Hello everyone! I know it has been awhile, I have been busy with school and whatnot so I had to put this on hold. But anyway, your patience shall now be richly rewarded! Enjoy! :)
Making their way through the woods, Sumiko and Shuu found themselves at the moss ridden and leaf strewn paved road that led to the shrine. As they walked the overgrown path, Sumiko pointed her flashlight towards her right randomly and she saw what appeared to be a stone marker. It was covered with poison ivy, so Sumiko used a stick to push away the botanical irritant to see what was carved on the marker. It said "Watanabe Shrine a half mile ahead." Besides this marker, Sumiko and Shuu had also seen a moss covered Dousojin statue.
They were statues that protected travelers and villages from evil forces. In fact, the two recalled seeing numerous Dousojins scattered across Mibuzaki. Most of them were either really old or brand new. No doubt the residents used them to ward off the Pestilence and the spirits of Watanabe Shrine. Moving on, the young couple made their way to the Shrine of Death.
Cautiously they crossed the Tree Filled Courtyard into the shrine Entrance Hall. When they reached the door to the Bronze Atrium, they found it to be locked. When Shuu tried pushing it, it would not budge even an inch. Sumiko joined him but not even their combined strength could push it open. That left only one other route.
Through the Pilgrim's Dining Hall.
Sumiko dreaded going through that way again. Ayumi Oshiro's spirit was fought there during her first night, and Sumiko had no intention of battling the ghost of her long dead aunt. However, that way provided the only accessible route to get to the Bronze Atrium and in turn the Shrine Grounds. Clenching her fists and hiding her anxiety, Sumiko led Shuu towards the Dining Halls. The rooms were still in their tattered states of disrepair as the couple made their way through.
Sumiko's eyes darted about the room anxiously for any signs of paranormal activity. Thankfully there were none to be found, the room was relatively quiet.
"Its weird." Shuu said suddenly, startling his girlfriend.
"What is Shuu?" She asked slightly anxious.
"The dishes on the tables here." He said pointing towards them. "They look clean, like brand new. This place has been abandoned since 1855 and these things aren't even covered with dust"
Sumiko looked at the teacups and saucers on the small tables. True to what he was saying, the dishes were in great shape, not even a chip, crack or a strand of cobweb on any of them. Maybe the ghostly inhabitants kept them in pristine condition despite the onslaught of time and the elements. Maybe cleaning the dishes was a way for the more "mellow" spirits to keep a hold on their sanity during their long haunting. Walking through the kitchen was even spookier since it was mostly pitch black, save for the small square holes just under ceiling to let smoke out, and cold due to the stone floor and the dusty black iron rice kettles giving of a frigid aura.
After passing through the faded noren curtain that separated the kitchen from the Priests Dining Hall, Shuu breathed a sigh of relief while Sumiko tensed up. This was where she re-witnessed her aunt's death, the beginning of her mother's insanity and where ultimately fought the former's terrified spirit.
"Rina… Why are you still here…?" Ayumi's words echoed in Sumiko's ears again and she nervously looked over towards the storage closet. She expected it to slide open and for Ayumi to come out shrieking. But nothing happened thankfully. When they reached the door, they found that to be locked too. However, instead of a physical block, a bloody handprint and some sacred rope and paper were draped over the door.
A strange wavering paranormal aura covered the door. Sumiko took a picture of the door. The image of a familiar storage closet and the cloudy portrait profile of a young woman appeared in the photo. Sumiko knew what and who these were. She turned wordlessly towards the closet.
"Sumiko?" Shuu asked curiously.
Sumiko opened the closet door carefully. A huge draft of cold air blew out, giving the young couple a case of deep shivering. A strange scratchy noise whispered out of the small space. Taking up her Camera, Sumiko looked through the lens and she saw what she was looking for. Just above the scorch mark, was the same ghostly image of her aunt Ayumi.
Sumiko stared at the still apparition. She felt sadness and pity for her long lost relative. What would her life have been like if Rina any Ayumi had never gone to the shrine? She would have had an aunt, possibly an uncle and some cousins too. Despite this, Sumiko considered on some of the good points that probably would have never happened if her mother did not visit Watanabe all those years ago. Her mother would have never met her father, her family would have never moved to Shizuhara and in turn, Sumiko would have never met Shuu.
