Ohayō! People here's the deal, I have this HUGE writer's block which means that this arc of Ichigo's kidnapping will be crappy, the rescue: half crappy, half I don't know. Which means that most of you would want to leave but I PROMISE that the crappy part will end up soon, it won't last more than this chapter and half the next, it might even be just this one.

And I think that's it for this chapter's A/N, review and tell me how bad it is. Xx

Taruto

They were walking for two hours until Shimesu put one finger on his lips, requesting quiet. He pointed at Tart and Curry to follow him inside a cave. They did until they reached a steel door that read 'Keep Out' in red paint. Shimesu pushed that door, the Ikisatashis were on alert.

Kisshu

Orenjinohana was right, Rirī kept on babbling all trip long and everyone was tired of it. Kisshu gave her a death stare to shut her up, which worked very well… For ten minutes at least until she found some topic to share with Mint who spoke just as much.

Kish scoffed at the thought that he forgot about those two babbling. His groups were set strategically in order for the rescue to happen the fastest way. He separated the twins because he knew that they could teleport wherever their other half was even if they've never been to where the twin is, this way either Pai or Rin could inform one another of Reijin's whereabouts and they would all go there to Ichigo's rescue.

He also separated Rirī and Gohan to avoid any argument between the exes. Ryou was with Mint and Zakuro to prevent any Red Data Animal bug from happening, and if it did happen he'd certainly know what to do to them and if something happened with Pudding, they'd communicate through pendant to inform and Pai would quickly teleport him wherever his sister was and come back just as quick.

Kisshu also separated his parents because they're the ones who know most about pretty much everything, they would spread their knowledge among both groups. This was also the reason why he separated Pai and Lettuce, because they both knew just as much about the Mew Aqua nature.

He took Risa in his team for two main reasons, first because she was literally the best Healer on Cynnth and the best fighter as well. Second reason was because she was an archer, as well as Rirī and Mint while Zakuro and Orenjinohana used whips and Pai and Kisshu could throw long distance attacks. Those would be very useful in case they run into guards or random rebels.

The General turned back when he stopped hearing his sister and her bird friend speaking. Ryou had clamped his hands over their mouths to shut them up; Kish was about to thank him but Pai told him not to speak, telepathically. The older Cyniclon pointed to the group's right, only to notice a glass mansion that looked more like an ice castle. Without a warning, Pai lifted Ryou up on his shoulder and started floating towards the building. Kisshu did the same with Zakuro while the rest just flew behind Pai, Mint being transformed and flying as well, bow in hand. The main question asked was: How could Mint bear such a cold weather in her Mew uniform?

They arrived at the main entry, it was a high white double-doors set that hung open, leaving the thought that it was unoccupied. Kisshu gave a look to everyone that landed after him and started a general telepathy towards them.

Rirī, you go with Ryou, search the first floor and inform me if there's a basement; Mint goes to the second floor with Orenjinohana, Zakuro takes the third with Pai and I'll be in the last one with Oba-San.

Hai, they said at once before floating over to their posts.

They were outside the castle, Kisshu took his aunt's hand and they flew to their floor which was the last. The same happened for Pai and Zakuro, and Mint and Orenjinohana while Rirī and Ryou just walked in.

Ichigo

"My name is Karei." the girl said with a grin.

She wore black leggings, a loose neon pink sleeveless cropped top and had her feet bare.

"Who are you?" Ichigo asked sitting back on the edge of her bed in a lady-like manner.

"I am Reijin's best friend." she said sitting cross-legged in mid-air.

"Oh, that's great!" Ichigo said sarcastically checking her nails.

"Why do you hate him? All that he ever did was kiss you." she said with a shrug.

"You forgot to mention that he did it against my will and knowing full-well that I was dating Kisshu who just happens to be his cousin." Ichigo said for the umpteenth time.

"How was his kiss?" Karei asked.

"No idea" Ichigo answered simply "I was too busy pushing him back."

"Well you should've paid more attention to how your future husband would taste like." Karei shrugged.

"I'm not planning on marrying this early." Ichigo said smugly.

"Oh" Karei said sweetly "Because you actually think that you have a choice? That's cute." she said.

"You don't know how bitchy I can get, when I want to." Ichigo said sitting cross-legged as well.

"Well you look cute; it'll be enough for him to mate."

"My friends will come to my rescue." Ichigo said.

Karei landed on her feet and started pacing, she asked "Don't you know?"

"I only woke up an hour ago, what is it that I should know?" Ichigo asked.

"You woke up an hour ago but you arrived here one day ago." Karei lied.

"What?!" Ichigo exclaimed looking up at her.

"Your friends came here and tried to rescue you but they failed" Karei said "Some are imprisoned, and some ran away…"

"Who came, who is imprisoned?" Ichigo asked hurriedly tugging on the girl's top.

"Easy on the arms, honey" Karei joked; she joined Ichigo on her bed and sat next to the worried girl.

"Come on, tell me who got away." Ichigo pleaded.

"Well I don't know five of the people who came." Karei said "It is mostly because one was human and the others Mews."

"The man was Shirogane Ryou, the guy who turned us into Mews." Ichigo explained.

"Every Ikisatashi was here, too." she said "Well, except for the last brat—"

She was cut off by her communication device; she materialized it and pressed a button that made Reijin's face appear right above the device.

"Where are you? They're here!" he barked.

"I'm with your mate, Onii-Chan." she said.

"Just leave her alone" he said before chuckling "It's not like she'd teleport away anytime soon."

Karei took a quick glance at Ichigo before looking back at her Onii-Chan saying "I have something to tell her first."

"Fine, just be quick. My troops need their leader." he said cutting off the communication.

"What do you have to tell me, except that you lied about them being imprisoned?" Ichigo asked smirking.

