Keep in mind that the "vs" in the title doesn't necessarily mean they'll fight each other. It's meant more in the vein of sentai teamups where the team before the versus is the "home" team and the one after it is the "visiting" team. Five years after the defeat of Xandred, a mysterious letter shows up on Jayden's doorstep, the Samurai are thrust into someone else's conflict!

25. Gentaro's Counterattack

Chapter 25: Gentaro's Counterattack.

The following morning at Mr. Brown's, Haruto awoke from a terrible night's sleep. The battle with Kinji Takigawa, now Dark Starninger, and also by his official villain title of His Malevolence Lord Jahoshi, which left the combined Sentai teams and Kamen Riders with mecha in pressing need of repair save for the Shinkenger's Origami, and in a blanket state of disbelief, surprise, and general fear. This had caused all of Haruto's bad memories from the past to surface in his sleep, from his parent's deaths, to the Sabbath, not being able to save Koyomi and the wild card of Kaoru coming into his bedroom because she couldn't sleep and asked if she could spend the night in his room. As he lay there and collected his thoughts, he thought he heard the sound of light snoring nearby. He looked next to him and was shocked to see Kaoru there on top of the covers, sleeping blissfully next to him!

"What's she doing here? Should I wake her up?" He thought to himself.

Fortunately, she started to stir and opened her eyes.

"Morning, Haruto-san." She said as she sat up.

"M-morning, Kaoru-chan. Care to explain what you're doing in my bed?"

"You don't remember? I came in last night because I couldn't sleep. I promised to sleep on top of the covers, and you said it was okay. Who's Koyomi?"

"Come again?" Haruto asked.

"Who's Koyomi? You kept calling her name out in your sleep."

"It's complicated."

"Was she your girlfriend?" Kaoru pressed.

"N-no, nothing like that. She was just someone I swore to save and couldn't," he explained.

"Oh." She replied. "I'm sorry, Haruto-san."

"It's fine. Her memory helps to give me hope even now."

"Like against Akuhoshi, for example?" Kaoru asked.

"Yes. I'm sure we'll find a way to defeat him."

Both their stomachs growled.

"Want to go get some breakfast? I mean, before Mako or Kotoha tries to." Kaoru asked.

"Okay. After you, Princess."

"I'm not really a princess. It's just a title."

The two headed downstairs to find Kotoha asleep on top of Chiaki.

"Think she had the same idea as you?" Haruto asked Kaoru.

Kaoru blushed a little, but luckily Mako arrived to save the day.

"I heard his video games going last night. I guess they couldn't sleep either." She explained.

"Is it morning already?" Kotoha yawned.

"Yes. How did you sleep?" Mako asked.

"Okay, I guess. Did I fall asleep on top of Chiaki?"

"Looks like it."

Kotoha blushed. "But his shoulder was too comfy…"

"So that's why my shoulder hurts," Chiaki replied as he woke up too.

"How did you sleep Hime-sama?" Kotoha asked.

"Better after I went in with Haruto." She explained, before realizing it came out wrong, but it was too late. Kotoha's eyes were wide as saucers and were about to pop out of her head.

"EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!" Kotoha blurted out. "Hime-sama…and Haruto-san…" Unable to process the information, she started to faint, but Chiaki caught her before she hit the floor and Haruto helped him lay her on the couch.

Takeru, Ryu, Genta, and Kousuke came running.

"What happened?" Takeru demanded.

"Kotoha fainted when she heard that Haruto and Kaoru slept together," Chiaki explained.

Now it was the newcomers' turn to be surprised. Except for Kousuke.

"Way to go, Haruto!"

"Excuse me a moment," Haruto said, activating his Driver.

Driver On, Please!

Excite, Please!

The next thing Kousuke knew, he went flying into the pool.

"Whew…" Haruto sighed. "I wish he wouldn't jump to conclusions like that. Now, who wants breakfast?"

"So you and Kaoru-chan aren't…" Genta asked, holding up his pinky.

"No! I slept on top of the covers on the other side!" Kaoru insisted.

"What a relief! For a moment I thought I would need to plan Haruto and Kaoru-hime's wedding!" Ryunosuke said aloud.

"Excuse me a moment," Kaoru said. "Haruto-san, may I borrow this?" she asked, taking the Excite Ring.

"Knock yourself out."

Kaoru scanned the ring herself, and seconds later, Ryunosuke went flying with a cry of "HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMEEEEEEEEEE!" knocking Kousuke back into the pool.

"Whew…" Kaoru sighed.

"Can we have breakfast now?" Kotoha asked, waking up.

"Sure!" Haruto said, scanning his Cooking Ring.

"Now, it's breakfast time!"

"Hey! Haruto! Quit stealing my lines!" Kousuke shouted.

"TONO! WHY ARE YOU JUST WATCHING?! TONO! WHY AREN'T YOU SAVING ME?! TONO! WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?! TONO!"

A man in a trenchcoat who happened to be walking his motorcycle down the street turned and yelled back, "Hey! Stop stealing and paraphrasing mine as well!"

"You want to take this outside?!" Ryunosuke shot back.

"In case you haven't noticed, WE ARE OUTSIDE!" the other man shouted back.

"Fine, let's just fight!" Ryunosuke shouted, bringing out his Shoudouphone.

"Fine by me!" the other man shot back, pulling out what looked like an Ace of Spades and a bulky box that he placed at his waist and it attached with a flurry of playing cards, as he set the Ace of Spades in a slot on his belt before taking a stance.

"IPPITSU SHOUOU!"

Ryunosuke drew his kanji for water and transformed.

The other man pressed the center of his buckle, and it flipped over, projecting an image of a playing card.

Turn Up

He then ran through it, transforming into a Kamen Rider!

"Shinken Blue! Ikenami Ryunosuke!"

