First off sorry for the short delay, I wanted to post this Sunday but some how I deleted the chapter off my iPad. But thank you to all who left reviews I really appreciate them very much. Well on with the story, enjoy.
Chapter 25: Reception/Honeymoon
After taking pictures everyone headed back to the carriages where they got in, including the guest and headed towards the reception.
Elliot and Olivia set cuddled up, Elliot having a hand on Olivia's bump feeling the babies move. He kissed Olivia gently on the lips, "They're being very active today." Elliot said rubbing Olivia's bump.
Olivia nodded, "Yeah they are, I think their excited that their mommy and daddy got married today," Olivia said smiling. She suddenly realized that they weren't heading in the right direction, the cars were back the other way. She turned to Elliot, "El, I think we're going the wrong way."
Elliot laughed gaining a questionable look from Olivia, "Liv we're going the right way, and before you say anything it's a surprise." Elliot said seeing Olivia sigh in defeat. He pulled her into him and held her close as they continued to enjoy the sights of Central Park that they rarely had a chance to do.
When the carriages finally stopped Olivia look up and gasped at the sight before her, the most romantic set up she ever saw. The reception area had round tables that surrounded a small dance floor. The tables were covered with a red table cloth with the most beautiful arrangement of red and white lilies and roses in a crystal vase set in the center with white candles surrounding the flowers. The area was squared off with red and white hydrangeas in a tall crystal vase on stands, with stands in between the flowers that had candles on them giving the area a romantic glow to it.
Olivia could easily pick out which table was their's because it was a square table in the center front that was covered with a white table cloth with a red crystal vase that held white orchids with red candles surrounding the vase also.
Olivia turned back to Elliot with tears in her eyes, "El this is so beautiful," Olivia choked out leaning over to kiss Elliot deeply, before pulling back.
Elliot kissed her hands, "Glad that you love it," Elliot said before stepping down and then helping Olivia down from the carriage. He took her arms as they joined their family and friends.
Elliot and Olivia set down at their table as a waiter poured them some sparkling juice. Olivia looked around at all her friends and family, besides the wedding party the squad was there along with Elliot's family, Nick's wife and daughter, Miranda Pond, Liz Donnelly, Elliot's FBI friend Christ, Ken, Jo, and two people who surprised Olivia, Casey and George showed up also. Olivia turned to Elliot, "You invited Casey and George?" Olivia asked.
Elliot smiled and nodded, "Yeah, figured you'll want them to come, that was ok right?" Elliot asked starting to worry that she didn't.
Olivia gave him a smile, "El it is a great surprise, I miss them both." Olivia said reassuring. Before Olivia could go and say hi to them the waiter brought them their food. They ate their food and talked a little.
Olivia looked up from her food when she saw someone approach their table. Olivia smiled, "Casey...how are you?" Olivia said standing up to give their former ADA a hug.
Casey smiled at Olivia, "I'm doing good, and congratulations guys, I never thought I would see the day you two would finally get married." Casey said causing them to laugh, "Not only are you two married but are expecting. You guys know the sex of the baby yet?" Casey asked glancing down at Olivia's baby bump.
Elliot stood behind Olivia wrapping his arms around her, letting his hands rest on her bump, "We decided not to find out the sex of the babies." Elliot said holding back a laugh at the shock look on Casey's face, "And yes I said babies, we're having triplets." Elliot said this time not holding back his laugh.
"Wow, well congratulations," Casey said as they saw Alex walking up to them.
"Elliot this is a really beautiful set up, how were you able to pull this off. I know for a fact how strict Central Park rules are." Alex said knowing that the park would normally not allow this type of set up.
Elliot just smirk, "I know some people and pulled a lot of strings, promising that nothing would get damaged and everything would be cleaned up and back to normal by early morning." Elliot said.
Alex shook her head, "Ok then, anyways guys I'm so happy for you two right now." Alex said smiling at the couple, she waited years for this to happen.
"Thanks Alex, oh I'm not sure if you met Casey, she was one of our ADA's while you were gone. Casey this is my good friend and the ADA Alex." Olivia said introducing them to each other.
Casey smiled at Alex, "Nice to meet you, heard a lot about you." Casey said.
"Same here, glad to meet the person who had to handle these two." Alex said causing Casey to laugh.
"Hey we were not that bad," Elliot said only making Alex and Casey laugh harder.
Their conversation was interrupted when Cragen came over to let them know that it was time for their first dance.
Elliot and Olivia made their way to the dance floor. Elliot took Olivia into his arms as the music started. He smiled at Olivia's choice, 'At Last', it fitted them perfectly, after 11 years they were finally together. "I love you so much, I wish it didn't take us over 10 years to finally admit it." Elliot said.
Olivia nodded, "Yeah I know what you mean but what is important is that we're together now, and I love you too El." Olivia said leaning up to kiss Elliot.
