Sitting cross legged in front of Rogue on her bed, Gambit smiled down at her as he reached out and tucked her hair behind her right ear. He loved it when she wore his shirts. She looked so damn sexy.

"What're ya thinkin' about, sugah?" She asked, resting her arm over her side.

His eyes followed her curves. "Not'in'." He said, meeting her gaze again.

She was propped up on her left side and looking up at him. "Ya sure?" She asked, reaching out and resting her hand on his left knee. "Ya eyes are wanderin' ever which way."

He smirked changing his position in front of her on his right side, propping his head with his right hand. "Jus' t'inkin' 'bout how beautiful y' are." He said, reaching out and cupping her face with his left hand. "Y' be perfect."

Rogue smiled and felt a blush creep over her cheeks as he gently caressed her face. "Why do ya have ta go and make me blush like that?" She asked, lightly giggling, still coming down from the high they had shared moments before.

His smirk remained as he moved closer and kissed her forehead. "Be de trut', chere." He said, running his hand down her side and stopping at her waist.

"We, uh, ain't ever made love during the day like that before." She said, looking over his face before letting her eyes wander down to his chest.

He smirked, caressing the side of her face with the backs of his fingers. "Not in a while, no?" He asked. "Y' like it?"

"Of course." She said, taking his hand and intertwining their fingers. "Ah always love it. It's just different seein' all of you in tha daylight."

He continued to smirk as he leaned in and kissed her nose. "Are y' embarrassed?" He asked, seeing her shake her head.

"Never." She said, leaning in and brushing her lips against his. "Ah love you."

His smile turned loving as he pressed his lips against hers. "Wha' y' wanna do?" He asked. "Go out?"

She shook her head as she moved closer and hugged him. "Ah just wanna stay here with ya." She said.

"Ain't no fun." He said, kissing her forehead.

"Well after that rough handlin' ah need tha rest." She chuckled.

"Dat wasn' rough. Next time, I show y' rough." He said, kissing her nose.

"Do ya like rough sex?" Rogue asked, tracing his clavicle with her fingertips.

"Sometimes it be de only way t' do it." He said, running his hand down her side. "Doggie style be fun fo' me."

"That ain't anal is it?" Rogue asked.

"Non." He said, shaking his head. "Don't gotta be."

"Good. 'Cause that just sounds painful." She said, making him laugh. "What? It does."

"Jus' like anyt'in' else." He said, running his hand up her side.

"And ah'm assumin' ya've performed anal?" She asked, slightly smiling at their conversation.

"Once o' twice." He shrugged nonchalantly.

"Ya such a man whore." She said, making him laugh as she moved in and kissed him. "But ya my man whore."

Cupping her face, he kissed her back passionately and pushed in to her, causing her to lie back on the bed. "Damn." He whispered on her lips as he stared into her eyes. "Jus' wanna fuck y' again an' again."

Rogue smiled and let out a soft giggle. "Ah think a break is needed." She said, kissing him again. "We can do more later."

Gambit smirked. "We can do somt'in' naughty." He said, running his hand up her bare thigh.

"And what's that?" She asked.

"Well, dere several t'ings. One," He started. "We can go t' de locker room shower."

"Um, no. That sounds gross." She said. "Next fantasy."

"We can fuck in de pool. Dat's a'ways fun." He said, seeing her raise her eyebrow.

"Tha pool ain't exactly private." Rogue said.

"Non, but we can wait 'til de middle o' de night when everybody be sleepin'." He said. "C'mon chere. It be fun and t'rillin'. Live a li'l. Since y' like de library so much, we even fuck in dere, eh?"

Rogue smacked his shoulder. "Ya need ta stop usin' that word." She said. "And how dare ya even think about defilin' that room."

Rogue sat up, causing him to get off of her. "My fantasies ain' wort' explorin', mon amour?" He asked, watching her strip from his shirt and throw it at him. "Wha're some o' yo' fantasies?"

