Breaking Down Walls
Lei's POV
Randy was finally back on the road and I looked around the quiet house. I knew I was safe, but it takes time for the fear dies. I remember all the places Randy showed me where I could find a gun if I needed one. I never knew he kept them hidden in the house like this. I knew about his safe, but they are everywhere. Not easily found or located where the wrong hands could get to it and truly hurt someone, which is my concern especially with children. Randy was very smart and got secret compartments within the house that only he knew how to open until now. I walked in the kitchen and went to one of the secret compartments built into the oven. I did the mechanism how he told me and the secret door opened. I looked at the offending piece of metal. I ran my hand across the cool metal and picked it up. It was heavy in my hands. I let the weight of it settle in my hands. A shiver ran through me and I put it back and locked it up. I could never use one of those.
"Viper what are we going to do baby?" I asked looking at Viper. I bent down to pick him up he licked at my ring.
"Perfect Viper. Let's do some wedding planning." I said grabbing my mac book and pulling up facetime to call mommy.
"Hi Keiki."
"Aloha mommy." I waved.
"Whats going on?"
"Nothing just wanted to do a little wedding planning since I owe you a big wedding." I said.
"I'm so excited. First I assume you will be getting married here right?"
"It wouldn't be a Hawaiian wedding if not in Hawaii."
"Ok ok smarty pants. What do you need me to do?" She said grabbing a notebook.
"Um will you look at venues. I'm not sure if I want to do a church wedding or outdoor. So look at both and then we have to think about reception as well. I mean it would be easy If the reception is in the same location or fairly close. Wherever we look it has to be huge. Between our family alone, you have Randy's family and you have WWE people we have to think about as well." I said trying to guestimate how many people we have to plan for.
"Do you have a ball park of people?"
"That's what I was just thinking about, but I don't know. Maybe some place that can fit 500 capacity although I doubt it will get that big. I don't want to go bigger than 300-350 max. If we can get smaller even better." I said making my own list.
"Ok anything else?"
"Yes I really want randy's mom involved. Maybe we can fly her down there and you can look together."
"That's a good idea. We need to discuss how sneaky our children are." I rolled my eyes.
"Haha funny."
"Well ok I'm gonna go call Mrs. Orton."
"Ok love you."
"Love you too." I said ending the call. I already knew who I wanted to be my bridesmaids. Of course Ria is maid of honor. Then Tamina, Victoria, Trinity, and Simone will be my bridesmaids. So I went online to look and see if I can find some fun bridesmaid invitations. After looking on Pinterest I got the idea to send out cards with necklaces asking my bridesmaids and putting a Ring Pop in a box to ask Ria. It's going to be so cute. I'm may need a planner. Especially with Randy and I's schedules. Speak of the angel. My baby is calling me.
"Hello handsome."
"Hello beautiful. You okay?"
"Yes Daddy."
"Don't." He warned.
"What?" I giggled. He just laughed and sighed.
"What you doing baby?"
"Looking at wedding stuff. I have my mommy looking at locations. We're including your mommy too."
"Good to hear. Tell me when it's time to taste food." I rolled my eyes.
"You thought of groomsmen? I'm looking at invites."
"I just can't text them."
"No, who you thinking though?"
"It's between John and Nate for best man. I need like three more?"
"Yeah."
"I'll get some of my friends you met in St. Louis. You eat?"
"No, not yet."
"Make yourself something and get some sleep."
"Ew, Dr. Orton!"
"I'm just making sure you get back right."
"Me too. I need to have your dick in me." He huffed.
"Baby... You being bad."
"I know. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. Going to see if I can push this date up. I need my husband."
"I'm going to talk to your doctor. Make sure you ain't lying."
"You should. I'm kinda thirsty." He laughed.
"Go eat."
"Okay, sir. And I'll dream about giving you a lap dance and sucking your dick." I hung up.
John's POV
It's good to be back home in Florida. I've been in the gym everyday to get ready for my return next Sunday. I'm gonna be back at my real home. I miss being on my tour bus being in different towns every night. I'm mostly looking forward to travel with the baddest girl in game. Let me hit up my girl on FaceTime.
"What?!" She laughed.
"Damn hi to you too." I laughed. Her skin is glistening.
"What was you doing?"
"Just finished a workout. You wanna see my outfit?"
"Hell yeah." She turned the camera around showing me her dressed in a pink yoga shorts and a white sports bra.
"Yeah, you got the body that will carry my children."
"You don't want no babies." She said seriously.
"Yes, I do. With you baby. You gonna get a new last name too."
"Mmmm, is that true?"
"You playin' right?" She laughed.
"Yes."
"You had me!" She laughed harder.
"Teaches you not to be calling me during my workout time."
