deeply then turned and headed back to his spot on the stairs the female Light Warriors came down the steps and stopped three steps up from the bottom. Then Katchia came down the stairs and took her place. Finally, Setsuko followed them. She took her place next to Msu Tsu as all the animals cheered. Tal Kom sat next to the Takashi clan as Msu Tsu's brother he was a part of that tribe as well.
Taji loved weddings as she started to cry. She reached out and took Tal Kom's hand in hers ad leaned over with a sad smile. He liked the matriarch of the Takashi clan she was a free spirit but a deadly force when her family was threatened. He leaned toward her and she whispered.
"Isn't Setsuko beautiful? Msu Tsu looks so handsome. We are so happy he is a part of our clan and with you as a part as well we have the best of the Amazons in our tribe." Tal Kom looked at her suspiciously.
He saw in her eyes her happiness at his brother and she looked at him he saw those same feelings. These people attach quickly to people and attach hard if you can gain their trust. The panda evidently did not. He smiled at her and nodded as a Gray Monk he could marry now that the war was finally finished. He just never met his soul mate. He was not sure he wanted a wife for the Chinese Amazons would try to force him to relinquish his children to them. He turned back as the minister began the service and he smiled as behind him sat the other five Gray Monk leaders of the sects. The rest were disbursed throughout the audience.
The wedding went smoothly though Xian Pu had to be forced to sit in the audience. She did not want to see Msu Tsu get married he was suppose to be dead! She could not get it through her head if they had killed him their tribe would have been eradicated. Don sat on her left while Ku Lon sat on her right. She had used shiatsu points to keep her quiet and in place,
The wedding finished with the group of ring bearers the problem this time was Cali kept jumping from one big cat to the others. She would get bored playing with the rings then go visit a Mountain lion. Once she jumped, the movement of the rings drew her attention and she would take up residence where she landed and play with them again. The 'aaawww's filled the hallway.
The reception was as fun as the others had been and Setsuko was the faerie princess she always wanted to be at her wedding. She finally met her brother-in-law and had several dances with him. She was reluctantly introduced to the rest of Msu Tsu's family and they all hugged her happily as she was a true warrior and they hoped she would make Msu Tsu and possibly Tal Kom to at least come visit. Though all Setsuko did, was smile at their request. She never committed to anything they requested. As it was, the boys decision not hers.
As the party broke up the newlyweds followed the other Light Warriors to the apartment building. Where, Setsuko and Msu Tsu set up one of the empty apartments for themselves. As they walked Msu Tsu explained after the traditional Amazon festivities at the end of the week the newlyweds and the other Light Warriors would be going somewhere magical and secure so they could all get to know each other and help grow as a family.
Setsuko looked at her new husband confused as she thought the Light Warriors were family then she looked at the other couples and realized that he was talking about new spouses. She wondered if Erin and Jessica would be included. She looked as Erin joked with the Light Warriors and Jessica just smiled at her husband. She felt they would be included. She was glad of that.
(o) DAY SIX (o)
This day was the wedding of Cy Sin and Michael. Cy Sin's great great grandmother flew in for the ceremony. Saf For decided to stay with her granddaughter, as the Joketsuzoku Village was getting full. Ran Koh offered them rooms at the apartment village but she refused.
Michael had no family as his parents died when he was twenty. They had a furniture store and he learned to run it from his father and mother. After they died, he sold it to his uncle and made a good deal. He put the money in an unbreakable trust for himself for when he was ready to settle down and found a place he wanted to live. It was not with his uncle. After Jusenkyo, he had come to Japan and opened his store. He never called his family so they do not know where to find him.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Michael was excited he and Cy Sin had gotten to know each other and he was happy to learn she preferred the Japanese tribes format where both men and women are equal. Like Ryoga and La Si he had a gold tang with his tiger sect emblems on them. He had the Amazon symbol placed on the side of the breast of the right side of his shirt. He stood and waited as the male portion of the Light Warriors waited with him. Since Cy SIn's great great grandmother showed up she would escort her to her place at the altar. He looked around and found the animals had their normal seats in the docking bay with tables of food behind them. He turned at the noise of a late arrival and smiled as the Kuno siblings came in. They took a seat at the back and smiled at him.
He looked up the stairs to the right but could not see anything. His shoulders slumped as he was hoping for a glimpse. He turned as Ryoga tapped his shoulder. He had asked Ryoga to be his best man. He smirked as he shook his head. He then leaned in close and whispered to him.