Pulling a sports bra on, she then pulled a tank on over her head before putting a pair of calf length yoga pants on. "Ah ain't never thought about it." She said.

"Don' believe you." Gambit smirked. "Wha' turn y' on? Wha' y' fantasize 'bout?"

Rogue gave a shy smile. "Ah've always wanted ta make love on tha beach." She said, watching Gambit get off the bed and head toward her.

"Can make dat happen." He said, wrapping his arms around her. "Dat sand get everywhere, no?"

"Why am ah not surprised ya done that too?" She asked herself as she kissed his chin.

"Don' matter wha' I done. Only matter wha' we do." He said. "Le's take a vacation. Jus' de two o' us."

"A romantic getaway?" She asked. "Ah like tha sound of that. But how we gonna get tha time off? We'll need tha approval from tha Professor."

Gambit shrugged. "Why wouldn' he give us de time? Ain' never ask fo' not'in' b'fore." He said, combing through her curly hair before cupping her face.

Rogue nodded. "Ah know." She said, smiling up at him. "Ah'll talk ta him later this evening when classes are out."

Rogue made her way to Charles' office around five that evening. Knocking on the door frame, he looked up and smiled, motioning her to come in. She did and took a seat in the chair that sat in front of his desk.

"Is everything alright?" He asked.

Rogue nodded. "Yeah, everything's fine." She said, folding her hands in her lap. "Ah was just wonderin' if ah could talk with ya for just a tick."

"Always." He smiled, giving her his undivided attention.

"Well, Remy and ah, we've gotten closer." Rogue rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Ya already know that." Charles smiled as she stumbled over her words. "Tha reason ah'm down here, makin' a fool of myself, is that we were wonderin' if we could get some time off."

"So, a vacation?" He asked.

"Yeah." She said, wringing her hands lightly. "Maybe a three day weekend?"

"Where did you have in mind that you'd be going?" He asked.

Rogue shrugged. "Not really sure, but we won't be far from y'all." She said.

Charles smiled and nodded. "Take tomorrow through Sunday and be back Monday." He said. "That'll give you four days to play with. I hope your trip is enjoyable."

Rogue smiled. "Thanks, Professor. Ah really appreciate it." She said standing.

"Well, you deserve to have a normal life just like anyone else." Charles said. "Travel safe."

"We will. Thanks again." She said, walking out of his office.

Seeing Logan walk out of the gym, she smiled at him as she walked up to him and stopped him.

"Ya seen Remy anywhere?" She asked.

Sniffing, Logan glared. "Nope. Not since our Danger Room session." He said. "And judging by his stench on you, you two did more than kiss and make up."

Rogue smirked. "Tha man's persuasive." She said.

"I don't like the fact you're sleeping with him." He said.

"Well, ya just gonna have ta deal with it, Logan." She said, placing her hands on her hips. "What tha hell's ya problem? Why can't ya just be happy for me that ah'm in a physical relationship? God damn, ya actin' like my daddy or somethin'."

Logan looked down the hall as a few students that head into the entertainment room. "I don't like him, for various reasons." He said. "And you sleepin' with him-"

"Ain't any of ya business." She said. "Ah'm done talkin' ta ya."

Turning, she walked away and head into the entertainment room to see several students playing pool and board games. Stopping in the entrance, she took a look around the room, noticing a few student looking at her.

"Any of y'all seen LeBeau?" She asked.

One student on the far end pointed to his right. "He was out playin' ball." He said.

Glancing at the side exit, Rogue winked at the student before she head down the hall and out the door. She smiled when she witnessed Gambit run by the students he was playing against and slam dunk the ball. They groaned as he turned around and smirked.

"Y'all gangin' up on him?" She asked, crossing her arms over her chest as she walked up to them.

"He's ganging up on US!" One of the three students said.

Gambit glanced at Rogue before he looked at the three students. "Give me a minute." He said, turning and walking toward her. "I t'ink y' been lookin' fo' me."