"Um, I'm not much for introductions, but okay! Kamen Rider Blade! Kenzaki Kazuma!"

"This should be good…" Chiaki said, bringing out his own Shoudouphone.

"Haruto-san, aren't you going to stop them?" Kaoru asked.

"No, it'll work itself out."

With a battle cry, Ryu charged at Blade, who casually brought out his sword, reached to the side to deploy the cardholder stored inside in a fan pattern, selected three, and scanned them one by one.

Kick!

Thunder!

Mach!

Lightning Sonic!

Blade struck with a rapid, lightning-charged side kick at Ryunosuke, knocking him out of henshin and sent him flying into the pool with a huge splash which soaked everyone. He then dehenshined, got on his bike, and rode off. Minutes later, yet another Rider drove up to Mr. Brown's wearing a magenta dress coat.

"Hey, Tsukasa!" Haruto called out as everyone face-faulted.

"Hey, Haruto. You see Kenzaki around here?" Tsukasa asked.

"Blade? He went that way. Something up?"

"Yeah, some looney toon is masquerading as him, and I thought he should know before the world ends. That your…" Tsukasa replied, also holding up his pinky.

"No, we're just friends for now! Zeesh!" Haruto replied.

"Just checking. Well, gotta go. Hopefully, this is my last cameo until at least November, when I have to visit some kid who lives in his uncle's clock shop."

Now that a Kamen Rider who just happened to be passing by and the passing-through Kamen Rider were gone, Genta and Kousuke yanked Ryunosuke out of the pool, who reeked of chlorine and ozone and whose hair was all standing up.

"Are you all right, Ryu-san?" Kotoha asked.

"I'm going to go take a shower and change…"

"Hopefully now that no more of Haruto's sempai will make house calls, we can go eat breakfast," Takeru said as beautiful smells filled the air.

"But Haruto-san, if you're out here, then who's in the kitchen?" Kaoru wondered.

"Well, it's definitely not Mako, because I don't smell anything burning." Chiaki quipped before getting whacked on the head.

"I suppose we should go find out," Takeru suggested.

The group headed into the kitchen to find a fantastic spread with an unfamiliar man at the stove.

"Morning!" He said.

"Do we know you?" Takeru asked.

"And more accurately, what are you doing here?" Mako asked.

"I happened to be walking by, and the front door was unlocked, so I let myself in and saw that someone was about to make breakfast, so I'd thought I'd help them along! I'm bad with names, but you're that Donut guy, right? Well, I'm quite the wizard in the kitchen, if I say so myself! A good breakfast can really awaken the soul! Oh, where are my manners? Shouichi Tsugami, at your service!"

He suddenly froze, before apologizing and telling them to enjoy their meal before he rushed out the door and sped off.

"I wonder what that was all about?" Mako wondered.

"Who cares, let's eat!" Chiaki said.

"Did you know him, Haruto-san?" Kaoru asked.

"No…but he seemed to know me." Haruto mused. "I'll call Tomoko after breakfast and ask who he was."

A bit later, at the Kamen Rider Club Suite, Kengo stood puzzled over the Kaban.

"What's wrong Kengo?" Gentaro asked.

"That's funny…the Kaban just picked up the presence of a kaijin, and now it's gone."

Before he could think of an explanation, Tomoko answered her cell.

"Oh, hi Haruto. Some guy let himself into the house and made you all breakfast, and you think he was a Rider because he made a wizard pun?"

"Yes. He also froze all of a sudden and had to leave in a hurry." Haruto explained.

"Laid back, almost goofy demeanor…cooking skills, bad puns…did he say his name was Shouichi Tsugami?"

"Yes, why?"

"The description you gave me matches only one Kamen Rider: Kamen Rider Agito. Kengo-san, I think that's what happened to your kaijin."

"We interrupt this program to bring you a special announcement. A woman was being attacked in the park by a kaijin when she said a strange man showed up on his motorcycle, turned into a superhero, and defeated it before heading off. We will hopefully have more information later."

"Let me guess, Nozama. Agito?" Kengo asked.

She nodded, before freezing suddenly.

"You all right, Nozama?" Kengo asked.

"Where's Ryuusei-kun? She blurted out.

"I think he said he was going to the hotel workout room to let off some steam," Kengo replied as she bolted out the door.

Meanwhile, Ryuusei was taking out his frustrations on a punching bag. As images of their defeat at the hands of Jahoshi flashed through his mind, it only caused him to punch harder and harder. As his anger and frustration rose, it culminated with one last punch to the bag that caused it to break open, spilling its contents all over the floor just as Tomoko arrived at the door, before rushing over to him and wrapping her arms around him suddenly.

"I'm all right, Tomoko-chan…" He replied.

As she continued to embrace him, she started to sniffle, and Ryuusei's expression of shock turned to one of understanding as he returned the hug.

Meanwhile, in the Go-On Busters Suite, Sousuke was nervously pacing across the floor angrily.

"When are they going to be done?! I need to go find that guy and kick his ass at Mach Speed!" he fumed.

"Sousuke, Renn, Ani, Ryuji, and Jin-san will be done when they're done." Miu tried to explain. "Apparently they're tired of me calling for an update, so they've put me on hold."

"I thought our henshin devices don't have a hold feature?" Hanto asked.

"They don't, which is why I'm listening to J reading a phone book." She explained.

"And besides Sousuke, going after him as angry as you are is only going to end with you flying in the opposite direction at Mach Speed," Gunpei assured him.

"Sousuke, please? You're going to wear a hole in the floor." Saki cautioned.

"Oh, come on Saki, that's never going to hap-"

Sousuke was unable to finish his sentence as he went right through the floor into the room below. Everyone rushed to the hole.

"Are you all right?" Saki called.

"I would say no…I missed the couch…Ow! My back!"