"I'm sorry I just have to see you."
"Okay, I'm missing you too. I'll text you after my meeting, okay?"
"Okay, I love you."
"I love you too, boy." She kissed the camera then end the call.
I know Ria doesn't like me spoiling her, but she's lying she love it. I already got her a Lambo. It's just taking a minute to get in customized. Her Cadillac is nice, but my girl needs something that fits her bossy little personality. I also need to keep it low key so people don't think this is Nena 2.0.
Randy's POV
My mind is everywhere, but on Raw. Lei is a thousand miles away and it's driving me crazy. I'm consistently checking the security cameras on the house. Let me call her.
"I'm relaxing Dr. Orton. And I just ate a garden salad."
"Just checking on you."
"I'm okay baby. Get back to work."
"I'll call you later. I love you."
"I love you too." It was so hard to hang up.
I had to go to a meeting. I could barely focus. I'm itching to check in on my baby. The minute I got out I checked the security cams. I saw her running out the house. I immediately called.
"Hello?"
"Lei?! What's wrong?"
"Nothing, I went out for a run. Are you watching me on the cameras?"
"Yes."
"Randy you're at Raw and the champ. You need to focus on that. Now don't call me until you're back on the bus after Raw." She hung up. Yeah, that isn't happening. I'm going to Big Brother this girl.
Ria's POV
I finally arrived at the arena after doing media with the guys. I'm missing Lei. It's not the same without her. I'm making sure the Carter brand isn't falling off though. It talked to some of bosses at WWE magazine and got The Shield the cover and a eight page spread. It's supposed to be different from your usual WWE Magazine shoot. I'm excited the guys kinda care.
I walked into the divas dressing room greeting everyone. The Bellas are here. How great.
"Someone left you a gift Ria." Nattie said. I looked at the bouquet of roses at the empty locker. There was a little bag of goodies attached.
'Dear Ria,
You're my SweetTart. I love you to Reese's.
John'
He gave me SweetTarts and Reese's Cup. My favorites.
"Aw, he's the best." I said sniffing my flowers. Nikki huffed and walked out slamming the door behind her. Brie gave dirty look. I just shrugged and took a bite of my SweetTart.
"You don't have to throw your relationship in her face."
"I'm not. She's the one constantly tweeting about us. She lost something she never really had. Get over it."
"Fucking bitch." She said under her breath as she left.
"So how us everyone else's day?"
"Good girl. How was Hawaii?" Ariane asked.
"Great. I couldn't have had more of amazing time."
"I saw Lei's rock. I congratulated Randy. But he didn't seem to be paying attention."
"Poor thing is probably jet lagged."
Leilani's POV
I love my husband, but if he calls me or text me one more time I'll lose it. I would ignore the call, but then he'll start freaking out. I need to call my muscle.
"Hello?"
"Hi Joe. I need you to do me a favor."
"What's up Sis?"
"Hide Randy's phone."
"Why?"
"He won't stop calling me. He thinks I'm gonna get kidnapped or something."
"Isn't that what your supposed to do in a marriage. Harass each other until death do you part." He laughed.
"You do this for me I'll babysit Anela next time you and Alicia go on a date."
"You would do that anyway." He's right.
"Just do it for your baby sister. Your only baby sister."
"Of course you're my only baby sister. That's what makes you a baby sister."
"I should have called Ria." I said becoming flustered.
"I'll do it. But you have to make me a chocolate cream pie."
"Deal."
"Deal. I love you."
"I love you too."
Joe's POV
I headed to Randy's locker room. Gotta look out for my sis. I knocked on the door. He answered it only briefly looking up from his phone at me.
"What up?" He asked.
"Leilani wants me to hide your phone." His head shot up.
"Why?"
"You're annoying her. But the thing is. I'm on your side. I rather have her here than by herself."
"Then I'll keep texting her. My plan is to keep bothering her until she agrees to come on the road with me."
"How about this. You put the phone down. Start prepping for Raw then after the show is over go back to harassing her." He looked at his phone and sighed.
"Okay." He put his phone in his gym bag.
"Don't worry man. Your house is like Fort Knox." I said heading to the door.
"And you can have a slice of that pie. A slice."
Natalya v. Talia Carter
"On the WWE App Natalya did a interview stating and I quote "Talia is a fierce competitor. But she's always had Tera by her side. In my career I have stood alone. Let's see if Talia can step her game up." Michael Cole said setting up the match.
"Talia is one of the strongest and most aggressive divas on the roster. Doubting her ability because her sister isn't here is a big mistake." JBL said. The Shield made their entrance. Talia entered the ring while Seth and Roman took position at ringside and Dean at commentary.
"Oh great." The King sighed.
