I would just like to say, Happy Halloween to everyone. And if you're collecting candy, than I hope you get a lot. Also I hope you all have fun while I do some face painting for the Trunk-or-Treat my youth is doing. I would be out myself if it weren't for the fact that my parents think I'm "to old."
I say, you are never to old to dress up and go around collecting free candy!
Anyways, hope you like the new chapter.

Chapter 25
Lily's POV:
I slowly onlined with a quiet groan. As my systems sluggishly came back online, error messages popped up on my HUD, telling me I was low on energon, and about the multiple wounds that I don't remember ever receiving. I onlined my visor and frowned at the many cracks I saw. Looking past the cracks, I immediately noticed I wasn't anywhere I remember ever being before. I shot to my pedes and stumbled a bit as I had trouble balancing and caught myself on a wall. My head snapped to my wing I could no longer feel anything coming from and let out a squeak.
Half my wing was missing. Well that's just great! I needed my wings for balance!
I sighed and winced at the roughly patched wound in my chest and abdomen. I looked around the room I was in and found one of the walls were actually the same energy bars that we had in the brig back home. I slowly moved to the bars with the helping to support me. Reaching them, I looked around found about five empty cells lining the opposite wall. I noted the dried pool of energon in the cell opposite mine. There was a single door to the farthest right wall, which probably led out of here. Other than that, it looked like I was the only one in here.
I tried to activate my warp drive but found I couldn't. Something wasn't letting me. It was as if there was a block of some kind that was built specifically to keep somebot who could warp in here. I frowned as I remembered that the brig back home had what Prowl called a warp field up. Basically it wouldn't let me warp in or out. I would have to go in manually.
I let out another sigh as I moved to a back corner and sat down, careful of my injuries. I looked at my internal chronometer and found I had been out it for a few days now. I frowned and accessed my memory files to try and find out what exactly happened before I came here. As I looked, fear and anger coursed through me.
Memory File .7923 Replaying-
I was out flying, stretching my wings while racing my guardians to see who was faster when Sideswipe and Sunstreaker had gotten a comm from Optimus saying that he needed one of them back at base. They had quickly decided that Sideswipe would go. I watched him from a ways up as he entered the groundbridge and started descending back down to where Sunstreaker was waiting for me a few minutes later.
Out of nowhere, half of my left wing was gone in an explosion of fire and pain. I screamed as the worst pain I had ever felt in my entire life coursed through me. I faintly heard Sunstreaker shout my name as I started falling toward the ground. I faintly remembered crashing into the ground. I didn't register any of the gunfire that was going on not too far from me as I slowly transformed back to my bi-pedal mode. But I did register a shout of pain that I never wanted to hear ever. My helm snapped up as I heard Sunstreaker.
The feeling of rage and the need to protect filled me, overwhelming the pain. I didn't even hold back as the voice was telling me to kill anything that was hurting my mech, instead I let it take control of what I did. After that, I saw red and everything was a blur as I watched from the back of my mind as I, yet at the same time it wasn't me, tear mechs apart with my bare servos and swords. I faintly remembered Sunstreaker's surprised look as I killed the mech that was about to kill him without even flinching.
But there was too many and they quickly subdued me. I felt something slam into the back of my helm, efficiently turning everything black and putting me into stasis.
Memory File .7923 Ended-
As the memory ended, I was stuck staring at the opposite wall of me in shock, disgust, and guilt. I had killed my own kind. Something I always told myself I would never do. I had murdered to protect one of the mechs I cared more than anything about. Shame and disgust quickly over took any feeling of anger I had previously felt. The fear and guilt were still buried deep as the images of my hands tearing a mech's spark chamber out and tearing another apart kept replaying over and over, never wanting to leave me. Wanting to forever haunt me for the rest of my now rather really long life.
I felt a flicker of comfort coming from Max. I winced and tried to pull away from the bond that was slowly forming between us. Fear quickly filled me as well as the thought of him never wanting to have anything to do with me after he found out what I did.
Unfortunately, since he had more experience with bonds, he quickly wrapped me up in a weird internal hug that was like a warm blanket and sent me love and comfort as well as a sense of always being there for me. I stopped trying to pull away and sent my silent thanks.
I sat in silence for a few hours, still disgusted with myself in what I did, when I heard the door to the brig open. My head snapped up as I saw two mechs, one grey while the other was black, carry a yellow mech into my line of sight, deactivate the bars on my cell. I got to my pedes as fast as I could without falling over and watched as they threw the mech between them in. I gasped as I saw it was Sunstreaker.