"Ran Koh had been putting a magical blind up so none of the grooms can see the brides." Michael scowled but then smirked and nodded as he heard the music start.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
This time La Si was not playing hairdresser as Cy Sin only wanted a long braid down her back. She did allow La Si to pin crystals in her braid as the young Amazon seemed upset she could not do Cy Sin's hair. Saf For smiled as she had seen some of the pictures of the other weddings and La Si was very good at doing hair. Che Ri was her maid of honor she also just wanted her hair braided but agreed to allow La Si to pin in crystals. She also promised La Si she would allow her to do her hair for when she got married. This made the hyper Amazon to jump for joy.
Cy Sin wore a Chinese style dress it was down to the floor and had slits to her mid thigh. The dress was a gold shimmering silk with long sleeves that were form fitting on her arms. On the left sleeve was the tattoo in her husband's palm from her shoulder to her wrist. On her right arm was the same line of symbols but it was the Amazon's seal. Her dress had an inch high collar, which came around to the front but stopped two inches apart. They then slanted out to her shoulders about six inches and slanted back in toward her chest making a diamond cut out. The cut out was trimmed with smaller appliques of what is on her sleeves alternating between them.
The other girls but Che Ri all wore long shimmering dresses of ruby with matching slippers. They did not have the appliqués. Che Ri's dress was the opposite of Cy Sin. It was an iridescent white. They bore matching battle slippers, as did the rest of the girls. La Si did get to do some of the other girls' hair though not as elaborate as the other brides but done up nicely. When the music started they all lined up at the top of the stares and Ran Koh released the blind spell protecting the bride and girls from nosey people.
The men on the landing turned and looked up to see Ran Koh and as she came down the stairs, she moved toward the wall and faced the audience. The others followed her and did the same thing only one-step up. When, the last girl stood on her step. Che Ri appeared at the top of the stairs the low gasp told her Hiroshi like how she looked. She descended the stairs and took her place on the last stair before the landing. She did not move against the wall but left room for Cy Sin.
Cy Sin moved to the top of the stairs her great great grandmother Saf For standing next to her on her six foot staff. They came down the stairs her staff tapping as she jumped to each step. When they reached the landing the minister asked who gives Cy Sin away and Saf For said she did. She kissed her great granddaughter and moved to her place in the front row. They then watched as Cy Sin and Michael were married. The three big cats again came down the isle this time Cy Sin wanted wolves to be flanking Sera and Cali on his back. As she, loved wolves. Most were use to the ring bearers those that just arrived were not.
The two mountain lies sat on either side of the stairs up to the landing looking like statues as the other animals moved toward the stairs. Sera and Cali went up the stairs and Che Ri came forward and tried to remove the ribbon from Cali's neck but she was to busy playing with Che Ri's fingers. She finally got the rings free and handed one to Ryoga and she took the other she quickly retied the ribbon around Cali's neck leaving them streaming down so she had something to play with.
As the rings were exchanged and vows spoken, the two newlyweds kissed and were pronounced husband and wife. The newlyweds then led the procession into the restaurant and Nabiki readjusted the video cameras and auto snapping cameras to get all the action. She and her new helpers were making sure the cameras were still getting the pictures she would have everyone after the party slated to come back to the landing for pictures. Just in case. She was sure though her cameras caught everything.
She was happy Ku Lon allowed her to put several of the pictures she took in the front windows to advertise her services. They not only helped the Joketsuzoku to get more functions but she received requests for pictures and portraits outside of the Amazon complex. The party moved on as everyone had a great time. She was happy William got along with Jason and visa versa. It seemed Jason was interested in one of the Amazons and she was very interested him.
As the party, ended William took her home, as Jason wanted to stay and help his new _friend_ clean up. Nabiki smiled at them as they laughed. The Amazon saw her looking at them with a happy smile and she looked quizzically at her. Nabiki knew what they wanted to know so she wrapped her arms around William's waist as he put his arm around her. The Amazon's eyes lit up and Nabiki felt she just found another new friend.
(o) DAY SEVEN (o)
The seventh wedding day was bustling, as there were two more to go then the traditional Amazon reception. The one thing the Amazons liked better the fighting was partying. They loved every aspect of it from the cooking, to decorating, and finally the party itself. Katchia asked Ryoga if he would give her away since he was the co-leader of Joshua's Light Warrior sect. He smiled and accepted as he was finding he liked standing in for the brides when they had no one to do it for them. Katchia was a bit different then the other girls so far as her favorite flower was the Tiger Lily. The Amazons went to the nearby garden center where they were getting all the silk flowers they needed. They frowned, as there were three varieties. The flowers came in yellow, orange, and red; since they did not know which color was Katchia's favorite they got large quantities of each. They also were happy to see that they had some miniature varieties and bought some of those a well for the tables. They picked up crystal stones in yellow, red, and orange to go into the brandy snifters for the centerpieces and small three-inch wide white and silver candles. They also found sets of circular mirrors to put under the brandy glasses and bought them as they could be used for other functions.
