prompt: deciding to move in together

"I know I should be happy for Mary Margaret and all," Emma sighs, leaning into Graham's shoulder as they sit on his couch, contentedly and quietly wrapped up in each other as they wait for the delivery of their dinner to get there, "But I think Henry's curse thing is getting to me, because I can't help but be weirded out by knowing what's going on with her and David since his divorce went through. Or… Not really knowing it's going on, but… Sharing the loft with them. And a lot of it feels like the whole 'they're supposedly my parents' thing getting to me."

He smiles and pulls his girlfriend closer. He knows the truth, of course, and can laugh to himself about the fact that they are her parents. After Charming had finally managed to split from Princess Abigail and have a relationship with Snow, he'd had nowhere to go but the loft with his wife and daughter, there not being any apartments actually available in town.

"You could move in here, if you want," Graham offers. He doesn't expect a yes; even though they've been dating for months and just a few days before she'd put her past even further behind her than he ever could've expected by removing the necklace that was apparently a symbol of mistrust for the world – because of him – he knows that this is still a big step for her. Their whole relationship is a big thing for both of them, he understands that.

"Really?" she asks, pulling back and looking at him incredulously.

"Of course," he nods, "Only if you want to though."

She still looks stunned, disbelieving, but a small smile forms on her face.

"I think I'd like that."
