AN: Chapter 25

First off, suuuuper sorry I haven't posted up a new chapter in a while. I was sick every day last week on my vacation which sucks caz I had no motivation or energy to write :( so here's the next chapter. Hope you all enjoy.

So I have decided that this is NOT going to be the last chapter! :D there will be one more after this, plus a BONUS chapter! ^_^

And! I am happy to say that there will be a THIRD story! It will have a lot of the kids in college, but it will also revolve around Gray and Juvia mostly. Well, hopefully lol. I know for sure some of the plot and it will be a pretty good story to read. I know some people don't read stories with the main characters kids as the main focus, but if you like my writing, and you want to know what happens after all of this, I suggest you all read! I'm not sure when it will be posted, but I will post in this story and the first one that the first chapter is up for all to read. I hope you all will check it out when I start writing it because you all have been super awesome and have been enjoying my stories so far!

Lucy stood outside Levy's room, smiling to herself as she listened over the conversation between the small family in the room. She could hear mostly laughing from Levy, and Lily talking a mile a minute to her mother. She was holding onto a few snacks and drinks in her arms, her eyes closed softly.

'It's so good to hear her voice again… I really missed Levy. Had Levy not woken up, I don't know what I would have done.'

Lucy looked up to see Loke, Gray and Juvia walking up to her. She smiled as Loke planted a kiss on her forehead, rubbing her arm lightly.

"So sleeping beauty is finally awake huh?" Loke said with a grin.

"Yeah, I decided to give them some time alone. The doctor wants to keep Levy in here for a few more days before she can go home, just to make sure she'll be ok."

"I can't believe she woke up during our song. Maybe it's a sign we should get the band back together." Gray said jokingly as he nudged Loke's arm. Loke rubbed the back of his head and laughed lightly, trying to ignore the glare Juvia was giving the both of them.

"No, I'm done with this career. It's time I start focusing on my family and friends."

"Speaking of friends, let's go see Levy before visiting hour's ends!" Gray said with a smile as he pushed Loke and Lucy into the small room.

Levy saw her four friends enter the room, her face lighting up in excitement.

"Hey guys! It's been a while. How have you all been?"

Lucy smiled at her friend, as if none of this ever happened to her. Levy's friends gathered around her bedside. Each one of them wanting to say something but all they could do was watch Levy beam with joy to be awake. Levy let out a giggle as she pulled Lily into her lap.

"Well don't everyone speak at once! Tell me everything that I missed!"

As everyone took a chance to speak, Levy watched them all, taking in everything that has happened. Gajeel stood away from the group, watching his wife. His mind raced as he still could not believe that she was finally awake.

'She's finally with us again… and yet she looks like nothing ever happened. That smile on her face, how can she be so happy right now? After everything that we had to go through…. After what I went through… what I almost did…. '

Lucy's voice broke through Gajeel's thoughts after a minute.

"Well… since you've been asleep… We've had so many things happen. I'm pregnant for one, Loke quit his solo career, we… had to close down the shop after we found out I was pregnant, we even put a hold on our wedding. And we found out who had done this to you."

Gajeel looked at Levy now, expecting the worst look from her, but was shocked to see a bright smile still on her face. She took hold of Lucy's hands and held them tightly in her own.

"Lucy that's great news! I'm so excited and happy for you! I mean for the whole pregnancy part. And don't worry about the wedding. In a few days, I'll be back on my feet and we can get to planning. It's sad to hear about the shop, but it's what I would have done in your shoes. So don't worry about it girl!"

Lucy's eyes began to swell with tears as Levy smiled at her. Lucy couldn't help but wrap her arms around Levy's neck, hugging her tightly.

Levy laughed and jokingly said to Lucy, "Careful Lu, I just came out of a coma! You don't want to put me back into one now!"

Everyone around her seemed to get a slight kick out of the joke, even Gajeel seemed to grin at what she had just said. He closed his eyes as his head moved down slightly.

'It's good to see her happy. It's been a long time since I've seen that smile that big.'

"Hey, Gajeel! Why are you all the way over there?" Loke called over to the dragon slayer who opened an eye to him. Loke leaned over to Levy and held a hand up to his mouth. "I hear he never left your side for days on end. He even threatened a couple of police officers during his interrogation!"

Levy smiled softly and turned her head to Gajeel who blushed slightly. He turned his gaze away from them and responded with an annoyed tone. "Any of you would have done the same if it was your wife on that hospital bed!"

Levy wrapped her arms around Lily who sat in her lap and smiled. "I'm really happy you all were here to support me. And the whole town. It means a lot to me. Every day I could hear people around me, checking up on me, telling me all sorts of things. I tried every day to reach back out to whoever was here. I never gave up, and I'm glad you all didn't give up on me."

Levy's head came back up as she beamed. "Not to mention, I've never missed a concert and I wasn't about to this time!"

Lily chimed in happily. "Yeah! We saw the whole thing on the TV!"

