Hello readers. Thank you everyone who has favorited, followed, and reviewed since the last chapter. I now bring you a new chapter.

Chapter 25 Water Balloons:

"Look what I found in a closet last night." Ahkmenrah said holding out a package. Nicky took the package and raised one eyebrow.

"Why did you find water balloons in a closet?"

"Don't know, though I thought they would be entertaining." The pharaoh shrugged. "But I don't see how a balloon is supposed to float when its full of water." Ahk said staring at the package in confusion.

"Well the purpose of water balloons is to throw them at people, so they don't need to float."

"Oh, sounds interesting."

"Come on then." Nicky smiled, turned on his heel, and started for the staff room. When the two got there they dumped out the empty water balloons on the counter. They then preceded to fill up the balloons with water and tie them off.

"It looks like we'll each get ten." Ahk said after having counted the water balloons. Nicky nodded his head and counted off ten water balloons for himself and then moved them into a separate group.

"Ready?" Nicky asked and the response he got was a face full of water. "Hey!" He spluttered glaring at the pharaoh, who smiled innocently at him. "That was not fair."

"Alls fair in love and war." The older teen retorted gaining a weird look from Nicky and then a water balloon thrown at his head. Ahk ducked out of the way and the water balloon splattered against the cabinet behind him. He then threw another water balloon and managed to hit Nicky on the chest.

"I was right, water balloons are entertaining!" He said laughing, but was then promptly hit in the shoulder. Now it was Nicky's turn to laugh. Anubis then came crashing through the door at top speed, and skidded to a stop. He yapped happily at the two boys, wagging his tail.

"Hey Anubis, do you want to play too?" Ahk asked scratching the jackal's ear. In response Anubis yapped again and jumped up so that his front feet were on the counter. He grabbed one of the water balloons, but his grip on it was too tight and it popped in his jaw. He jumped back in surprise and knocked over Nicky. Anubis then got up and jumped up on to the counter once again. He grabbed another water balloon, gently this time. The jackal ran out of the room. Nicky and Ahk watched him go then looked at each other. Ahk helped Nicky up and the two took off to follow Anubis. They followed him to the Egyptology Exhibit were they saw Sekhmet sleeping.

Anubis happily wagging his tail walked up to the sleeping tigress until he was standing over her. "Don't do it Anubis!" Ahk yelled trying to stop jackal. Anubis didn't pay him any mind and closed his jaw more forcefully on the water balloon, popping it. The water splashed out onto Sekhmet's head, and the tigress instantly woke up. She jumped up and snarled baring her teeth at the jackal.

"Well now you've done it!" The pharaoh said stopping and Nicky stopped beside him.

"We should run now shouldn't we?"

"Yep." They turned around and started running. "Come on Anubis!" Ahk called looking over his shoulder. The jackal gladly followed, now wanting to put as much distance between him and the enraged tigress as possible. He quickly over took the two humans on the way back to the staff room. The three made it back and Nicky and Ahk quickly shut the door and leaned against it, panting.

"You know you're never going to get her to like you by doing that." Ahk scolded the jackal who's ears dropped and he looked down at the floor. The sound of Sekhmet's growling could be heard through the door. After a couple of minutes Ahk straightened up and walked over to the counter where the remaining water balloons were, Nicky followed him over. Ahk picked one up then popped it over Nicky's head, restarting the water balloon war. Water balloons flew around the room soaking everything and anything.

Larry was walking through the hallway in front of the staff room then. He could hear laughter, crashes, and the barking of a jackal from inside the room. He also saw an angry, wet tigress in front of the door. The night guard sighed and turned to go back in the direction he came from.

Please review. Also, I still need ideas for a truth or dare chapter, so any help with that would be highly appreciated.
