"I'm not hungry." And Himuro chokes on his morning coffee at Murasakibara's admission. His head swivels towards her and Atsushi stares at her breakfast with a mournful look, her shoulder's slumped in defeat.
"Do you feel sick?" He asked placing one of his hands on her forehead and determined that she didn't have a temperature. "No I'm not sick, I just don't wanna eat." She muttered lips set into a sad pout. "This is annoying…I want my candy…"
"…Maybe you ate too much last night and you're still full?"
She shook her head sadly, "No, Muro-chin I wanna eat…" Then leaned her full weight on Himuro arms wrapping loosely around his torso, head propped sadly on his head. "I wanna sleep."
"I thought you wanted to eat."
"I do. But sleep too."
"You can't do both at the same time. Since you don't want to eat, how about we get you to class so that you can take a small nap?" Himuro suggested lightly.
"Don't wanna move, Muro-chin's a good pillow~"
"I'm happy to hear you're comfortable on me but you can't afford being late again this week, Coach will make you do extra laps."
He could feel her disgruntled pout, "Fine."

Himuro ignored the awed stares and giddy giggles as he made his way to Atsushi's desk at the back of the room, his arms laden with plastic bags filled with the center's favorites. She sat with her head down on the desk, barely glancing at him when he stopped next to her.
He smiled sympathetically because what little he could see of her face seemed so tired, "Feel any better?"
"No, I'm still sleepy. And sore." She added, then perking up (raising her head off the desk) when one of her female classmates approached the pair. She smiled shyly at Himuro before turning her attention back to Murasakibara.
She reached into her pocket and pulled out two small white tablets, "This should help with the pain, but you gotta eat first okay?" Then placed them into Murasakibara's palm, she gave the other girl a small smile and a nod of her head.
He waited until the girl was seated back into her seat, "Pain? Do you feel worse now?"
She shrugs and reaches for one of the plastic bags, "Cramps are annoying." She mumbled while she slowly chewed some sweet pastry. Himuro pats himself on the back for his lack of reaction; a few of her female classmates send her embarrassing looks for admitting such a thing in the company of a boy.
If Himuro was like the other guys, he would have spluttered red faced and run for the hills. But he was a gentleman and Atsushi looks so dejected and lonely; only halfheartedly eating her food and he has to resist the urge to hug her.

Ugh why didn't she skip afternoon practice?
She was sweaty, cold and ached all around. All she wanted was to go back to her dorm and crawl under her nest of blankets and never come out.
On top of that everyone (except Muro-chin, he was being especially nice today) was annoying and oh dammit more laps...
"I'm done. I don't wanna play anymore." She whined, plopping herself on the bleachers and tipping over onto her side. She snatched a nearby towel and draped it over her head, Okamura frowned.
"C'mon Murasakibara, it's just three more laps around the gym it's not hard."
"Don't care; I don't want to run anymore. Besides I've ran more than all of you combined."
"That's not the point! Himuro do something!" Okamura pleaded when the violet haired girl turned her back on him. The raven haired blinked and stared at Murasakibara, she pouted up at him pitifully, her eyes large and glassy.
"…Atsushi hasn't been feeling well today so maybe she should stop." The raven haired teen said, Okamura sighed. "You spoil her too much!"
Murasakibara glared, "Muro-chin's nicer than you gorilla."
"Gorilla?!"
"Even if she's ill she can still recognize you kind." Wei Lui sniffed.
"Hahaha!" Fukui cackled.
"I hate this team!"
"Muro-chin."
"Yes?"
"I'm sleepy can I have your jacket?"
"Sure."
"Stop giving into her!"

Midorima ignores the sudden burn in her veins as she watches Takao tell the Taurus girl some, most likely stupid, joke. The pretty brunette laughs loud and she has half the mind to tell them to shut up. Don't they realize that they're disturbing the whole library with their noise?
Her pencil tip broke and she cursed under her breath, why the hell did she even agree to help the idiot and his whatever she was (girlfriend?) with their upcoming history exam? Another shrill like laugh has Midorima snapping her notebook close.
"I have other matters to attend to that don't include spending my evening in a library with both of your screeching. Excuse me."
"Kay thanks for the help, see ya at practice Shin-chan!" Takao waved, not even bothering to look at her. His attention solely on the still giggling brunette.
"Boys." She growled under her breath.