Smiling sadly yet contently at the thought. She silently took the picture and watched her aunt's spirit disappear. A strange hissing sound came from the locked door. The bloody handprint began to burn away into a scorch mark and the sacred rope snapped. After watching this spectacle, Shuu walked over to the door and he tried the doorknob.
It opened. The bronze lanterns in the Bronze Atrium were still lit and softly moving in the breeze. Remembering the clue given by a semi-conscious Akio, Sumiko began to make her way slowly towards the small flight of stairs leading down to the raked gravel space. Shining her flashlight at the corners, Sumiko found what appeared to be knife embedded in the ground. Upon closer inspection, Sumiko saw that the polished and lacquered wooden hilt had the word "Kindness" written all over it in black ink kanji lettering.
"How strange…" Sumiko thought to herself. She bent down to pull the blade out. Just as her fingers were about to touch the hilt, a pale white hand suddenly appeared and grabbed the knife. Startled out of her skin, Sumiko quickly backed three feet away while Shuu simply froze where he stood. The figure had a slender feminine shape and she dressed from head to toe in white.
It looked like the clothes that a stereotypical ninja would have worn. Arm and leg guards, full head covering, tabi socks and sandals, trousers that slightly resembled pantaloons and what looked like a peasant's winter shirt. The figure pulled out the knife and she turned around. She was also wearing the trademark mask of the Guards, pure white with two large black holes for the eyes and two tiny one for the nose. She just silently stared at them.
She began to walk towards Sumiko before slowly vanishing into thin air. Ice cold fingers suddenly grabbed and pulled back on Sumiko's hair. Shouting in surprise, Sumiko then felt the edge of a knife on her throat. Before the blade could slash her throat, there was a loud blasting sound and the cold fingers suddenly let go of Sumiko's hair and the knife disappeared along with them. Grabbing her throat in fright Sumiko turned around and saw that her savior was Shuu and his Spirit Stone Flashlight.
"Are you okay?!" He asked with alarmed concern and he ran to her.
"Yeah I am…" She replied softly. She looked at him and from the corner of her eye she saw the Guard coming up behind Shuu with her knife raised in the air preparing to stab him.
"Oh shit Shuu move!" Sumiko shouted.
She pushed her startled boyfriend away just as the knife blade came down. Thankfully, all it stabbed was the air. The Guard slowly straightened herself out as Sumiko readied her Camera Obscura. The Guard swiveled her head in her targets direction and she began to stalk towards them. The Viewfinder charged up as the white specter got closer and closer with the knife glinting from the orange light of the bronze lanterns.
The Guard raised her blade up again in a threatening manner, as she slowly got closer. The Viewfinder was completely charged up just as the space between Sumiko and the Guard was about five and a half feet away. She clicked the button but just as she did, the phantom vanished. The film was wasted and Sumiko and Shuu's nerves were now on edge. They had never encountered a ghost this fast or reflexive before.
Before they could register the sudden disappearance, the snowy image of the Guard reappeared right in front of Sumiko. She held her arm back and she thrusted her Exorcism Knife right into Sumiko's abdomen. The pain sent Sumiko tumbling down onto her knees with her hands cradling her stomach and curse words and howls of pain reverberating from her lips.
"AHHH!"
The Guard teleported behind Sumiko and she swiftly brought the knife down by her right shoulder blade. Another scream echoed out of Sumiko's mouth. Shuu, who was petrified with fear and had fallen backward onto the stairwell, finally found the strength to act after hearing Sumiko's agonized screams and the swift attacks that had induced them. He aimed the Spirit Stone Flashlight at the ghost as she was pulling out her knife from his girlfriend's back. The blast of holy light hit the specter hard, causing her to be pushed back into the wooden pillar in the corner.
Shuu soon ran to Sumiko's aid.
"Sumi are you alright?!" He asked in a panic.
"No…" Sumiko groaned. Despite being stabbed, Shuu didn't see any stab wounds or blood anywhere. He felt a little relieved but his fear remained.
"Are you in pain…?" Shuu asked knowing that that was a stupid question.
"Yes…" his girlfriend responded back with a voice frustrated with both pain and barely veiled anger. The sound of gravel getting crushed underfoot caused Sumiko to focus her pained attention towards the Zen garden. She could see footprints creating small craters on the finely raked lines of pulverized stone. They were being made carefully, as if the invisible Guard was staking the couple out for the kill. Trying to ignore the pain, Sumiko lifted up her Camera Obscura and she looked through the Viewfinder.
