Though A New Hope gets started once Anakin is on Tantive V as he atones for committing the atrocities that landed him in that suit. As he spends two years studying everything he never got the chance to. As a new Sith apprentice takes his place as he becomes the Jedi Master he should be as they, and the Order and Alliance get to work on changing things for the future now.
Chapter 24: Tests, Medical Truths and Decisions
"Wait retrial, the situations that would be considered this are the..., General we destroyed the quantum mirror, I can't do that test a second time. But I gave the benefit of the doubt and remembered this was the same as when he tried to launch the mark V through the gate. I prevented that and I did it again by us doing a stealth mission. But the others, I can retake the tests in the same and score the entire 100% score on it."
"But first, it's depending how long we're here for, that I change who I am and I need to rebuild my bond with my brother so we can pull it off before the sextet, Daniel and I are the strike team you need us to be once we're back." Jack said and he nodded. "That's what I'm counting on Colonel, the eight of you are the salvation of earth, with six force sensitives and Jedi on the team that helps, but the eight of you."
"Wait make that twelve of you, with Colonel Mitchell, Teal'C, Major Carter and Jonas Quinn added to the group. But the twelve of you know the most about what you're doing and with Reynolds or Dixon involved with you that's twenty members intended to pull it off. But for now stay out of trouble." he said to him and the colonel nodded, before looking at the slightly pale look on the younger man.
'Both, oh dear god no, not again, please, I'm not going through this again.' he thought, and seeing the look on his face, Jacob said it with a sigh. "Whatever happened on 636 I understand, but this is a sim, it's not real." he told him and Daniel sighed. "Pyrus is as close to being like Saddam as you can get, but the lunatic holding me hostage, I'm looking at both sides of Segei buried in this sicko Jacob and as a result."
"I chose to, rather than telling Jack about this, to go to my other best friend and my own version of Chewie, so I could vent and let out most of the anger, but then your daughter goes to the trio with some made up story. Why well it's because I was under orders to test her and she fell right into my trap and suddenly my copy of this manual disappears and I'm stuck under scrutiny, because I barely killed my best friend and the quartet."
"It's bad enough I've got to live with the guilt of hurting the quartet, but the weapon is hidden and only I know where it is, what's to stop Ballard from trying to escape when I'm fully trained and doing it for real. Live ammo, using the darn thing for real in the exact same way and by that point I'm fully trained. Dad, you're asking to kill someone that way, I can't risk it." he told Hammond and he sighed as Qui-Gon said it to him.
"Why exactly?" Jack asked and he sighed. "Jack imagine if you were the one who suffered your worst living nightmare barely two weeks after you saw you parents and team mate and some whack job security guard finds out and one who uses seduction. During a interrogation session and he knows you're ticklish and heightens the sensitivity to the point you wouldn't be able to escape long enough to get your team out."
"Before he arrests you and he's got you back in his clutches and does this three times more, before you agree to the betrothal and make a deal to get yourselves off the planet and once back on the base that humiliation switches to anger. And at this you're so loaded with hatred and anger at the duo that put you in this position that you're ready to kill the sole reason you ended up in this position, though he's dead or is dying already."

As if that's not enough your sole reason for living has sudden attack of split personality traits and now is suffering a psychosis and she can't tell the difference between faking it, and the fact you're under cover, orders given to you by her father and the Joint Chiefs, the leader of AMRIID and the commander in chief a month earlier."
"And is too furious to think straight and see the truth for what it is, a truth anyone in spec ops sees and the only ones who can are the members who were at the Alpha site and they all swore to secrecy and your fellow team mate. She's so furious at you for just stating the obvious truth and not realizing you're testing her by the fact that you'd be willing to keep your end of the bargain just to prevent them from killing the slaves."
"But you know if you do go back your alter ego is going to go on a rampage and do a Vader and start killing hundreds of billions of lives, that she goes to your best friend and your new adoptive father and tells them information that has a few plotholes in once sedated it causes the door to be unlocked and your alter ego goes on the rampage and you're so disgusted with yourself, you're willing to end your own life."
"Why because you just did something that is far past your morality you can't live with yourself and it barely kills the entire base because your alter ego gets unleashed and you choose, by the only options necessary and it's by the Jaffa death rites and the fact you need to face your path to truth by facing the anger and darkness in your soul. As a result of all of this, your best friends: your original team mate, and your doctor, as well as your adoptive father, don't trust you anymore and this rests in the scenarios that fall."
"Now would you want to have to relive this memory, knowing that it could easily turn you to the darkside when you know it's best to just lock up that memory for not only your safety and everyone else's when you know that this could cause you to become a threat to yourself or everyone around you?" he asked and Jack sighed as Hammond said it for him then as he looked at him with a gentle look as he answered him at that.
