Ok, so I don't have two chapters like I said I would (which hopefully will come soon). Sigh, and that was to make up for the long, long unnecessary procrastination I put with putting off on writing the chapters for this story. Oh, sure life that excuse cuts into the plot, but HOW many times have you all heard/ read that one?

Well, according to the thousand and possibly millions of stories on this site, plenty of times for you all to click the back button, right? Well, I got news, no nothing as huge as me going out of the country, but enough for me to keep my sanity- hopefully.

All right, you guys/gals know the drill to all this so I won't bore with details. So, with that and my twisted way of trying to be funny, I present chapter to you all fabulous, patient readers!

Last time: Voldemort attacked, now everyone knows he is back. What will happen in this chapter?

Enjoy!

PRECIOUS, chapter 24!

Chaos…

There was no finer word to describe it. Harry didn't know why they suddenly came, other than that they were Voldemort's death eaters. He couldn't fight them, not with his mind in jumbles. What cause said jumbles was his nightmarish date he had with Cho, the interview, and then what his sister, Haku said at the end. What was that supposed to be any advice? Tsk, highly unlikely it sure as heck didn't help any.

'What the heck did I do wrong?' The thing was Harry didn't know what he did wrong. Recalling the date first…

"So, I'm meeting Hermione. For lunchtime, you want to come?" That right there should indicate that the date wasn't going to go smoothly, however, "Let's not talk about Cedric. If it just brings up- let's talk about something else." Harry could remember he tried to smile, he tried to be cheerful for her sake and his, and he tried to figure just where he went wrong.

Then after trying with no success he came to the conclusion he screwed up and then came the relapse of what Haku and Zabuza told him, which thinking on it more wasn't really helping or advisable; it only served to make him think farther on it.

Harry sighed, halting his thoughts that just wouldn't leave him alone and exit the pub where he hid for the time being. Sure it was cowardly of him his Gryffindor pride screamed at him to just move and go fight out there, but as creepy as that sounded Harry ignored his reckless pride to think on his actions.

"Harry," Harry turned to see Hermione and Luna and walked over towards them. "It's a mess. We should return before they decide to search here." Luna looked as dreamily as ever and Harry nodded to Hermione suggestion and they left the pub underground passage.

"Luna," Hermione started as they were heading towards Hogwarts familiar grounds; "says that the article for her dad's edition should be a while as she doesn't quite know which article edition it will be in."

Great; that made Harry feel so much better.

XX…

He sighed, sat back in his dark-not lit office and drunk a little bit of the strongest drink a wizard could drown themselves in. Maybe, he should take up that offer; thought running through his mind he glanced towards the shelves and got up, stumbling only just barely recollecting his footing.

Merlin, he felt like shit a load of it actually and it didn't help that he had to play this-this two timing for shite role of double agent. Surely, he with his ingenious mind could find something better.

Grabbing the file, he with some dignity left, opened it and began reading through it before filling it out.

This wasn't because it was given to him as a gift, as a way to make up for all his shite he was put into, for that naive , wannabbe hero Harry Potter, no it was because he finally decided he had enough.

Snape breathed in and stacked the file nicely just as neatly as it was given to him and placed it the envelope and stood; heading to send it off.

XX…

It was midafternoon the next day; everyone was in the great Hall chowing down, talking, the usual. "So, how is Quidditch?"

Zabuza snorted at the approach Harry took to start the conversation as he already knew the answer, so why he asked? Haku however, just tilted her head, smiled and muttered something before leaving the Great Hall.

"It was lousy," Ron replied with an ominous depress cloud around his being. Harry for a moment thought that he was the one that should be depressed, but put on a smile.

"It be better next time, Ron."

Zabuza yawned and stood up; goodness that boy was such a drama king. Honestly if he wasn't whining one minute about his woes of being neglected – no one understanding him, he was acting as if the damn world should bow before him. Uzumaki, Naruto had better tact and skills to back it up.

That didn't count to say he was slowly charming up to the blond idiot shinobi just that the kid had his moments. So, with that Zabuza left the Great Hall.

"Not as good as Ginny," Ron muttered not at all letting Harry little cheer up lift his spirits. Yea, Harry had to admit as he wasn't allowed to play for the match because of the detention he gotten the previous night from Umbridge.

"Yes, sister was," Fred grinned happily telling the tale, but it's ashamed you couldn't play Harry."

Harry shook his head. "It was fun watching the match even if it was-ahem, my friends were having fun."

Oh, yeah, Harry covered that up so well.

Xx…

"I didn't think you decide so early," Haku said softly, appearing from the shadows. Snape didn't even turn around to face the young woman standing just behind him-correct now beside him within his dark balcony that oversaw the lake.

"I did it for me; I'll be going there tonight after I teach Potter."

Haku smiled. "What will you do? I am curious."

"Something possibly stupid," Haku waited for the man to continue, but the potion master did not. Instead silence lingered before he grunted a farewell and left.