"I know. I'm great on commentary."
The bell rang. Talia put her hands signaling a test of strength. Natalya locked hands with her. Before they flex their muscles Talia kicked her in the gut. Natalya fell to her knees. Talia elbowed her in the face then hit her with repeated blows to the face.
"Talia starting off aggressive in this match."
"Talia is always aggressive. That's what makes her Talia Carter. Yes Tera isn't here and it sucks, but that doesn't mean you'll see Talia fall off in anyway. Even in her absences Tera is better than half those girls in the back."
Talia stepped on Nattie's back and pulled her hair. The ref started counting she laughed in his face. She let go of Nattie's hair but not before smashing her boot in her back of her head. Talia smiled and raised her hands taking in the boos.
"That a girl! She's so hot." Dean clapped. Nattie ran at Talia. Talia grabbed her by the hair and swung her. Seth and Roman clapped. Talia bowed. Before she could turn around Natalya hit a German Suplex. Natalya then bowed. Seth and Roman tried to will their partner on. Talia stood up and hit Natalya with a a hard clothesline that made the crowd pop.
"Oh! That puts you to shame JBL." Ambrose said jumping up and down at commentary.
Talia picked up Natalya and hit her triple power bomb for the win. Seth, Roman, and Dean joined her in the celebration. Renee Young entered the ring.
"Talia, recent reports have said The Shield is shaken due to Tera's absences. Do you feel that you've silenced these critics?"
"Renee do we look shaken?" Renee shook her head.
"We are not. The Shield is here to stop injustice. Right now a injustice is being put against us, but we are going to fight and we are going to win. Tera will be back on her throne like nothing happened. The Shield is and always will the most dominate stable in WWE." Dean kissed her cheek.
"BELIEVE IN THE SHIELD." They did their pose and the show went commercial on a close up on their fist.
Ria's POV
I got congratulated coming through the curtain.
"You gotta keep that clothesline." Show told me.
"I'll see if Layfield is cool with it."
"If he isn't still take it." I laughed. Colby gave me a Gatorade.
"You think people are going to start shipping us together?" The Tumblr fans ship Lei with Seth like crazy. It's Dean and Dolph for me.
"Sera forever." We laughed.
We have another spot with the Authority at the end of the show so I went back to the locker room to rest up. No one else was here. I noticed my flowers were gone. This better be a rib. I looked around the locker room. I found smashed glass in the garbage. Yeah that's the vase. I went in the bathroom to find a bunch of roses in the toilet.
"Bitch." Nikki did this. It's taking everything in me not beat that cripple.
My phone rang. It's my baby.
"Hi Sexy." I greeted.
"Hello Gorgeous. You busy?"
"No I have some low time."
"Great match. You know Iove that triple power bomb."
"So do I. Thank you for the flowers and goodies. Even though they got destroyed."
"What happened?"
"I found the vase smashed and the flowers in the locker room toilet. My detective senses are telling me it's your annoying ex."
"I'm sorry. When you start traveling me you can leave them on the bus."
"Ah, this is my last week riding with Nick."
"Fuck Nick."
"Be nice John. He's one of my closest friends."
"Okay, changing subject. You looked so hot in that jumpsuit. I want to face you in a pudding pool match."
"Put the title on the line and it's on."
"Mania 30?"
"Bring it."
We talked until I had to go getting make up touched up.
After the end of the show I changed and met with Nick.
"The Queen of Squats has finally arrived." He said.
"Hello King of Cardio." I hugged him.
"You shouldn't be doing that. Your boyfriend might get mad."
"He won't."
"He will. You know he gets jealous quick. I would be too if I got a girl way out of my league. Wait, no girl is out of my league."
"One I'm a woman. Two can you two me cool with each other."
"We're complete opposites Ria. We have the same passion for this company but it ends there." I pulled his hair.
"I hate both of you." I said getting in the passenger seat.
"You hate me more."
Lei's POV
I rolled my eyes as my phone went off once again signaling my husband was calling me. He left me alone while for about an hour and as soon as he was done with his spot he called me again. This was the forth time since I told Joe to talk to him.
"Yes honey?" I said as a channel surfed.
"Hey baby." He said sighing.
"Hey you make it back on the bus?"
"Yeah just settling down. Merv loved his hat." I smiled
"Great. I love him Randy he's such a sweet man." I said.
"He is. Like a second dad to me."
"I know I feel the same way since we got together."
"Yeah." He chuckeld slightly.
"Whats up?" I ask him knowing something is on his mind.
"I just. I know you called Joe and asked him to ask me to calm down bugging you, and I don't mean to bug you, but you don't understand I just cant focus being away from you. Ever since." He paused. "Ever since you know, I just keep reliving it all. I can't stop replaying it all over and over in my mind. I haven't been sleeping." I sat there silently with tears running down my face.