"You shouldn't frown so much Midorimacchi, you'll get wrinkles~"
Midorima gave the smiling blond a withering glare and jammed her bag into her locker. "I ask again, why are you here?"
"To see your options. Well, one actually."
"I'm in the middle of practice!"
"It's okay, your new captain said I could be here!"
Midorima's eye twitched.
"Of course he did, he's a boy, what boy would say 'no' to you?"
Kise frowned slightly, "Seriously, you're really mad. What's wrong?"
"Nothing, since you're here then you might as well help me practice."
When both Miracles emerged from the locker room they found that the regulars were crowded around the entrance leading to the hallway. "What are you all doing?" Midorima sniffed looking over Kimura's shoulder.
"That girl from earlier asked Takao out into the hallway, I think she's confessing!"
"Eh? Really? Let me see!" Kise squirmed her away infront of a blushing Miyaji, in the hallway it showed a pretty brunette with warm eyes presenting a sheepish looking Takao an envelope. "This is a waste of practice." The shooter clicked disapprovingly stomping away, grabbing Kise's arm and pulling her away from the spectacle.
Kise smirked, "You sound jealous."
Midorima glared, "What would I be jealous of exactly?"
The blond's eyes flashed like a cats, "Oh I don't know you seem pretty bothered by the idea of Takao taking to that girl."
"Now you're being stupid."
"Does it bother you that he might consider her offer?"
"I don't care if Takao gets a girlfriend, but he'll be distracted and it's going to affect his game."
Kise grinned, "It's bothering you."
"No it's not!"
"Yes it is~ But it's not like you gotta worry about anything. I'm pretty sure you've already got Takao hooked all that's left is for you-"
"This is why you came isn't it?! And be quite! No one needs to hear these lies!" Midorima hissed, Kise wagged her finger 'no' playfully, "Nuh uh, you're just in denial, I know you like him. You getting all hot and bothered by that other girl is proof!"
Midorima gaped at her, "I-you-" She flinched back when Kise wrapped an arm around her shoulder, rubbing it comfortingly. "It's okay, I'm here to help! Everyone knows that Takao is head over heels-" Midorima jerked her head to look at the blond "Everyone?!"
The blond nodded sympathetically "-for you, all you have to do is confess to feeling the same way and boom you'll be happy again instead of grouchy!"
Midorima stared at her, "You're assuming I feel the same way. Go away." The blond have her a Cheshire cat smile, "If you didn't feel anything then you wouldn't be upset by him talking to that girl. And you wouldn't have been in a bad mood all day-"
"How do you know my moods from today? And I wasn't in a bad mood today."
Kise shrugged, "Takao text me that you've been upset all day."
The shooter narrowed her eyes, "You two text? Constantly?"
The blond blinked and giggled, "See? You're already getting jealous just from me saying I text him."
She flushed, "I wasn't-"
"Sup ladies~" Takao greeted suddenly that Midorima barely managed to hold in a surprise squeak. "You okay Shin-chan? You look like you're sick."
"I am perfectly fine-"
"So how did your episode in the hallway go~?" Kise butted in and Midorima found herself way to interested in the male's answer to reprimand her. He scratched the back of his head sheepishly, "Oh that, well it was cool that Umi-san liked me enough to say something but I turned her down." Kise patted his shoulder, and Midorima found her heart rate (when did it go up?) returning to normal. Dammit, Kise's nonsense was getting to her.
"What? Why?!" Kimura cried out indigently, next to him Miyaji shook his head, "Kiyoshi was right, you're in deep."
Takao shrugged, "Meh. I like someone else." Kise's eyes brightened excitedly, "You should tell her, I bet she likes you too and is just being a tsundere."
His steel blues sharpened, "Maybe I will tell her."
"…"
"…"
"Kise, it's time for you to go. You're disturbing practice." Midorima growled, "No way! I just got here!" The model wailed dramatically as the other girl pulled her towards the gym door by the color of her shirt. "I can't believe you came all the way here for this." Midorima whispered harshly.
Of course I did, you have a lot of potential and someone has recognized it and likes you for it. And on top of that you like that he likes you and it would be a waste for you not to do something about it! I'm only looking out for your social lives! I'll probably go all the way to visit Murasakibaracchi, Kurokocchi and Aominecchi too. But at least you know that he feels the same way~" She whispered once they were at the door, giggling at the pink flush on the taller girl's cheeks.
"Before I go one more thing."
"What?"
Kise took a step back away from Midorima and took a deep breath, "HEY TAKAO! MIDORIMA LIKES SOMEONE TOO!" She shoot out the door the second she was done, there was no way she was gonna stick around after that.
"KISE!"
Hope everyone has fun over the holidays!
Until next time~
