***Chapter 25***
As they walked through the entrance of Ryouzanpaku. Apa had his arm around her shoulders while she her arm was around his waist and Shippo on his shoulder smiling like he had won the greatest prize in the world.
When they got closer to the entrance Kagome could feel Apachai's arm tighten around her shoulders and couldn't help but smile enjoying the feel of his arm around her. Leaning more into him she looked up at him and smiled.
"Apachai where am I and Shippo going to be staying tonight?" She asked while still smiling up at him.
Apa couldn't help the thoughts that went through his mind of her spread out on his bed with nothing but a sheet between him and her. Apa took a deep breath though his nose trying to calm his body down before he went and tracked someone to watch Shippo for the rest of the day and night and lock himself and Kagome in his room. But, he knew he couldn't do that and decided that they would have to ask Miu where Kagome was staying.
"Apa, Apa we will have to ask Miu what room you got Gome Apa." He said while leaning down and kissing her head.
Apa really couldn't believe how lucky he was. He had never thought in his whole life that he would find someone like Kagome. She was everything anyone could ask for. He had thought for sure that he would end up spending his life alone with only his family from Ryouzanpaku and his marital arts, but looking at Kagome and glancing over at Shippo he couldn't help but think he was the luckiest man on earth and planned on keeping both of them in his life.
Kagome smiled as she looked up at Apachai and started to pull away from him since the hall wouldn't be big enough for them to walk side by side like they had been doing. She gave a small yelp when she felt herself being pulled back into his arms and him rest his chin on her head.
"Apa, Apa where are you going Kagome? Apa" Apa asked while holding her close he really didn't want her out of touching reach.
Kagome gave a laugh before looking at him, "Apachai I am going to find Miu and asked her where Shippo and I are going to be sleeping tonight plus I want to put our stuff down so we can go have a workout you did say you would spar with me." She said while smiling up at him.
When she said something about sparing with him, Apa couldn't help but imagine holding her down and ripping her clothes off her body. Giving a silent groan he couldn't help but wish that he could control his thoughts better when it came to her, all he wanted to do was worship her body in every way the he could and have her screaming his name while he did it.
They were both pulled out of their thoughts when they head Miu speaking as she walked toward them.
"Hey guys how did everything go did you get Shippo enrolled in a school did you find a job Kagome?" Miu asked while smiling at them then she noticed that Apa was holding Kagome and how he was holding her and saw that Kagome didn't seem to be wanting to get away or move away.
"Oh my! Are you two dating now?" she asked with wide eyes as she pointed a finger at them.
Kagome couldn't help but smile at Miu, "Yes to all of the above Miu, I got Shippo enrolled in school I got a job and I start Monday, and yes Apachai and I are dating." She said while still smiling at Miu and her smile got even bigger when Miu squealed and lunged to hug her.
"Oh my gosh you two are so cute together when did it happen and who asked who?" Miu asked while bouncing up and down.
Kagome glanced back at Apachai and smiled up at him because he was blushing just a little bit across his nose, she couldn't help but think it was cute but figured he wasn't use to this kind of things and decided to distract Miu.
"Um, Miu I don't mean to be a burden but where are Shippo and I sleeping tonight and also do you mind again letting me cook supper I promised Apachai that I would cook for him tonight." Kagome asked while looking at the younger girl and smiling as her while leaning into Apachai.
"Oh, right you and Shippo will be sleeping in the room right beside me I was on my way to get the futons for you and Shippo when I saw you three. And as for the cooking I don't mind you cooking if you want Kagome but can I help?" Miu asked while messing with the bottom of her apron really hoping to get to spend more time with Kagome.
Kagome couldn't help but smile as she pulled away from Apachai and grabbed both of Miu's in her hands and grinned at the younger girl.
"Of course you can help me Miu let's put mine and Shippo's stuff in our room and me and you and go ahead and start working in the kitchen and have some girl time how does that sound and I even show you some new recipes." Kagome said while still grinning at Miu who was acting like the high school girl she is by jumping up and down and squealing. While watching this Kagome couldn't help but laugh it really seemed that Miu needed the much needed girl time, glancing over her shoulder she looked at her men and saw Shippo giggling and Apachai was smiling and chuckling softly.
Apa hadn't seen Miu this happy in quite a while and he had to admit it was nice seeing the girl actually get a chance to act like a high school girl. And seeing her bounce up and down like she was just reminded him of really just how old she was, he could remember when he first met her and her grandfather all those years ago and he couldn't help but think of how often the girl actually got to act her age instead of older than what she was. And watching Kagome with her just proved to him that she really was too good to be true she was treating Miu just like the high school girl she was and acting similar to a mother would with a teenage daughter.
Shippo couldn't help but smile his mama always had that effect on people and he didn't see her acting any differently with the teenage girl and making her feel like she was her daughter. Shippo knew his mama would be good for the girl from what he had seen so far the girl really didn't have a mother like figure and knew that his mama would take this girl under her wing and he couldn't help but love his mama more. He wasn't jealous because he knew his mama had the biggest heart and he would always be loved no matter what it just meant he got more family and he was fine with that.