"Baby why didn't you tell me I had no idea." I said crying.
"I just I didn't want to stress you out. But I just I just need you with me. I need to know that you are ok."
"I am ok."
"I know but I just need to see it, I just need to be sure everyday that you are still here."
"I'm confused so are you coming home?"
"If you wont come on the road with me then yes I am taking time off and coming home."
"No baby you cannot do that. You have too much going on right now. I know you love me to the moon and back, but you need to focus on you and work and being champ."
"That's all secondary now. When I married you, you became number one in everything. Hell before that. Leilani this job is nothing if you're not ok. Baby just please come on the road with me. Even if just for a couple of days. I need you please." I love this man so much. I stay a silent thanks to God for giving me such a wonderful man. If I need to be with him for him to be ok and do what he needs to do I will do it.
"Yes baby if you need me there, I will come. I just didn't know what you were dealing with in all of this. I will get the first flight out."
"I don't want you flying."
"Well how do I get there? I mean I can drive."
"No I just don't want you taking a public plane."
"Wouldn't I be safer around a lot of people."
"No I don't trust anyone. I'll have a PJ fly you out."
"Randy I'd feel better being around a bunch of people than flying alone."
"No I just can't handle that."
"Ok look you get some rest and we will figure it out in the morning."
"Ok."
"Ok go to sleep and do not call me until morning." After a couple of minutes I forced Randy off of the phone to get some rest. I decided to call up my once sworn enemy.
"Hello? Leilani is everything ok?" He said in a panicked voice.
"Yes yes I'm fine. How would you feel about a trip?"
"Huh what? We all just came off of one."
"Well I'm sure a certain baddie would appreciate a surprise visit." I said.
"Ahhh…Randy freaking out and wants to you meet him?"
"Ding ding ding. So what do ya say….friend?"
"Friend? Never thought I'd hear that."
"Well I kinda owe you my life times 2 so ya know by default and all that." I said. He chuckled.
"Alright let me get the jet fired up."
"Kay thanks."
John's POV
Well I wasn't planning on seeing my honey for a few days, but what the hell? That way I know she wont be hanging with Nick, and it may be time for me and Nikki to end this drama once and for all. She needs to just get over it. I called to have the jet ready in an hour. I called Leilani and let her know I would pick her up so we could fly out. I know no one is comfortable with her around people we don't know right now. Not until we have all healed from this nightmare.
I met with Lei at the airport. She packed a good amount of stuff. Since I'm returning next week I didn't see the point of leaving off the road again just to start back next Sunday so I called up my driver to get us from the airport and take us to SmackDown. It was very last minute, but he's my boy and I paid him extra.
The plane ride to Arkansas wasn't that long. Lei was looking at wedding stuff. She told me all the different Hawaiian traditions for weddings. I can see Ria and I doing them.
We landed and my bus was waiting off the tarmac.
"Has your bus always been that big?"
"Nah, I upgraded want to surprise your sister."
"Good, I know she wasn't going to feel riding on your other bus."
"Why?"
"You had Nicole on there."
"That's the same reason she wants me to move."
"Randy and I are gonna move too. Maybe we can get houses next to each other." I chuckled.
My driver Tommy helped us with our bags. He's a cool country guy and use to be Rey's driver. Once we got on I showed her around. She approves of the cheetah print stadium blanket I got Ria and the brown zebra print throw pillows.
We were gonna arrive at the arena soon so Lei went to the back to doll up for Randy. While she was doing that I was making sure all of Ria's favorite foods were in the fridge. I really want this to feel like a second home to her then she may be more likely to enjoy my house and move in.
We arrived at the arena. Lei called Randy to let her know we're here.
"He said he's coming now." She said hanging up.
"You sure look good for him."
"Thank you." She smiled.
"You gonna tell Ria?"
"Nah, I wanna surprise her." There was a knock at the door.
"Damn your Viper moves quickly." Viper, the dog, barked.
"Not you." Lei said with a laugh. I answered making sure it's him.
"Your queen my dear homie." I stepped aside and let Lei walked down the steps.
Leilani's POV
Before my Alexander McQueen heels could touch the ground Randy grabbed me and hugged me tight.
"Hi handsome." I giggled as he buried his head in the side of my neck so he can breathe in my scent. John is probably just looking at us bewildered.
"You okay? How was the flight?" He asked checking me over.
"Good baby. I'm fine."
"Who was John's driver?"
"Very sweet just like Merv. Can you calm down I wanna kiss you but those gums keep flapping." He took a breath, smiled, and kissed me. We heard some yapping coming from the ground.