XX…

Harry was on his way to occlumency with Snape when he was stopped by Luna dashing towards him with a smiling dreamy look. "The- the quibbler- my dad is reprinting copies upon copies as we speak. They selling so well," he showed him the magazine and Harry blinked not knowing quite what to feel.

He should be happy right? The world knows how it all happen, but to silent to say anything he finally opened his mouth," that good Luna. Can I have that?"

Luna handed it to him with no qualms.

"Thanks, I better go, I have something to attend to."

Harry finally arrived to occlumeny class. "You took your time, Mr. Potter. Let's begin."

It started out the same, but it quickly became something in which Harry wished- he never seen-Snape memories. Oh, no that wasn't unusual nah, uh… it was the fact that it was memories in which Snape wanted no one to ever see that made it so.

"ENOUGH!"

He was shaking so bad his knuckles were white. He didn't know it, but he was paling so much his face was a frightening white shade.

"Get, get out, Potter."

Harry didn't know when he bolted as if hell hounds were after him, but he did so without batting an eye. Not, even Trelawney's frantic screams jostled him out of his terrified state and, what made it worse was that he knew he was the cause of what transpired in the class.

A soothing hand landed on his shoulders and Snape tensed up. "Let's go to the village," he relaxed only slightly as the two shinobi vanished with him, the broken vial, glass remaining untouched.

Dumbledore smiled. "What can I do for you Harry, boy?"

"It, "Harry started, trying his best to find a way to word what came across from Ron. "It's about divination- he wasn't even able to finish as Dumbledore continued to smile.

"It is going to be fine, Harry, boy. Everything is played by the handbook, but I assure you that I have found a reasonable candidate. Now, return to your dorm Harry, boy."

Sometimes Harry wanted to question Dumbledore, but other times he believed he knew what he was doing and nodded, leaving the headmaster office.

Dumbledore smiled, so long as the boy wasn't being craned by his sister or pulled out his reach he would continue to answer Harry with false incognitos. However, stroking his beard the person he had chosen in such a short- "Ah, Dolores, what do I owe this visit?"

Dolores Umbridge smiled sweetly, though she was only covering her bristling, ugly gruesome toad flesh that lay underneath her poky, sour sweet smiles. She was about to open her mouth to answer when Dumbledore beat her to it.

"Hum. Ah," Dumbledore smiled; pleased he was getting the old toad that was trying to get him out of commission back. "Let me introduce the successful candidate – the gargoyle doors opened and a half horse, half man waltz in; Dolores to Firenze."

Bristling Umbridge left Dumbledore's office.

Tsunade studied the man, Snape once-twice; maybe more than what was needed. So, he wants to become a citizen, huh? Well, if the man thought that he wasn't going to be used, no not like her stupid teammates, but used to help her and the village he had another thing coming. But, before all of that he had to no longer be…well, couldn't necessary called them backwards that was hypocritically of her to think, but they were indeed behind, and…still wizards.

"This can kill you, are you still prepare to serve me? Yet, along live here with the conditions I have in mind."

Snape closed his eyes, but he had his answer he didn't fill out those papers and come here on a whim. He reopened them and calmly answered as if he reached his resolve. "Even if it means being reborn and going to a hell for a short while then I'll gladly accept."

Snape took out his wand, held it for only second before snapping it. Tsunade smirked; though pleased to note on how far he would go even to be reborn she had a job to do. Crouching in the familiar stance Snape seen the third stand in; she outstretched her palms and striking his magical cores.

He was fine with that. He was until blankness covered his vision. Zabuza caught the unconscious man. Haku prepared, standing next to Shizune waiting on Tsunade orders.

"Brig him in, we have no time to loose. We have to start quickly."

Haku, Zabuza and Shizune followed Tsunade to the destination.

It was certainly an interesting class, Divination. The class Firenze the Centaur was teaching, Harry thought as he went to the last classes of the day. He idly wondered where was Haku and Zabuza, but squashed away to think on what to do for tonight's D. A. meeting.

Unfortunately though, the D. A. meeting didn't even last ten minutes when Dolores Umbridge to everyone's horror came in smiling sourly sweet. Her eyes as beady as toad searching for flies landed on Harry and she smiled even sweeter; dragging Harry out the room and to Dumbledore's office.

"Now, what are we going to do?"

"I knew this was a bad idea."

"Someone snitched on us."

"Yeah, but who?"

Murmurs and whispering escalated as everyone was distraught about the club which was there sanctuary to performing magic.

"We think of something," Hermione cut in everyone murmurs; sounding determined, confident and stepping up. "Even if we were tattled on, we will continue somehow and next time, Umbridge won't find out."

That wasn't convincing, but it did leave hope in the students as they left the room of requirement.

Harry was shock on seeing Fudge, the ministry of magic minister, but quickly recomposed himself. "Do you know why you are here, Mr. Potter?" The gruffly, suit minister asked. Dolores Umbridge was smiling broadly like she won the noble prize. Dumbledore, Harry looked towards him to see him shaking his head; a defiant 'yes' stuck on his tongue.

