"Hey!" I yell jumping away from Layke's plasma shot… "It's not funny." He yells. "But it was funny." I say… he spins around… "Oh? And why is that funny?" "Well you most likely know that nightfuries pick a mate when young, well I already have a mate, Sunlove, and I know she is still alive…" "So! Why not go see her with your rider?" He jumps in. "Well… I… Ah… forgot the way…"I stammer. "Well, I'm no help… I was born a human… I should be dead, you see, but some dagras or whatever… somehow turned me into a night fury." He says. "Dagur!" I say. "Yes, Wait… you know him?" Layke asks. "He has been trying to catch me and destroy Berk." I mutter. "Great." He adds rolling his eyes... "Yea… well I never will meet my little ones… I only remember one egg… Alphethron… many thought he would not make it… I don't know what happened to him."

By this time Hiccup looked like he wanted to kill me… I glance at Layke… you mind translating for me… fine… He shifts forms as I start thinking of what I would say… when… "What's that?" Hiccup mutters, pointing to something in the sand… "Looks like a dragon." Layke says. Hiccup races up to its side then yells… "It's a dragon… a gold nightfury!" "DID HE SAY GOLD?" I yell. Layke nods. I Run up and push my rider out of the way… It can't be… Right? How could… it be… I look down and the gold she dragon… my eyes move to the tail… it was there… a red heart… Sunlove… my mate… who was covered in blood and missing a fin… and had many whispering death spicks…

"Sunlove?" I whisper slowly pulling out some of the whispering spicks… "Nightshot?" She whispers weakly. "SUNLOVE!" I yell and start cleaning the blood "What? Sunlove your mate?" I ask… "Mate?" Hiccup asks… "HELP US!" Layke yells at him. "Sunlove, you're going to be all right." I whimper…. "Whispering death." She mutters. The ground explodes behind me… Just great. "I'll take care of the whisper, Hiccup! HELP TOOTHLES!" Layke yells and changes to dragon and get the whispering death to chase him… "Sunlove, everything will be fine. I'm here… Nightshot is here for you. Don't worry… you will be fine. Nothing will hurt you now." I say.