She only caught a glimpse of the Guard before she disappeared again. Old wood creaking under weight came from behind the couple. Sumiko swiveled around and she saw the Guard walking down the stairs, tracking dusty footprints and staring a hole into Shuu with her masks empty eyes… As much as she wanted to take blow her away with the Camera, Sumiko decided to wait until she got closer to Shuu. The tension rose when she got closer to a terrified Shuu.
He knew she was coming due to the direction Sumiko was facing with the Camera. Why she wasn't doing anything was anyone's guess but he had to trust her. He backed up against the pillar and waited with tense anticipation as the footsteps walked on the gravel became audible once again. Through the Viewfinder, Sumiko could see the Guard raising her knife hand up to stab Shuu. A Shutter Chance became available and Sumiko took it.
The first blast startled the Guard while the second Shutter Chance pushed her back. The Guard disappeared again and reappeared a few feet away from Sumiko. She walked up to her with her knife in hand when the holy light from Shuu's Spirit Stone Flashlight touched the Guard. This was the "killing blow." The Guard held her free arm out in a defensive position as she backed away.
She then seemingly looked up towards the sky, fell to her knees and disappeared for good this time. All that was left of the Guard was the knife. After helping Sumiko up, the two walked over to the knife. Sumiko picked it up and scrutinized it further.
"This must be one of the Exorcism Knives…" She said.
"How are you going to carry it?" Shuu asked.
Sumiko looked at her satchel.
"Right in here," she said as she gingerly placed the knife horizontally inside it. After that hair raising battle, Sumiko and Shuu pondered their next step. The next area mentioned in Akio's sickness induced riddle and the closest one to the Bronze Atrium were one of the pagodas. Neither Akio, Sumiko or Shuu have been inside of them before and it was traditional for Buddhist temples to have a statue of their founder placed within their grounds.* With this in mind, the two headed up to the Temple Courtyard.
The way there was desolate and foreboding. Pure silence and the occasional breeze was all that was heard. The only thing that occurred was when Shuu saw the ghost of man wearing clothing that was popular around the Turn of the Century. He was walking down the path towards the Temple Courtyard and half way to the stairs he vanished. However he left something where he last stood.
Getting closer, Sumiko and Shuu saw that it was a pile of light brown, aged papers. The papers had the name Hideki Asou and the date September 8, 1907 written on them. Sumiko was a little surprised about this. She had completely forgotten about the folklorist and paranormal enthusiast that went missing here at the shrine over a century ago.
"What are those?" Shuu asked.
"Papers from someone named Hideki Asou. Have you heard of him?"
Shuu scrunched his eyebrows as he scoured his memory.
"Yeah… I think my mom and dad did some research on him. He was the nephew of Kunihiko Asou and he was a paranormal researcher plus folklorist. He disappeared mysteriously in 1907 at…"
Shuu trailed off when he realized that he was standing in the exact same place where Hideki disappeared all those decades ago and that he just saw the man's ghost.
"Holy crap!"
"What?" Sumiko asked.
"He went missing here! We just saw his ghost! This is so unbelievable!"
Shuu was both excited and a little scared. Solving the mystery of his death would be a unique experience if it weren't for the major possibility that they might witness how Hideki died and would probably experience the same fate he did all those years ago…
"Yeah it kind of is…" Sumko said with a half-interested tone as she became engrossed with the papers she was holding. They looked like research papers and journal entries.
"Significance of Skin in Religion - Rough Draft"
by Dr. Hideki Asou.
September 8, 1907
Skin, according to medical dictionaries, is the largest organ of the human body. It serves as shield for our internal organs, muscles and bones and helps regulate our body temperature through perspiration or shivering. Since the dawn of time, skin has served an important factor in society. Skin color was used to denote one's class, occupation and whether they were "superior" (usually pale skin) or "inferior" (usually dark skin since peasants and the working class worked in the sun all day). Despite serving humanity's basic need for societal structure and dominance over their betters, skin has also served a religious need as well.