Over at the Team Gaim Suite, Mai was icing her hand as Kouta lay on the couch unconscious with a black eye as oranges, strawberries, pineapples, and lemons circled his head.

"Mai-san, I know Kouta-san was getting on all our nerves, but did you really have to knock him out?" Micchi asked.

"I had to do something…Ouch! Maybe I should have hit him with something other than my fist…or not hit him as hard…it's not my fault he has such a hard head…"

Just then, Micchi's cell rang.

"Hi, Kengo-san. You need us to come over? Okay. Give us a minute."

"What was that about?" Mai asked.

"Kengo-san might have a way to stop Jahoshi, but he needs Kouta-san. We need to wake him up."

Mai promptly took the bowl of ice water and dumped on Kouta.

"COLD! COLD! COLD! MAI! WHY THE HELL DID YOU POP ME ONE?!"

"BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T STOP PACING AND COMPLAINING AND FUMING ABOUT HOW YOU WERE GOING TO POUND THE GUY WHO POUNDED YOU!"

"You two can work this out later. Kouta-san, Kengo-san wants to see us."

"Okay, Micchi. DON'T THINK THIS IS OVER!" He shouted back at Mai.

"YOU WANT ANOTHER BLACK EYE TO GO WITH THE ONE YOU ALREADY HAVE? BRING IT ON!"

Micchi and Zack wasted no time by grabbing Kouta on either side and dragging him out the door before it escalated any further.

A few minutes later, the three were at the other suite.

"What's up, Kengo?" Kouta asked.

"Just a moment; we're waiting for Soma and Nitoh to get here."

A magic portal appeared, and the two stepped out, Haruto with a bag of donuts and eating one.

"You had to stop for donuts, didn't you…"? Kengo sighed.

"I thought we should have a snack for our meeting," Haruto explained. "Want one?"

"Let's just get down to business. As you already know, Jahoshi, his Malevolence, Kinji, whatever you want to call him, did a number on all of us, and I'm sure he's waiting for us to surrender."

"I've got no plans to surrender to that guy! Even if I have to get stronger first, he's going down!" Kouta exclaimed.

"I figured that Kazuraba, so that's why I've asked you and Soma here. I think I can modify Kisaragi's Fusion Switch so he can borrow your powers instead of Meteor's."

"Interesting. What do you need from us?" Haruto asked.

"Your Drivers and transformation trinkets. I'll need to borrow them so I can calibrate the Fusion Switch."

"All right," Haruto said, handing his gear over.

"Kazuraba?" Kengo asked.

"Fine," Kouta replied, handing over his Sengoku Driver and Lockseeds.

"I'll get to work on it right away. Let's just hope that Jahoshi doesn't try anything in the meantime."

Back at the abandoned warehouse, Kinji was electrocuting Sigurd.

"I told you NOT to do anything! But what did you do? You let an Inves loose after I specifically told you three not to interfere with my plans!"

"Hey! I didn't expect a Kamen Rider to show up and save her!" Sid protested.

"And might I add, it wasn't Fourze, Meteor, Wizard, Beast, Gaim, Ryugen, or Knuckle that showed up to save her." Professor Sengoku chimed in.

"He is correct, Your Malevolence. I show no sign of any of them transforming on our Henshin Tracker." Libra reported.

"What about the Sentai?" Kinji asked.

"The same."

"As I expected."

"Magnifique, Mageste! It appears you have defeated them!" Enter beamed.

"Hmph. Are you really that stupid, Frenchie? They may be licking their wounds or pissing in their pants now, but they'll get over it." Kaito spat.

"Exactly. So I have to be ready for them when they do. Bring in my Karakuri weaponsmith!"

Two of Kinji's foot soldiers, each wearing a white poncho, dragged in a chained Tetsunosuke Saika XXII.

"Tetsu! Good to see you! How have you been?"

The Karakuri master replied by spitting in Kinji's face. Kinji returned the insult by unleashing a blast of electricity, bringing the young man to his knees.

"That's better. Now, I'd like you to make me a power-up item."

"Not after what you did to Takaharu and Yoshitaka." He spat back.

Kinji's eyes glowed as he tore into him with another burst of lightning.

"DID YOU THINK YOU HAD A CHOICE?! AS LONG AS YOU ARE MY PRISONER, YOU WILL DO AS I COMMAND, OR YOU CAN JOIN THEM!" he bellowed.

"All right! All right! I'll do it!" he screamed as the lightning surged through his body.

"Excellent! Now, I've had some ideas…"

Meanwhile, the Samurai minus Antonio, Emily, and Mike were at the beach. The girls were lazing away in the sun when Jayden and Kevin walked over to them.

"So, are you just going to sit there all day?" Jayden asked.

"Depends…what did you have in mind?" Sakura asked, looking up from her book.

"Volleyball. You and Lauren versus Kevin and me. You win, we leave you alone the rest of the day."

"And dinner. Losers pay for dinner." Sakura countered.

The two boys discussed it amongst themselves and then turned back to Sakura. "Deal."

Next to Sakura, Lauren was resting her eyes with the book from Daisuke's on her lap while next to Lauren, Mia was out like a light on her chaise. Sakura gave Lauren a nudge.

"Lauren? You awake?"

"Yeah, just taking a break. What's up?"

"Your brother and Kevin think they can beat the two of us at volleyball. Says they'll leave us alone and pay for dinner if we win."

"Oh, he does, does he?" Lauren said, putting her book away and getting out of her chair. "You're on little brother."

"Suiren, I know you're awake, I can see you moving your lips along to the words," Sakura said to her sister, who was lying on a chaise next to her.

Suiren pulled out her earphones and sat up to find out what her sister wanted.

"Lauren and I are going to go play volleyball with Jayden and Kevin. Could you PLEASE let us know of Mentor Ji calls to let us know about an attack?"