"This situation regarding Shyla, Pyrus and the sarcophagus keeps going back to fact that Sam jumped the gun too quickly when she reported you to me at the time. And the fact she can't tell the difference between being undercover and a testing exercise at the time and it being for real. Alright, alright just what the hell did they do to you exactly, if that explains the attempt son?" Hammond asked slowly and he nodded to him gently as he said it to him.
"Yes Sir and to answer your second question, do you recall the Bedrosians General, because I was trying to get your attention then, it's the exact same memory, but they did more than simple torture." he said and she snapped. "Just why do you keep throwing the fact I screwed up in my face exactly, I didn't know that this was a test, you never told me that." she said and Jacob crossed his arms at the remark then.
"Because for the last four years leading up to Joe you been throwing Sha're and Shyla in mine Sam. But let me make it clear to you now, that though I cared and care about them, I kept my mind on the task at hand at the time. But do you any idea what I just saved you from or is your pride and ego to much to handle it. If our positions had been in reverse, the guard would treat you in the way that the second Mongolian leader did."
"Just look at what the wizarding kingdom looks like from our side of the line here. They use betrothal contracts, and to get a woman. If the man was ugly or an old man, and they need money, they sell their daughters into slavery just to afford a new house and to get food on the table. "And again you saved my daughter and I owe you a debt of thanks Daniel. Young lady he's right at the moment, Jolinar knew this planet before she went undercover at the time."
"You'd have suffered more than simple flashbacks given to you by a Goa'uld turned Tok'ra, they'd see this, and you, as a reason to have a little fun and you're outnumbered twenty to one. With a bunch of security guards who use the darn thing to keep themselves going. But did you ever consider that when you turned him in, for simply just doing what we asked him to do?" Jacob asked her and she swallowed and shook her head then as Daniel went further then as he looked at her.
"No she didn't in fact she looked, before she leaped anf it nearly destroys the base while doing it. But this culture has men five times stronger than women, I just saved your life and I wind up in a soldier's worst living nightmare, if he's beyond ticklish and one of your captors is bi-sexual, which the son was, while the face of the guard is who's face you're always seeing ever since. But I have to give an explanation to my father now, so excuse me." he said to him gently and turned back to Hammond to answer his question.
"Rigard is the homosexual side of Segei and that explains the look on my face and the fact I was on autopilot that day, Jack that's your area, but I got the doctor's version?" he asked and Jack covered his eyes then as he nodded as Sam felt her heart dropping with every word then as she looked at him. "These men were healers, they don't use violence, but why use violence when they have access to drugs to screw with your body."
"While the trio are men your age, the third has a son my age and as far as being held prisoner is concerned, in this guys eyes, you're looking at ticklish soldier's worst nightmare and the son is of the type that would drug you just to get what he wants. If you recall the scenario in the movie, the guy was talking on the phone and she jumped him from behind, with the door locked and she's got him where she wants him."
"That's what the prisoner version of the drug does, it magnifies the effects of the nerves 20 times stronger and the drug is enough to over stimulate your nerves and if you're ticklish it's your worst nightmare. As to why it's because the son, or the guard in this case, is really going to take advantage of you in this way, if he's bi-sexual, and he's got you trapped in your room as he does it at the time as he's letting you have it."
"As to why, the serum makes you feel as though he's got his hands directly on your skin, than over the clothes and once mixed your body only reacts to their touch. So as to that I was ready, or Ballard was, to take this guy apart and then go for overkill, as to why that is, it's because I just dealt with the treatment of a male soldier, or as close to it as you can get. And with that, in his eyes, though you belong to the princess, or Prince."

With three medical doctors it's a normal bond between a teenager and their father. But to this guy, he's a bi-sexual and uses it for ticklish sexual harassment of the time we see on the movie."
"And with being drugged by a nerve enhancer you're stuck, but you're drugged with the prisoner version of that drug. Which to all intents and purposes, means you're incapable of stopping him from making out with you. And he's keeping up the tickling as he does it, because the one side effect to this first drug is that it causes your internal temperature to start flunctuating wildly making you need the body heat of the mixer now."
"While you're under the influence of this alien's version of ROPHYNOL now and he's got his chance to get you alone and from there I don't need to say the rest of it. Though what I will say is the flirting is of the type that Demi Moore did to Michael Douglas in Disclosure and that's what you're looking at here. I'm not telling you everything, but what I will say is the scenario is as close to the scene in the movie as you can get."
