Shana's POV

Yuji and I were out for a walk along the river like we usually did. But right now, we were sitting on the grass. Yuji was sweet and had decided to buy me some oh so sweet and delicious melon bread. I loved melon bread more than anything. Well, except for Yuji. Yuji I loved more than anything. But that's beside the point. The point is I loved melon bread.

"You really love melon bread don't you, Shana?" He asked.

"Of course! Melon bread is delicious!" I exclaimed happily taking another bite.

He chuckled, causing me to look at him in confusion. "What's so funny?"

"You are." He said placing a kiss on the side of my head.

"How am I funny?" I asked.

"Because of how you like melon bread so much. It's cute." Yuji said.

That caused me to blush a bit. I then offered him some bread. "Here, take a bite! You don't know what you're missing!"

He seemed to hesitate a bit, but he took it after a few moments and then took a few bites. He starting taking bites the wrong way which slightly annoyed me.

"No no! You're eating it the wrong way!" I shouted.

"Huh!? How do you eat melon bread wrong!?" He asked in confusion.

I took out another loaf of melon bread and began to demonstrate to him. "First, you take a bite of the crispy outer edge and then spongy filling. Crispy edge, spongy filling. Crispy edge, spongy filling. So on and so forth. This way, you can get an equal serving of both parts."

I continue to eat like that for a few moments before turning to Yuji. "Understand?"

"Uh...Yeah, I think so." He said with a crooked smile. "Who'd ever thought I'd get a lesson on how to eat melon bread?"

He then begins to eat the melon bread I gave him perfectly to which I smile brightly at.

"So, how was it?" I asked him eagerly.

"It was good, I guess." He said unsure.

"'It was good, I guess'!? Are you even human!?" I shouted.

I shouted at him in his face causing him to lean back and jump slightly and sweat drop appear on his head as he gave a crooked smile. I pout and turn away from him with a huff crossing my arms. "Then, we're over."

I then feel him wrap his hands around my stomach and pull me back to him, to which I snuggle up to his chest and I release a giggle. I feel him place a kiss on my cheek.

"Aw, come on. Don't be like that, Shana." He said placing another kiss on my cheek.

"It'll take more than that to make up with me." I said jokingly.

He pulled me in closer, causing my head to turn toward his and then placed his lips on mine. I relaxed into his kiss and smiled when we broke away.

"Forgive me now?" He asked.

"Hmm, I don't know..." I said still in a joking manner, pretty much asking for another kiss.

He kissed me on the lips again. "Now?"

"Hmm...I guess." I said giggling.

We sat in silence for a few moments with me snuggling further back into his chest, still in his arms until I broke the silence.

"Yuji?"

"Hm?"

"Your lips tasted like melon bread." I said giggling.
