Chapter 25- Alice & Jasper

Saturday June 9, 2002

Bella's pov

Tonight is Alice and Jasper's day, we have every plan to throw a cook out at Edward and I's house for them with our friends and families.

Edward was able to get the info on Jasper and Alice's families and friends and invited them over. I called our friends and family for them to come over for Alice and Jasper's day since Alice and Jasper are also seen as a part of our family as well.

Emmett and Rose have taken them out to the zoo with them as to distract them while we set things up here at our house. As everyone started to come in and over I'd let them in and lead them to out in the back yard.

"How are you feeling Bella?" someone asked, I turned around and smiled.

"I'm alright, mother." Elizabeth said, as we hugged each other.

"Hope Emma hasn't been being too harsh on you, near the end." She said

"Sometimes she has, but to the most part she isn't."

She smiled, and helped me finish setting things up and letting everyone in.

Everyone finished arriving and things are set up, as we just now needed to wait until Emmett and Rose gets here with Alice and Jasper.

About a half hour later, I heard Emmett outside and knew Alice and Jasper and Rose was now here. Rose lead them to the back yard and we all yelled Surprise!

Alice and Jasper looked shocked of this.

"You guys, didn't have to!"Alice yelled, jumping all over the place as her own upbeat self.

"Oh yes we did," Rose said.

"It is you and Jasper's day you guys got married of course we should have,"I said.

"Hope you didn't get into so much trouble setting this up for us," Jasper said, mainly looking at me. I guess he meant for me to not do that much to get started.

"No worries, Edward made sure I didn't do too much," I replied.

Edward started to cook on the grill for lunch. The kids that were over, played with Dusty, or each other. Or sometimes went swimming.

As the night went on, the kids settled with playing with each other or with Dusty, since it was getting too chilly to play in the pool.

We lit a fire bit, and some stuff to keep the bugs away. People started to leave once it hit close to seven pm.

Eventully it was just our closes friends and family. We made it into the house once it was just our close friends and family.

Edward made sure everything outside was closed off and all set, before joining us into the house.

We sat in the living room and talked about how things going for us, what our plans for the summer was.

"Alice and Jasper got ready to go back home next door. Everyone started to leave.

Once everyone left, Edward and I started to lock up for the night. I finished cleaning up and started to walk to our bed room, and noticed Edward was already there.

I changed for bed and got under the covers and picked up a book that was on the nightstand. It has been a book I've been reading for the last few months. I was just about finished with the book, and in need to get some new books to read.

Edward came back into our bed room after he let Dusty in and Dusty came into our bed room and laid on her own bed.

Edward joined me in our bed and under the covers, he rubbed my stomach, and gently kissed it, saying good night to Emma.

He moved on to hissing me, and we talked some about how the party of the day went. It seemed to have gone well. Better then we have thought it would have gone. Alice and Jasper seemed thankful for it as well.

After talking about the part, we kissed each other and said goodnight before I started to fall asleep.

Alice's pov

Once Jasper and I made our way back home and got into the house.

"They so didn't have to do that, today for us," Jasper said as he closed the door behind him and locked up for the night.

I nodded in agreement. "I know, they so don't have to, I'm always thankful for that," I said.

I finished cleaning up the house, and went into our bed room.

Once I stepped into our bedroom I saw Jasper already there waiting for me.

"Come and join me?" he asked.

I smiled, and changed and got ready for bed before I made myself to our bed and joined him onto our bed.

As the night went on, we made love to each other.

"What about us trying for our own baby?" I asked, once we finished making love.

Jasper was quite for a while, I started to grow worried as the quietness went on.

"Jasper?" I asked finally not able to handle his quietness.

I sighed when I saw that he was getting himself together, and for that I decided to give him a chance to get himself together.

"Are you sure this is now the chance to try that?" he asked.

"Yes, I want to try for our own. You still want us to have children yes?" I asked.

"Yes Alice, dear I very much do wish for us to have children of our own," he said.

I nodded, he went on, "Are you sure it is what you want Alice dear?" he asked.

"Yes, I'm sure it is what I want more than anything," I said.

He nodded, and smiled "Than, it is something that we can start trying."

I smiled and nodded, and moved closer to his arms and started to fall asleep.