"And while the son of the third technician happens to have a taste for getting playful too, the guard, he goes for the full thing in the way we saw on Disclosure and you're working on something. I heard the door open, close and then locked and him get on the bed, but it's in the way we see all that X rated crap on the internet regarding orgies and things, but he's as aggressive in this as Demi' character was in the movie."
"And I'm Shyla's consort, that doesn't stop him from acting like Demi More and going for the aggressive homosexual stuff, though he's not crossing that line, he's still harassing you. And why need restraints when you have muscle relaxants and a drug that in capacitates your victim by being ticklish. And your victim is incapable of moving after fifteen minutes, while he's trying to stop him and keep from giving in while doing it as well as he trying to stop you. And trying to stop the four way sexual attack and he's got you where he wants you and you're suffering three previous traumas prior to that."
"The first thanks to be drugged by a Goa'uld Queen and assaulted, secondly by nearly getting assaulted by some criminal who has a taste for men over women and your bodyguard has to stop him, before he tries it. And lastly is you suffer the memory of losing your parents, seeing it three times and with it you see your lost team mate, the fourth member of your original team, prior to this mission." he said and they both nodded gently as Sam felt her heart plunge to the floor then at what she did.
As Brown looked at him in concerned and protective anger as he answered that. "That's what caused me to break actually, I can get a better version of the reports written up and you're learning the extent of what the episode's not going to show." he told him then. "Who's this Segei exactly, and how does he know about this, our records were classified, before we joined the program?" Brown asked and Jack answered that.
"The general who was the reason I was determined to never leave anyone behind. After my POW stint, I came back as more determined than ever to keep my unit in one piece, with you guys it was we encountered something we weren't expecting. But I still carried the guilt I lost you on the mission, with him, if this is what I'm thinking, and he's so furious at me. He suffered as close to mine as you can get, or in a physicians version."
"To answer your second question he didn't have to have me telling him this, because we understand each other without needing to say anything and I gave him, a couple clues to this such as my time in an Iraqi prison and the fact I dealt with drugs, but he put the pieces together on his own, but whichever one of us caused him to suffer this and he pulled a gun on me and couldn't concentrate, its their fault, it was a drugged and fevered hallucination that he had that night and it's not my face he was seeing, but this sicko."
"And if he's still mad at me than it's because I never gave him the chance to tell me that truth of what he was doing for the ten. And he's me when I suffered through the worst parts of it, if that's why he broke right in front of me. Daniel why the hell didn't you call me in there so I could see the evidence on you and I'd help you deal with it bro." he said with a low growl in his tone and Daniel closed his eyes and Jack squeezed his shoulder gently as he answered him then as he sighed sadly as he said it.
"Because I didn't want to remind you of your own trauma at the time, it's not enough I've got to live with the guilt of nearly killing the five of you and nearly everyone on the base, because Ballard took total control. But I've got to live with the trauma of some sicko drugging me repeatedly and everything else I don't want to remember. But drug induced sexual harassment, and he's acting like the female lead in Crichton's book, and I'm playing the male lead, but there's the scandal right there at the moment, but the scandal just about destroys our friendship and here's the truth brother as to that."
"But it's just the first portion of the book and not further where she's got him in the room with her with the door locked and he's trying to resist it, but with two different drugs in my system and I got no way to fight him off, because he gave me the one they used on Jaffa." he told him and he nodded to him gently as he rubbed his back. "Fact of the manner is that I was not acting on the high life at all, while you're trapped in the mines."
"I'm being subjected to your worst nightmare at work, before you got assigned the SGC Jack, which is her damn psychosis at the moment. Us men all share this exact factor to us and fear of being unfaithful to our mates, but it's something we can't control when we're at work, Sarah was your strength when Segei had you in his clutches, mine was Sha're, and being forced to do it against your will is like you've really torn their hearts out, but being unable to control this situation, it's why I pulled that stunt."
"I had his drugs in my system: the Rolphynol, this drug and I had to get it and his bodily fluids off my body and everything else, though he never crossed that line, but still. If not for her brainstorm and her acting on our her instead of theirs, you think you'd have listened to me then if she'd just acted on your orders, instead of arguing with you." he asked and they both nodded to that and she swallowed at the news then.
"Jack there's only one reason for why he'd be pointing a loaded gun at you and why he broke down in front of you and try to take his own life twice and that is that these symptoms are all classic cases of a POW. And he's a victim of foster care who's records don't need discussing, so what else could it be and if you hadn't listened to her and if you'd calmed down and been thinking rationally."
