A parody of Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. After the South American country of Uruguay has been captured by the military of Leasath, Ricardo Conejito must led the Gryphus Squadron to change the tide of the war and free Montevideo. The story takes place in the Shattered Skies Universe.

25. Chapter 8B: Striking Point

Chapter 8B: Striking Point.

Ricardo and the others arrived back at San Carlos after eliminating the remnant Leasath forces at the Lavalleja region. After going through the daily routine after landing, they head for the debriefing.

"The concentration of enemy troops on the Lavalleja region has been eliminated, allowing us to concentrate on San Carlos. We can now freely continue our advance without having to constantly watch our flank. I apologize for letting enemy reinforcements get the drop on you. I should have been paying more attention to their movements. It won't happen again. That is all." Eugene said.

"Well seniors, with that taken care of, we can plan a attack on Sachana Air Base." Ricardo said.

Afterwards, more news of Ricardo and the war took place. Things were beginning to turn around for Uruguay and a new 'Southern Cross', this time taking the form of Ricardo, or Gryphus 1, was inspiring Uruguayan forces and leading them to victory.