"Hi Viper." Randy said picking Viper up and giving him some love.
"Thanks for coming with her man. Gave me a better peace of mind knowing someone I trust is with her." Randy said bro hugging John.
"Not a problem man. We family now gotta look out for each other."
"I know that's right."
"You see Ria around?"
"She was with Colby out by the ring."
"Thanks, see you guys later." We said good bye. Randy kissed me again.
"You look great." I wore a navy blue lace dress from the Kardashian Kollections with my hair straight and a little volume.
"Thank you baby. I wanna go say hi to Merv." I said taking Viper from him and putting him in my purse.
"Okay, come on." He took my hand.
"Are you just against wearing flats?"
"No, my hubby is tall. I don't want you straining your neck to kiss me. See I'm thinking about you." He laughed.
Randy put the bus code into the key pad and let me on.
"Merv!" I squealed seeing him.
"Ms. Leilani." He gave me a big hug.
"I should be saying Mrs. Orton. I missed you sweetheart."
"I missed you too. I'm sorry for putting you through all that."
"Now don't you apologize. I still have the same love and respect for you like I did before." I smiled.
"Thanks, what have you boys been eating in my absence?"
"Nothing that touches your food."
"I'll make something good for us tonight."
"So happy to have you back." Randy said kissing my cheek.
"Same here, sweetie."
"We're gonna let you sleep. Come on Ran." I said taking Randy's hand.
We went inside the arena. Any crew member that saw me greeted me warmly and took a look at my rock. As we turned the corner heading towards gorilla I saw my brothers. I took out like a bat out of hell to hug Colby. I heard Randy chuckle.
"Oh, shit Lei." He said hugging me back.
"Damn Lani. I missed you girl." Jon said getting the next hug. I talked on the phone with the both of them, but I haven't seen them since everything happened.
"I missed you both. You've both been doing great on the shows."
"It's so weird not having you at ringside. We can't wait until you're back out there with us."
"Yeah, you guys excited for this photoshoot?"
"As long as they don't try to put make up on me I'm good." Jon said.
"You've had worse things on my face."
"Very true."
John's POV
I've been looking high and low and I can't find my girl anywhere. I'm tempted to call her, but I like surprising her. I'll just text her.
'What you up to baby? I miss you.'
'Sitting at commentary looking on IG. I miss you too boy'
That wasn't that hard. As I walked over there I checked her Instagram. She posted a photo with Nick.
'Move over JBL, Cole, and King. Hottest commentary team ever.' She was giving her seductive look and Nick was next to her looking like a douche. I really don't understand why she's friends with him.
Ria's POV
Nick and I were messing around at commentary. He interrupted my Inbox segment.
"What's up Cena?" Big E yelled. I thought they were messing with me, so I kept looking at Nick. More commotion started.
"Your boyfriend." Nick pointed I looked towards the ramp there was John greeting everyone.
"Oh Gosh." This man is too much. He started walking my way. We haven't talked about how we're gonna be at work with each other. Some people feel bad for Nikki and Nick. Rumors started saying that I'm cheating with Nick. New day, new bullshit.
"Hi John." I said as he walk around the table.
"Hi baby." He gave me a hug. The guys awed. I rolled my eyes at them. They ohed making John laugh.
"Can you can come with me?" He asked looking deeply in my eyes.
"Sure. I'll find you later Nick." I walked off with John to the side of the stage. We didn't hold hands. This is so weird. When we got behind the curtain he grabbed me and kissed me passionately. I was getting into it at first, but then I realized were at work.
"John stop." I pushed him away.
"You look so hot." He grabbed my ass. Good thing were in a dark spot.
"What are you doing here?" I asked rubbing his biceps.
"Randy and Lei weren't liking being married through Skype so I came with her to come see you guys and since it's so close to my return I decided to get back on the road early. Gives us more time together." He wrapped his arms around me.
"We can't be like this at work baby." He kissed my head.
"Yeah, we can't here. But my bus is a different story." I kissed his neck.
"Let's go."
We went to bus loading.
"Did you get a new bus?"
"Yeah, a fresh start. Tell me what you think." He opened the door for me.
"You first." I said knowing he was trying to get a good look at my butt.
"No you."
"Okay." He laughed and went up first as he walked up I dug my nails in his butt.
"You better stop." I laughed.
"Where's your driver?"
"Sleep, I'll introduce ya later." He picked me up and carried me to his bedroom. From the quick glance I got at the main area it's nice. John threw me on the bed.
"Calm yourself big man." He chuckled and started kissing my neck.
"No more mirror?" I asked pointing to the ceiling. He reached for a remote and pressed a button. A part of the ceiling slide back revealing a mirror.