"Yeah, sure."

"And don't fall asleep either! We're counting on you!"

"Don't worry, I'm raising the back of my chair, so I won't!" Suiren replied. "Good luck!"

"If all goes well, they'll be treating us to dinner," Sakura replied.

Elsewhere in town at Panorama's only yakiniku restaurant, the ToQgers (mostly Right) were eating their fill. A huge stack of plates sat in front of him and continued to grow long after the others had finished.

"Ryunosuke…how are you going to pay for all this?"

"I've got it under control, don't worry My Lord!"

"You're not planning to charge it to the Energy Management Center, are you?"

"Of course not, My Lord! I had someone else in mind!"

In a tall building back in Japan, an incredibly bored looking secretary walked into her boss' spacious office.

"Mr. President, a Ryunosuke Ikenami would like you to loan him some money for an extremely high lunch bill."

A gentleman wearing a sparkly business suit, in an apron and was in the middle of making a cake, exclaimed, "WONDERFUL! Satonaka, wire him the money immediately!"

"Yes, President."

Back in Panorama, Ryunosuke received a text.

"You didn't…" Takeru frowned.

"I'm sorry, my Lord, but he was the only one I could think of!"

"Let's hope that he doesn't ask you to do anything to pay him back…"

Elsewhere in Panorama, people were running in terror from a cyborg cat monster accompanied by Grinders AND Moogers, who was spraying people with slime that once coated, made them extremely violent!

"Ooh-ah-ooh! SlimyKat is doing an excellent job of raising the river! It's up by a foot already!" Octoroo said happily.

"Good! Because we're running low on your boss' leftover Sanzu sake and we need to brew more, especially if you want this ritual of yours to go off without a hitch!" Tenma shot back.

"Not to worry! Your associate has at least two more NighBots under development should we need them!" Octoroo insisted.

Back in Panorama, Mike was leaving the convention center with a large trophy with Emily, as a young man in a varsity jacket and his bespectacled accomplice were being carted off by convention staff, protesting loudly that they didn't cheat.

"I can't believe those two tried to cheat!" Emily said in disgust. "I'm just glad you beat that Genius Gamer N."

"Yeah, she's a pro too! I'm surprised as you are, Em. Although I'm going to ask Lauren or Mia what it was she said after I won, I'm pretty sure I don't want to know." Mike replied, as his Samuraizer rang.

"Hello?"

"Mike! Thank goodness you picked up. I've tried all the others, and they've all gone to voicemail! I didn't even know the Samuraizers had voicemail!" came Mentor Ji's voice on the other end.

"Let me guess, there's a monster on the loose?"

"Yes, I'm sending the coordinates to your Samuraizer now. It set off both the Gap Alarm and the program that Dr. K installed, so it has to be one of those hybrids. Antonio will meet you and Emily there."

"Got it. We're on the way."

"But how are we going to get there in time?" Emily asked.

"We just need some wheels." Mike replied, activating the tip of his Samuraizer. "Symbol Power, Car!"

Mike kanjied up a green 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STi, the two hopped in and raced off.

Already at the scene, Antonio was trying to thin the herd of foot soldiers, but his Barracuda Blade failed to make a mark on the Grinders. To make matters worse, he couldn't assume Mega Mode outside his Zord cockpit without help. The foot soldiers seemed to have realized this, and as a result, the Grinders were ganging up on him while the Moogers stayed near the kaijin.

"Say your prayers, Gold Samurai Ranger!" SlimyKat called, aiming his slime cannon at Antonio, as the revving of an engine was heard, and the kaijin was hit by something green and knocked backward as both doors opened, revealing Mike and Emily.

"Where'd you get that?" Antonio asked.

"Symbol Power. You alright?" Mike asked.

"Doing a little better now that you two are here. Where are the others?"

"Mentor's still trying to get in touch with them," Emily explained.

"Let's turn this fleabag into kitty litter." Mike insisted as Emily nodded in approval, as they readied their Samuraizers.

"Samuraizer! Go Go Samurai!" they called, drawing their kanji and transforming.

"Mega Blades!" They called next, spinning the Common Disks on their Spin Swords the opposite way from their personal weapons to turn them into their Zord controllers, which were able to affect Grinders.

"We'll handle the bots, you go for the Moogers!" Mike called out as he and Emily went on the attack.

"Golden!" Antonio called back with renewed vigor.

Back at Shiba House, after trying to call the other Samurai with no luck, Mentor Ji sighed reluctantly.

"I know she said not to call her unless it was an emergency, but this certainly qualifies as one!" he said to himself, dialing a number.

Back at the beach, Mia was still sleeping off her morning jog, practice, and cooking classes while to the far left of her, Suiren was wiped out as well while the others were in the midst of their volleyball game, when Sakura's ringtone went off, waking up the two sleeping samurai with a start.

"I told her to put it on vibrate!" Suiren complained.

"It woke me out of a sound sleep too…" Mia replied sleepily. "Maybe you should see who it is…?"

"It's probably her boyfriend checking to see how she's doing…" Suiren grumbled as she fished Sakura's phone out her bag to check. "Mentor Ji?"

Sakura came up, having heard her phone go off, snatched it out of her sister's hand and answered.

"I told you not to call this number unless it was an emergency!" she snarled into the phone, before being stunned speechless by Ji. "Right…calling all the other Samurai Rangers and getting no response except for two does qualify as an emergency. We'll be right there." Sakura said before hanging up.

"What's up?" Jayden asked.

"There's a monster on the loose. Mike, Emily, and Antonio are facing it alone because Ji said he couldn't get in touch with the rest of us."

"We put all our Samuraizers in Lauren's bag," Kevin remembered.

"I put mine and Mia's on vibrate so they wouldn't wake her up," Lauren added.