The most prominent religious significance of skin can be found in the old codices of the Aztec people of Mexico. To celebrate the coming of spring, a young man was sacrificed by being skinned alive. After he was flayed, an elderly priest would then wear the skin to symbolize the coming of spring. His elderly flesh represented old age, winter and the coming of death while the youthful "hide" symbolized the birth of new life, renewal and spring. The god of spring, Xipe Totec, was said to wear flayed skin and this is another reason why his priests practiced this. Flaying sacrifices was also performed by the Inca civilization of the Andes region of South America as well.
Even Roman Catholicism has flaying in its scriptures. A man named St. Bartholomew was flayed alive for his beliefs and ironically he became the patron saint of tanners. He is usually depicted in Christian artwork as a well-built man carrying or wearing his flayed skin. I have read that the Milan Cathedral in Italy contains a statue of the saint that depicts him wearing his flayed skin like a toga around his exposed musculature. It has been described to be gruesomely realistic.**
And now here in Watanabe Shrine, I have discovered the Flaying Ritual. The removal of the Aku-seijou's skin is equated to removing the evil that had been plaguing the land and finding renewal with the death of the sacrifice. This is quite similar to the above mentioned flaying sacrifices performed by the Aztecs. The skin represented the aura of evil that covered the region and that the body beneath the skin in turn symbolized the land and its bounty. Cremating the flayed corpse can symbolize the cleansing of this "bounty" by eradicating the evil energy.
I do not know how flaying became a mainstay ritual at this shrine. But it does have a connection to the Shinto doctrine of spiritual cleanliness. Cutting away the filth and purifying the body with fire is a phrase mentioned frequently in the texts found here at this shrine. I do know that Shintoism, my religion, does not have any funerary practices. The cremation that followed the Flaying Ritual is obviously a Buddhist rite***
It is very unique how both Buddhism and Shintoism were syncretized during ancient times. The other rituals performed here have some Buddhist overtones as well. That union ended with Emperor Meiji enacting his edict of separating Shintoism and Buddhism permanently over three decades ago. I wander what the opinions the spirits here would have regarding this separation. No doubt they would be very surprised about how much this country has changed over the last few decades…"
Sumiko scrutinized the interesting essay. It was very verbose and rambling but it still grabbed Sumko's attention. She saw a diary entry and she became intrigued by them as well.
"September 10, 1907
I can't leave this shrine! I have tried to exit through the main entrance but the doors are sealed shut. Something is keeping me here… I fear the coming of dusk now. What is going to happen to me if I stay another night here?
To make matters worse, I am starting to see the ghosts without the Camera now…
Please… Somebody, anybody!
Help me…"
Sumiko considered those two last words at the bottom of the journal entry.
"What did happen to him?" She said quietly aloud. What she did know was that sooner or later, they were going to find out. After putting away the papers, young couple made their way up the stairs. As soon as they reached the top, Sumiko and Shuu studied the two pagodas that were positioned on each side of the paved pathway. Akio's voice entered their thoughts as they examined the structures.
"One at the feet of the founder…"
Sumiko scrunched her face in a contemplative frown.
"The question is, which one of these has the Exorcism Knife and should we split up?" Sumiko asked, but she knew the answer.
"No, I think we should stay together. Which one should we go into first?" Shuu asked.
"How about this one?" Sumiko pointed towards the left pagoda.
"Alright, lets check it out." Shuu said and together the two walked over to it. As they got closer to the wooden door, Sumiko couldn't help but look up at the pagoda. For some reason, the top floor of the structure gave her an ominous feeling as if somebody was watching her or something terrible had happened there or both. As soon as they reached the entrance however, the couple discovered that it was locked.
"Maybe it needs a key." Shuu said.
"We should check the other one next." Sumiko replied. She was happy to get away from the pagoda. She didn't want to feel this anxiety she was feeling. However, it was highly likely that they were going to encounter another Guard again in the other pagoda so Sumiko didn't know which was worse. As they walked away, the air suddenly became very still.
With the hairs on the back of her neck standing up, Sumiko froze in place as Shuu walked ahead of her without noticing her absence at first. Sumiko didn't know what was going on and she crossed her arms as it suddenly became very cold.
"Ayu… I'm sorry…"
Sumiko looked up towards the sky just in time to see a dark figure falling down on her in a crucified position. She screamed and braced herself for impact but it didn't come. The falling figure fell through her and a great chill wracked her body along with the sharp sound of something heavy landing hard on the pavement beneath her feet. Shuu came running to aid her.
