After Brian put Jeremy and Elliot to bed he came back to sit next to Olivia.
"Twins" She mumbled.
He chuckled a bit and wrapped his arms around her.
"How is that even possible I don't have twins in my family!...or that I know of"
"I have twin cousins Gillian and Henry"
Olivia looked at him. "I never knew that"
"Oh really" Brian said jokingly. She hit his chest playfully.
"Kathy's coming over to pick up Eli after school...and" She sucked in a breath and continued. "Elliot as well."
Brian studied her expression. "To our house"
"No but to New York"
"So whats the big deal didn't you already see him?"
"What?"
"When you were pregnant with Ben?"
"I didn't!"
"Liv I know you left to see him...but its fine...technically we weren't together-"
"Brian I went to see him...But I didn't I realized I have everything I need right here"
"Really?"
"Yeah!"
"Sorry I just assumed.."
She kissed him. "Lets go to bed"
Brian smiled seductively. "Ummm...lets" He said standing up and pulling her close to him.
"Uuhhh no...I am not popping out anymore babies for you Brian Cassidy so we have to get in the habit of using protection since you have Olympic swimmers down there " she said gently pushing him away leading him to the bedroom.
He groaned. "What if I just run to the store real fast?"
She laughed and shook her head.
The next morning Olivia woke up around five A.M. and called out of work. She rolled over and laid her head on Brian's chest.
"Baby wake up" She said kissing his chest. He moaned and placed his hand on the back of her head, gently pushing it down on his chest to create more pleasure.
She smiled, and enclosed her mouth on his nipple.
"Ahh yeah babe" He said folding his arms behind his head.
"Get up Bri!" She said sitting up and straddling him.
He finally opened his eyes. "I'm up" He leaned up and kissed her.
"I called out from work...my back is killing me"
"Lay on your stomach"
Brian straddled her legs and rubbed her lower back where he knew the pain would be.
Olivia moaned. Jeremy walked to the side of the bed.
"Daddy what are you doing?"
Brian turned to him and smiled. "Come up here..." Jeremy climb on the bed. "Mommy's back is hurting" Jeremy placed his small hands on her back and rubbed it gently.
"Is it the babies mommy?"
She looked at her son. "Yeah...their just a little heavy is all"
The alarm clock went off. "I gotta get ready" Brian got ready to take a shower.
"How did you sleep baby?"
"Good" He said as he cuddled to her chest. The door opened.
"Olivia..." Elliot said timidly. Olivia patted the bed beside her. Elliot climbed on the bed next to Olivia and cuddled to her side.
"When I leave will I see you guys again"
"Of course Eli...you can come over anytime your always welcome" Olivia kissed his head.
They got dressed and Olivia drove the boys to school.
Kathy called as Olivia was feeding Ben.
"Hey Kathy"
"Hi Olivia...how are you?"
"I'm good and you?"
"Good...EJ told me that you were pregnant this morning he was really excited for you" She could tell she was smiling through the phone. "I'm excited for you too...congratulations Liv"
"Thanks"
"Your welcome" Kathy lingered on the phone she knew she had something else to say. "Elliot is supposed to be in town before me...I gave him EJ's school address he's going to pick him up."
Olivia sighed. "Oh okay"
"He asked for your address...I didn't give it to him...I told him I had to ask you first"
Olivia thought for a second and looked down at her son in her arms. She would have to face him someday.
"Sure"
"You sure?"
"Yeah he has to get Eli's stuff and I can't avoid him forever"
"Okay take care Olivia"
"You too Kathy."
She hung up and began cleaning up.
She drove to Jeremy's school. He got in the car.
"Hey baby boy how was your day?" she asked as he kissed her cheek.
"Good" He said dully.
"What's wrong baby?"
"I don't what Elliot to leave yet"
"I know baby...but you'll see him soon" Jeremy shrugged.
They got home Jeremy sat at the table and did his homework. Olivia made him lunch.
There was a knock on the door. "I'll get it!" Jeremy popped up and ran to the door.
"Ask who it is" Olivia said from the kitchen.
Jeremy slid his stool to the door and looked through the peep hole. "Who is it?"
He saw a man carrying Elliot.
"Eli and my dad" Elliot Jr replied.
Jeremy opened the door as he did Olivia walked to the door.
Elliot and Olivia stared at each other for a while.
"Mommy" Jeremy said tapping her stomach.
She looked down at him then back to Elliot.
"I'm sorry come in" She and Jeremy stepped aside. Elliot sat his son down and they walked in.
Elliot Jr. hugged Olivia around her waist, she hugged him back. He lifted his head and rubbed her stomach.
She closed the door and walked back into the kitchen.
"Do you want something to eat Eli?"
She asked as him and his father sat on the couch.
"No"
Jeremy stood in front of them, and courageously stuck his hand out.