When the group of shoppers returned they pulled out everything, they bought and the other warriors jumped for joy and began at Amaguriken speeds to transform the first floor of the restaurant. When they finished, the room looked like a grotto with a waterfall and lake. The waterfall was a blue green shimmering cloth that hung over the wedding arch to take pictures. However, now it was a waterfall and they Amazons were able to make the cloth look like a flowing waterfall.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Joshua stood in front of the minister. He had been performing all the services to date and was enjoying it. He and his wife were having so much fun they were meeting the warriors that saved the world and making money for their church. Though they knew eventually, they would get a marriage that called for a different faith. So he had given the elders a list of the priests, reverends, rabbis, etcetera there were at least three of each. They were in the area and were willing to be used for such services. With the elders permission they invited them to these weddings since they could not all come at once. This was to get to know each other. To see if, they were comfortable with what the complex wanted to do.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Joshua stood nervously at the altar. He would sit on the bottom step then jump up at a perceived movement at the top of the stairs. Alex came up and put a comforting hand on his shoulder. He turned and smiled though he wanted Ryoga as his best man he was playing the part of Katchia's father. He smiled sheepishly at the Phoenix sect leader and took a deep breath.
"It won't be long now Joshua relax she is your soul mate and remember what the original Light Warriors told us after we destroyed the demon king." Alex reminded him as Joshua thought about it for a moment then nodded.
"We would all find our soul mates among the fighters and once all the Light Warriors were with their soul mates we would be stronger for the union. Is that why they wanted us to help the Gray Monks if something like the demon king strikes again?" Joshua asked thankful for the distraction.
"Yes remember when we started this fight the Gray monks said Ryoga and Ran Koh were going to be almost god like in strength. What they didn't realize with Ryoga and Ran Koh the head of the Tiger sect they made sure we all were as strong." Alex smiled as Joshua nodded.
The groom jumped when the music started and he looked to the right but the magical blind was still there. Alex gently pulled Joshua to his place and they waited for the wedding to start.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
Katchia was under the tender care of La Si as she did her hair. Katchia wanted it styled like Ran Koh and Minuet had their hair done. La Si did just that and placed crystals at the base of the bun to keep in place. Setsuko's hair was styled the same, as she was Katchia's matron of honor. The girls were glad on the wedding shopping trip they bought all those fancy dresses as it allowed them to wear them for the different weddings when the bride could not afford their gowns though they offered to buy them.
As they helped Katchia and Setsuko get ready, they laughed and talked about where they were going for their honeymoon. The Light Warriors with them just smiled and said it was a secret though it was not as only they could get to their haven. Ran Koh had been looking for a way to link Atlantis to her lab but she had not found it yet. They were all looking as it would allow them access to the land above yet make their appearance unobserved.
They all turned toward the stairs as the music started. They finished getting ready. They then proceeded to join Katchia and Joshua. They moved to the stairs as Ran Koh dispelled the blind and they all lined up to start the procession as Ryoga showed up to escort Katchia to the altar.
As before the women came down the stairs and stepped back toward the wall Setsuko came down in a yellow satin dress with a faux tiger skin belt. Katchia did not have money for a maid of honor dress and Setsuko really wanted to wear her yellow silk dress.
It had three-inch wide straps and a scoop neckline it clung tightly to her upper body and gradually flared at it reached her knees. The belt hung loosely at her waist but rested on her hips. She wore yellow flats as she took her place on the first step to the second floor. She then turned to watch as Katchia stood at the top of the stairs.
Ryoga was wearing a black tuxedo with a white shirt and black bowtie. He had his arm linked into Katchia's as she stood smiling down at her husband to be. She wore a white Cinderella style wedding gown that sparkled in the light because of the aurora borealis beads (Dani: just like Disney). It had a sweet heart neckline and across her upper arms were a scalloped sleeve of sorts. The skirt was puffed out and had piece of cloth that met at her waist and fell over the full skirt to the floor with a triangle shape opening. Katchia wore white slippers with no decorations.
She took her place next to Joshua and the ceremony began. When the couple was announced man and wife a shout from the back of the hallway called their attention to a man of fifty with black eyes and salt and pepper hair. He was huge in height and size. He was six foot five and was built like a redwood. His face was like leather with small piggish eyes a long bulbous nose and thin cruel lips. Alex, Samuel, and Ryoga stepped in front of the new couple while Ukyo, Taj, and Ran Koh stood behind them.
"SHE IS MINE! HER FATHER GAVE HER TO ME!" Katchia looked confused she never knew her father he abandoned her at an orphanage at her birth.
