Elsa held Anna's right hand and Kristoff held her left as the princess screamed and pushed out her baby.
"Just a little more, Anna!" Gerda encouraged from between Anna's legs, "Here it comes!" Anna screamed again, then finally relaxed. Gerda smiled as she cleaned and wrapped up the baby. "It's a boy!" Elsa and Kristoff let go of Anna's hands so that she could hold her son. Anna and Kristoff both smiled and cried at the same time.
"Mellie!" called Elsa, "You can come in now!" Melantha hurried into the room with Olaf. Anna smiled at her.
"Say hello to your baby cousin," she said.
"Can I hold him?" said Melantha, "I promise I'll be careful." Anna carefully shifted on the bed so that she could hand the baby to Melantha. The eleven year old had never held a baby before but she was as careful as possible as she cradled her tiny cousin, "Hello little one. I'm your big cousin, Mellie." She kissed his forehead. The baby giggled.
"Hi kid," said Olaf, who was standing beside his human sister, "I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!"
"Are you okay, Anna?" Elsa asked, while Melantha was holding the baby.
"Well I'm not on the verge of bleeding to death, so overall yes," Anna replied. Compared to when Elsa was giving birth, Anna had it easy although her vagina was hurting.
"What should we call him?" asked Kristoff. Melantha carefully handed the baby to her uncle and Kristoff smiled gently down at him. Anna was quiet for a long moment.
"I think we should call him... Adam," she said, looking first at her husband then her sister.
"Prince Adam of Arrendelle," murmured Kristoff, "I like it."
"What do you think, Elsa?" asked Anna.
"Well it's a very... common name," Elsa said, "But it does have a nice ring to it."
"But it's not unusual like my name," Melantha said with a hint of pride. Elsa had told her the meaning of her name after Hans' execution and Melantha thought it suited her. It reminded her that she did have a dark side and she should be wary of the sadistic streak she had inherited from Hans. Despite that, she liked her name. It made her feel special.
"I think Adam's a great name!" Olaf said happily.
"Okay so it's settled," Anna decided, "His name is Prince Adam."
That's it guys. I currently have no plans for a sequel but this story is now complete. Thanks for reading.
I'm sorry that there was such a long gap between the previous chapter and this one. Now that this story is complete, anyone who wants to use Melantha in their stories is welcome to do so, although if I come up with an idea for a sequel, that will be the canon version of it.
