I Want To Be A Good Guy!
"I thought I was doing a good job! I thought I was doing some of that historical sacrificial stuff I read about but using a guitar instead yet it is not working," Voldemort rambled as his girlfriend, Bellatrix, who had become a widow when her husband had died during a raid, sat next to him while nodding her head dramatically in agreement. "I want to be a good guy, can you teach how to be a good person?"
"Err...why do you want to be a good guy for?" Harry asked as he sat next to Bane, when he had gone over to the Dark Side last year during his sixth year after the betrayal from his so called friends this was the very last thing he had thought of. "The Light are full of betrayers and back stabbers, they hurt you and do not even care that they had your trust...even if it is a one way street thing."
"Because my Voldie-kins wants to have a go at this and see if it is the real him," Bellatrix cooed out, strongly reminding Harry of his aunt. even though her husband had died only a few months ago there was no love between the two so Bellatrix had skipped the grieving widow stage in favour of being with the one man she truly loved. "He just wants to know if he is a good guy or a bad guy deep inside. I do not think that it matters though, I will love him no matter who he is."
"Right," Harry said slowly as he turned his head slowly and shared an unsure look with his mate. "So, what do you want me to teach you?"
"How to be a good guy," Voldemort snapped out in a sharp tone, Bellatrix simply fluttered her eye lashes and happily snuggled into his side. "I want you to teach me how to embrace the Light's way of thinking zealously, I want you to throw my way of thinking out of the window and make me taste a new sort of wine. I want to see one of my favourite books, maybe Accelerando, from a different perspective."
"So you want us to round up the usual suspects and show them to you from a different angle?" Bane asked as he thought Voldemort's request over. "You want to trap something in the door when it is normally trapped in the window?"
"That is right," Voldemort said happily before turning to his girlfriend. "You my dear Bella love will be right at my side right?"
"Sometimes I wonder how Voldemort ever became known as the big bad guy if this is how he truly behaves," Harry said as he snuggled into his mate and watched the two love birds. "At least we do not have to go about racking our brains trying to figure out a way to show Voldemort one of the main points of Dumbledore's arguments against him."
Bane frowned as he wrapped a loving arm around Harry. "Whatever do you mean love?"
"Can you not see it? It is right in front of us," Harry said as he looked at Bane with a loving expression while motioning to the happily talking couple. "Dumbledore always says that one of the most important things is love and that Voldemort knows nothing about it. After seeing him with Bellatrix though...I have to think differently, it looks to me that he knows about love very well."
End of Drabble.