"Well, ya right." She said, smiling up at him as they walked a few feet away from the students. "Ah just talked ta tha Professor about us takin' some time off."

Placing his hands on his waist, he tilted his head slightly to the left. "An' wha' he hafta say?" He asked.

"He's givin' us tomorrow through Sunday." She said, glancing down at his sweaty chest.

"Where y' wanna go?" He asked, watching her eyes wander over his mid-section.

"Tha East Coast." She said, her eyes finding his. "Ah wanna stay on tha beach somewhere."

"A'right." He said, placing his right hand on the side of her face.

"C'mon, LeBeau!" One of the students called.

Rogue smiled. "Ah'll let ya get back ta kickin' their ass." She said, making him smirk.

He gave her a quick kiss before he winked at her and head back to his game with the three students. "Finally." One student said.

"Ey, when a woman wanna talk, y' listen." He said.

"Only when you wanna get some." Another student said.

"A'ready got some, homme." Gambit said, smirking at him.

"Oh damn!" The students hollered as Rogue decided to make her exit.

"Boys." She muttered, walking back inside the mansion.

Heading into the library, Rogue grabbed a book that she had started not too long ago and sat down in her favorite spot. Opening it, she let herself get lost in the story, as she had time and time again, reading the book for the millionth time. It was a classic. Well, it was a classic to her, at least. The story described her to a 'T' and she felt for the character every time she read it.

"Why can't romance be this simple?" She asked herself quietly.

"I am sorry?" Storm asked from the other side of the library.

Shooting her head up, Rogue smiled shyly. "Sorry gal, didn't know ya were there." She said. "Ah'm just talkin' ta myself."

"If it is anything, please talk to me." She said, looking at Rogue.

"If there's anything, ya bet ah will." She said, smiling back at her friend.

Storm smiled and nodded, going back to the book she was reading. Before she knew it, she had finished the book and had it back on the shelf when the side door opened and the boys came in from outside.

Rogue leaned against the entrance of the library and smiled at them as they passed her. "Looks like ya need another shower." She said, giving Gambit a playful grin.

He chuckled, stopping in front of her. "Y' wanna help me out, chere?" He asked, wiping his forehead with his forearm.

"Damn, you gonna get laid again?" One of the boys asked.

"Allez." He said, shewing them with his hand. "Ain' y' got homework t' do?" Rogue smiled uncontrollably as the students laughed and head up to their rooms. "Damn, dey givin' me a hard time after y' came out dere."

"Ya mean ya couldn't handle a few boys pickin' on ya?" She asked, watching him walk closer with a playful smirk of his own on his face.

"Oh I handle it." He said, stopping a foot in front of her and leaning on the entrance framing. "Kick dey ass."

She let out a few chuckles as he leaned in to kiss her, but someone clearing their throat interrupted their moment. "Qu'est-ce que c'est?" He asked, looking around Rogue at Storm. "Ah, Ro in here to, eh?"

"And I would appreciate it if you kept your actions modest in certain areas of the school." She said, glancing at him. "And watch the things you say."

"Yes mommy." He said, making her shake her head and go back to reading. "Y' t'ink o' a place y' wanna go?"

"We can grab a hotel on tha beach somewhere." Rogue said. "Maybe down south."

"How far sout' y' wanna go?" Gambit asked, shifting his weight to is other leg.

Rogue shrugged. "Ah'd like ta go ta Florida. It's warm there right now." She said.

Smirking, Gambit nodded. "Den Florida it is." He said, kissing her forehead. "I'ma get a shower, y' let me know wha' beach."

"Alright." Rogue said, smiling up at him.

Winking at her, he walked past and head up the stairs. Rogue couldn't keep from watching him as he finally disappeared on to the second floor.

"You are taking a vacation?" Storm asked with a smile, getting Rogue's attention.