Ignoring the two mechs outside my cell as they turned the energy bars back on and left, I stumbled my way over to Sunstreaker and fell to my knees by his side. My optics fell onto the dried energon as well as fresh energon that coated him. I quickly pushed what I was feelings to the side and started patching up the various spots where he leaked. As I worked, I felt the need to purge at the sight of so much life blood coated me up to my elbows and front from where his energon lines would sometimes squirt me, sometimes getting me in the face. I quickly repressed the urge and continued as hard as I possibly could to save one of the mechs I had secretly considered more than just a friend.
I was now wrist deep in his chassis, trying to get to a leak that looked like it had been slowly dripping for quite a while now. The entire time, I had to pointedly ignore his spark chamber as it was now showing as I worked to patch up some frayed wires that were near the leak.
Once I was done, I gladly closed his chestplates. I leaned back once I fixed what I could with the limited supplies I had in my subspace. I looked down at Sunstreaker with sadness and carefully brought him into my arms and rested his bigger frame on my lap. I held his upper body up and put a servo on his cheekplates. As I looked at him, I started singing slowly.
"You are my sunshine,
My only sunshine.
You make me happy
When skies are grey.
You'll never know, dear,
How much I love you.
Please don't take my sunshine away."
Sunstreaker's optics flickered on as I sang quietly.
"The other night, dear,
When I lay sleeping
I dreamed I held you in my arms.
When I awoke, dear,
I was mistaken
So I hung my head and cried."
Tears started falling at the thought of losing him and Sideswipe.
"You are my sunshine,
My only sunshine.
You make me happy
When sky's are grey.
You'll never know, dear,
How much I love you.
Please don't take my sunshine away.
Please don't take my sunshine away.
Please don't take my sunshine away..."
As I ended the song, the tears were like rivers. I saw the corners of his lips pointed up in a small smile, making me smile softly too.
"Please don't leave me, Sunny," I whispered as I gently hugged him. "I don't know what I would do without you and Sides. I... I- I love you. Both of you."
I took a shuddering vent and pulled back. I saw his optics had softened and the smile had grown, and despite how dented and broken he was, to me he looked all the more handsome. He reached up and gently put a servo on my cheekplates. I took my own servo and placed it over his and intertwining our fingers, I held it in place and leaned my head into his servo.
"We-e..." He started saying, wincing as his voice was broken and filled with static. He tried again. "W-we.. LOove.. yo-you-u.. too-too. Alway-wAY-sss.. HA-ave..."
I felt my spark skip a beat as the words left his mouth. They've always loved me? My confusion must have shown as he pulled on his servo to move it. I let him, but kept our fingers intertwined. He first put our hands on his chassis, right over his sparkchamber.
"Ss-sspArk.. CAll.." He then moved our hands so they were now resting over my sparkchamber.
My visor brightened in surprise as he said this. I remembered what Ratchet had told me about sparkcalling. When two sparks were made for each other and they come within a few feet of the other, they call out for each other. He also told me that an adult's spark and a youngling or sparkling's spark could be made for each other, but only the adult would feel the pull since their spark was fully mature while (in my case, youngling) the youngling or sparkling wouldn't feel anything because their sparks weren't mature enough. Also only adults could form a sparkbond when they find their mate.
And Sunstreaker just told me his and Sideswipe's sparks were calling for mine. A grin quickly broke out on my face as I absorbed the news and it sunk in. I giggled as excitement, happiness, joy, and love (love being the strongest) filled my spark to the brim. My wing that was still in one piece and antennas twitching, showing my feelings. I felt curiosity come from Max, but I ignored him.
Sideswipe and Sunstreaker are gonna be my sparkmates!
I continued to giggle as I tightly (though not hard enough to hurt him and cause him any pain in his injuries) hugged him. My engine set on a purr, as did his, though Sunstreaker's was deeper than mine. I felt another presence outside of our cell but ignored them. At least I did until they spoke up.
"Goldfish?" The voice asked hesitantly, sounding a lot like Max. I snapped my helm up at the sound of his voice but froze as I saw another mech standing there. I felt Sunstreaker stiffen as he too looked to the mech standing there.
The mech was all black with doorwings on his back with two red racing stripes on each door. The top stripe thick while the bottom one thinner. Over his black paint job on various parts of his arms and legs armor, were the same red stripes, making him look like a puzzle put together wrong. They had a red visor and black facemask with little horns kinda like Sideswipe's but ended in points instead of having flat tops. He also had a small pointy purple face in the middle of his chest of what looked like an older car for an alt. He had his hands up in front of his chest and pressing his fingers together in a nervous fashion.