"And you'd being seeing this, and the same goes for you two as well, George, Dr. Frasier." Matheson said over the radio and she tried to keep from paling at the news then. "Just what the hell caused you to even consider he'd be flying the sheik with this woman while you're being labored to death exactly, because, no self respecting soldier would consider that and not when they're thinking rationally. Especially when we're supposed to be protecting our civilian counterparts and not the other way around."
"From the time we got back together and Teal'C joined the team, he always needed us to protect him and suddenly it's in reverse and you lose your temper, because you're trapped in the mines. And he's doing the only thing that could do it, just what the hell is the matter with you guys exactly. "But the drug was to strengthen up the muscles after the amount of damage done in the mines, turning you, if you were human, back into a child recovering from your first major illness. But it induces laughter by making your nerves send a message to your brain and making it think that a single touch to your bare skin is you're getting tickled. With the first assistant he's acting like a child therapist, one of the type who'd acted fatherly as did the second, and he started acting like another father to me."
"The second therapist, he had a son my age and he was drugging me with the one they used on Jaffa to interrogate them if they ever came to the planet. And while the father acted on being the fatherly type, and saying he'd never cross that line. He's acting on being a father, and it's still enough that answering questions when you have him keeping his arm around your waist, it's enough you'll tell him anything, just to keep him from letting you have it, after two nights of being on this drug at the time, as to why?"
"Well it's because you're already more sensitive to touch and this to all intents and purposes is a ticklish man's worst living nightmare. As you're being subjected to a healers version of tickle torture, because their checking your nerves to see if your body is completely healed at the moment it's been going on for eighteen nights running and the duo have it set to their standards and you're reacting to their touch."
"But the son is using the version that they use for prisoners and this is enough it's a soldier worst nightmare, and it's even more so and with that. While the son is the one who was doing it, the damage you found of that drug in my system Bill, but here's the details regarding the effects of the drug and why Pyrus was that paranoid. As to why he killed the Goa'uld that used to run that planet and he took control of everything.
"We didn't end up in a Goa'uld empire, we wound up in the midst of secondary facade." he said and they nodded. "You said that the ten sent you and Teal'C there to infiltrate?" Jack asked him and he nodded. "Yeah, but evidently Jolinar knew about this planet, if she told you that, but here's where you're really going to be pissed now, because, though they don't use true violence, electro jabbers, or anything like you dealt with."
"Everything I mentioned in the debrief was a factor, they don't use violence on this planet, they can just make you so sensitive to touch, you're sensitive enough to the point that your reacts to it like someone is tickling you and if you're already ticklish, you just ended up in your worst nightmare. So that they can break you by stimulating your nerves till your body can't take anyone touching you till you break completely, but of four, only one showed both sides of Segei." he said and Sam paled at that information.
"As such, the son was a homosexual, and he added a secondary drug meant to it, you've seen what Rolphynol does, he created their planet's version of it, and uses it to get you alone, to break you completely. While the father he is not the reason, but that's it now, and it's why I took your and Teal'C's place in interrogation at the time. Sam delayed long enough to land me their clutches." Daniel told him and his eyes narrowed.
"That's why you're furious at me, or rather both of us, we just landed you in this sicko's clutches, by not just staying put?" he asked and Daniel nodded. "No not you, not you specifically. Her, if she's hadn't delayed, you three would have gone home and immediately reported in and you'd be safe. I was keeping my pace slow for a reason, making contact with the leaders of the planet was my intention so I can get my research done, I found the lab and the next night after meeting Davi's partner, it started."
"But they used you to as means to keep me there, it's like the way some maniac who goes off the deep end and takes over a bank at gun point. Pyrus was the maniac holding the gun, keeping it pointed directly at your heads and it took me three weeks to negotiate your release, in exchange I'd take your place. But you did exactly as you were supposed to, by delaying long enough for me to put Ballard back to sleep at the time."
"But during those three weeks, I was subjected to a soldier's worst nightmare by this sickos. And I just came from medical examination by Davi's partner in the medical lab was giving me, he was acting as the father figure I needed. But he, Cale, Phanis and Davi, when they found out, they beat the crap out of him. Anyway, my report was written when they brought you to the throne room, I was faking my arrogance to you."
"All in all, if it hadn't been for her and her brainstorm, you three would be hearing from me exactly, once you were waiting by the bushes to meet up with me and the four of us: the boys, you and me. We'd leave together and I'd swear you to secrecy and turn it into our training exams, instead of what it turned into Jack." he told him and he nodded as he looked at her and she swallowed at the looks on his, Janet and her godfather's faces.
"Dad, to change subjects now, because I'm adding several secondary missions between when Sarah comes into the picture and when we find the lost city, look at the added books in the pile. So far we did his trial by fire, but what's next is the mission regarding SG-10, I can do that easily, as to why now, it's because the blackhole time dialation at 451 has exactly another eighteen months to two years before it gives out."
