"You said to him no one gets away with killing your leaders well no one get away with torturing our friend" said Altair "stare into the face of defeat" said Batman Darkk seized the opportunity to grab one of Altair's smoke bombs and threw it the moment it exploded he punched them both in the stomach & forced their wrists away from his chest the blades then exited his lungs he quickly ducked and picked up his staff and ran up the stair's Altair and Batman quickly switched to eagle and sonar vision seeing Darkk running through the smoke "COME ON" shouted Altair he picked up his knife and sword with Batman grabbing his sword as well they then chased after their opponent when they reached the top they saw him exiting Mario's study Darkk wheezed heavily Blood was spewing from his mouth "I will not die by their hands" thought Darkk quickly running to the front of the house he saw Selina and Desmond "son of a bitch is trying to run" said Desmond, Altair handed a throwing knife to batman they looked at each other and nodded they had the same idea they threw their knives one each landing in the back of Darkk's kneecaps Darkk fell screaming in pain Batman and Altair then pulled the knives out with force the league leader turned around slowly and sat up "care to explain where you are running off to" asked Altair "I WILL NOT DIE BY YOUR HANDS YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN KILL US THE LEAGUE WILL NEVER DIE" Batman flicked his left wrist unsheathing his hidden blade "stand up" "I can't you destroyed my kneecaps" said Darkk "STAND UP" said Batman Darkk slowly stood up Altair flicked his right wrist unsheathing his hidden blade "this is for all the innocent lives you have taken" said Altair "I hope you burn in hell" said Batman they forced their hidden blades into his chest "I've already won do you really think the old man and your son are in Florence" the 2 assassins then took their hidden blades out and looked in shock at what they just heard "what have you done" asked Altair Darkk sunk to his knee's Selina then grabbed Darkk by his throat "where is Damian and Alfred you better fuckin tell me otherwise i am going to rip your throat out" "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA foolish Darkk taking his last few breaths he died she then delivered multiple punches to Darkk's face "WHERE IS MY SON" "YOUR SON HAS BEEN TAKEN TO TIBET" the 4 assassins looked up and saw the 7 foot figure standing next to Ezio's body "the angel of death" said Batman Selina let go of Darkk's throat all 4 assassins looked in shock at the black robed figure with the black wings and the scythe in his hands "Your son is in Tibet and the old man is in the prison where Bane took Bruce" "why are you here" asked Altair "I have come to take the dead" replied Death a door appeared behind death and it opened a girl then walked out of it she looked 14 years old and was in a purple sleeveless dress with long brown hair she was then followed by a 13 year old ginger brown haired boy in assassin robes they then approach Ezio's body the girl looks at Selina and signals her to come forward "Are those 2 who I think they are" asked Bruce Selina slowly walks towards the 2 of them and kneel's down next to Ezio's body "are you Flavia and Marcello" asked Selina "yes we are" replied Flavia she then lightly held Selina hands "Thank you Selina for helping my father when he was hurt" Selina broke down into tears "It's okay it's okay" said Flavia who then hugged Selina Marcello stood up and approached the 3 assassins he bowed "hello Masters my name is Marcello auditore and let me say it is an honour to be in the presence of 4 of history's greatest assassins" he shook their hands Bruce took off his cowl while Altair took off his hood "nice to meet the son of Ezio you look just like your father except the lot" said desmond "oh yeah that didn't go according to plan I had meant to use that as base for myself I was 23 when it happened there was a templar lieutenant I had been tracking him for months I cornered him at a dead end I was about to kill him but his guards then ambushed me they restrained me with rope the lieutenant then used my own sword and drove it right into my throat killing me" unbuttoning his uniform, opening it up and saw the scars that covered his torso Sofia and Flavia looked in shock while Marcello looked on in enraged he then turned his head towards Darkk's body "oh Ezio" whispered Sofia she then kissed him her tears dripping down onto his face "rest now my love you cant be hurt no more" she smiled and stroked his hair back and kissed him on the forehead 2 more assassins then stepped through the door and took their hoods off one was 19 he was dressed in the same robes as Altair he had dark brown hair, a scar that travelled from his cheek down to his neck, his eyes were blue and brown skin while the other man had slick black hair with streaks of grey at the side of it, dressed in 12th century assassin robes, blue eyes, muscular, his eyes laid upon the man he called father Altair eyes lit up with excitement "SEF, DARIM" hugging the both of them "Desmond, Bruce, Selina these are my 2 boys Sef and Darim" the 2 boys shook hands with Desmond and Bruce and bowed to Selina, Sef looked at the wounds of Batman and Altair "damn he really fucked you 2 up" asked Sef "yeah it does the Bastard was skillful just ignoring the pain for now" replied Bruce "Don't delay treating it for too long" said Darim, Sef climbed to the roof of the house and switched off the bat signal he jumped down "This belongs to you Master" said Sef handing Bruce the bat signal "thank you" "where is" a 29 year old woman wearing assassin robes ran through the door and jumped into