"Take my hand" Karei instructed.

"What for?" Ichigo asked raising a thin crimson eyebrow.

"Memory of flesh" the brown haired girl answered simply "If your friends get all stubborn on getting you back I might bargain you for one of the Ikisatashis… Or just get you to them." she said.

Ichigo thought for a moment before stretching out her hand "Fine…"

"Arigato, Ichigo-Chan." Karei said with a sweet smile.

"You're not that bad, are you?" Ichigo asked defensively.

"What do you mean?" the Cyniclon girl frowned.

"Pasuta-Sama seems to be bitchier than her age allows her to…" Ichigo said with a shrug while Karei's hand and hers started glowing neon pink.

She chuckled "Yeah, that's pretty much it. But she thinks that she's queen of the universe while Reijin is the legit heir of it, so most people here just let her brag harmlessly about it. There's not much to tell her anyway." Karei shrugged letting go of Ichigo's hand.

"Do you know why Reijin has so many soldiers against Kisshu's?" Ichigo asked.

"Well sixty percent of the people against Kisshu-Kun are either rebels or still in some sort of adoration towards Master Deep Blue-Sama" Karei said "Twenty percent are spies from Kish, ten think that Reijin is the strongest and most likely to win and the other ten are his friends and his mother's family."

"Kisshu-Kun?" Ichigo asked.

Karei half-smiled weakly "I've always loved him, but now that I know that you return his feelings I'll back off, for I know what having competition in love feels like."

Ichigo could just stare. Of course she didn't believe that Karei would back off that easily but still, there was something odd with the girl that the Mew couldn't quite put her finger on.

"Before it all went down with Reijin, I used to live in the castle" she continued "The Council had decided that Cynnth should be a monarchy reigned over by three kings and their mates, I was to be Kisshu's but then I had to choose a side and I thought it wise to help the ones that actually loved me in some sort of way."

"I'm sorry, Karei-Chan." Ichigo said truthfully.

She smiled weakly "It's not your fault, it's—" she was cut off again by Reijin, she sighed hanging up on him "I guess I'll have to go… I'll try to get you to him in any way I can, but I can't guarantee that it'll end up the best of ways."

"Just don't hurt my friends and family, they're all I have left." Ichigo said sitting back on the bed.

"I'll try…" Karei winked playfully before adding "Let the show begin!"

Rirī

She and Ryou had split to search the first floor faster, she went left and he went right. They kept on talking telepathically so as not to loose connection. She pushed a door that lead to the top of a staircase. The Healer smirked before sensing Ryou and teleporting next to where he was.

There's a basement, we should inspect it together in case it's a trap.

Hai, tell Kisshu about it before we enter.

Hai, she said before focusing on her brother: Kish, there's a basement.

Perfect, don't inspect it alone.

I know better.

She teleported with Ryou in front of the basement's door but something was wrong. She materialized her bow and her quiver at once, readying an arrow on the bowstring. Ryou got the hint and summoned his sword as well. Just then, she knew what didn't feel right. She and Shirogane turned around slowly to face about five guards.

She glanced at Ryou saying "It's on!"

And just like that, their fight started. Rirī hurt two guards while Ryou took care of two others. The last one took hold of Ryou's neck and threatened to slice it open with a devious grin. Rirī's lips formed a slight gap but she gulped back fear, she readied her arrow solemnly before fixing its trajectory. She winked at Ryou and he shifted to her right letting the guard's abdomen bare, and right when he did she let it loose. It hit right in the spot and the guard cursed teleporting away. Almost immediately, she reported it to the General.

Four down, one ran away.

Hai, get to the second floor.

Hai

Pai

He and Zakuro were inspecting every room they found together, for they had no mean to communicate if they were separated. They were half-done when they heard a crack. He summoned his fans silently while she did the same with her whip; it was curled up only letting the handle and the sharp end out. The two were in a large hallway so they stood back to back, all their senses and powers at their finest.

"Don't hesitate to kill, except if it's you-know-who." Pai could only whisper.

Matter-of-factly, before they all gathered in the castle's main hall, Pai had told the four Mews who were their spies and what they looked like to avoid having them mistakenly killed. Zakuro nodded as six people appeared, it wasn't anybody she had ever laid eyes on so she just attacked.

"Ribbon Gin Muchi!"

"Fuu Rai Sen!"

They battled for about ten minutes, Zakuro took two soldiers down and Pai had managed to do the same with three. The wolf Mew was about to flick her whip again but her move stopped when she saw the surprised expression on the soldier's face, only then she noticed the stick that was out of his chest and the scarlet liquid that was pouring out of that exact spot. When he fell face first, Pai saw his younger sister lowering her bow as she and the blonde human walked towards them.

"Are you two done with this floor?" Rirī asked.

"Well you ended our task." Zakuro said with a smirk.

"Anytime" Rirī winked before informing Kisshu of what just happened telepathically.

"We shall head to the third floor while we can." Pai said.

"Let's!" Rirī said teleporting Zakuro upstairs as Pai did the same with Ryou.

Mint

Orenjinohana was one to stay silent for months if she had the choice; Mint didn't quite like that because the white haired Cyniclon would often glare at her if she spoke. They were almost done with the third floor which mostly consisted in a huge balcony and a few rooms connected by a round court. Most of the rooms that Mint had opened were either suites or offices, Orenjinohana found a laboratory. They were both about to open one last door when they found a group of guys just sitting there, talking. They all stood up to face their visitors, one of them stepped forward and smirked.

"What's up, Birdie?"

Cliffhanger! I think that most of you know who this is, but hey! So er was it as bad as I feared it would be? Tell me everything, I'm looking forward to improve the rest of the story even though I still have the pattern in mind.

Review! Xx
