Enter Luke, in beyond shadows.
Luke rematerializes on Korriban, where he fights alongside Mara, Jaina Solo, and Akanah Norand Goss against Count Dooku and the Sith minion Darth Caedus, as well as an army of monsters. The Jedi watches again as Akanah is murdered by Dooku and thusly placed among the stars by the goddess Dathomir.
Luke. [shakes his head] This doesn't make any sense. I wasn't with the Imperials when they attacked.
Luke vanishes from the flashback and views a brand-new scene.
Enter Jacen Solo, Danni Quee, and Ben Skywalker, at the Jedi Praxeum.
As Ben works on the Millennium Falcon, Jacen and Danni watch with concern.
Danni. You realize it's the solstice. We're supposed to leave today.
Ben. I know that. It could be the horizontal boosters. It could be the alluvial dampers. It could be Abeloth messing with us again. I'm not sure.
Jacen. How long?
Ben. Two, three days?
Danni. They may not have that long.
Luke's soul moves away from the Praxeum.
Exit Jacen, Ben, and Danni.
A new scene comes into view.
Enter Lowbacca and Drang, searching for Luke, through the Braxant sector.
Lowbacca. Luke. Brother. [to Drang] He smells farther away. Why does he smell farther?
The vornskr growls.
Exit Lowbacca and Drang.
Luke rematerializes on Hoth.
Enter Abeloth.
Abeloth. Such a valuable pawn. Do not fear, Luke Skywalker. Come spinward. Your friends will die, yes. But I will preserve you for now. I have great plans for you.
Using the Force, Abeloth shows Luke an image of Shedao Shai and his lair on Hoth.
Enter Shedao Shai.
Shai. We await you, Jeedai. While you fumble your way spinward, trying to find me, my armies will destroy your precious camps: first the Imperials, then the others. You cannot win, young Jeedai.
Exit Abeloth and Shai.
Luke awakes aboard the Tydirium, which has landed on Ossus.
Enter Tahiri and Jag.
Tahiri. I thought I slept heavily. Welcome to Ossus.
Luke sits up.
Luke. How did we get here?
Jag. You won't believe this. The Whaladon took us as far as the Bothan Space. Then he passed the harness to a couple of twelve-foot fish. Then they pulled us for a long time. Tahiri and I took turns sleeping. Then we reached this star system . . .
Tahiri. The Adega.
Jag. Right. After that, the shuttle kind of took over and navigated us here all by itself. Sleep okay?
Luke discusses his dreams with Tahiri and Jag.
Tahiri. So Shedao Shai is on a glacier. That doesn't narrow it down much. Hoth has hundreds of those.
Luke. [nods] Maybe this seer Q'Anilia can tell us which one.
As the Tydirium touches down on an Ossus spaceport, it begins to rain.
Jag. So now we find a blind being in the rain.
Luke. [sarcastic] Yay.
Exit all.