The Samurai all checked theirs in disgust to find several missed calls from Ji.

"Sakura, could you take Lauren with you now? You can probably get there faster on your bike." Jayden suggested.

"No problem. What about the rest of you?" Sakura asked.

"Unfortunately, we've got to get all our stuff packed up first before we can get going," Jayden explained.

"So that's why you want to send us on ahead. Good thinking, Shiba." Sakura said in admiration.

"Come on guys, let's hurry. The others need our help." Jayden said as Sakura and Lauren headed for the parking lot.

Meanwhile, the Kaban went off while Kengo was still working on powering up the Fusion Switch.

"Damn! He's on the move already!" Kengo cursed under his breath.

"How much longer before the Switch is ready for use?" Haruto asked.

"Still a while before it's ready," Kengo replied.

"Don't worry, we'll buy you the time you need. Ryuusei, Zack, Micchi! Let's go!" Gentaro called out.

"I'll call Mayonnaise and have him join you. We'll be along once Kengo is finished with the Switch." Haruto answered.

"Give him hell for us, guys!" Kouta insisted.

"Ossu!" Gentaro replied with a thumbs up as the four Riders headed out the door, bumping into Hiromu returning from the gym who joined them as well.

At the hospital with Sousuke after his fall, the race that Sousuke was watching was interrupted by coverage of Kinji's attack.

"He's BACK! I'm going to kick his ass-"

"At Mach Speed, we know! But you're in no condition to fight!" Gunpei reminded him as he and the others tried to keep Sousuke in his hospital bed.

"Besides, Ani and the others are still fixing the Engines and recharging our gear from the last time!" Miu added.

In the Ginjiro, Ryuji received a call from Hiromu.

"Got it. Renn, Hiroto, can you handle things here?"

"Not much else we can do until our stuff recharges and we fix the Engine Casts. You guys can at least transform. We'll try and get in touch with the Shinkengers and see if they can help." Hiroto replied.

"Be careful Ryuji!" Gorisaki called after them.

"J, come on!" Jin-san called, dragging his idiot robot out the door.

"But I am not finished reading the phone book!"

"NOT NOW!" J called.

The four Riders and Hiromu, dragging a clearly upset Yoko showed up at the Ginjiro showed up to meet them, and they sped off in SUVs and Rider Machines to confront Kinji.

SlimyKat hosed down the three Samurai Rangers with his slime cannon.

"I guess when we're morphed, the slime can't affect us!" Emily said happily.

"Fantastico! That's one advantage we've got!" Antonio cheered.

"Hey! You hear that?! Your slime doesn't work on us!" Mike taunted.

"I wasn't expecting it to!" SlimyKat replied.

"What!" the three Rangers shouted in unison.

"I was counting on my Youkai Fire to do the trick! Youkai Fire Attack!"

With his cat hand, SlimyKat shot kitten-shaped fireballs at the Rangers, which upon contact with the slime, caused the Rangers to burst into flame!

"AHHH!" They screamed in pain as they were brought to their knees.

"Now to finish you-"

The monster was interrupted by energy blasts!

"What the-?"

Sakura screeched to a stop on Kanesada as she got off already in armor and Lauren got off as well.

"Samuraizer! Go Go Samurai!" Lauren called, transforming as well. "Shogun Mode! Power of the Ancestors!" she added, spinning the Shiba Fire Disc followed by the Shogun Disc.

"Sorry we're late. Anything we should know?" Lauren asked.

"Don't get hit by his slime! He follows it up with a fire attack that's nasty!" Mike explained.

"Good to know!" Sakura called back. "Hey, kitty! I dare you to hit me!"

"Is she NUTS?" Mike answered exasperatedly.

"I think she has a plan. Got to trust her." Lauren said. "Why don't we see if we can keep those guys off her in the meantime?"

"Good idea!" Mike exclaimed.

"Okay! Em, you're with me, we'll handle the Grinders. Mike, switch to your Forest Spear and help Antonio with the Moogers!"

"Got it!" Mike answered.

"Rangers Together! Ha!" they said in unison, swinging their weapons, "Samurai Forever!" They returned to ready positions before charging into the fray.

Lauren used the Double Disc to give herself another Mega Blade and attached her Lion Disc to one and the Lightning Disc to the other.

"Blazing Storm!" she called, shocking and melting some of the Grinders.

"Antonio, let's double team these guys!" Mike called.

"Golden!"

Mike switched his Forest Spear back to a Spin Sword and attached the Bear Disc to it.

"Forest Vortex!" He called as his sword was enveloped in leaves, which he followed up with the Tree Symbol Strike, a series of four slashes and strikes.

"Baracuda Bite!" Antonio called, slashing at undetectable speeds to carve up the other Moogers as they fell and exploded.

"So are you going to slime me or not?" Sakura taunted. "Or are you a chicken?"

"I'm not a chicken, I'm a cat, I eat chicken! TAKE THIS!"

The slime cannon hummed to life and drenched Sakura.

"That's disgusting!" Emily complained.

"Youkai Fire Attack!" SlimyKat called, finishing its one-two punch.

Sakura screamed in pain but slowly changed to laughter as her aura began to flare.

"What's so funny?" the monster asked.

"Oh nothing, just my armor was originally the Armor of Wildfire, and it gets more powerful when it's exposed to or around fire," Sakura replied, as her twin arm cannons warmed up. "Try this on for size."

Sakura fired off a series of blasts from her cannons, fired up her jump jets to speed ahead of the projectiles with her swords joined at the hilt, directing her finisher at the Nighlok part of the monster while her shots struck the Attack Bot part, causing it to explode in flames, just as the others drove up.

"Just in time for the second life. Good timing, Shiba!" Sakura replied.

"We'll take it from here," Jayden announced, bringing out the Black Box.

"Super Samurai Mode!"

