"So wait she's pregnant?" Vee says before shoveling popcorn into her mouth "But whose kid is it? I mean she's slept around with everyone."

Nora and Vee were enjoying their usual Saturday re-run night. Scott decided to tag along and he was the one who suggested a Walking Dead marathon. He sat on the floor clawing for popcorn but Vee slapped his hand away "no, popcorn is only for the girls. You're the one who wanted to tag along so you gotta follow my rules."

Scott made a "pfft" sound "You're a selfish bitch." He mumbled under his breath.

Vee made a triumphant smile "and proud of it now shut up." She looked to Nora "Now explain this shit to me, she's pregnant with whose kid? I mean she slept with the Sherriff and that other guy."

"We've been watching this for how long? And you still haven't bothered to learn anyone else's name besides Darryl's?" Scott asked irritably.

She stuck out her tongue at him "Nora help me," she replied.

Nora popped a piece of popcorn in her mouth "I think it's that other guy's kid." Scott rolled his eyes as she flipped through the episodes "Ok let's watch something else Scott looks about ready to kill us."

"You just now noticed." He replies sarcastically.

Vee threw popcorn at his head "Oh shut it Scotty Potty."

He glared at her. Popcorn flew everywhere as he tackled them. Scott made sure to put all his weight on the both of them as he lay on top of them. Vee and Nora giggled as he pushed their heads into the couch cushions. "This is the last time I watch the Walking Dead with you two!" he shouted.

The front door opened and in stepped Nora's mother, she kicked the door closed "What are you three doing?" She laughed a little "Scott get off them you're making a mess."

The three of them laughed and threw popcorn at each other. Nora's mother rolled her eyes and chuckled before walking into the kitchen. Scott sat between Nora and Vee wrapping his arms around their shoulders "my two ladies: My sister and my girlfriend." He kissed Vee's temple.

She blushed and kissed him back. It made Nora happy to see that Vee had started to trust men again, especially after the whole Rixon dilemma.

For the remainder of the night they watched comedies until her mother told Scott to go home. Vee had decided to sleep over at Nora's leaving her the unpleasant task of telling Patch she would not be free that night. Ever since she went missing her mother has been weary of who Nora hangs out with especially when it comes to Patch. After their promise to run away together Patch returned the ring to her; since getting it Nora had put it on a chain and never took it off. Her mother never noticed but Hank did.

Hank had become the main definition of creepy pedophilic stalker. He watched her like a hawk; he had become worse than her mother with his crazy antics. It had gotten under her nerves and Nora had repeatedly asked him to stop it, he didn't, which then resulted in her cursing him out.

Vee sat cross legged on her sleeping bag shoving a mix of Oreo's and popcorn in her mouth "So hanging out with Scott was fun. I mean he's sooo sexy so it makes being squished underneath him all the more better." She teased winking seductively.

Nora stuck out her tongue "That's disgusting."

"Of course it is! You and Scott are like brother and sister; he's always been taking care of you like you're his younger sister." Vee says examining an Oreo between her fingers.

"I thought you were on your color wheel food diet?" Nora asks coldly.

Vee flicks a kernel at her "Insensitive. Scott says that I'm perfect thus I gave up on losing weight. Marcie can go fuck herself."

"She's an anorexic pig." Nora says angrily thinking about Marcie flirting with Patch. She clutched her fists tightly "I can't believe she made me doubt Pat-" she stopped.

"You're not dating Patch again are you?" Vee asks.

Nora panicked her mother and Vee still think that Nora doesn't remember him, in result Patch and Nora have been working so hard to keep it that way. "Wasn't he that creep who was in our sex ED class who was sexually harassing me and Marcie lied to me and made me think he liked me?" Nora lied.

"Yea that's the guy." She said wearily.

"He was such a weirdo," Nora lied some more "I can't believe I thought she was telling the truth."

Vee shrugged "Never trust a Miller, they're all lying scumbags who sleep around with people they shouldn't be." She says dryly.

Nora looked down. It was still new to her to except the fact she was really Marcie's sister let alone the daughter of the most criminal nephilim to ever exist now that Jules is dead. She never trusted Marcie or Hank now she has more reasons to hate that family including the fact he's now sleeping with her mom. She shivered at the gross horrific thought of her mother having sex with the Black Hand.

Patch said in due time she would stop but Nora was far from sure that would ever happen. Their plan of taking him down a peg had to happen soon or she would have the little brother or sister she always wanted only from the wrong father. They had to work fast but that would prove difficult.

Bum Bum Bum! As you guys should know I don't own this, I started off true to how Silence really happened but then I changed it up a little... a lot... to how I saw the book in my mind after finishing Crescendo.