Rogue smiled widely and nodded. "We wanna get away and spend some time alone." She said, walking over and sitting down on the couch beside Storm.

"Just be careful." Storm said, giving her a motherly look. "You know what I mean."

Rogue chuckled. "Listen, ah've been on my birth control since before Christmas, religiously. Ain't missed a pill or a single minute." She said. "Ah can't afford ta be pregnant, not with tha likes o' y'all needin' my help."

Storm smiled. "That we do." She said, pausing and looking over Rogue's face. "I am glad you and Remy are together. He has had it rough over the years of his young life."

"Yeah ah know." Rogue said, thinking about the time she absorbed his memories on accident. "Ah've seen it."

Patting her knee, Storm smiled at her. "Despite what Logan says, and I know what he says, Remy is faithful when it comes to relationships. You need not worry about that." She said.

Rogue dipped her brows. "Ah hadn't thought about that, actually." She said, biting her lower lip. "Should ah?"

Storm shook her head. "As I said." She said, tucking hair behind Rogue's left ear. "He does not believe in cheating."

Rogue looked at Storm and raised an eyebrow. "Then why'd he get a divorce?" She asked.

Storm shook her head. "That is not my place. You need to ask him." She said, closing her book and standing. "Well, I am off to tend to the plants. Have a wonderful trip, my friend and be safe."

"Thanks, hun." Rogue said, watching Storm walk gracefully out of the library.

Humming lightly, Gambit pulled the shower curtain back and stepped out on to the bath mat. Grabbing his towel, he dried his hair before drying his body as he walked out, tossing the towel on the bed. Taking his cologne from the top of his dresser, he sprayed it once on his chest before he slipped a pair of boxer briefs on. Taking his worn, light jeans, he slipped those on before sitting on the bed and slipping his worn motorcycle boots on. Standing, he pulled out a black T-shirt and pulled it over his head, pulling his hair through the collar. Heading back into the bathroom, he combed through his hair before he head out to find Rogue.

Coming to her bedroom door, he knocked lightly and found there was no response. He would head down to the library, then. Reaching the stairs, he smiled and and nodded at a few students he passed as he made his way toward the library. Poking his head in, he smiled seeing Rogue looking at a map.

"Find any place wort' visitin', mon amour?" He asked, seeing her jump slightly.

She smiled as he walked closer and knelt down in front of her, placing his hands on her knees. "Daytona." She said, turning the book for him to see. "Ya can drive ya car on tha beach and they got lots of hotels right there on tha sand."

"Daytona, huh?" He said, looking at the picture.

"Ya ever been?" Rogue asked, turning the book back to her.

He shook his head. "Non. Ain' never been dere." He said, standing and squeezing beside her in her favorite chair. "We explore toget'er, eh?"

She smiled at him again and leaned in, kissing his cheek. "Ya smell so damn good." She said, nestling her nose at his shoulder and taking in another breath.

He lightly laughed. "Dat be all you." He said. "Supply me wit' enough cologne fo' de rest o' my life."

She winked at him as she turned the page. "We need ta catch a plane tonight." She said.

"Why not drive?" He asked.

"Ah am not drivin' all tha way ta Florida. Are ya crazy? That'll eat up two days of our trip and we only got four." She said, taking her phone out and searching for restaurants in the area. "Ah'm selfish and want all tha time with ya ah can get uninterrupted."

Putting his arm around her, Gambit hugged her as his hand combed through the back of her hair. "Me too." He said, kissing the side of her head before moving to her ear and nibbled on it.

Letting out a giggle, Rogue pulled away. "Stop." She said, looking at him.

"Can' help it." He said. "Got me under yo' spell."

"Ya callin' me a witch?" She asked smugly, raising an eyebrow.

"I'ma stop talkin'." He said, making her laugh.

Patting his thigh, Rogue stood up and faced him. "Ya learn fast." She said, putting her hand out for him to take. "Come on, sugah. Let's get packed."