The Folding Zords were made giant, and the ClawZord was called in.

"Samurai Megazord! We are United!" they announced.

"Let's combine and take this guy out," Jayden ordered, spinning the Super Samurai Union Disc, bringing the two Megazords together to form the Claw Armor Megazord.

"Claw Armor Megazord! Double Katana Strike!"

The Megazord struck with its attack, but it was not enough.

"Now what Jayden?" Antonio asked.

"We break out the big guns." Lauren chimed in from inside the Bull Megazord. "Samurai Gigazord!"

All the Zords combined together into the towering monstrosity that was the Samurai Gigazord.

"Uh oh!" SlimyKat said nervously.

"Shogun Ranger Fire, Symbol Power, Shogun Strike!" they announced as kanji were drawn and the attack unleashed from the cannon on its head.

"Samurai Rangers," Jayden began,

"Victory is Ours!" Lauren finished.

"Let's get something to eat! I'm starving!" Mike exclaimed. "Oh, by the way, what does this mean Lauren?" he asked, whispering something into her ear.

"You're better off not knowing, let's leave it at that." She said.

"Come to think of it, we never did finish our game with you." Kevin reminded Lauren.

"It's okay Kev, I'll treat. Sakura did save our butts after all." Jayden volunteered.

Meanwhile, Kinji and his numerous henchmen had succeeded in beating down all the Riders and the Go-Busters.

"You going to give up and become my slaves?" Kinji asked.

"Us? Work for you? No! We'll fight to protect the friends we've already made and the ones we will make!" Gentaro shouted. "We'll turn darkness into brightness, despair into hope, awakening our souls so our lives burn bright, helping everyone our hands can reach, forgiving no one who makes our city cry, restoring and protecting everyone's smiles, while walking the path of heaven and breaking the chains of destiny while on a climax from start to finish! We must fight, or we won't survive! We'll draw the trump card of fate and keep our Engines running in Top Gear! We'll even fight to protect dreams, and fight to protect those that can't protect themselves! "

"I should record this for Tomoko…" Ryuusei thought to himself.

"You think we're just going to throw down our weapons, give up and be your enforcers? JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE!?"

"Did he just say what I think he said?" Yoko asked.

"I think he did," Ryuji replied.

"Well, if you won't join me, I guess I have to kill you then. Adios, Amigos!"

Everyone braced for the worst, as a tight grouping of silver bullets struck the evil lord!

"Who shot me!?" Kinji demanded.

"My buds!" Gentaro exclaimed, pointing as Haruto and Kouta made their way out of a magic portal already henshined.

"All finished Gentaro!" Haruto replied, tossing Fusion to Gentaro.

"Ossu!" he replied as he caught it and inserted it across from Cosmic.

Fusion(Super!)

"You're in for it now, Kinji!" Gentaro declared as he spun the globe.

SUPER FUSION ON!

Gentaro stood there, expecting to be powered up, but nothing happened!

"What was that about me being in for it?" Kinji said, pressing the red button to initiate his finisher.

"It didn't work! After all that!" Kouta shouted in frustration. "Come on Haruto! What are you waiting for?!"

Suddenly, he and Haruto dehenshined!

"That," Haruto replied.

Gentaro's Fourze Driver began chanting "Infinity!" in a continuous loop in the voice of the WizarDriver, as the shimmering form of WizarDragon circled around Gentaro, before going into his body.

Infinity, Please! Hi-Sui-Fu-Do-Bou-Zabu-Byu-Dogon!

Gentaro's suit became more like it did when he did Fusion States with Ryuusei, except the spandex undersuit was sparkly silver in color, and he was now wearing Haruto's Infinity Ring. Next, the sound of a horogai sounded from Gentaro's Driver as the Kachidoki Lockseed unzipped from a Crack overhead!

Soiya!

The Lockseed landed on Gentaro, unfolding with its usual announcement…

Kachidoki Arms! Iza Shutsujin! Ei Ei Oh!

Gentaro now stood before Kinji, with a shiny undersuit and Kachidoki Arms on top, with his Fourze helmet a sparkling orange in color. Instead of Gaim's symbol on the chest, it instead read "Friendship.". He also had the Drago Timer for some reason on his forearm, but the two Leg Basements remained as usual.

"NOW THAT'S MORE LIKE IT!" Gentaro shouted.

"Don't just stand there! GET HIM!" Kinji ordered.

Scorpio, Enter, Escape, and the New Gen Riders all charged at Gentaro, backed up by their various foot soldiers. Haruto and Kouta fell back the way they came, taking cover to watch the fight and also provide insight into their powers that Gentaro wouldn't necessarily have.

"Hey, Haruto? What's this thing do?" he asked, pointing to the Drago Timer.

"That's the Drago Timer. Normally it lets me summon copies of my other Dragon Styles, but I don't know what it'll do for you. Since you're space, I'd set it to Hurricane Dragon and then let it spin!"

"Okay then!" Gentaro said.

Drago Time! Set Up! Start!

Gentaro then rejoined the fray.

Land Dragon!

A yellow magic portal opened, and Agito came falling out!

"Huh, where are am I? Who are you?" he asked.

"I'm Gentaro Kisaragi, the man who will befriend all Kamen Riders! Put 'er there!"

Agito was bewildered as Gentaro did the Friendship Handshake with him.

"I'm Shouichi Tsugami! Um…what was your name again?"

"Gentaro!"

"Okay!"

The horns on his helmet opened up as he took a stance and began charging his energy as his symbol appeared at his feet. He then launched into a double side kick, knocking Scorpio back as she withdrew.

Flame Dragon!

Another magic portal opened, and this time Cross-Z Magma came out!

"Huh? Where the hell am I? Gentaro? What are you doing here?"

"You know me?" Gentaro asked, pointing to himself.