Altair's arms she kissed him with all she had "god I have missed you" said Maria "I love you" replied Altair who looked into her blue eyes he moved her brown hair away from her face "i love you too" replied Maria he kissed her again & smiled "so Altair this is Maria" said Bruce "yes Bruce, Des, Selina meet my beautiful wife Maria" "it is nice to meet you 3" said Maria "she is very beautiful" whispered Bruce "thank you" replied Altair "your wounds what did he do to you" said Maria "he beat the shit out of me also stabbed me" replied Altair "take it off" "what now" "yes now take the top half off I am going to sort your wounds out" Altair took off his weapons belt and the top half of his robes she took the bandages wrapping them round his torso "you should hate me" muttered Altair "what did you say" replied Maria "nothing" "tell me" "it doesn't matter" he then looked away from her Maria put her hand on his cheek turning his face back towards her "tell me" whispered Maria Altair started crying "you should hate me…..it is my fault that you died that day in Masyaf I lost control of myself anger took over for what happened to Sef I didn't just lose my wife i lost my other half the woman who when I would wake up in the morning you would be right there beside me every moment I spent with you brought warmth to my heart you gave me 2 boys as well remember our wedding remember when we danced together I will never forget that moment that memory used to comfort me in those 20 years of exile what I am trying to say Maria is will you forgive me for what happened that day" Maria looked at him and cried she then kissed him "you silly man of course I forgive you" energy to beat up some idiot kids 2 days after" replied Selina "well even in his 50's he had the energy of a boy running across Constantinople the moment he walked in my shop I knew there was something special about him" said Sofia "Altair was exactly the same" "Bruce as well I fell in love with him the moment I danced with him I knew there was something different about him" "you have to admit all 3 of you find something attractive when it come to dangerous men" said Flavia Selina, Sofia and Maria burst out laughing "We can't lie we do find something attractive about it" said Sofia "you helped Altair when he was reflecting on what happened to me and I thank you for that I don't like seeing him in pain" said Maria "it was nothing he's a good friend what happened to you was horrible it reminded me of why I love Bruce so much and how empty I felt when I thought he had died" replied Selina "we have to go now" said Death he lifted his scythe in the air and all the league's soldiers & elite guards floated up in the air "what are you going to do with all of them" asked Bruce "they will face god's judgement all of you move aside these men don't even exist they have no identity & no background all they are is soldiers" replied death pointing his scythe towards the door the assassins watched as the bodies went through it "what about Darkk" asked Sef "where is Marcello" asked Sofia "oh shit" said Flavia all of them looked to where Darkk's body was they saw Marcello punching Darkk in the face repeatedly "PEZZO DI MERDA VORREI SOLO CHE AVESSI SOFFERTO DI PIU HAI AVUTO LA FINE CHE MERITAVI SPERO CHE BRU" shouted Marcello who carried on punching Darkk in the face Bruce quickly stopped him "Marcello stop just calm down doing that is not going to avenge your father" "that bastard tortured my father and kidnapped your son he deserves it" "I agree with you he is a psychopath who deserves to die but we made him pay for what he did to your dad and now he is going to pay even more for all the lives he has taken" Bruce closed Darkk's eyes "Raquiescat in pace ….let god handle this one" Marcello then broke down in tears "just take it easy kid" said Bruce who hugged Marcello "thank you" said Sofia "it's okay" said Bruce, Marcello slowly stopped crying Bruce picked up Giovanni sword "this belonged to your grandfather I think Ezio would want you to have it" handing it to Marcello who smiled at Bruce he then remembered something walking up to Desmond "master this woman told me to give this to you" said Marcello Desmond took the pouch out of Marcello's hands and opened it "what is it" asked Bruce Desmond pulled the sphere shaped object out it then glowed bright yellow "the apple of Eden" "the woman told me that you wanted to lock it away somewhere because it is too dangerous to use" said Marcello "yeah I know where to lock it up" replied Desmond "where are you going to lock it" asked Altair "the same place where you locked yours" replied Desmond "get the masyaf keys first" said Sofia "we should be able to get them we have got Gotham's best thief on our side" said Bruce "yeah but Damian and Alfred first then we can worry about that" replied Selina "We can't stay any longer" said Death he raised his hand and Darkk's body went through the door "rest in peace my friend" said Bruce who put his hand on Ezio's shoulder "we will never forget you Ezio" said Selina who gave Ezio a kiss on the forehead and cried "it was an honour to fight alongside you" said Desmond "You did the brotherhood proud" said Altair "You're coming as well" said Death "what I cant we still need to rescue Damian and Alfred" replied Altair "God has told me to bring you as well you have done your part besides the minute Ezio and you go through that door your corpses will go back to their final resting place when you entered this world yours and Ezio bodies left their resting places" "but they need my help" said Altair "Altair please you have done what you had to do I need you as well Desmond, Selina and Bruce will be able to get Damian and Alfred back