"Sumi! What happened?!"
"A… A man fell from the top floor of the pagoda! He fell on top of me!" Sumiko stuttered rapidly.
Shuu looked around. He didn't see anything but after all he had been through last night, he believed his shaken girlfriend. Calming her with soothing words, Shuu put his hands on both of Sumiko's shoulders and he led her away from where she was standing towards the other pagoda. As they got closer, Shuu could feel Sumiko's tension as she shivered and looked up towards the top, fifth floor of the pagoda. They reached the door and Shuu pushed it open.
The lights from the young couple's flashlights lit up the pitch-black room. It was a mostly wood and plaster room. A flight of stairs were on the left and it wound around the wall up towards the second floor. In the middle of the room was a big wooden statue surrounded by a wooden fence with an offering table covered with a green cloth emblazoned with the Watanabe clan symbol on it along with some wooden offertory boxes and an incense burner. A dusty wooden sign was in front of the fence with bold characters stating the identity of the figure whose likeness was carved into the paint-faded wood:
"Watanabe, Kazuya,
The esteemed founder of this shrine and the ancestor of the prestigious Watanabe family. Founded the shrine during the Heian era during the second year of the reign of Emperor Reizei (968 A.D.), year four of the Koho era. Passed away seventeen years after construction of the shrine was completed (984 A.D.) in 1001. His ashes were scattered around the shrine's honden."
Shuu moved his flashlight away from the sign towards the face of the statue. The ancient paint on the dust covered statue looked like scales on the creases of Kazuya's Heian era garb, the flesh of his bent knuckles, wrinkles on his forehead and the lines on his mustache. Blotches of brown wood decorated the body and the only thing that stood out besides the dull colors were the statue's eyes. Despite the neglect and passage of time, the white paint was still vibrant and they seemed to glow after Shuu moved his flashlight beam away from the eyes.
Besides the eyes, something glinted from under the light of the flashlight. On one of the fence posts directly in front of the statue was a slender object jutting out from it. It was a knife, an Exorcism Knife. Walking around the altar, the thick black kanji letters on the hilt for the word "hope" became more legible. Shuu reached up to grab the knife to remove it from the fence post.
The blade was firmly stuck in place and Shuu had to give Sumiko his flashlight so he could wiggle and jostle the hilt to loosen the blade from its place. As soon as he got the knife out, it was suddenly torn out of his hand. The blade sliced the skin between his right thumb and forefinger quite deeply and Shuu shrieked with pain.
"Shuu?!" Sumiko asked with concern upon seeing the bizarre event. She turned towards the direction where the blade had gone and she saw the tall, luminescent figure of a Guard standing a few feet behind Shuu.
"Shuu look behind you!" Sumiko shouted.
He immediately turned around and he jumped back when he saw the pale apparition. The Guard was obviously a man because of his size and build. The Guard began to walk slowly towards Shuu with an eerily slow gait. Both Sumiko and Shuu readied their respective Camera Obscura and Spirit Stone Flashlight after the former gave it back to him. The Guard vanished and reappeared a few feet away from Shuu and he repeated this action in a zigzag pattern.
As soon as the Guard reappeared in front of Shuu with his knife raised up above his head, Shuu "struck" him with the beam of the flashlight. It pushed the Guard back hard and the floorboards creaked under the weight of his retreating, invisible feet. Sumiko, who had a shutter chance, missed it when Shuu forced the Guard back and the film was wasted. The Guard regained himself and he disappeared again. Sumiko and Shuu looked around frantically for him.
As she moved the Viewfinder around the room, Sumiko saw at the corner of her eye something pure white. Turning to her left, Sumiko saw the Guard directly in front of her with his knife hand behind him in preparation to stab her in the chest. Sumiko shrieked in fear, drawing Shuu's attention. Before the tip of the Exorcism Knife could "break" Sumiko's skin, the spirit stone flashlight stopped the Guard in his tracks and he disappeared again. Shaking all over and sweating, Sumiko vehemently expressed her gratitude to Shuu.
"T..t..thank you Shuu!"
Before Shuu could say anything, Sumiko saw the pale hands of the Guard right behind him. His left hand was reaching for Shuu's mouth to silence him while his right hand with the knife was going for his throat. Without saying a word, Sumiko quickly raised her Camera. She took a picture and it stunned the ghost and startled Shuu. Before she could strike him again, the Guard disappeared. He reappeared behind the fenced in enclosure and began to walk the length of it staring at her with his emotionless, blank mask.
