*Scott's POV (Unexpected, I know)*
"How could you let this happen? My sister is gone and we have no idea where she went all because you wouldn't let her come with you to save me! She could be anywhere by now! It could take weeks to track her down! What were you thinking?" I shouted at Stiles.
"I was thinking I didn't want anything happening to a defenseless person in Mexico against Kate Argent, Bersekers, werewolves, and whatever else could've shown up. It isn't my fault that she took that the wrong way! I was trying to protect her and by doing it I only made things worse. I'm sorry Scott, I really am, but you need to realize that we aren't gonna find her and help her by sitting here and arguing. "
My only sister was gone. I don't really know how it happened, but I can't help but feel like it's all my fault. Ever since I got that bite she thought she was less important than the rest of us. And now by her not going to Mexico she felt completely useless. Her scent was still here, but she was long gone. I knew there wasn't a big chance of us being able to find her and bring her back, but I had to try.
"Here's what we're gonna do. You take her pillow and Malia. I'll take her hoodie from a few days ago and Kira. We have to find her. If you even think you see her, call me. I don't care if she's in the house next door, Mexico, or even the North Pole. We're finding her, or we die trying." I grabbed the hoodie off her bed and Kira's hand before going out to her car and starting it up.
"Scott, you need to calm down. Stiles is still your best friend. No one saw this coming, which is probably exactly why she left." Kira said.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"It means that she was slowly becoming less and less important. All anyone was concerned about was the Supernatural stuff going on everywhere. No one thought to try and have normal conversations with her, and the one guy who did ended up leaving her in Beacon Hills while everyone went to Mexico to save her brother and his girlfriend. Think about it from her perspective, she wasn't needed or wanted there for whatever reason which might have made her think she wasn't wanted or needed at all."
*Sarah*
"Thanks for letting me stay here for a while. I know none of them will think to look here since they think I hate you as well as every other Supernatural creature in the world right now."
"No problem, but what are you gonna do if they come here?" Derek asked. Yeah, I was staying with Derek Hale. Usually I would stay far, far away from him. But I knew that no one would come looking for me here for that very reason. I hadn't put too much thought into what would happen if they did find me here. I'm a minor so I know I wouldn't be able to run off to some other enemy supernatural creature.
"I don't really know, but right now I don't care." As I finished my sentence Derek's phone rang startling me a little bit. He turned the screen in my direction for only a second to show me it was Scott and it was on speaker.
"What?" He said in his usual sourwolf tone.
"Derek! Now isn't the time to be yourself. Sarah is gone and we need every person we can get looking for her. The Sheriff's department can't do anything yet since she hasn't been confirmed missing for at least 24 hours. Is there any way you could help?" I glared at Derek as he shot me a look. He knew this was his chance to tell Scott and get rid of me.
"That sucks and all but I'm dealing with something really huge in front of me right now so I won't be able to anything until at least tonight. Do you guys even know why she left? Maybe that will help you figure out where she's going."
"We already thought about that, but there isn't anyone close enough that she could get there on foot. Why do I get the feeling you know something you aren't telling me?"
"Because you're paranoid Scott. I'll let you know if I find something." Before Scott could even finish the first word he wanted to say, Derek hung up. "You got really lucky just now that I didn't tell your brother where you are, but he's suspicious. He's probably got every one of his little gang members on a man hunt looking for you as we speak. It's only a matter of time before they find you. Why don't you just do something crazy and go back home? Or maybe walk into the Sheriff's office and tell them Peter kidnapped you?"
"Then how would I explain the note and the fact that more than half of my things are with me?"
"I'll run your house and put them in your room. I think they'll be more happy to see you than mad that you left." I couldn't believe it, but Derek Hale the master of pissing people off, was giving me advice. I sighed loudly grabbing my phone to see a thousand messages and it still buzzing. Most of them were from Stiles and my brother, the occasional from Kira or Lydia.
I walked right out of the apartment and down the road following what I thought was the path to the Police station. I knew it was probably not my best idea seeing as Stiles dad worked there and there was a good chance I could run into my dad there, but they were bound to find out anyway. As I approached the building the first thing I saw through the window was Parrish. I didn't see Sheriff Stilinski or my dad so I ran in grabbed his arm and pulled him to the side of the building. When he saw it was me he instantly looked ten times more confused. "Sarah?! Do you realize your brother has been freaking out calling us every ten minutes because you left? What were you thinking? And why was I dragged out here?"
"Look, this is all very complicated, but I need you to help me out. After I left I went to Derek's place cause no one would think I was there. He kind of guilt tripped me into turning myself in, but in a different way. Say you found me asleep at the edge of the forest or walking down the highway at the edge of the county. Please."
"You want me to lie? Why can't you just turn yourself in?"
"It's complicated. Please just help me?"
*Two in one day. Don't ask how I did it. Cause I have no clue.*