"What are you talking about?! You helped stop those two jerks that wanted to merge our worlds!"

"Doesn't ring a bell…" Gentaro said, scratching the nosecone of his helmet.

"Whatever the Drago Timer is doing while it's attached to you in Super Fusion States, it's summoning other Riders instead of copies. So he could be from a time or dimension where you've already met." Ryuusei tried to explain.

"Yeah, what he said! Now if you'll excuse me, there's a fight going on, and I'm not in it!"

With a battle cry, Cross-Z Magma charged in and began pounding foot soldiers.

"MY POWER IS OVERFLOWING!" he declared as he threw punch after punch at Dustards and Buglars. "MY SOUL IS ON FIRE! MY MAGMA IS SURGING!" he shouted as he turned the crank of his Build Driver.

Volcanic Finish!

"NO ONE CAN STOP ME NOW!"

Cross-Z Magma leaped into the air, accompanied by several variable magma dragons that combined with him and slammed into Enter and Escape, forcing them to withdraw.

Water Dragon!

A final portal opened up, and a blue Ryuki fell through!

"Ow…that smarts…what am I doing here, and why am I blue?"

"Um…I'm not sure! But you'll help us, right!"

"I guess so? You certainly look like a Kamen Rider…but I don't think you're part of the Rider War. Alright! I'll help!"

Final Vent!

A blue version of Dragredder appeared, as Ryuki launched himself skyward, as he was propelled forward by a jet of water from the dragon's mouth, as he somehow managed to miss the New Gens and instead take out a bunch of foot soldiers.

Suddenly, Ryuki began to fade out, as Cross-Z Magma and the others started to disintegrate as well!

"Gentaro, whatever magic brought them here is starting to weaken! They should get back through their portals as soon as possible!" Haruto warned.

"Okay! You guys have enough in you for one more attack before you leave?" Gentaro asked.

"Sure!" Agito replied.

"LET'S DO THIS!" came the reply from the magma musclehead.

"Alright!" Ryuki replied.

(Low-toned klaxon alarms) Limit Break!

"Haaaaaa…" Agito said, focusing for his Rider Kick.

Volcanic Finish!

Final Vent!

"RIDER GREAT GALAXY FINISH!" Gentaro shouted as all four connected with a different New Gen Rider, knocking them out of henshin. The three Riders then departed through their respective portals.

"Your help's all gone Kinji! Let's settle this ourselves!" Gentaro called, drawing the DJ Gun from the back of his Driver and charging forward with the Barizun Sword in the other.

"And just so you Busters don't get any crazy ideas about helping…" Kinji said as both Enter and Escape's Megazord's showed up as well as a pair of Gashadokuro showed up as well!

Call Mode

"Renn, are the Engines ready yet?" Hiromu asked.

"Still working on ours! There are the Ancient Engines though, but they're partnered with Sousuke, and he's kind of in the hospital right now, as you know."

"Ditto on the Buster Machines. Ace is the only one who's in any shape to fight, but it's better than nothing."

"There's still the Shinkengers; their Origami are the only ones that didn't get trashed last time." Ryuji reminded them.

"But that's what Kinji wants us to do…. but we have no choice."

Back at Mr. Brown's, Takeru received the call from Hiromu.

"Let me guess, that was Hiromu, and he wants us to bring out the Origami, so they can get trashed too?" Chiaki asked.

"Correct. But we're not going to." Takeru explained.

"Take-chan, those things will destroy the city if we don't!" Genta said exasperatedly.

"And we will stop them, but not with our own mecha. We'll be hitching a ride in someone else's." Takeru explained.

"Run that by us again, Takeru?" Mako asked, still skeptical.

"Ryunosuke, after treating them to lunch, I believe they owe us a favor."

"I'll call them at once, My Lord!"

Back at the fight…

"Well, I guess today's the day Panorama City falls to the forces of evil. Those Shinkenger are probably contemplating seppuku as we speak! So how about it? You guys surrender, and I'll call off my goons as a favor."

"I guess you didn't hear me the first time, Kinji! JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE?" Gentaro repeated.

"You can quote that silly mecha show all you want, but your defeat is inevitable. Other than the Origami, you've got, what? Four left? Your personal car/kitty/robot and those three Ancient Engines that only one of the Go-Ongers have a bond with. YOU'VE GOT NOTHING ELSE!"

That was just as the sound of a train whistle was heard, as well as the sound of a horn from a diesel engine…

"Touche…"

(Ressha Sentai ToQger)

Attention everyone! The Shinkengers and ToQgers are now arriving on the battlefield authorized by Providence at full speed ahead!

From the cockpit of the Hyper Ressha, Takeru, Kaoru, and Right began the group roll call.

"Super Shinken Red! Shiba Takeru!"

"Hyper Princess Shinken Red! Shiba Kaoru!"

"Hyper ToQ 1-gou! Suzuki Right!"

Next, from the Red Ressha, Tokatti, Hikari, Ryunosuke, and Chiaki sounded off.

"The Same! Blue! Ikenami Ryunosuke!

"The Same! Green! Tani Chiaki!"

"ToQ 2-gou! Tokashiki Haru!"

"ToQ 4-gou! Nonomura Hikari!"

At the controls of Diesel, Kotoha, Mako, Mio, and Kagura were next.

"The Same! Pink! Shiraishi Mako!"

"The Same! Yellow! Hanaori Kotoha!"

"ToQ 3-gou! Natsume Mio!"

"ToQ 5-gou! Izumi Kagura!"

And finally, manning the Build Ressha, were Genta and Akira.

"The Same! Gold! Umemori Genta!"

"ToQ 6-gou! Nijino Akira!

"The Samurai Sentai Authorized by Providence!" Takeru started.

"Shinkenger!"

"The Victorious Imagination! Ressha Sentai ToQger!"