Shuu and Sumiko watched him anxiously as he silently glared at them. He walked through the portion of the fence that was in front of Kazuya Watanabe's statue and altar and began to slowly walk towards Sumiko. He vanished into thin air again, causing Sumiko's heart rate to increase ten fold. She gently moved the Camera around anticipating the Guard's attack. She didn't have to wait for long however.
The Guard suddenly appeared right in front of her but his attack was not to be. Sumiko got a Shutter Chance and she took it while at the same time, Shuu aimed his flashlight at the Guard as well. The combined attacks greatly weakened the Guard and as he was pushed back, Sumiko finished him with another Shutter Chance. The Guard stood frozen to the spot shaking slightly before finally collapsing onto his knees and hands. After disappearing for the final time, Sumiko and Shuu breathed a sigh of great relief.
On the floor where the Guard had once stood was his Exorcism Knife. Sumiko went over to pick it up, kanji lettering on the hilt said "Gratitude", and put in her bag. Not wanting to stay another minute in the pagoda, the young couple immediately left. Being out in the fresh, warm air felt wonderful after being in the unusually frigid pagoda. Crickets were singing far off in the distance while a gentle breeze rustled the leaves of the trees around the shrine.
Their next destination was the temple. The two walked in silence, they were drained emotionally from their recent skirmishes with the two Guard ghosts and didn't feel like speaking. Sumiko however began to feel quiet apprehension, as they got closer to the temple. The memories of being chased by the Malice Seer, Hideo Watanabe, haunted her still. But she drew in her inner strength and pressed onward.
Upon reaching the huge double doors, Sumiko and Shuu pushed them open. The heavy doors caused a loud, droning creaking sound to echo across the worship chamber inside. According to Akio's words, two knives were going to be found with the enlightened Gautama or Buddha. The room was just as Sumiko had left it, except the secret passageway to the Aku-seijou graveyard was closed up. The candles gave the room a warm glow that was magnified by the semi polished metal of the ancient Buddha statue and from his audience of bodhisattvas behind the latticed walls. Looking at each other and nodding in silent agreement, the two cautiously entered the temple.
As soon as Sumiko crossed the threshold however, something grabbed her from behind. She could clearly feel the impression of two hands grab her shoulders and yank her out of the temple and down the small flight of steps.
"What the…?!"
Shuu heard her exclamation but before he could react to his girlfriend being dragged out, the doors were slammed shut in his face. He tried desperately to open them but they were locked.
"Shuu! Shuu! Are you okay!?"
He could hear the muffled cries of Sumiko crying out his name from outside. Shuu rattled the door handles even harder in frustration.
"Sumiko! Are you alright? What happened?!"
Before he could receive an answer, the air and light became a scratchy monochrome gray. A shiver went down his spine. The eerie silence was now replaced with the noise of many voices chanting prayers to Buddha. Shuu slowly turned around and he saw a large crowd of people in antique kimonos prostrate on the ground deep in prayer. Some monks were inside as well, trying to guide the faithful in their prayer or were amongst the people themselves chanting too.
The congregation sounded terrified by the way they chanted and prayed while the monks appeared to be doing their best not to lose their cool to fear. Shuu thought he heard something outside of the door but before he could investigate, the doors suddenly opened. Two Guards came in and along with them, the screams of terror came in from outside and as well as streams of black fire spreading outside… Shuu backed away from the two men as they entered with knives in hand. One of the monks looked up to see the Guards closing and barring the door with a long wooden board meant to keep invaders out in times of war.
The Guards drew their knives and by then, Shuu knew what he was going to see next was something rather unpleasant…
*= Buddhist temples sometimes have a special building to hold the statue of their founder. I didn't want to create an entirely new building however and I misread before that pagodas were the ones that held the statues. So, Watanabe Shrine is going to be a unique shrine/temple complex!
**= Just look up a photo of that statue. It looks so real...
***= The Shinto religion sees death as unclean. I forget how they used to bury their dead before Buddhism was introduced into the country during the first millenium.
So what do you guys think? Shuu and Sumiko are constantly getting thrown into the lions den quite frequently anymore aren't they? Thank you for reading and please review! :)