I felt hesitancy, fear, and nervousness coming from Max.
"Goldfish?" The mech asked again hesitantly, taking a step closer to the cell bars. I narrowed my optics behind my visor with suspicion as I studied the mech. There was only one person who ever called me that... I took in the body language of the mech who called me by my nickname and came to a conclusion.
"Maxi-pad..." I breathed out the name I knew he hated with a passion. I felt irritation come from Max's side of the bond just as the mech's doorwing went up rigidly.
"Don't call me that!" He huffed as he crossed his arms over his chassis. But he quickly sighed and let his arms fall to his side and doorwings droop. "But, yeah it's me."
I grinned and sent a burst of love and happiness to him. I must have caught him by surprise because he took a step back and surprise filtered through. I felt Sunstreaker struggle to sit up. I looked down at him and saw him glaring at Max as he tried to sit up.
"It's alright, Sunny, it's just Max." I reassured him with some humor in my voice. I held him down as best I could to keep him from reopening the patches I put on. "Stop moving so you don't hurt yourself further. I used all my supplies I have to keep you from leaking out." He only grunted but stilled. I turned to Max. "So you gonna let us out, my dear little brother?"
"I wish I could, but then Starscream would find out and the guy already hates me." I frowned as he told me this. "But I did come to give you guys some energon." With that said, he reached over to the panel on the wall and pushed a button, making the bars disappear. He walked in and knelt in front of us.
"Hold on, help me get Sunny over to the wall." I told him before he pulled out the energon from his subspace.
He nodded and carefully took him and helped me to drag Sunstreaker to the back wall. Sunstreaker only grunted as he was moved. With him leaning against the wall farthest from the opening of the cell, I sat down next to him so our arms were touching but apparently that wasn't enough for him because, with a little trouble, he managed to wrap his arm around my shoulders and pulled me closer. Not that I'm complaining. I snuggled closer, mindful of his wounds.
"Hey! Whoa, whoa! What is this? What are two doing?" But apparently Max is the only one to complain. He was in front of us, crouching, and you could practically see him glaring through his visor at us.
"What does it look like we're doing?" I smirked at him.
He only grunted before pulling out two energon cubes from his subspace and handing them to us. I took mine while Sunstreaker had a little trouble with his since his energy levels were way down than what is safe for them to be at. I sighed, putting my cube off to the side, I helped him with his cube while Max had to leave so he wouldn't get caught and then get in trouble. His engine rumbled with appreciation. I smiled then frowned as I noticed him wince and heard a grinding coming from his engine. But there wasn't much I could really do at the moment.
"Soo, Starscream's a Decepticon right?" I asked once I was done helping Sunstreaker drink his energon. Sunstreaker nodded. "Then that means we're being held by 'Cons." I stated the oh-so-obvious. I sensed amusement coming from Max.
"Even as a giant robot, you're still as slow as ever, aren't you, Goldfish?" Max asked.
"Shut up," I snapped. Sunstreaker's engine rumbled with amusement as well, sending vibrations through me from where I still sat by his side with his arm around me. I flicked my wing with annoyance. I leaned into the mech beside me and buried my face in Sunstreaker's chassis. "You guys are so mean." I mumbled. I pulled away just enough so I could drink my own energon. I frowned at the odd watery taste it had, but for the most part ignored it.
"So what's sparkcall?" Max asked conversationally as I finished my energon.
"When two sparks call for each other because they were made to be together." I told him. "When two bots find their sparkmate, they form a sparkbond." Max sent me confusion so I put it into human terms for him. "When two people find their true love, they get married." I felt sunstreaker's arm tighten around me ever so slightly.
"Oooh! Wait, so does that mean your spark is calling for Sunstreaker's?"
"Mine? No. I can't feel the pull since my spark isn't mature yet. Sunny can feel it though. Same with Sides." I explained.
"Sides is Sideswipe, right?"
"Yep."
Max tilted his head to the side as his visor dimmed in thought. His visor brightened as he rightened. "Do I have a sparkmate?"
"Number one:" I answered. "I don't know, I'm not you. Number two: Your spark isn't mature either so you wouldn't be able to feel who your sparkmate would be until you were an adult."
He was about to speak, when the door to the brig opened.
"What the Pit are you doing in here you fragging sparkling?" Someone shouted. Annoyance flared in the bond as soon as the voice spoke.
"Nothing, Starscream. I was just giving them some energon." Max spoke, a hint of anger on his voice that no one would notice except me.