"I am not yours anything my father promised was voided when he dumped me at the orphanage! I am now married to my soul mate and will have no other please leave!" Katchia told him as she pulled out her sword and it began to glow. The copper dragon etched into the blade glowed copper while the rest of the sword glowed blue white.
"You are mine I will not allow him to take you! The man charged the stairs but never got more then four steps closer as he was no on his back a seven hundred and thirty pound tiger on his chest his snarling face inches from his. On each arm were two adult mountain lions as their snarling mauls were also in the man's face.
"It seems you have no claim here sir. I suggest you leave or Sera, Akasha, and Darrion will carry you out and not gently." The man looked up over his head and saw a black glowing Ran Koh. The cat shape of the black light made him nervous.
"You can't keep me from her! I will get what is mine!" The man snarled at Ran Koh then got nervous as she knelt closer and he could see the feral anger in her lavender eyes.
"You are not her owner! You have no say in her life! Your deal was with her father but he gave her up so he has no say in her life now or ever! We just fought a war of demons do you really think you can force one of our best warriors into your marriage bed!" The low growl that accompanied what she said almost made him defecate himself.
He looked fearfully at the angry lavender eyes and gulped. He then looked at the woman he was suppose to have and her eyes had the same feral anger only more so. The fact her sword glowed like the sun did not help matters. He wanted her, her power but she now belonged to another and if he forced her, he would not be long for this world.
"I was given her by her father she is mine! You have no say in what is to be her fate! I either take her now or I come back and take her with an army!" Then snarled, as he had not realized Ran Koh had placed her hand on his shoulder.
"Oh my that is not what your memories say! You are her father and plan on using her to give you strong powerful sons to take over your small city then the country. Tisk Tisk Tisk. That is sick. You gave up your parental rights when you dumped her at the orphanage after killing her mother for giving you a daughter. You are no better then the panda." With that said Ran Koh showed she learned the speed technique and even altered it to make it better.
She grabbed him by his throat and using Ra Koh's technique and the altered version the Amazons used she gave him his punishment. Though it stopped short of death, he would wish for death if he reached the last level. She then threw him from her as if she felt tainted.
"You are lucky you are the first I tried that technique on. It is a cross of my great grandmother and the Amazon Elders. It is a five level punishment and in effect each level you break through is more painful then the last. They will advance each time you break the trigger, which is coming anywhere near Katchia, this complex, these people or the Light Warriors." The said elders formed a circle around her.
"Now the last of five levels use to be a torturous death not any longer well not this time. You will have a torturous life each level something is taken from you an attribute or a bit of your life and health. I am sure you would wish I set it to kill you but I don't do that unless I need to. If you still continue after you reach level five then I will kill you and as a Neko-Warrior it will not be pleasant." Ran Koh told him as she turned and walked away toward the bridal party at the stairs.
The elders read what she did and smiled she must have wanted to test it before training them in it or giving them scrolls. Yas Min and Mas Cra went to the front doors and opened them as Ku Lon and Sno Pe used their staffs and hit him in his mid back and sent him flying out the doors. Mas Cra then locked the doors to prevent any more interruptions.
"I did not realize there were more like the panda out there!" Mas Cra said with a shudder as she rejoined their guest.
"Come this is a celebration to enjoy!" They were all led into the Nekohanten by the big cats and the elders.
The incident was soon forgotten. Nabiki would cut that from her videos. She planned to make a copy and give it to the police. He may try to steal Katchia. So, if they are watching for him maybe they will force him to leave. She feared if he could not get Katchia he might try to steal one of the other female warriors, or more then one.
There was nothing the rest of the night the party moved along happily. They danced and ate. As Nabiki checked the cameras, she even spent time with Ran Koh and Ryoga in the loading dock with the animals. They could not let them in the restaurant because of health codes but they had visited them at all the weddings as did the other Light Warriors and Amazon elders. She made sure there were cameras there as well as they were a part of the family.
(o) DAY EIGHT (o)
The bad end to Katchia and Joshua's wedding was forgotten as the Joketsuzoku Village prepared for Jasmine and Roberto's wedding. As each day was finished and before they started to decorate for the next wedding the decorations were carefully stored in totes and put in the basement under the complex. The totes all had labels as to what the totes held. They did have to get more flowers as Jasmine wanted white and red roses. They only bought decorations if they needed them and then kept them if they were needed again. So far on functions other then weddings almost all the flowers had been used one other time.