My intention is building several anti-grav servos into the Sun Crusher and the alkesh, we're getting them from the fortress that Jack was being held at, head for 636 to get the Sun Crusher and dump it down the vortex, before the planet goes and we're safe after, while in their case here, is they've been away on five and half year mission stationed in the Middle East." he told Hammond and he nodded smiling at the news.
"And his daughter gets her father back, she's six years old now, so she has her father watching her grow up for the biggest milestones of her life now." he said and they nodded. "As this is destroying the Suncrusher along with getting them off the planet, you got the green light SG-1. But just insure we don't lose anyone, if that's what happened in this one, we make sure we don't lose them or Cromwell, with him with our team on the planet at the current moment."
"And Cromwell is joining the program as he got thrown feet first into it, as does his second in command when we needed more teams so as to that, I'm hereby adding a grant and we're adding ten teams to the grouping, ranging from your age colonel to the kids. And they're in training till you get back. So Doctor Jackson, just what is the truth regarding the technology if you're getting ready to tell us?" Jumper asked and he nodded as he pulled a set of documents from his pocket and set the new manual the quintet gave him on top of it, smiling.
Looking at the set of documents and the manual, Sam felt her heart start pounding as he looked at the quintet gently smiling then. "Thanks for getting me this manual boys, I don't know what happened to the first, because I was going to explain this. But I find out and the person who did it is in serious trouble, because they could have slaughtered the entire base at the time." he said and they nodded as he looked at her sternly.
"The knowledge you gave them was inconclusive at the time, but here's the cut off you never got because he woke you up, before she finished. 'We don't use the sarcophagus, and if we do, we get out of it immediately to not be tempted to use it again', and during those three weeks we were trapped there. I used it only seven times, but the darn things was malfunctioning and I get hit with double doses."
"That entire time I was fine and as to why it was because I was always in the direct sunlight, which is when it hit me when I suffered the come down here and with that fact in mind now. Here's the key fact of the technology now, though it helps you to keep going, it creates a physical deficiency in your body that depletes a single vitamin our bodies needs desperately now and it's why us Caucasians spend so much time outdoors."
"And this is the part of whatever you told him that was left out at the time, why well it's because your body produces this vitamin. And there's two ways you can get it, which is why most people like to sun bathe. While secondly it's through food products, and we need vitamin D to keep our bodies strong." he said and watched as Janet's eyes narrowed in anger as she got what he was saying then as he finished it then.
"The Tok'ra, as they are now, used to be the same as the Goa'uld, they used it, but they became allergic to direct sunlight and kept their bodies covered up at the time. As to that their bodies left out a key mineral, which is why Apophis was in agony at the time, aside from the torture. Its that simple, and it's we need this mineral more than the others and if we don't have access to one version of it, we go to the other and spend hours on the beach or just going for a walk in the direct sunlight to soak in this mineral."
"But here's the portion Egeria left in my memory and why they're staying underground for a specific reason Jack, it causes you to need an extended exposure to vitamin D and there's only two ways to get that: lots of milk products or being in the sun for a couple hours. For a person allergic to UV rays, they need a lot of sunblock just to be able to be out in the sun, which is the reason why the Tok'ra spend all their lives underground."
"Aside from the other symptoms the solution was very simple here, I just came from the latest dose when we left the planet, my skin felt like it was on fire. With the fact I had the stomach flu, I couldn't hold anything down so the first version was out and with my feeling like I'd taken in too much alcohol, well the reason for that is because my body needed this vitamin immediately and being stuck inside the mountain."
"That was going to kill me, I needed to be in the sun to heal my body. But this was the reason I lost it, as was sedating me, because that released Ballard. Why, well its because the effects take time to wear off, they're causing you to feel like you're suffering alcohol, and also a need to be on the surface to heal by getting the missing vitamin your body craved. So...?" he said, trailing off, and Janet nodded as she said it to him.
"You needed a sun lamp or just have me take you to the surface so you could be in the sun and you started healing." she said and he nodded. "That's the catch, if you saw my vitamin levels were fluctuating dangerously and saw that my vitamin D levels were severely low that would have cracked it for you and you'd have figured this out. Jolinar purposely left this out, before Ballard went on a rampage through the base."
"If you ignored her, checked the vitamin D levels and then looked at the fact that there's a bunch of people that suffer from a specific vitamin and mineral deficiency. Than you would have figured this out automatically and I'd have told you the rest after I locked Ballard up and a week later after the symptoms started wearing off. But that sums it up, this was intentional, by leaving out key facts for whatever reason." he said to her gently.