Levy could hear sniffling coming from Pantherlily on her side. She looked over and smiled slightly. "What's wrong Pantherlily?"

The small black cat sniffled as he rubbed his eyes, wiping away the tears forming. "I'm fine, it's just… so nice to hear your voice again."

Levy giggled and rubbed a hand over his head. "Aww, Lily."

Pantherlily sniffled again and looked at her with big eyes. "And now that you're awake, and you'll be coming home soon, I can get a break from watching over Lily! You and Gajeel will have lots of time to make up for since you've been in a coma!"

Everyone around Levy's bed let out a laugh, even the dragon slayer smirked at his cat's remark. Lily looked around the adults confused and wondering what was so funny about what Pantherlily had just said.

The next few days came and went, and it was finally time for Levy to come home. The doctors were helping her into a wheelchair as Lily jumped around her mother and the doctors. Pantherlily floated beside Gajeel who was gathering up all the small get well cards and gifts set over the counter and tables at either side of the hospital bed.

"Mommy's coming home! Mommy's coming home!"

Levy giggled as she sat down slowly into the chair. "Calm down Lily. The doctors can't help me if you keep running around like that."

Lily stopped in front of her mother and stuck out her bottom lip in a pout. "I can't help it… I'm just excited."

Levy smiled and ruffled the small girls' hair. "I know sweetie. And I will make sure to have lots and lots of tea parties and read tons of books with you when we get home. But for now, you have to promise to be a good girl."

Lily stared back into her mother's eye with her hazel ones, thinking about her options. A wide smile slowly came over the little girls face, revealing her small fangs. "Okay! I'll be a good girl."

Gajeel threw the small bag over his shoulder and rolled his eyes. "Let's just get out of this place. I never want to see another hospital room as long as I live." Gajeel placed both of this hands onto the wheelchair handles and began to push Levy out of the room. Lily walked in between Gajeel and the wheel chair and lifted her arms up to the handles.

"Can I push mommy out to the car?"

Gajeel let out a laugh and allowed Lily to help push Levy to the front lobby. They reached the front doors and walked just outside. Gajeel had already pulled the car around to the front before they went in. Gajeel put the brakes down on the wheelchair and opened the passenger side door for Levy. Lily came around and jumped up and down in excitement, stopping a minute later remembering she needed to remain calm.

Levy closed her eyes slightly and breathed in deeply. She had forgotten what the outside smelled like. She opened her eyes as she heard Gajeel's deep voice speak.

"You ready to come home Shrimp?" He asked as he held out his hand to her. Levy smiled and placed her hand into his, letting him help her out of the wheelchair slowly. Even though she had walked around the small hospital room, and go the Ok to go back home, her feet and legs were still a bit wobbly. Levy closed her eyes happily as she smiled up at Gajeel.

"Yes. I think I am ready to go home."

It had only been a few days since Levy came home, and Gajeel had already planned a welcoming home party to celebrate. Everyone who had shown up at the hospital to help support Levy were there along with all of their close friends. After everyone had shown up, Gajeel stood in the middle of the crowded room and held up his glass.

"Hey! Listen up everyone… I'd like to say a few words to ya."

Everyone stopped talking and turned to face Gajeel standing in the middle of the room, waiting for him to speak. Gajeel cleared his throat and looked around the room.

"I just wanted to thank you all. For all of your support, for your friendship, and kindness. You all were there for Levy and myself. And with your help, along with the concert, we were able to come up with enough donation money to help find a cure to that horrible lacrima disease. It… means a lot to me that everyone came together like that. Thank you all."

Gray shouted from the back of the room, "He doesn't say that a lot so you all better get that in writing!"

Everyone around the ice mage burst out in laughter as Gajeel growled and began to yell back towards Gray. Levy laughed along with the crowd, just happy to be among friends and family. As the night went on, everyone made their way around to Levy and caught up on how she was doing.

Gajeel stayed back by the food and drinks, keeping a watchful eye over everyone who came in contact with his wife. He noticed Lily run past him, pulling Finn and Pantherlily along with her to the middle of the dance floor. He smirked as he watched his little girl form a circle with the two and start dancing with them both. Pantherlily didn't seem to really want to dance, but gave into Lily knowing he would never win a fight against her.

Gajeel looked back to Levy and the people around her. He saw Lucy smiling and laughing along with everyone else. He thought about the new life growing in her belly and thought how badly he wanted to have that with Levy. He let out a sigh as he took a drink.

'The doctors said she needed to rest for a while… so there's no way we can do that now… it's definitely been hard for me to keep my hands off of her….'

He noticed Levy thanking everyone who came up to her. She would tell them she was doing just fine, and that she couldn't wait to get back to work. It was funny to Gajeel how resilient Levy really was when things became difficult around her. She was so short, but man she was a fighter.

Loke came up and wrapped an arm around Gajeel's neck, he was clearly already drunk as his cheeks had a light pink color to them.