They also stopped in a fabric store and bought several large roles each of copper, silver, and gold ribbon. As these, would make lovely accents on other weddings. They then headed out and also bought eight large bags, which were not that, large of copper, silver, and gold covered stones with a metallic paint. They also picked up black, red, white crystals to add to the table decorations along with more candles.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Samuel got to play the father of the bride this time since Jasmine was in his sect. The male leaders loved being the surrogate fathers as did the other two. They were even approached for some of the Amazon warriors that were getting married since their fathers were not permitted to leave the village. Though, they wanted them to be there. The Light Warriors had talked to the elders they said they would discuss it with the rest of the council. Their eyes showed they would like to lift that law. Since more warriors will be coming here for schooling and possibly finding husbands.
The men had one huge bachelor party at the Greek restaurant. They were happy the little Greek owner had made it to all the weddings thus far. When they had the party for the men, it was the day before the first wedding. They did not do strippers or anything like that, as none wanted any. They just wanted to spend time with their new family they were joining, for those not close to the Light Warriors. Besides they feared the repercussions if those that knew Ran Koh's telepathic spell used it on them.
Roberto stood next to Alex his eyes alit with happiness as he found the one woman that was his as he was hers. He was not as nervous as Joshua he had time to get use to the fact he would not marry her until they were about ready. He looked up as the doors to the complex opened and more guests arrived. They handed their bags to an Amazon at the door of the restaurant and she put them on the gift table for them since no one is to really get to see the room until after the ceremony. Though, they could see it through the windows it was not the same.
The music started to play and Roberto turned to face the stairs to the right as the blind disappeared Ran Koh came down first followed by Taj. The rest of the women lined up behind them. Jasmine had asked Ukyo to be her matron of honor as she was the last at the top of the stairs. She stared down as the others had taken their places. Ukyo then stepped onto the first step. He looked up to see Jasmine was there and his mouth hung agape.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
Jasmine sat as La Si worked on her short blond hair. It had grown out some but was still fairly short. It now had big loopy curls. La Si made them more pronounced and place glitter on the sides of the curls and tips. She held them in place with hairspray. She then had made a wreath of white silk roses with silver glitter on the white teacup roses. The ribbons hanging down the back were the metallic colors of each sect. As they rose to head down stairs straightening her dress and slipped into her white flats. She had clipped white silk roses to her shoes that shimmered with silver glitter.
Her dress was antique lace with a high collar she wore a brooch that her grandmother had given her before she died. She had worn it on her wedding day and had a long loving relationship with her grandfather. She wished they were still alive to be here. The lace had covered a silk underdress with long poet sleeves that were covered in the lace. The silk dress was white in color and had a V neckline. The lace cover was tight to her upper body and showed the V-neck but covered her as well. It had a full flowing skirt. There had been ribbons of blue and pink woven through the lace. She replaced them with the help of Taj, Ukyo, and Ran Koh. She used silver, copper, and gold. She loved it much better.
She moved toward the stairs. She smiled down at Roberto as he stared at her with his mouth hanging opened. She walked down the stairs toward her soul mate and slowly took her place next to him. The minister performed the ceremony as the audience all watched Nabiki monitoring the cameras. She was able to get to the second floor as William lifted her and flew her there. She did not get the chance to learn the flight technique but she hoped William would teach her. Well if Ran Koh agreed.
She added film to the 35mm cameras and restarted the auto start. She was enjoying being a photographer but she wanted to work out something easier to reload the 35mm cameras during the ceremony. Maybe she would talk with the elders she wanted something that would fit in as a decoration but she could reload without interfering with the services.
As the ceremony finished, she had just loaded new rolls of film. She did not mind she would take them down and move them to the party.
She and William entered the Nekohanten and set up the 35mm cameras and made sure one was set up by the gazebo for when she wanted pictures. When she finished, William whisked her onto the dance floor and danced with her. They did not see as a pair of deep brown eyes looked on with rage then jealousy. Then regret as she looked at Ran Koh. Akane was pulled from her musings when a shadow crossed over her. She looked up and frowned as Kuno stood there his hand outstretched.
"May I have this dance Tendo-san? No strings, no tis no thees?" Akane could not help it she giggled and Kuno smiled at her.
She placed her hand in his and together they danced around the dance floor with the other dancers. They talked quietly and occasionally laughed together. Kodachi watched as she hoped Akane would not be her brother's true soul mate though the violent girl had calmed a great deal. She looked up when Mark Ice River bowed to her and asked to dance with her. Kodachi smiled and stood her flowing dress fluttered around her. Her brother and Akane were forgotten as she melted into this exotic man's arms.
After the two girl's first dance they were soon the bells of the ball as they were asked by many of the unattached men to dance. As they, also started dancing with many of the other girls there. Soon all the schoolgirls and Amazons were dancing and enjoying the fun as they only had one more wedding then a day to rest and gather what was remaining to get for the Amazon party to come.
