Lloyd woke up one morning later than usual. He yawned and looked beside him. Crystal and Aqua werent there. Odd. He looked at his parents nest. It was empty too. He looked everywhere but, nothing. He saw something white on the wall. It was a sheet of paper with something on it.
"Lloyd,
Me, your mother, and your brother and sister have went to do something you wouldnt be interested in, so we are letting you look after the hollow for the next 2 days until we return, so here are the rules:
No parties
Never leave the hollow unless you are getting food
Let no one into the hollow unless its Rafael (not even Nico or Pedro)
Remember breaking these rules will result in bad punishment, so don't disobey! Cody will check you every once in a while.

Lloyd removed the note and threw it out. He knew all that from heart, Blu and Jewel left a lot, so they gave us those same rules. Atleast they knew what he was and wasn't interested in.
Lloyd flew out to a nearby mango tree to get himself a mango. While he was searching for a ripe mango he heard some noise nearby. He ignored it and continued. Shortly after he heard screeching. He immediately flew where the noise was. He hid behind some bushes and saw 4 birds in the distance.
3 of the birds were all black, and the 4th was a spix macaw, like Lloyd, except the bird had some golden feathers around its neck. He couldnt tell if it was a male or female from his position.
Lloyd saw the black birds attacking the spix macaw. He watched. The black birds were attacking fiercely, the spix macaw tried to fight back. But the birds where faster and laid some pretty fierce blows on her.
Lloyd was thinking to himself, "Who the heck would attack a spix macaw?" He Wondered. He needed a better look. He flew towards a closer tree, then his leg got stuck. "Damn." He said. He thought about his mother saying, "Watch your language before I smack the words out of you!"
"Dang." He said. He freed himself and rushed towards the nearby tree. The bird was female. The others were male. "What are they trying to do?" He whispered.
"Come on, is that all you got?" One bird said. "Why don't you fight back?" The other said. "Come on, dont be a wussy!" "Why don't you leave me alone?!" The spix macaw said as she charged at one of the black birds.
She clawed him in the face. The bird looked back and scratched her in the eye. "Those sons of Nigel." Lloyd whispered angrily. All three birds surrounded the female while she recovered and attacked her in a unison.
Lloyd knew he had to do something, but what? He looked at the poor bird getting dominated. Lloyd didnt care what he did. He knew he had to save that bird. Immediately he dove into the birds and bit one on the shoulder.
The bird howled in pain while another bird dashed at Lloyd, but Lloyd was too quick and avoided him, causing the bird to crash into the other bird going behind Lloyd. Lloyd saw the bird charging at him and charged towards him back.
The birds collided, but Lloyd's force made the other bird fall back with hard recoil. The 2 other birds came at him. Lloyd hit one with his wing and headbutted the other. Those birds stumbled. Lloyd dashed in between them and gave them a forceful blow with his wings. The third bird managed to fly up.
The bird tried to bite Lloyd, but Lloyd avoided it and hit the bird in his neck. Coughing, the bird approached his companions. Lloyd hovered in front of them. "Now, what the heck was that all about?" Lloyd demanded.
"Spix macaws are the enemies." Said one bird.
"They shouldn't exist." Said another.
"They should be annihalated before they dominate us all." Said the last.
Lloyd stared. "What's so bad about being a Spix?" He questioned.
"Beware, outlander, for master won't be so happy." All three of them said at once. and with that, they flew off.
"Hey. HEY! Get back here! I'm not finished! Who is your master? Why is he mad with the Spix Macaws?" Lloyd called. No answer. Lloyd sighed, then he turned to the other bird. "Are you alright?" He asked.
The bird stared at him as if she didnt hear him. "Yes. I'm fine thanks to you." She said. Her voice was soft...and angelic.
"What's your name?" Lloyd asked.
"Jamie, you?" She said.
"Lloyd. Nice to meet you Jamie." Lloyd said. Jamie smiled lightly. "You know, you're the first spix macaw I've seen besides my family." Lloyd said.
"You're the first Spix Macaw I've ever seen." Jamie said. Lloyd flinched at that. First? Didnt she have spix parents?
"Where are your parents?" Lloyd asked. Jamie ckosed her eyes and frowned.
"Gone." She replied.
Hey hey hey! Sorry this chapter took MONTHS to come, school has been very busy, lots of family problems, etc. I am so sorry it took so long for this to come out.