I sent him some calming feelings as a sandy colored mech that looked like an upside down triangle walked into view. I had to do a double-take at the sandy mech that stood in front of the cell. I burst out laughing as he reminded me of one of my favorite snacks.
"You look like a giant Dorito!" I laughed. I felt amusement coming from Max at what I said. The two mechs from before both snickered, earning a fist in both their faceplates.
"What?" Dorito's red optics dimmed as he was most likely looking up what I was talking about. His optics quickly brightened brighter than normal. "How dare you insult me! I am not some worthless insect food!" He roared. He quickly snapped his attention to the two mechs who followed him in. "Take her to my quarters!" With that he stomped out of the brig.
Anger came through the sibling bond from Max.
"What?!" I squeaked as the two 'Cons moved to do as they were told. I curled in closer to Sunstreaker's side as fear started to grip my spark. Sunstreaker tightened his hold on me.
With some struggle and help from the wall, he was able to stand up and push me behind him. I gripped his backplating and peaked around him. I saw two more mechs, one red and blue and the other purple, were holding Max back as he started to fight, trying to get to me. Sunstreaker's engine roared threateningly as the black and grey mechs stalked towards us. The black mech had his gun out while the grey mech pulled what looked like stasis cuffs.
"Don't you dare touch her you fucking 'Cons!" Max yelled as he continued to struggle to get free and help me.
I whimpered and hid behind Sunstreaker and buried my face in his back as the two mechs stepped closer.
"You can't take any more damage, Sunny. If you do, you could go into emergency stasis." I whispered to him. He didn't say anything. Instead he shifted slightly on his pedes.
Sunstreaker suddenly lurched to the side as the sound of a plasma shot rang though the brig. He made a strangled cry as he fell.
"Sunstreaker!" I gasped.
I dropped to his side and noticed the gaping wound that was in shoulder which was now sparking and leaking. I reached to at least stop him from bleeding out more than he already had. I was about to stop the first leak when I was suddenly wrenched up. My hands were forced in front of me and before I could do anything, the stasis cuffs were closing around my wrists. I let out a yelp as I felt some of my systems and programming were either blocked or limited on what I could do. I could still move, but fighting was out of the question.
I looked to where Sunstreaker was laying and found what I had told him had happened. Sunstreaker was in emergency stasis.
The grey 'Con, who was the one who put the cuffs on me, grabbed my shoulder and jerked out of the cell and passed a struggling mass that made up Max as he continued to fight, but was failing since they were much more bigger and taller than him.
"Let me go!" I shouted as I tried to twist out of the grip on my shoulder. "Sunstreaker! Max! Help!" I knew calling for Sunstreaker was no use since he couldn't hear me, but it made me feel a little better.
I was dragged out of the brig and down the halls. I continued to shout as I was practically dragged along. I called for every mech and femme even though I knew they couldn't hear me.
Quickly the two mechs got tired of me shouted and the black mech cuffed me upside the helm, making me yelp. I stumbled forward and fell to my knees while I held my helm as my processor swam. I was yanked roughly back onto my pedes and was pushed forward again. I could only pin back my antennae's back and let out a shameful whimper as I continued to walk down the halls, this time without making any noise.
After a few more minutes and numerous failed attempts at trying to warp, we reached our destination. I renewed my struggles as the door opened. Another blow was delivered that again had my helm spinning.
Before I could register what was happening, I was picked up and deposited roughly on a berth. The stasis cuffs disappeared and I once again had access to the programming and systems that the cuffs blocked. Unfortunately they predicted that I would try something and were already snapping different cuffs on.
These ones worked the same as stasis cuffs, but these ones were different. These were magnetic and would be impossible for even the strongest mech to break out of. The only way to get out of them was if you had a remote device or you somehow managed to hack the remote. Which I didn't have, and couldn't do.
Once I was secured, the two Decepticons doubled checked to make sure I wasn't going anywhere before they left. When the door closed behind them, I was able to get a good look at my surroundings.
I was in a medium sized room that looked like it was carved out of rocks. There was a desk in the back corner and what looked like personal washracks in the opposite back corner. Other than that, it was pretty bland.
I shifted and tried to adjust my wing so I wasn't laying on it and pinching it. I would have done the same for my other, but I really couln't feel it and I could barely move it. I sighed.
As I lay there, I was suddenly bombarded with worry, fear, and anger from Max. I sent my own fear. He sent me something along the lines of 'not to worry' while wrapping me in another one of those weird hugs over the bond.
We continued to talk for a few hours through our emotions. When the door to the room I was stuck in slid open, I looked to see who it was and fear claimed me as I saw it was Doritos.