"Gotta stay discreet."
"I don't get how it works if its on the ceiling. If we're in regular missionary we both can't see. If I'm on top I'll have to throw my head back and I rather look at you."
"Let me show you then." He took off my skirt. I'm surprised that Super Cena is trying to have sex while we should be at work. Maybe the Internet fans are right. I'm turning him into a bad boy. I sat up to take off his shirt. As we kissed I heard my phone ring. I laid back and answered it.
"Hello?" John opened my legs I tried to push him back but the man is crazy strong.
"Samaria, I'm sorry for this being last minute but we found out Leilani is here and we need to have a meeting with the both of you." Stephanie told me.
"For what? If you don't mind me asking." John kissed my ankle. I threw a pillow his direction.
"A potential opportunity for you both." John started humping the pillow.
"Okay, I'll be down." I hung up.
"Where's my skirt. I gotta go."
"Can't be that important." He said.
"Stephanie called." He handed me my skirt.
"That's important." I put it on.
"Wait, where's our baby?" I called for Champ. He came out from under the bed.
"Little creep." John said.
"Don't be mean to our son."
"Is anyone else acting different to you?"
"No, you don't have to give anyone dirty looks."
"I'm gonna talk to Nicole. She really pissed me off. She shouldn't touch your shit."
"John, don't. She loves drama and takes pleasure in our anger."
"I'm not gonna get mad." I raised my eyebrow.
"I'm gonna talk to her."
"You disobeying me is kinda hot." He smacked my ass.
"Go to your meeting."
"Yes, Sir." I gave him a kiss.
"I'll see you after the show." I quickly made my way to the bosses office. I had no idea what opportunity they were offering up. I knocked on the door hearing a muffled "come in" so I let myself in. I walked in seeing Leilani had already arrived and looking fabulous.
"Hi sissy!" I said hugging her tightly.
"Hey." She said returning the hug. We separated to see Stephanie, Paul, and Mark Carrano sharing a knowing look then smiling at us. This may not be so great.
"Ladies have a seat." Paul said.
"So ladies in the short time you have been here you have turned this place upside down much to our pleasure. We knew we were making a great investment with you two, but we had no idea you guys would just blow us away as you have." Mark said.
"Thank you I guess?" I said sharing a look with Lei. Were they expecting us to be mediocre? I'm not surprised. I mean look at what we have to work with. I snapped out of my thoughts to listen.
"What he means is we knew you would be good, but you have both surpassed expectations. The fans can't get enough of you. Even with Leilani out on personal leave her presence is still very strong and Samaria you have been holdin it down while she recovers." Lol I love when Stephanie gets hood. "Which brings us to why we are here. Well a few things. First there is a title run in the works. Since Lei is still out for the time being we want to run you with the divas championship Samaria." I was shocked. Lei gave me a big smile.
"Wow um thank you I wasn't expecting anything like that." I said still not believeing what she just said.
"Well you deserve it. I know we have the last issue of WWE magazine featuring Shield on the cover, and Leilani we expect you will be able to shoot?" Stephanie asked brows raised.
"Yes I mean I am I just need to be mindful of stunt and action shots. I a still not medically cleared. I will be finding out my progress within the next week or so." She replied.
"Great we hope its soon, because when you do we are going to have you go over Layla and we want to run with that. We also are thinking of bringing back the divas tag team belts and putting them on you two so you are like undisputed champs, but that may be overkill we are thinking on that right now." They are loading us with surprises. We are going to get some major heat from the locker room, but bring it on.
"Ok I know its a lot, but we have one more thing we want to discuss with you two."
"Well bring it on. I cant imagine what could be better than this." Lei said.
"We want you two to join the cast of total divas." Did she really just say that? You could hear crickets chirp.
"Wait what?" Lei asked.
"I mean its one of E's top rated shows, and what would make it better than having our two best divas on the show?" Stephanie explained. I looked at Lei as she drew a deep breath.
"Why don't you two seem excited?" Paul asked. I let Leilani take this one. She's always best at this. She should have been a lawyer.
"I am sure Samaria appreciates wanting us to join the show as much as I do, but there are more bad reasons than good reasons for us to join the show. I mean its no secret what has happened with me, but I am not going to pretend to be friends with women I hardly know and get into all of that with them and share my life's tragedies. Then I am not sure how my husband is going to feel about it, plus we are in the middle of planning a wedding which I am not going to share with the world. Plus I imagine there will be a trial over my attack. Plus the drama with the Bella's more so Nikki because of Ria's relationship with John. If I whoop Nikki's ass again it won't be a staged fight, her ass will be incapacipated she wont have a career. She's begging for it. I'm just being honest we all know Total Divas is not 100% reality. If I am going to do a reality show the only person I am sharing it with is my sister and my family."