(o) DAY NINE (o)
Martina's was the last wedding before the big huge reception. Many of the guests could not make the weddings but they promised to arrive for the final party at the end of the nine days of weddings. The tenth was left opened when Anna and Ukyo decided to share a wedding day.
Martina had wanted shimmering crystals hanging intermixed with the flowers. The shopping party again left to get more crystals, as they did not have enough for the tables and to hang. They went to the party store and found what they wanted and bought out the store figuring they may loose some or they may break. Either way it seems all females wanted shimmering weddings and parties.
They returned and began to decorate for Martina's wedding. She loved the orchids they decorated the main room of the Nekohanten with them and glittery ribbons. The Light Warriors showed up and began helping decorate. It was Ran Koh that pointed out they had an audience. The Amazons looked confused then Taj explained it them.
"They are watching you put together a fantasy. They are in awe of what you can do. The larger the number of watchers grew at each events you are asked to do." Taj said with a bright smile as the warriors smiled at her and the gawkers outside the window.
They turned when the elders of both the Japanese and Chinese Amazons came out carrying trays with small samples of some of the food and pastries they make for functions. Since many of the watchers were adults. They were served the food and as they decorated they saw that the food was a great success. When the elders came back in seven or eight of the adults came with them and headed up to the third floor office.
"Wait until we decorate for the Amazon reception!" Bel Don told them with a giggle as the others laugh with her.
(o) WEDDING (o)
Adam Kalback was very nervous he feared someone like the crazy the day before would come and try and take his soul mate. He was ready though he had his sword in his sub space pocket. He was wearing a tuxedo that was a deep midnight blue. It was made of silk. The male half of the Light Warriors stood with them but Samuel since he was playing the father of the bride. Martina's only living relatives could not make it in time for the wedding but they promised to be there for the Amazon reception.
She had four brothers and two sisters one younger and one older. Her brothers were all older but one he was her twin. She had hoped they would have made the wedding since she was the last one but they could not get off work. They all took vacation time to be with her. Ran Koh even set up some apartments for them. They had some empty three-bedroom apartments vacated and she set one up for her family to stay in.
Adam's family was there and they had an apartment as well. He would be moving into Martina's since her roommate moved out when she got married. Adam stood six feet tall he was very muscular but not overly so. He had dark auburn hair with deep brown eyes. He had a square jawline that was hard and chiseled. His eyes were medium in size and sat on either side of an aquiline nose. His lips were medium thick and had a permanent smile to them. His hair was short but lush with wavy curls.
(o) BRIDAL PREPARATION (o)
Martina sat but she was far from calm. She wanted to get married to Adam he was her soul mate and she wanted a ring on her finger before her brothers showed up. She wondered if they would bring their mother. If they did she would hear nothing but 'why not a nice young man from home?' 'There are plenty of good young boys that would love to marry you!' Martina shuddered which worried La Si. Martina looked at the Amazon and smiled at her though she saw La Si was unsure. La Si put the tiara she had found in an antique shop it was beautiful. La Si made tiny Shirley Temple curls. She as had thick curly hair it took a lot of time.
To her surprise it did not take as long as she thought it would. She then tied her hair up and slipped the tiara in front of the black rubber band so it would not show. Martina smiled, as she loved it. She then added silver, copper, and gold glitter to her hair after spraying it with hairspray so they would stick. Martina was so enthralled she forgot about her family's arrival. Then the music started and she slipped into her white flats she was about to stand when La Si stopped her. She then slipped the lace veil under her curls and secured it to the band of the tiara.
The women did as they had for the other weddings and went down the stairs. Martine jumped slightly when someone took her arm and wrapped their arm around hers. She looked and smiled at Samuel. He walked her to the stairs and stood there looking down at her beloved as he stared at her as he licked his lips. Samuel started slowly down the stairs Martina with him.
Martina wore a satin flowing wedding dress it was like some of the others as it clung to her upper torso and slowly widened out into a flowing skirt. She had a scoop neck that was elongated out to just about two inches then the shoulders started. On each shoulder was an epaulets of a satin orchid with crystals accents. The sleeves where bell shaped and down each sleeve in line with the epaulets were more of the crystal and satin orchids. Her neckline was trimmed with small aurora borealis crystals. She wore the clip on accents on her shoes and they matched the orchids on her shoulders.
As she reached, the landing Samuel waited then gave away his 'daughter'. The ceremony was as beautiful as all the others. With the wide variety of décor, it would show potential customers what they could do. Maybe then they would ask for what they want and not what others thought they wanted. La Si asked Nabiki for pictures of the different hair styles as she decided like Nabiki she could be the complex hair stylist for wedding and functions I needed. The cats brought the rings but this time one of the bears joined them.