"I'm Jeremy Benson"
Elliot eyes sparkled as he smiled and shook Jeremy's hand.
"Hi Jeremy I'm Elliot Stabler"
Jeremy tilted his head to the side.
"Your name is Elliot too? Thats my middle name"
Elliot then gave him a curious look his eyes flicking to Olivia who was clearly uncomfortable.
"Jer why don't you go wash your hands" Jeremy did as he was told. "Ben's awake mommy"
Olivia put his food in front of him before leaving the room.
When she emerged with her son in her arms Elliot's eyes went wide.
"Eli are you sure you don't want anything to eat?"
"Yeah" He turned to his father. "Dad do you want something to eat"
He smiled at him. "No I'm okay...but you should eat a little something mom wont be in town until later...thats when we are going to go and eat"
Elliot Jr nodded.
"I'll eat Livie" He said standing and taking off his backpack, he went to the table.
Olivia went into the living room to face Elliot.
When he saw her he sat up.
He flashed a genuine smile. "Hi Olivia"
Her face fell a little at her name as it fell from his lips, they had known each other for almost thirteen years, but the way he had said her name you would think they were strangers.
She smiled, but it didn't reach her eyes.
"Elliot" She sat down across from him.
"How have you been?" He asked staring at her son.
"Good" She replied holding him tighter to her chest.
"You have a family" He said there was a hint of joy in his voice.
"Yeah"
"Can you tell me about them?"
She hesitated. Ben reached up his pudgy hands and placed them on his mothers chest playing with her necklace. He wiggled in her arms a bit and struggled to lift his body up from under his mom.
She sat him up to face Elliot.
"This is Ben, and you know Jeremy. Jer's five and Ben is five months"
"They are yours"
She shot him a hateful glare, and tucked
her son back in her arms.
"You prick you think your the only one who can have a family" She spat but kept her voice low.
"Their mine, last time I checked I still remember how to make a baby or two"
"Liv thats not what I meant...its just last time I saw you, you were looking into adoption"
Before she could reply the door opened and closed.
"Daddy's home!...Daddy!" They heard Jeremy's voice as he ran through the living room to the front door.
Elliot was curious. Brian emerged in the living room with Jeremy in his arms. His eyes immediately falling on Elliot. Olivia and Elliot stood up. Olivia walked over to him and kissed him. Brian grabbed Ben from her arms.
"Hey Shrimp" He said kissing his head, Ben giggled.
Brian sat Jeremy down and Elliot Jr went up to him and gave him a five.
"Hey Brian"
"Hey bud"
He finally turned his attention to Elliot.
Elliot stuck out his hand. "Brian Cassidy" He smiled.
Brian returned the handshake aggressively, while balancing his son in his arms. "Elliot"
Olivia cut in. "Hey...what are you doing here?"
Brian took his eyes off Elliot as he reached into his pocket.
"I brought your vitamins" Olivia quickly grabbed the box.
"Daddy are you staying?"
"No munchkin I have to get back to work I had to give mommy something" He said handing Ben back to Olivia.
"Is it for the babies?"
Brian smiled. "Yeah it's for them"
Jeremy rubbed his mother's stomach.
"I gotta go." He said kissing Jeremy's head. Then kissing Olivia and pulling her protectively towards him. "I love you" He whispered in her ear.
"I love you too" She said rubbing her hand down his arm.
Elliot smiled. Olivia knew that smile, he made that smile when he was trying to hide his irritation.
Brian said bye to Elliot Jr and Elliot and left.
"Eli lets go play in my room" They ran out of the living room.
They were silent for a while.
"Wow" He said looking her up and down.
"Maybe you should go" She said with a protective hand over her stomach.
"Your pregnant? With twins?"
She nodded.
He looked at her for a minute before calling his son.
"Yeah dad?" Elliot Jr said running in with Jeremy running close behind.
"It's time to go Buddy" Jeremy's face fell.
"Bye Eli" Jeremy said walking toward his mother.
"Bye Jeremy bye Olivia" He said going over and hugging her.
Olivia walked them to the door. "I'll see you soon sweetie"
They left, Elliot didn't look at her once.
Later that night Brian came home.
Olivia was sitting on the couch with Jeremy and Ben snuggled to her.
Brian picked Jeremy up and took him to his room to put him to bed, then he came back and got Ben and him in his crib.
He walked back into the living room Olivia was sprawled out on the couch. He spread her legs a little and climbed on top of her.
He kissed her neck slowly and sensually. She smiled, and moaned. "Hey"
"Hey...what time is it?"
"Almost eleven"
She sighed and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"So what happened with Elliot?"
"Nothing...shortly after you left I asked him to leave"
"Why?"
"I just...couldn't stand to be in the same room with him..." She rubbed his back. "I dont want to talk about him" She kissed him.