" Now I would have a lot to talk to John about and I am not sure after Total Divas he would do another show. I mean our relationship is controversial because people don't know the real story." I said.
"Well then tell it." Mark said.
"Like my sister said I don't want to share a show with anyone but her. I have no interest in total divas whatsoever." I shrugged.
"Well this is not what we were hoping to hear. We feel like it would be so great for the show." Stephanie said.
"I mean why can't we just have our own show then? I'm sure we'd blow it out of the water just like we do in the ring." Lei said.
"Well then what are you thinking?" Mark said.
"I mean we come from a long lineage of wrestling royalty so why not be about the challenges of living that legacy as well as us behind the scenes. I mean really behind the scenes not set up scenarios. If we can have our own show, I will convince my husband to do it." Lei said.
"I doubt Randy would do it." I said.
"You must not be hip to my persuasion skills." Everyone's eyebrows shot up at that.
"What he's my husband. I will talk to him, but I want to be able to not have certain things on the show if I want." She continued.
"Yeah John will take some work. I don't know. I mean I would do it, but would we be ok with him not being on the show if he says no?"
"I'm sure we can work it out and still have his presence on there." Mark said.
"OH and if we do it, we get to be executive producers, and we get to view all content before it airs or I'm not doing it." Lei said finally.
"I think that's doable." Paul said looking at Stephanie and Mark.
"Yeah, we will speak to the network about your suggestion while you both speak to your respective partners and then we will go from there." Mark said finally. We excused ourselves. I liked the idea of having my own show, but I just don't think John will do it. I may have to pull a Lei and envoke the power of the P if you catch my drift.
"It's going to be so hard to convince John."
"Girl, just give him some sexy time and he'll be down."
"Some? I'm thinking a lot. What about you? Can't you and Randy not have sex yet?"
"Just a few more days. I'll start with his tummy first then go lower." She winked.
"Speaking on my babe I'm gonna go find him. Love you." I told her the same.
After the meeting I had to go get my make up and hair done for the show. John hit me up before show time.
'Wear one of the short jumpsuits for me? Please'
'I already have a long one on. But I'll wear one just for you later though' time to use my power.
'Can't wait. How was the meeting?'
'Good, kept thinking about you. :p'
'Don't make me come back there and spank you'
'You can spank me all you want' I sent him a mirror photo of me bent over a little. He sent back one of the tent he's pitching in his Calvins. We're gonna have some fun tonight.
'Bad boy! I got to get back to work. I love you honey bun'
I left the locker room and went to one of the monitor areas to watch the show. When I walked up I saw Nick. We need to talk to friends and fam about the show too.
"Hi handsome." I said walking up aside him.
"Hi Ri. Lookin good."
"Thanks, so I need to pick your smart pre law brain on something."
"What up?"
"Lei and I had a meeting with Carrano, Stephanie, and Paul. They wanted us to join Total Divas. We joked saying we'd rather have our own show and they agreed."
"So you're gonna have your own show on E?"
"Nothing is set in stone, but most likely yeah. We said we have to be the executive producers and no scripting."
"If all that happens I think it will be good for you and Lei."
"Would you want to be apart of it? You would be a big part since you're my best friend."
"Yeah, I'm cool with it and its benefiting you so I can't say no." I hugged him.
"You're the best."
"I know, I know." He said fixing his hair.
Leilani's POV
After the meeting I checked in with Randy. Got to see him do his warm ups which is so hot. After I stopped by the trainers. They said they can do a few test with me and send them to my doctor. Of course my main goal is to get back in the ring, but I'm hoping I can get the okay to start having sex with Randy again. Not just to persuade him to do the show, but we both need it. I miss making love to my hubby.
Right now in finishing dinner. I decided on Malibu chicken with fries. While I was finishing mixing up the mayo and mustard for our dip Randy came in.
"Hello there beautiful." He grabbed my hip and kissed my cheek.
"Hi baby." I kissed him.
"Dinner is almost done."
"Okay, let me change." He still has his trunks on with some basketball shorts.
"Maybe you should shower." I said sweetly as I could to my stinky hubby.
"Are you trying to say something?" He gave me his viper stare.
"You smell bad. You look good though."
"Okay, I'll shower, but just because you complimented me." I laughed as he went in the bathroom. I made our plates and fed Viper. Randy came back into the main area in a grey v neck and some sweats. We said grace and proceeded to eat.
"So how did the meeting go?"
"Good." I don't want to bring up the show yet. After a morning massage and some breakfast then I will be.
"I looked at a few houses." I rested my head on his shoulder and looked up at him with sweet eyes.
"Anything catch your eye."