After their dance Elliot dance with his mother. Then it was time for the father and daughter dance. Lizzie and Kathleen both agreed that with what has happened lately that it would be best if Maureen dance with Elliot.
Olivia approached Cragen and smiled, "Can I have this dance," Olivia asked still smiling.
Cragen fought back tears as he nodded, "Would love to." Cragen said standing up. They made their way to the dance floor and dance to 'Because you loved me', by Celine Dion.
It was moments like these that Cragen wished that he was Olivia's biological father. He loved her so much. He then thought about what Fin and Munch told him a couple years ago and he knew they were right, Olivia had him wrapped around her finger. He look Olivia in the eyes, "Liv I wish I was your father, it would have save you so much pain." Cragen said knowing that she would have had a better childhood.
Olivia nodded, "No matter what DNA says, you're my daddy." Olivia said bringing tears to Cragen's eyes. "Love you dad," Olivia added.
Cragen smiled, "I love you too Liv," Cragen said kissing Olivia's cheek.
After the dance it was time for Elliot and Olivia to cute the cake. After cutting the cake Elliot and Olivia smashed the cake into each other's faces. After eating cake and dancing some more Elliot and Olivia headed out to start their honeymoon. They sat cuddle in the carriage kissing here and there, when Olivia thought of something,"Hey El we've been thinking that we're having one of each with the triplets but what happens if we have three girls or three boys." Olivia said.
Elliot chuckled, "Liv don't worry we will pick out three names for boys and for girls. We'll be prepared." Elliot said trying to soothe her worries.
"Thanks El, you always know what to say." Olivia said kissing him deeply. They parted when air was needed, "Hey El, where are we going for our honeymoon?" Olivia asked.
Elliot shook his head, "If you must know, since the doctor didn't want you flying I picked somewhere we could take a train or drive. So we're taking a train to Myrtle Beach." Elliot said hoping she liked the idea.
Olivia kissed him again, "Sounds great El, Alex actually has gone there a couple of times and always said how much fun she had." Olivia said.
They made their way back to the car and headed back to the house to change and pick up their bags before heading out, catching their train to Myrtle Beach.
When they arrived they checked into their honeymoon suite at a hotel off the beach and spent the night making passionate love.
The next morning Olivia woke up having to use the restroom since the triplets were using her bladder as a soccer ball. When she came back out of the bathroom, she saw Elliot was still asleep, so she walked out onto their balcony breathing in the ocean air. She always found the ocean so relaxing. She felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist, "Did I wake you," Olivia said leaning into Elliot's embrace.
"Nope,"Elliot said kissing her neck causing her to moan, "God I love that sound coming out of your mouth." Elliot said before attacking her neck again, finding her pulse and sucking on it, making her moan louder.
"God El, that feels...so...good." Olivia said before turning in Elliot's arms attacking his lips. They made their way back to the bed making love again.
That afternoon they had a picnic on the beach for lunch. They walked on the beach a little before visiting the local aquarium.
The next day Elliot surprised Olivia with a breakfast on the balcony, before going out to tour the Brookgreen Garden. After which they had dinner at a near by restaurant.
The rest of their trip they spent some time on the beach, went to the spa, ate at the Croissant Bistro and Bakery, visit the house of blues and on their last night they did a sunset cruise on the Barefoot Princess Riverboat.
Olivia took one last look at the ocean before they checked out and headed home. When they entered the house they found it dark, but they heard the surround sound on in the entertainment room. So they dropped their bags off in their room before heading down stairs to the entertainment room where the kids were watching To Fast and the Furious.
Maureen looked up and smiled when she saw her parents walk in, "Hey guys, didn't realize you were back." Maureen almost yelled, getting up to give them a hug.
"Yeah I bet, we can hear the movie all the way upstairs." Elliot said chuckling.
"We're having a marathon of To Fast and the Furious, having the surround sound on makes it come alive." Dickie yelled before pausing the movie."So how was your trip?" Dickie asked.
"It was great, your dad took me to Myrtle Beach it was very relaxing," Olivia said sitting down next to Lizzie, "How are you doing?" Olivia asked her.
Lizzie set a hand on Olivia's bump, "Good, how's the babies doing?" Lizzie asked smiling when she felt them move.
"Very active, I don't think they sleep because they move all the time." Olivia said
"Or they just take turns sleeping while the other two have fun." Kathleen said laughing.
Olivia nodded, "They probably are doing that," Olivia said rubbing her bump.
"You guys want to finish watching the movie with us it just started?" Dickie asked moving back to his seat.
"Sure, I'll go order some pizza because I'm starving." Elliot said taking out his phone.
After watching two movies they all headed off to bed. Olivia was laying in bed when Elliot came out of the bathroom, she looked up to find him shirtless. She subconsciously bit her look.
Elliot smirk, loving the effect he had on her, "Like what you see?" Elliot asked still smirking as he made his way over to her.
Olivia shook her head, "You and your ego." Olivia said before Elliot claimed her lips. They made love that night before falling asleep in each other's arms.