The guests were a bit frightened but the bear ignored them. Martina loved bears she always had. When they got to the stairs the cats veered off to the sides and the bear rose on his hind feet, moved up the three stairs, and handed the rings to the Light Warriors Ukyo for Martina and Alex for Adam. The bear lowed down to all four but before he left Martina hugged him around his neck and kissed the top of his nose.
She then turned back and finished the ceremony. When she kissed Adam, there was a cheer in the large hallway as they walked down the stairs and into the short reception for those that could not return for the one at the end of the weddings. Martina gushed as she and Adam danced. She danced with her new father-in-law. She did the father daughter dance with Samuel and Ukyo danced with Adam as a stand in for Martina's mother. The party was wonderful and they could not wait for the one that was coming on Saturday.
(l(l(l)l)l)
The next day was rest and setting up for the Amazon reception the next day. It was all hands on deck as they helped with food, decorating, helping set up cameras and gift tables with videos of the nine days of weddings. It seemed the gawders came back as the those decorating were flying for decoration to decoration making everything just right. They all had fun helping and laughing together. As the new spouses just let themselves be melded into the Light Warrior family.
Some of the warriors got the men to set up the food tables, as there was a lot of food to be served. As lunch rolled around they had finished with the food and decorating. The only thing left to do is pick out the outfit for the party and wait. They all rested the rest of the day as people walked by and stared in the window at the beautiful decorations. As they relaxed Ran Koh, Ryoga, La Si, and Samuel trained with the elders on running the special functions. They had all been taking business classes on line as well as other things they wanted to learn. The Amazons felt the complex was in good hands.

(o) TRADITIONAL AMAZON RECEPTION (O)
The Amazons redecorated the restaurant yesterday. They set up tables for gifts for each couple. Each table was decorated according to their choice of decorations for their wedding and reception. Nabiki had place picture on the table in frames of the bride and groom in a gentle embrace looking at the cameras. This was so gift givers knew which table for which couple.
The brides were making their favorite dishes from their homelands to add to the feast. Even some of the men were cooking. They had food stored everywhere in the kitchen the huge walk-in refrigerators. By the end olf the day the main floor of the Nekohanten was beyond belief. It shimmered and sparkled with crystals. They used silk flowers and turned it into a grotto again the Amazons liked that. The waterfall was back and with the lights flashing onto the material it came alive as it shimmered.
The elders were summoned, as there were some people at the door for them. They went and found more gawkers and even more that have special occasions coming up they need a place to hold it. They led the new clients to the third floor office to go over what was needed, when, and how much. Nabiki left a copy of her appointment schedule she updates it for them daily. They still however only pencil in letting the clients know the appointment book they might not be accurate as Nabiki has not been in to update her schedules. If she is not available, she does have employees that are just as good that can handle the needed photographs. This helped, as they were glad some of their warriors took a shine to photography.
When the elders returned they had found Nabiki had showed up and was setting up cameras and video equipment and tables for each cameras. It also included film and videotape for each table. Ku Lon and Mas Cra moved to the Amazon table with Nabiki. When they settled in Yas Min and Sno Pe joined them with refreshments.
Nodoka and Ran Koh came as well since Ran Koh would take over she needed to know what to do. She was upset they did not include her in the talk with the potential customers. The elders apologized and would start going over what she needed to know after they all got back from their honeymoons. They went over Nabiki's appointment book with theirs. There were only four of the twelve functions she could not do. She wrote in the name of each Amazon under the functions she would not be there to over see.
She made sure each of her four students had a function she was in control of. She also told the elders during that function this was the Amazon they were to work with and if any tried to usurp her they were to let Nabiki know and they needed to tell her to back off. She had a couple that kept doing that but the other two have finally learned they are just as good and to stand up for their rights.
Nabiki was happy she was enjoying her side job as it kept her solvent and she could support herself even when she went to college. It was fun for her and allowed her to explore her artistic side. Something she did not know she had. She updated her appointment journal and went back to work helping the decorating.

There were three sets of eyes that watched the Amazon compound from three different alleys. Two were trying to figure out how to get the white haired girl for their own nefarious desires. The third watches Katchia his eyes red with rage. They did not realize they were being watched as well. Not only by the Light Warriors but also by their alarm system. This time however there was, not just stray cats but dogs, wolves, bears, small animals, and large cats. They decided just to monitor the three spies as this was a time of fun and enjoyment and they had, nor want to start the final reception under a cloud of disturbance.
Alex smiled as Sera came up next to him Blue and Cali riding his back. He looked up at the Phoenix sect leader with narrowed eyes. Alex put his hand on Sera's head and smiled down at him.