"Only a few. I'm picky."
"We need to make a list of what we both need and want."
"I need a big bathroom and walk in closet. Oh, and a big kitchen with a self cleaning stove… and a double oven."
"I'm putting the stove/oven under want."
"What are you're wants and needs then?" He put his arm around me.
"I need a big garage and backyard. We need at least 4 rooms since you have such a big family. I want a sex room."
"So five rooms?" I laughed.
"Yes." He chuckled.
"So are we going to hold off on the house so we can have enough money for a big wedding?" I asked.
"No we can work on both."
"You sure? They're both going to be a lot of money."
"We can do both. My wifey will have her big house and her big wedding." I kissed his neck.
"Our big house and our big wedding."
"Yes, baby. I say this week we find a wedding planner and a realtor. Since you, my mom, and your mom are handling the wedding I'll look at homes, cool?"
"Okay." I kissed him.
"You want to go lay down?" He asked rubbing my back.
"Yeah."
Randy's POV
I picked up Lei and carried her into our bedroom. I noticed her changing the subject when I asked about the meeting. She doesn't seem upset so I don't think they told her anything upsetting. I'll ask again in the morning.
"I feel so much better having you here with me." I said kissing her ear.
"I can't lie. I sleep better when you're next to me." She rubbed on my arm.
"I never thought I'd be that guy that can't function without his girl with him but I am and I'm proud of it." I laughed and kissed him.
"Remind me to give you a massage in the morning."
"What did I do?"
"Just because." I kissed his hand.
"Good night baby. I love you."
"I love you more baby. Sweet dreams."
John's POV
After the show Ria was taking a while to get on the bus. I called her to see what's up.
"Hello?"
"Everything good, baby?"
"Yeah, just getting my stuff out of Nick's car." I hung up. He's probably checking her out since she's all bent over getting her bags. I left the bus and went in the parking lot. I found her bent over looking in the trunk with Nick right behind her.
"Samaria!" I called. She turned around.
"Hi John." She said giving me a look.
"Here gimme your stuff." I said taking one of her bags.
"Damn don't pop a gasket." Nemeth muttered.
"You got something to say speak up."
"Stop treating Ria like she's a kid."
"Fuck off. You're just trying to sleep with her." Ria got in between us.
"Bye Nick. Thanks for letting me ride with you it was fun." They hugged. I can see he squeezed her tight just to piss me off.
"Babe come on." I took her hand and walked her to my bus. I heard her giggle.
"What's so funny?"
"Jealous you."
"I'm not jealous. Just fucking annoyed. I don't see what you gain from hanging out with him." She rolled her eyes.
"Stop I want to introduce you to Tommy." I popped her on the ass. Her jaw dropped and she returned the favor.
"What?"
"I'm a grown woman don't spank me."
"Don't act like you don't like that shit because you love it." She huffed and got on the bus.
"Oh hi." She said seeing Tommy.
"Tommy this is my girl, Samaria. Ria this is Tommy my homie and driver."
"Nice to meet you." She said shaking his hand.
"Same, John is always talking about you. You seem like a very nice girl."
"Thanks. I love your tats." She said checking out his sleeve.
"Thank you."
"I'm gonna go lay down. Good night boys." She said walking to the back.
"She won't be doing much sleeping tonight." I know she's mad at me right now, but Ria is a fiery thing so I know she doesn't mean it.
"Don't break a hip trying to keep up with all that." He joked.
"It's not easy trying to keep up with all that, but someone has to do it." I walked to the bedroom. Ria was in her mint green undies looking sexy laying on the bed. I took a picture of her. She whipped her head around.
"Don't post that!" She growled.
"Ah! when Ria attacks." She rolled her eyes again. I laid next to her in bed and pulled her on top of me.
"Baby mama. I'm sorry." She rolled her eyes.
"You're gonna go blind."
"I rather go death so I don't have to hear you yelling at me."
"I'm sorry baby, but seeing you with him pisses me off. I know he's your "best friend" but he's still a man."
"Since Nick pisses you off let's not talk about him." She got off of me.
"I'm sorry, I won't yell at you again like that. It was out of character for me. You're my girl I shouldn't talk to you like that." I kissed her cheek.
"You're a mean old man. You were supposed to show me how the mirror works."
"I still can." I said stroking her thigh. She kissed me.
"Better make it good."
"Fuck good. I only do great Baddie."
Ria's POV
John and I went at it for a hour. He may make me mad, but I love him so much. Hopefully he knows how much I do and knows I won't cheat on him with Nick and knows our love is strong enough to make it through a reality show.
I'll bring it up in the morning after a lot of buttering him up.
"Good night my king." I kissed his cheek.
"I love you, my queen. Good night."