"Heeey Gajeel…. Guess who's joinin' the "Daddy club!" that's right… this guy!" Loke said as he pointed to himself with an index finger, spilling some of his drink. Gajeel stepped back slightly and pushed Loke away with a hand.

"Carrot top, I think you need to go home, you're totally drunk…"

Loke glared up at the dragon slayer. "I ain't totally drunk… it's a party! We've just begun to celebrate! I just came over to tell ya to lighten up and go be with your lady… Maybe you'll get lucky tonight!" Loke said as he nudged Gajeel in the side, causing the dragon slayer to blush slightly. He looked away from Loke and crossed his arms over his chest.

"The doctor said we couldn't do nothin' right away. So it's gonna be a while… wait, why am I tellin' you all this?!" Gajeel growled as he clenched his fist towards Loke who walked away laughing to himself.

Gajeel let out a huff and looked back over to Levy.

'Trust me carrot top… I'd love nothing more right now…'

Gajeel stared into the mirror of the bathroom, his mind stuck on one thing. He let out a sigh as he opened the small mirror, revealing a medicine cabinet behind it. He grabbed one of the small bottles and took a couple pills from it. He popped them into the back of his throat, and swallowed them down with some water.

'There… that should take care of that headache…'

Gajeel put the small bottle back and glanced at the small box beside the medicine. It was one of Levy's pregnancy boxes. His teeth grinded together as he stared at it. He growled to himself as he shut the small mirror door and turned around to find Levy behind him, a smile on her face, and a slightly blush over her cheeks.

Gajeel blushed slightly himself as he jumped a bit out of surprise. "Hey, Shrimp, how long have you been standing there?!"

Levy giggled as she reached up and wrapped her arms around Gajeel. "Kiss me Gajeel."

The dragon slayer leaned down and planted a light kiss on her lips. He could smell the alcohol on her breath. She was drunk.

'I guess it's to be expected, it's been a few hours and everyone is havin' a good time…'

"Gaaaajeeeel…. Come on, kiss meee!" Levy said as she reached up again. Gajeel took hold of her hands and stood up straight.

"You're drunk Shrimp… and the doctors said you need to take it easy for a while."

Levy took her hands back and wrapped one around his neck and the other placed directly between the big man's legs. Gajeel blushed slightly, letting out a soft gasp.

"But it's been so long… I want you to take me Gajeel… right here… right now."

Gajeel's body was responding to Levy's almost instantly as she pressed herself against him. He knew he shouldn't give into her, but it has been a long time. If she was going to continue on with this, he might not be able to stop himself.

"God Levy… there's nothing I'd rather do more than that.. But… everyone is still here, we can't just—"

"Shh…" Levy said as she placed a finger on his lips. She brought his face back down to hers, kissing him passionately. Gajeel kissed her back and wrapped his arms around her tiny body, pulling her in closer to his own body.

'This isn't good…'

One of Gajeel's hands came up to Levy's cheek and cupped it lightly, lifting her face slightly to get a better angle as he pushed his tongue into her hot mouth.

'I'm not going to be able to stop myself… not now…'

Levy wrapped her arms around Gajeel's neck and moaned softly into his mouth as he picked her up effortlessly and pressed her up against the wall of the bathroom. His hands quickly lifted up her dress and pulled down her underwear. The dragon slayer broke their hot kisses and proceeded to trail kisses down her neck, making Levy breath heavily.

Gajeel gripped one of Levy's legs and wrapped it around his waist, her other leg following quickly. Levy moaned his name softly as he nipped at her neck, teasing her lightly.

"Gajeel… just do it…"

Gajeel smirked as he heard his name being moaned out like that. How could he resist that music to his ears? He quickly unbuttoned his pants and unzipped his zipper, letting his pants fall down by his ankles. No sooner did they hit the ground did his boxers follow. A deep growl escaped his throat as he pressed himself against the woman he loved.

"I missed you so much Levy…" He could feel his lips curl into a smirk as he spoke. "I'll try to go easy on ya since it's been a while."

His crimson eyes looked into her hazel ones that seemed to already be glazed over. She was matching his smirk with her own.

"You can be rough if you want Gajeel… maybe I want them all to hear us…"

Gajeel knew that wasn't true because she was so drunk, but he definitely was going to make sure she remembered this in the morning.

Little Indian Girl: well in case you didn't read the AN, I am going to make one more chapter after this, with a bonus chapter ^_^ and I'll be working on a third story after this! You should read that one when I post it up as well!

DemonHeart42: lol thank you so much! ^-^ yeah the more I thought about it the more I was like I can stretch it out a bit more. Plus I've started to come up with another story for a 3rd part with these characters :)

NavyNinjaHo: I know and as I was sick, I did think about writing a story focusing more so on Gruvia. It will focus on them, but also a major part of the next story will be focusing on their children ( along with GaLe and LoLu's kids as well )