"Going Forth!"

"Now departing, full speed ahead!"

"Ressha Henkei!" Right called.

"Ressha Gattai!" came the call from the others.

Maido go jōsha arigatō-gozaimasu. Tokkyūō, kansei itashimasu! (Thank you for boarding. ToQ-Oh is completed.)

"All Aboard, Hyper Ressha Tei-Oh!" Right, Takeru and Kaoru added.

"All Aboard, ToQ-Oh!" Came the announcement from the Blue and Green contingent.

"All Aboard, Diesel-Oh!" came the announcement from the girls.

"All Aboard, Build Dai-Oh!" Akira and Genta chimed in.

"Ohh! I see your plan now, Tono-sama!" Kotoha exclaimed in realization.

"Is she always like this?" Mio whispered to Mako.

"You get used to it. At least she gets to ride in the Ressha after apparently seeing them once."

"It's a good thing the Side Dish had some spare Passes for the Shinkengers!" Right exclaimed. "I'll have to challenge him to a fried rice battle to thank him!"

"President, Right. And that's the OTHER one, the one who's not a rabbit." Mio corrected.

"Enough talking! Let's kick these guys' butts!" Right exclaimed.

Each of the robots picked a target and went on the attack.

"Merde! This wasn't part of the plan!" Enter complained.

"I…" Right began, before being tapped on the shoulder by Kaoru.

"Ahem," Kaoru replied.

"We can see, your last stop! Hyper Ressha Tei-Oh! Giant Flash!"

Red and gold beams fired from the mech's hands and chest from side to side, and Enter ejected and sent his robot back to the subdimension.

"Fumikiriken, Express Slash!" the Blues and Greens called out as copies of their sword descended on opposite sides of one of the two Gashadokoro, before being cleaved in two by ToQ-Oh as it sailed past.

Escape launched an attack that sent Diesel-Oh reeling back.

"This doesn't look good!" Kotoha wailed.

"Don't give up, Kotoha!" Kagura pleaded. "Repeat after me!"

"Repeat after me!" Kotoha echoed.

"I am Strong!" Kagura said.

"I am Strong!" Kotoha repeated.

"I am Strong! I am Strong! I am Strong!" The two said together. "MECHA PILOT GIRL!"

With renewed energy, Mio and Mako let the other two take the controls, as a series of one-two punches had Escape on the ropes!

"We can see, your last stop! Diesel-Oh Spinning Kick!" Kotoha and Kagura shouted as the mecha leaped into the air before coming at Escape so fast she barely had time to withdraw.

"Yay! We did it!"

"She got away though…" Mio said disappointedly.

"Don't worry about it, she'll be back," Mako assured her.

Things were looking similarly bad for Build Dai-Oh as Genta frantically dashed around the cockpit trying to pull the right handles from the ceiling. But finally, the two managed to finish off the remaining Gashadokoro.

"So…I'm confused. Where do we stand now?" Right asked, unclear as to who owed whom.

"We'll figure it out...somehow," Takeru muttered.

"Everyone! A clap of victory!" Genta exclaimed.

The other Shinkengers and ToQgers obliged him.

"Well, looks like things didn't go as you planned!" Gentaro declared. "Let's see if this works!"

Gentaro somehow attached the DJ Gun to the blade of his Barizun Sword much like Kouta did with his Musou Saber.

"Now…If I remember right, Haruto has an axe or something…what's he say? Oh! Right! Come, Dragon!"

The shimmering form of WizarDragon emerged from Gentaro and turned into the AxCalibur.

High High High High High Touch! Plasma Shining Strike!

Gentaro threw the weapon skyward, then rocketed towards it, catching it on its return, before crashing down with both weapons.

"RIDER SUPER DYNAMIC CHOP!"

A massive cloud of dust flew up as Gentaro connected.

"He got him!" Kouta cheered.

As things started to clear up, everyone gasped in amazement as Kinji had managed to block with an unusual sword in addition to his StarSwordGun!

"Try this on for size! Super Shuriken Change!"

The shuriken on the side of the blade was spun, as it added fancy armor to Kinji's suit, as well as gold coattails.

Sheathing his primary weapon temporarily, Kinji pulled a handle on the sword, and it caused the blades to spin, as he ran and gunned with his StarSwordGun, finally hitting Gentaro with an X-slash that knocked him completely out of henshin!

"GENTARO!" all the Riders and Sentai shouted.

"Last chance. You can become my servants willingly, or we can do this the hard way." Kinji offered as he stood over a defeated Gentaro and took yet another selfie.

"What do you think?! This is our stage now! Come on Haruto!" Kouta said as the two prepared to change as Kinji wagged his finger at them.

"Uh-uh-uh! I wouldn't do that if I were you…" Kinji taunted and then motioned with his hand. "Bring them in."

On cue, Libra, Leo, and Kaito arrived, with the other members of Team Gaim, the Space Kamen Rider Club, as well as Wajima-san, Mayu, Rinko, and Shunpei in shackles.

"You better not lay a hand on any of them…" Kouta warned.

"Let my buds go!" Gentaro shouted as he prepared to transform again before Haruto stopped him.

"No Gentaro. The time will come for us to save them, but you must have hope for now." Haruto implored.

"Now that I have your attention, here's what we're going to do. Three days from now, we're going to hold a proxy battle. Fourze, Gaim, Wizard and the Reds, against my team and me. Some of them you know, some of them are going to come over from the Crazyverse for the occasion. You win, I let your friends go, and we go back to the Crazyverse and leave you alone forever. If my team wins though…your friends go free, but all you Riders and Sentai members get to be my newest associates, whether you like it or not! And if you don't show, I'm going to have all my forces invade this world and take it over! YEEEHAW!"

Kinji then launched into a victory solo, as the Riders and Sentai members again looked on in disbelief…
