Princess Skyangle of Equestria
It`s been one month since Crescent banishment and most of pony life went back to normal. But made sure to have extra guards around Equestria`s borders just in case Crescent decide to pay a visit. With all the chaos with Crescent and the trail, Night and Skyangle didn`t have enough time to plan their wedding. Until now with the help of friends and family of course.
"Skyangle hold still!" said Rarity as she tried to pin the unfinished dress
"Sorry Rarity" excused Skyangle as she stares at the floppy dress "But is there going to be an opening for my wings?"
"I haven`t decided on that yet darling" said Rarity with a mouth full on pins and her hoof under her chin "It needs to be perfect! It`s not every day that you get to make a dress for a royal wedding!"
"Rarity like that" said Twilight as she smiled at her future daughter-in-law
"I wonder how Night doing?" questioned Skyangle
Night and his father went to a tuxedo`s store to find something not so lame to Night`s taste.
"Hello how may I help you?" ask a lime green coated earth pony, purple eyes, yellow mane with a pink button with a ribbon for a cutie mark with a measuring tap around his neck
"Where is your tuxedos for Pegasus?" ask Night
"Right over here" said the sellers pony as he guided them to the right section
Night and Flash spent several minutes looking at all of the tuxedos that the store offered but Night didn`t see anything he like.
"Dad couldn`t I just ware a royal uniform like uncle Shining did at his wedding? Or my captain`s uniform?" ask Night
"I suppose you can" said Flash as he thought about it for a moment "Either way son, you will look great for your wedding"
"Thanks dad" said Night as he smiled at him
Another busy day as pass and Night fell onto the couch exhausted by his day while Skyangle just came home.
"Skyangle how was your day?" ask Night as he lifted his head
"Crazy" said Skyangle as she just fell onto a chair "Night your mother`s friend is crazy when it comes to fashion"
"That`s Rarity for you" said Night as he chuckle
"Night have you decided what to wear?" ask Skyangle
"Not yet" said Night as he stood up from the couch "I was thinking between my captain`s uniform or the royal one? Which one do you like?"
"Well I love them both" said Skyangle as her approach the couch "Surprise me"
"Very well" said Night as he kiss her on the lips "I think I have a good what"
The next day Night, Skyangle and Twilight went to sugarcube corner to try out some cakes simples but since Night was surrounded by two mares who both had their idea on a flavour.
"Nighty try coconut!" said Skyangle as she stuff Night`s mouth with a big spoon full of cake
"Not bad" said Night while still eating the coconut when suddenly his mother`s magic turn his head to be greeted by another cake
"Honey try deep chocolate!" said Twilight as she smiled at him
"That...that one good too but...!" said Night when once more Skyangle put another piece of cake
"Carrot cake" said Skyangle
Night look both at his mother and fiancée while eating the three flavours cakes
"Here Vanilla!" said Twilight as she approach the fork to his mouth
"Mom I think I have enough" said Night while still chewing the other cakes
"Then try the Strawberry!" said Skyangle as she started to cut some cake
"Skyangle! Mom! Let me at least try one at the time!" said Night as he finally swollen the last parts of cakes
After days and days of planning the big day had finally arrived! Night and Skyangle were offered to have their weddings at one of the three kingdoms but they refused and decided to have it in Ponyville`s park instead.
"Darling you look beautiful!" shouted Rarity as she admired her dress
Skyangle wore a beautiful white dress that goes down to her hooves with golden silk around the edges, her hooves had ribbons that wrap around her hooves, with beautiful detail in the dress with finally a golden tiara attach with a veil.
"This...this is so beautiful!" said Skyangle as she admire her dress
"Rarity! You`ve out done yourself" said Lightning as she look at her mother and aunt who nodded in agreement
"A beautiful bride and soon to be a member of the royal family" said Cadance
"A member of the royal family!" repeated Skyangle as the thoughts of royal duties came into her head
Night look himself in the mirror as he straightens his medals
"You look great son" said Flash as he watches his son finish "You made a fine choice"
"You think so?" ask Night as he looks at himself
"Of course you did!" said Flash as he patted him on the back "Skyangle will love your captain`s uniform!"
Night smiled at his father as he look at his sky blue uniform with long selves which as the cloud kingdom`s emblem, and a red stash along with a rose on his chest, with the many medals on his left chest, his shoulder patches showing his rank with the many beautiful details along with it.
"Ready to tie the knot?" ask Snow
"You bet!" said Night as he trotted towards the doors
The royal family all sat down along with the guest and watch as Night walk towards the halter and waited for Skyangle to arrive. But Skyangle didn`t show for a long time, as the guest started to get worried about the bride Night went to investigate. Night search all around the park when he finally found her under the gazebo.
"Wow! Your beautiful!" as Skyangle heard Night`s voice
"Night! You look so handsome!" said Skyangle in surprise as she whip some tears away
"Thank you! But Skyangle what are you doing here? Were suppose to be getting married" said Night as he walk towards her
"Nighty I don't know if I`ll be able to handle royal life" said Skyangle as she tried away from him "I wasn`t raised in the royal life! I...I don`t know what to do?!"
"Skyangle the royal life is nothing to be afraid of" said Night as he sat down next to her and wrap his wing
"Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Shining, Lightning and Snow! They have to be careful one their choices they make for the good of their kingdoms and citizens. They`re the most important royals in the entire family! What if I won`t be able to handle it?!"
"Skyangle you just said it just now!" said Night as he watch her reaction "Yes all six of them have very important duties in the royal family but that only because their rulers of the three kingdoms. All the other royals don`t have anything that serious to do. Take example of Blueblood whose a royal prince but doesn`t do anything. And my mother, father, sister and me have very few royal duties, the only time is when their major events but that it"
"Do you really think I`ll be worthy of being a princess of Equestria?" ask Skyangle
"Worthy? You`ll be one of the best there is" said Night as he kiss her on the forehead "Now how about we get married?"
"Let`s get married" said Skyangle as she smiled at him
Night and Skyangle return to their wedding with their guest relief. Celestia started the wedding with the vows and promise of always being together for as long as their live.
"Prince Nightwing of Equestria! Do you take this mare to be your wife as long as you both shall live?" ask Celestia while smiling
"Of course I do!" said Night
"And do you Skyangle take this stallion to be your husband as long as you both shall live?" ask Celestia
"YES! Uh...I mean yes!" said Skyangle as she heard the guest laugh
"Perfect! Rings!" said Celestia as she looks down at Spike
Celestia took the rings in her magic and place them on their wings
"I now pronounce you mare and colt!" said Celestia "You may now kiss the bride"
Skyangle pulled on Night`s collar and kiss him straight on the lips
"Wow! You were saving that one!" said Night as he blush
"Since I was a filly" said Skyangle as she also blush
"All rise for Princess Skyangle of Equestria! The newest member of the royal family!" shouted Celestia
Skyangle watch as they entire guests cheered and stomp in joy of the newest member and bowed at the new princess. At first Skyangle was very surprise to see her family and friends all bowed at her but mostly of the royal family and the major rulers of the three kingdoms.
"I can do this! As long as I have Night with me, I can do anything!" thought Skyangle
"Time to party my beautiful wife" whispered Night
"Time to party my handsome husband" whispered back Skyangle