and they will always have you guiding them now I beg of you please come with me" said Maria, Altair gave in & accepted that he had done his part he turned towards the 3 of them & stretched out his hand towards Bruce but Bruce wasn't having none of it he hugged his friend "goodbye my friend it was an honour to have fought you and fought alongside you" said Bruce he then shook Altair's hand Altair turned towards Desmond and hugged him & shook his hand "As mine and Ezio's ancestor may I just say you have done us proud and I hereby give you the rank of Master Assassin in fact all 3 of you are Master Assassins you have done the Brotherhood proud" he turned towards Selina "you are beautiful, caring, funny and a very very good friend from Gotham's thief to Master Assassin Selina Wayne you have the skills that were tailor made for the brotherhood now do one thing for me go get your son show them what happens for taking Damian" hugging Selina she gave him a kiss on the cheek & cried "Goodbye Altair I wont forget you and i am glad that you taught me how to fight i couldn't have been taught by a better teacher" Sofia approached them "thank you all 4 of you for saving and being there for Ezio and please take the house you 2 he would want you to have it" "what do you think" said Bruce "yeah he would want us to have it who needs a 3 storey house when you have the house of a legendary Assassin" replied Selina who smiled at Bruce Death lifted his hand Ezio's body then lifted into the air & went through the door followed by Sofia, Marcello & Flavia who bowed to the assassins before entering, waving goodbye to them they were then followed by Darim and Sef who bowed & waved goodbye then there was an Eagle screech Altair turned to the sky and saw Basir flying towards him the assassin leader stuck his arm out with the eagle landing on it he stroked Basir's neck "hey boy came to say goodbye as well.…..now listen i am going to be leaving but you be a good eagle and behave for Bruce and Selina they are your owner's now" Basir lowered his head knowing that this would be the last time he would ever see his master Basir then flew onto Selina's arm she stroked his back "look after him" "we will" replied Selina, Altair lifted Maria bridal style "now my beautiful wife it is time for us to go" he kissed her and started to walk away with her in his arms & stopped at the entrance of the door "ASSASSINS WHAT IS OUR CREED" shouted Altair "Nothing is true everything is permitted" the 3 of them replied, Altair shed a few tears "Goodbye my friends" he whispered he walked through the door Death then walked up to the 3 of them "When you reach the league's headquarters there is something in the lower floors that I need you to destroy you'll know what it is when you see it" "we will do it" replied Bruce "good…..I nearly had you that day in Gotham it was only because of her that you're still alive you were close Wayne so close when the time comes I will be there waiting for you" "I expect nothing less" replied Bruce, Death nodded his head "Farewell Assassins" walking through the door it then closed and disappeared forever "Come on let's go sort our wounds out" said Bruce all 3 of them then walked down the stairs and towards the car Bruce took off the top half of his Batsuit the wounds were bad but selina would easily be able to stitch them "luckily the knife didn't go in that deep" said Selina who was looking at his stomach wounds she flushed it out, cleaned it & proceeded in stitching it finishing it off by covering them in bandages Bruce put on a black t-shirt and blue jogging bottoms he slipped his feet into his trainers and then helped selina with her wounds he slowly helped her undress and tended to her wounds as well she slipped into jogging bottoms and put on a black jacket over her naked torso and zipped it up meanwhile Desmond had finished sorting his wounds out he slipped into tracksuit bottoms and just his white jacket taking off his socks & put a clean pair on he slipped on his trainers he picked up the apple and looked at it "What does that do" asked Selina "it has 2 power's illusions and mind control" "Illusions and mind control" said Bruce Desmond walked away from them slowly "watch this" he then activated the apple Selina and Bruce looked in shock as 8 identical copies of desmond appeared "no way" said Selina he activated it again and the copies disappeared "I will show you the mind control when we go rescue Alfred & Damian" said Desmond "no wonder you want to lock it away" said Bruce "it is too dangerous" replied Desmond all 3 of them got in the car with Bruce driving them away from monteriggioni Basir flew ahead ready to meet them when they got home Desmond smiled "we won we won" said Desmond "yeah we did" replied Bruce who smiled "It was nice meeting Ezio's and Altair's family at least we gave Ezio a proper goodbye" said Selina

The car arrived at the house the 3 of them got out "You 2 go inside and sleep I will take everything inside the house and lock up" said Desmond "You sure" replied Selina "yeah go on you 2 get some sleep" "thanks Desmond" said Bruce handing the car keys to Desmond they then went up to their room and took off their clothes and laid in bed together Selina started to cry "we are going to get them back tomorrow Selina no matter what" said Bruce who cried as well "I know Bruce but I want them here they belong with their family not in Tibet or this prison" "as soon as I wake up tomorrow I will book us a private plane to take us there" replied Bruce, Selina cried herself to sleep, Desmond sat in his bed he looked at the apple of Eden "tomorrow the league will finally be put to rest" thought Desmond who slowly drifted off to sleep.
