Forgive the Author's Note Chapter! This'll be the last thing I'll be posting to this story thread. I decided to post BI to a new, fresh story. It's cleaner that way... and to be honest I like to go back and read the untainted hailstorm that was Original Beautiful Items.

Rewrite has been uploaded! March 25, 2018, the Forward and Prologue went up, and 26th so did the first chapter. That'll be followed until the 29th, a chapter a day. Then I'll be closing the door on this story thread and be updating the rewrite only.
There's been a handful of reviews on this story, and I'm grateful for every one. Most recently since the Rewrite Hiatus, UscJoey, Guest 212, and LoyalReview. Seriously. I'm not sure I earn the encouraging words, but I hope I delivered something back to any of you that makes you equally as happy.
And fun fact about spelling Kaiba wrong! I legitimately thought it was spelled Kiba for until... like chapter three. For my whole life. No one ever told me I was spelling it wrong and I never thought to look it up. And when I mentioned it to my friends they were all like "yeah duh." Ha. "Well thanks, pal." I was completely embarrassed at first but... in the end, I left it like that because... I don't know, it felt genuine?
And thanks for LeafeonLover for giving me the time of day. Guys should go read her stories. And to tudorgirl941, hands down, who's been my Yu-Gi-Oh cohort forever now. Tu also has something interesting brewing. It'll be worth strolling over to Tu's profile and taking a look at "Yu-Gi-Oh: Journey of the Heart" because interesting things are going to happen there!
