Epilog: One Year Later

"How does the preparations come?" Loki draped himself over Tony's shoulders as the genius worked on several screens. It was a rare case to find him actually in his office. They were on super-secret status right now as the project they were working on was coming to fruition.

"It's going. Having an issue with the builders. I'm on hold now. Can you imagine? They put me on hold." He typed away at two screens simultaneously. "I just made 1,107 antique dealers very happy. How goes—hello,-look, the dead line is the fifteenth, if you don't think you can finish the job by then I can take this contract somewhere else or better yet do it myself.—That would be great. I'm gonna be up your ass every three days, James. The fifteenth is the absolute latest. You don't want the other Mr. Stark to get invo—Thank you." Tony removed his ear piece and swiveled in the chair so he was face to face with the other Mr. Stark…or should he say Mrs. Stark.

"This is a new look for you." Tony took in Loki's very feminine features. The way her eyes were lined with charcoal made them pop. Her lips were a cherry red, hair in a 1940s hair do as it bounced around her shoulders. The dress she wore, a deep evergreen, stopped right at the knee. She stepped back and gave a slow turn. Oh, those stockings with the line up the back made those mile long legs even longer, capped off with classy heels.

"You are really going all out for this." Loki sat in his lap throwing her arms around his neck, legs over the arm of Tony's office chair. He immediately ran his hand up under her skirt. "Thigh highs? Oh Loki, you are killing me."

"So you approve?" Loki purred.

"Yeah, with the official Stark stamp of approval. I've never seen you as a woman before. Why not? You're smoking hot babe!"

"Do you prefer this form over the other?" Loki pouted.

Tony kissed those red pouted lips. "Absolutely not. I love you as you are. But I wouldn't mind one or two nights with you like this." He kissed down the side of his god's neck, fingers playing around the silk band of Loki's thigh highs.

Loki slapped his hand playfully "Cad. Behave yourself Mr. Stark and I might keep this form for you this evening." She gracefully untangled herself from her husband's grasp.

"So you're really gonna teach Rogers to dance? When did you become an expert on swing dancing?" Tony propped his head on his fist as he watched Loki smooth out the wrinkles in her skirt.

"Yes, and yesterday." She leaned over and kissed him sweetly.

"You look like a pin-up girl, babe. If Captain Fancy Pants gets fresh—"

"He won't."

"If he does—"

Loki smirked then headed towards the door, "Then I will take pictures."

Poking her head back in, "And don't forget you have to teach Sif."

Tony rolled his eyes. "I won't." Teaching the goddess of war to dance, that ought to be fun.

Steve peeked around the corner of a decent sized room Tony used for entertaining. Not that he had done any since he met Loki, but the room was perfect for entertaining, almost like a dance hall. There were mirrors along two walls, windows along another. The Andrew Sisters were playing softly through the unseen sound system. A woman in a green dress stood with her back to him.

"Um, Miss, are you lost? How did you—"Steve stopped as she turned around. She looked vaguely familiar but he couldn't place where he'd seen her that is until she smiled. "Loki?"

"Come in Steven. We have much work to do." She walked over and took his hand leading him into the middle of the room.

"What are we doing and why are you a woman?"

"Jarvis did not tell you why you are here?" Loki cocked her head to the side.

"No, just said I should be here at one." Steve rubbed his neck nervously as he looked Loki over, trying his damnedest not to stare. He did make quite an attractive woman.

"Does my appearance unsettle you?" She asked sweetly as a small smirk graced her pouty lips.

"No! Uh, no. Um, why are you a woman again?" Steve flushed a little.

"I thought it would make this process a little easier on you." Steve looked perplexed. Loki rolled her eyes. "I'm going to teach you to dance. You said you wanted to learn; well now I'm going to teach you."

"You're going to teach me? No offense but when did you learn how to dance? Didn't remember the dances on Asgard being quite the same as on, uh, here."

"Anthony taught me most of what I know, however, YouTube has several tutorials. It is quite simple actually." She took his hand again. "Now stop stalling." Loki placed one of Steve's hands on her hips and held onto the other as she placed her hand on his shoulder.

Steve blushed furiously and looked everywhere but at Loki. "My dear Captain, if you are going to learn this you are going to have to look at me and follow my footsteps."

He took a deep breath and steeled himself. "Ok, let's do this." Loki really did have pretty eyes. He shook his head, Focus Rogers. This is Loki, relax.

Loki herself was quite amused by the Captain being uncomfortable, even if she did feel a tad guilty. "First we are going to teach you a simple two step. Then we will go from there. You will want to watch my feet, Steven."

Steve was a quick study, almost as quick as Loki. He had only managed to step on Loki's feet three times. "Ok, now for something a little faster. Jarvis, if you please." The Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy blared through the speakers.

Steve smiled widely. "You are going to teach me swing dancing?" He laughed, "I'm not that coordinated, Loki. I'm afraid your toes are going to be black and blue before I get this one."

Loki huffed and propped her hands on her hips, raising a sharp brow. "Challenge accepted." Rogers' eyes widened. He should have known not to suggest to Loki that anything was impossible. She thrust her, hand out beckoning him. "Hand."

Steve sighed and placed his hand in hers, catching him off guard as she pulled him to her. "Now pay attention. We are not leaving until you master this. This is meant to be fun and don't roll your eyes at me, Steven."

Four hours later Steve had mastered the art of swing and the Jitterbug. Who knew Loki could be a dance instructor?

"Thanks Loki. You have no idea how much I appreciate you doing this for me." Steve smiled widely as they took a short break.

"It is the least I could do for all that you have done for us." Loki waved her hand and the pumps she was wearing disappeared changing into a pair of white Keds sneakers. We are not done yet. You are dancing like the ninety year old man you are. You need to dance like the twenty-seven year old you appear to be." Loki smirked daringly. "Now, Captain, take me dancing."

Steve stretched his neck side to side as Benny Goodman's 'Sing, Sing, Sing' blasted into the room. "Alright, you asked for it, but I have to warn you, I had a pretty good teacher." Steve grabbed Loki around her waist taking her hand in his and off they went tearing up the hall room floor. Both grinning like idiots. Loki laughing hard at times, especially after Steve flipped her through the air.

Tony watched the pair dance across the floor. Loki set the bar high. He was going to have to whip Sif into shape to match Steve. He clapped when the pair was done.

"Well what do you know; you can teach old dogs new tricks." He smirked, meeting them in the middle of the room. Loki pecked him on the cheek. Both were out of breath. "Not Ginger Rogers or Fred Astaire, but close."

"Yeah, Loki is a great teacher." Steve praised.

"You know they have swing competitions all over the world. We can sign you up if you're interested, Cap."

"Oh, I don't know about all that. I have a feeling my partners dance card is all full." Steve smiled.

"Well, we will have to get you a new partner. Now, if you will excuse us, I'd like to dance with my husb—wife—" Loki changed back into his normally breath taking self along with his and Tony's clothing mimicking those of the 1940s. "Ah, husband. Jarvis, if you please." Winking at Steve, he spun Loki out and around the dance floor.

Steve watched them for a few minutes. He had never seen Tony dance before, come to think of it, he'd never seen any of them dance before. He had no idea Tony knew how, but was just as good as Loki. They moved so fluidly together and were so completely into each other. He was glad they were happy. Oh, that reminded him; he needed to finish their Christmas present. "Jarvis can you get me the address for a customer frame shop."

Certainly, Captain Rogers. Downloading the coordinates into the GPS on your phone now."