{"Should I remove them?"} Sera asked him as Alex scratched behind his ears.
{"No the sect leaders all know they are there, but let the animals know to watch them. Two mean harm to Ran Koh momma and one to Katchia!"} Alex told the three cats with him.
{"Have them let you know if they start to move and let us know where they go. Also let the animals know we will be leaving after the big party to Atlantis."} Alex continued to stare out the window and scratch Sera's ears.
{"Can they come too?"} Cali asked and Alex shrugged his shoulders.
{"Maybe not this time there is nothing there right now and we are going there for honeymoons since we all got married. However let me talk with the other Light Warriors and we will let you know. If not this time we will take you all next time."} Alex said as he turned and left the three cats as they let the animals know what to do.
The animals asked to go with them and Sera told them what Alex said but that they will talk about it. There is nothing there to eat for the big animals. He told them that Ran Koh momma would come up with something. The other animals told him they understood but they want to live in the new home even if it is only a vacation spot for them. Sera nodded and transmitted the animals' request to the sect leaders.

The morning started early for the Amazons and the Light Warriors as they made final preparations for the party. There were final touches on the food and the elders had made wedding cakes for all the couple. Even those that had double weddings got their own cake. It was on the tables for their gifts and gifts would be placed under the tables on little pallets on wheels.
"How soon will you head to the laboratory?" Taj asked as she followed Ran Koh out of the kitchen with trays of more food.
"I will after the party gets going and I won't be missed. I need to go to Atlantis and see what we need to do to make it able to sustain the animals when we are not there. I am thinking of setting up for the carnivores a door to hunting grounds for them to go to. We can alter Sera's keystone to let him through and back. If it works we can give the other animals a keystone to go hunting." Taj smiled and nodded she liked that.
"I want to see what kind of foliage was planted when the original Light Warriors set it up for us. It might have planted. If not and I am sure they did not. We can plant what would feed the smaller animals and birds that might wish to live there so as not to lose their skills." Ran Koh continued with a thought foul thought.
"Well since Alex and I were already married and so was Ryoga and La Si we will go with you and Samuel to the laboratory. We can help you search for the spell we need. Then go to the Atlantis. I would not plant everything until the others are there. But to support the animal life I think we can start planting them." Taj said and walked away letting Ran Koh know she had no choice.
"Have you thought of a way for use to get to Atlantis and back at the lab. I mean we either keep the lab or dismantle it and rebuild it there." Taj asked as she liked the idea of the lab being in Atlantis.
Ran Koh just smiled as Taj walked away leaving the final thought without an answer. Ran Koh watched as she talked with the newlyweds and she wrote down what they said. Ran Koh was wondering what she was doing but shrugged as she went back to the kitchen to bring out more food as guests started arriving.

The party had been going for over six hours Ran Koh had noticed that the party goers were now more interested in enjoying the party then talking with the newlyweds. She moved toward the second level of the Joketsuzoku Village. She had been getting a lot of supplies to take to Atlantis and she and Samuel now carried over several tons each. She turned at the noise behind her and smiled as her husband and the three cats entered the storage room.
"We had Sera tell the animals that we are working on a way for them to live with us in Atlantis and still hunt for their food without eating those animals that live there." Samuel told her as she nodded.
"We are ready to go. Samuel said you had been stocking up on supplies to leave there. We had gone out and picked up something especially for us to plant our own food." They two lovers turned to see Ryoga and La Si standing there with big smiles.
"Yes Taj asked what...type of plants the others would like." Ran Koh smiled, as that was what they were doing.
"Well let's get going. We aren't flying there we got spies outside and we need to leave secretly. Did Taj give you her list of plants?" Samuel asked, as the other too shook their head no.
"That is because we are going with you. I am going to sketch the landscape so we can bring it back and decide where everything is going. I think we need to find a location for a very large greenhouse to plant what we need for potions and magic components. We can even use to plant some vegetables." Taj and Alex entered the room followed by Ukyo and Hiro.
"Aren't you going to stay?" Ran Koh asked as Ukyo and Hiro entered the room.
"I only had my sister and she had to leave to go home. She has to work tomorrow." Hiro said excited to be a part of the inner core of Light Warriors.
Alex smiled at Ran Koh as she nodded. Alex handed Hiro a ring. Hiro put it on confused as he had it on his index finger. He did not get an explanation as the three magical leaders pulled out their staffs. Hiro stared at them with wide eyes as he felt the power that came off of the crystals. They all moved closer the three cats between Ryoga and Ran Koh. The three leaders put the stones together and they were suddenly enveloped in a blue light. When the light was gone so were they.