"No, sir."

Fudge tried again, "I beg your pardon. You do not know why you are here, Mr. Potter."

"No," Harry answered, lying easily. "I don't know."

The minister, Fudge was not adamant on giving up, however, "I think – well, wouldn't you agree that we brought in the witness?"

No one looked at each other, made eye contact, nor said a word as the few minutes ticked by and Harry wondered if it was Malfoy coming back with Umbridge, but he was wrong; dead wrong when she returned with Cho's friend, Marietta who had her face hidden within her hands.

Draco laughed. Oh, this was just perfect he didn't even have to do anything and Harry Potter's little club was found by Umbridge.

"Hahaha…and to think we didn't have to do anything," Grabbe said, speaking.

Draco eyes gleamed as if he was wiping away a tear. "I know and the sweet part …"he stop mid- sentence to add it to his thoughts, 'godfather won't even get a chance to fuss about it and, well, I still have time to think more.'

"What makes it sweet," Pansy said sweetly with a twisted mirth in her tone. "Is that professor Umbridge been causing misery to the Potter boy. And, our house is sure to win this year."

Draco nodded in agreement that was true. Putting his thoughts aside, Draco celebrated the little 'Potter misery' with his fellow Slytherin's felling that tonight was going to be a very good one.

The Slytherin celebrating was no coincidence; at the same time, same hour Dumbledore was smiling at Fudge intent on keeping Harry little club going, or rather to keep Harry at the school. Of course, the girl has more chances now to persuade him, but having looked at the boy several times since the short- impossibly sleep driven meeting he ever attended- meeting, Harry had complete faith in him and wasn't going to be easily persuaded.

"I as you would like to believe, Cornelius. I will not be coming along quietly."

That was the last time Harry saw Dumbledore.

A few days later while at Hogwarts it was as if the biggest depression hit, in Konoha somewhere …

"How is he?" Haku asked softly as she awoke from a day's sleep, Zabuza by her side.

Shizune smiled tiredly, she didn't sleep much having stayed up to see too Tsunade's work. Tsunade came out looking worse for wear, but better than one would have imagined. "Come see for yourselves."

The room they were led in was the same as the one they entered to perform the act however, it was more intended to being a small jail cell with strange pleasantness to the eyes. They stood around the bedding; waiting for the person to wake up. Was he supposed to be way..? .. Cough; small, yes, small with shorter features; string pallid look about him, looking as fragile as if he was just waking from a long nightmare.

Black eyes as dark as the room; lit by candle light opened, closed then opened again. What the heck happen? Last thing he remembers was giving his resolve the next-darkness.

"You slept for a few days;" that voice sounded familiar and churning his head the people did too. "Do you remember anything? Like before you went to sleep? Who are you?"

Silence; "Anything? Who are we…?"

Just a stare and nothing more; "Should I? I- I feel that I do, but…" Momentary silence, "I – you are Tsunade."

Tsunade nodded and waited with the other three.

"I know the rest of you here, everything else is blank. But, I know I did the right- made the right choice but I can't remember before I made the choice." He sat up a bit, head titled looking at Tsunade who took a moment to answer.

It was actually a good thing perhaps. It wasn't the best method she used to answer someone resolved, so literally I might add, but - Tsunade ran a hand through her hair. "Don't dwell on spilled milk. From now on, young man, your name is Takeo."

Haku pursed her lips in a smile. What an excellent new name for Snape-san. Zabuza shrugged nonchalantly in acceptance.

Shizune didn't say much just waited on Tsunade's orders.

"You will be here for the months, Zabuza Momoichi and Shizune will be your teachers, Haku will heal you if injured and so forth. "

Takeo nodded and closed his eyes again.

"Return tomorrow morning," Tsunade barked, leaving the three, heading to her office. After; Shizune left to go make her rounds; Haku and Zabuza were alone in silence. But, not for long as Zabuza gruff tone broke that silence.

"Let's head home Haku," Haku smiled and nodded, lacing her fingers within Zabuza hand and headed to their apartment.

XX…

It was depressing Hogwarts and things were now strange, but it was even stranger when April Monday came around and there was no potion teacher in sight, nor there for the classes.

"Blimey, strange things going on," Ron said in a whispered tone; Hermione by his side nodding. Harry thought so too, but he just couldn't believe that Dumbledore did that for him. Where was Haku and Zabuza when he needed their strange advice/ encouraging words?

"Don't you think so Harry?" It was Hermione who knocked him from his musing thoughts and he blinked.

"Oh, err, yeah definitely. "

That night, Voldemort called for a meeting, but he was enraged and curcio anyone- that was the norm- that angered him with a bad report or one he didn't like. "Where is Sseverusssss?"

CUT! Oh, what does Voldemort want? More detail on Takeo next chapter, oh before I forget! Are you gals/guys ok with me doing this 360 change on Snape or should I have just made him loyal to Konoha and Tsunade a different way?

Oh, the replay of last chapter's scene is just to go more into Harry thoughts.

Until next time, I'm out!