Miu was so happy she couldn't believe that Kagome was going to and wanting to spend time with her, she didn't really get to be her real self around other girls. When she was at school she hide the fact she knew how to fight she wanted to fit in, but with Kagome she had a friend who knew everything and still treated her like a girl. She would never admit it to her grandfather but growing up and even now she envied all the girls she saw with their mothers and she couldn't help but feel like Kagome was the mother figure she had always wanted.
Kagome couldn't help but smile as they walked toward the dojo and wonder if this was how her mother felt with her most of the time. She loved Shippo more than life itself but after just being around like she as she could tell that Miu never had a mother like figure in her life and Kagome couldn't help but want to fill that part in the younger girl's life. Kagome couldn't image what her life would have been like without her mother, her mother was truly her best friend and her rock, without her mother Kagome knew for a fact she wouldn't be the person she was today. All she could hope was that she could be to Miu was her mother was to her and be there for the girl whenever and how ever she needed her.
As they walked into the dojo and put all the things up Kagome went ahead and said that she was going to change into something else and smiled at Apachai as he looked like he didn't want to leave the room and have her out of his sight. Walking over to him and ignoring the giggling from Shippo and Miu who were sitting on the futons that they had gotten on the way to the room and wrapped her arms around Apachai's waist.
"It is just for a little while Apachai and plus do you want to try and train in these clothes it would be a little difficult and uncomfortable and just think the sooner we change clothes and food is cooked the sooner we can spar." She told him while looking up at him while still holding onto him.
Apa didn't have the heart to tell her that at this moment in time he could really care less about sparring he wanted nothing more than to keep her in his arms and after kicking the two kids out of the room rip her clothes off with just his teeth and have his way with her. Giving a sigh and knowing that he couldn't just do that he looked back down at her and leaned in and kissed her nose.
"Apa, Apa understand, Apa go change." Apa said really not wanting to leave her but gave her a quick kiss and turned and walked to his room to change clothes faster than he ever thought he could do in his life.
Kagome smiled at her gentle giant as he walked away from her and couldn't help but want to kick Shippo and Miu out and ripping his clothes off so she could touch and kiss every inch of him. Taking a deep breathe she turned around and smiled at the two on her futon when she saw them both grinning at her with knowing looks in her life. She couldn't help when seeing that look in Shippo's eyes of wondering if she had left him around Miroku too many times, and she couldn't help but wonder how sweet Miu could get a look like that in her eyes when she was all blushing and shy when she tried to talk to her about Kenichi.
Deciding it would be best just to get changed and ignore the two looking at her like they were. Getting her bag she pulled out a loose pair of yoga pants and a pale blue tank top and changed clothes while listening to Shippo telling Miu what had happened today.
"Shippo honey aren't you going to change too?" Kagome asked as she pulled the tank top over her head and pulled it down before getting a hair band and pulling her hair up into a high ponytail.
"Yes, mama." Shippo said while getting up and walking to his bag and pulling out short and a loose little green shirt.
After they both had finished change and walked out of the room, Shippo was still telling Miu about what had happened and how good he had been and how he got his candy.
They walked into the kitchen and Kagome told the two to sit while she got everything out the she needed while still listening to them. Opening up the fridge she looked in and looked inside before smiling at seeing everything that she needed, while taking everything out she didn't notice that Apachai had walked into the kitchen and was moving toward her.
Apa had to admit when he walked into the kitchen that seeing Kagome in workout clothes was a huge turn on and he wanted to pin her down and just touch every inch of her. Giving a shake of his head he looked at Shippo and Miu and saw them smiling at him and he smiled back before walking toward Kagome and wrapping his arms around her.
Kagome only flinched a little when she felt the arms wrap around her but quickly relaxed because she knew the arms and leaned back into Apachai as she continued to wash the vegetables she was going to be using.
"Apa, Apa help too!" he said while grinning and he leaned down and rested his head on her shoulder and watching her washing the vegetables.
Giving a laugh she turned her head and looked at him, "Apachai how am I and Miu going to have some girl time with two men in here?" she asked while still laughing knowing that both Shippo and Miu were giggling again since she heard both of them.
Apa gave a sigh knowing that it was true and decided something, "Apa, Apa Shippo and Apa will have men time while you have time with Miu." He said knowing it would work out both ways it would give him and Shippo time together plus it would get him and Shippo out of the kitchen.
Kagome couldn't help but smile as she heard this and leaned up and gave Apachai a kiss on the cheek, "Okay you two have fun and thank you Apachai." Kagome said while giving him a smile and enjoying how his arms tightened around her before he kissed her head and pulled away.
Turning and watching as Apachai walked over and picked Shippo up before walking out of the room, looking over at Miu she smiled and winked and started laughing when Miu did.