"Tell me," Doritos spoke up as soon as the door closed behind him. He walked over to stand next to the berth I was stuck on. "How does it feel knowing you are about to be used to produce a new army for the Decepticons?"
I'm gonna be used for what?!
I shivered and leaned away from him the best I could considering I was pretty much stuck in place.
"When Optimus Prime finds Sunstreaker and I, you're gonna wish you never even heard of me!" I snapped, stress levels starting to get high. And when they get to high, I'm not exactly the most fun to be around.
The mech standing over me let out a bark of laughter. "Didn't you know, femme? Optimus Prime was deactivated. Megatron made sure it was painfully slow." He let out another laugh. "You should have heard Prime beg for mercy as Megatron slowly ripped out his spark, right out of its casing."
My spark sputtered and stalled as I was told this. My optics widened behind my cracked visor, making it brighten.
No... Optimus Prime couldn't be dead. He was the Prime. He's supposed to be invincible. And while I haven't known him for nowhere near as long as the other Autobots, but I knew for a fact that Optimus Prime would never beg for his life.
But what if what the Decepticon standing next to me was right? What if Optimus Prime really was dead?
"You're lying," was all I said in a quiet whisper.
A sadistic grin crossed his features as he reached out and placed a servo on my chassis, right over my sparkchamber. I flinched and tried to move away from the offending servo.
"I might lie, but I would never lie about Prime's offlining." He said as he started tracing my chest armor.
I grimaced and tried with no success to get away from the offending servo. I sent out a silent plea for help to Max, not even caring if it would give him a processor ache later on from the force I sent it.
The tan mech climbed onto the berth and straddled my waist as his fingers curled around my armor. He leaned forward and whispered in my audio, making me wince at how close he was.
"Unlock your armor and this will all be over soon."
That only made me double check to make sure the clamps were all secure and tight. As extra precaution, I locked them into place and made sure that only I or Ratchet could unlock them. The mech on top of me growled with annoyance as he realized what I did.
"Looks like we're doing this the hard way."
With that said, he started tearing and ripping at my armor. I screamed at the white hot pain that shot through me as the locked clamps were either ripped apart or torn off. It was nothing like I had ever felt in my life. This was easily one-thousand times worse than getting half my wing blown off. I screamed even louder as one piece of armor was torn completely off.
He quickly reached my protoform and grinned. He reached out one of his clawed servos and started petting me right over my sparkchamber, making me shiver in fear and disgust.
By this point, tears were falling heavily as the pain continued to wash over me in agonizing waves and as memories I have kept buried for a long time came rushing back. I screamed as loud as I possibly could as I felt his claw-like fingers pierce my protoform and tore it. I couldn't help but arch my back as the pain overtook me, making everything start to fade to black.
The last thing I remembered right before going into stasis was the door being blown in and seeing a large blue mech walking in. I also felt a strange sense of peace, somehow knowing he was going to protect me and save me from this monster. Then everything went dark as I was forced to go into stasis from the pain.
Song: You Are My Sunshine - Elizabeth Michelle
Yaaaay! Lily finally told Sunstreaker how she feels! XD And who knew that Sides and Sunny's sparks were calling for hers?
Now I feel like I should explain somethings.
Yeah, ya know how way back in the beginning of the story, there was a cuddle fest that Lily didn't like? Well that's when our favorite lambo twins first started feeling the pull. (Remember Lily always had a spark but no one knew about it.) So that's why Sunstreaker was always so nice to her. If it weren't for the sparkcall, he would be a complete glitch until Lily could somehow figure out how to get on his good side. And of course Lily didn't even know about the sparkcall so she was left to develop the feelings and figure out for herself that they were meant to be.
Also because of the whole sparkcall thing and being Lily's guardians, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker took to watching over Lily better than how Bumblebee watches over Sam. And we all know how serious Bee takes his job.
I should also probably point out that I always see Rumble (he's the blue one) and Frenzy (he's the red and black one) (don't believe me, go watch the g1 series) as a mix between g1 and bayverse. They look like their g1 selves except their armor is all sharp and pointy like bayverse.
While I know this could have been worse, I just feel so mean for what I just put Lily through. Not to mention Sunny.
Not to mention Starscream is about to get his aft handed to him. (I really don't like doing POV changes, but with Lily in stasis, I really have no choice if I'm going to be writing out what happened to Starscream. (Which I totally can not wait to write! Cause ya know, who doesn't want to see that scrapheap in pain for what he did to Lily?))
And I bet you all can't guess who the blue mech is! X) Naw who am I kidding. You probably already know.
