Chapter 25
EPOV
I woke up the morning of my wedding feeling excited and anxious. I couldn't wait to make Bella my wife. Last night was hard not sleeping with her, but she insisted that we stay apart as per tradition. I tried to sway her after the rehearsal dinner but it didn't work, not to the lack of trying. I'm sure that Alice had more to do with that than Bella herself.
We kissed goodbye and I watched her drive away with Alice and I was left with Emmett and Jasper, even though once Bella was at our home and Alice was asleep, she called me and we talked for many hours until she drifted off to sleep.
"Edward, are you awake?" Jasper asked. "Your future wife sent over breakfast and if you don't get up Emmett will devour everything."
I couldn't help but laugh, Emmett could put the food away. Even when we were kids he'd eat a lot.
"I'm up, I've been up awhile," I said as I opened the door.
"Hey," he said. "There's also your gift from Bella on the table. I took the liberty to send the gift you had sitting there over to Bella."
"Thanks Jas, what would I do without you?"
"Be stuck with him and he'd probably lose the rings," he laughed as Emmett stuffed his face.
I grabbed a plate and dished up some eggs, bacon and a bagel, and some coffee.
I took the gift bag and card over to the couch with me. I sat down and opened her card.
My dearest Edward,
Happy Wedding Day... I can't believe in a few short hours we will be husband and wife. I cannot wait to walk down the aisle to you. I'm so excited for the ceremony to be over, its just a formality since I already feel married to you in my heart. I hope that you with wear your gift as we get married. I love you with my whole heart, but you already know that. Thank you for talking to me last night until I fell asleep. I hope that you got some good sleep, since later we won't be really sleeping. Love you so much, Edward. I can't wait to see you.

I couldn't help but be a teary eyed at her card. I reached in the bag and pulled out a little box. I opened it quickly to reveal a pair of cufflinks, but not just ordinary ones. These ones had our initials on them intertwined into a heart with one blue stone and one green stone. I just smiled at them.
"What did she send you?" Emmett asked. "Must be something good, if you are smiling about it."
I held out the cufflinks to Emmett.
"You smile over cufflinks." He shook his head
"No, I was smiling over her letter."
"Let me read it."
"No, its private. Between me and Bella." I tucked it into my suit pocket, that was on the back of the chair. I couldn't wait to put on my suit and get married.
"Aww.. nuts," he said as he finished eating.
"Hey Jasper, do you have the rings?" I asked.
"Of course, they're right here in my pocket." He patted his pocket and smiled at me.
"Okay, I'm just nervous about something going wrong today."
"Relax, everything will be fine. Alice said that Bella is a nervous, calm bride. Isn't that like an oxymoron?" he mused.
"Yeah, but she's amazing like that," I said with a smile. "What is the plan today?"
"Well, after we eat we are going golfing with your dad and Bella's dad. Then we are coming back here to get ready and then off to the pier so you can marry your girl."
"Awesome, can we just skip all the other stuff and get to the marrying part."
"Ha ha, no. It doesn't work that way."
I frowned as we they laughed and we finished eating.
Once we were dressed we left to go to the golf course, meeting my dad and Bella's dad at the entrance.
"Hey dad, ," I said as we stood there.
"You can call me Charlie, since we'll be family in a few hours."
I nodded as we headed inside.
We got our clubs and headed out to the carts. I got in followed by Charlie as Emmett hopped in the drivers seat.
"Edward, I trust that I don't have to give you the speech I usually give Bella's boyfriends," he said with his arched eyebrow.
"No, I think we can skip that. I know what you expect from me. To treat Bella with respect and to love her and take care of her," I said.
"Yeah, that and if you her hurt, I won't hesitate to shoot your ass."
I nodded. I certainly didn't want that.
"I'd never hurt her, Charlie. She's everything to me."
"That's good to hear, son."
I nodded as I got in the cart along with Emmett.
He was his normal joking self as he drove behind our father.
"Are you worried about the ceremony?" he asked.
"Nope."
"The wedding night?"
"No, definitely not. I'm not worried at all. I just want to get on with it really. I'm ready to marry Bella."
We played a round of golf and then went back inside to have a light lunch. I had the grilled salmon with asparagus and roasted potatoes, everyone else had some form of steak and potatoes. But I knew we were having beef at the reception so I chose the lighter meal.
"I can't believe how badly you played, Edward," my father said.
"I guess my mind wasn't in the game."
"Guess it wasn't," he said with a laugh.
It was nice to relax with the guys but really I was anxious to get to the pier and marry my Bella.
I hoped that she wasn't being tortured too much by Alice and the other ladies.
I sent her a quick text and then frowned as I didn't receive a message back from her.
"Edward, I got a text from Alice that said 'I've taken Bella's phone, no communication until the wedding. Ta ta...Alice.' I'm sorry," Jasper said.
"She's gone too far. I just wanted to see how she's doing," I said as I gripped my hair in frustration.
Emmett's loud obnoxious ringtone went off and he answered it quickly and smiled as he handed me the phone.
"What?"
"Take it," he said with a smirk.
"Hello," I said.
"Hey baby," Bella said.
"Bella, how are you?" I asked. "I'm so glad to hear you. I love my cufflinks."
"I'm okay. I'm ready to kill your sister, but I won't. I'm glad you liked them. Rose let me use her phone while Alice went to check on something. She's just insane."
"I'm sorry she's over the top. Did you open your gift?" I asked.
"Yes, I love it. I'm wearing the necklace now. It will be okay, we'll be married soon."
"I'm glad when I saw it, I knew it'd be perfect for you."
"Thank you so much. I can't wait for all this waiting to be over."
"Me too, baby."
"How was the golfing?"
"I played horribly. My mind was on you and not the game. I can't wait to see you."
"Mmm.. me too. All of this other stuff will fade away once I lay my eyes on you."
"I think that's my line, you're truly the mesmerizing one, Bella."
"Whatever. Dammit, she's coming back in. I'll see you soon. I'll be the one in white," she said with a laugh.
"I can't wait. I love you, Bella.
"I love you too," she said as she hung up.
I handed the phone back to Emmett as we finished up eating.
"Well Son, last chance to bail," my father said as he laughed.
"Not a chance, Dad. I'm ready to marry Bella."
"I know I was just teasing you. According to Alice we are due back at the hotel and we are to get dressed as the photographer takes a dozen or so pictures, and once we are dressed we are to do various other photos and then we will go down to the lobby and do a few more pics as we go through and then get in the car and head for the pier. How's that sound?"
"Great, sounds like Alice. Hopefully it wasn't that bad for Bella."
"Considering that Alice is there with the other photographer, it may be a bit worse," he said sadly.
I hoped it wouldn't be that bad for her, but I know that Bella will put her in her place. My wife-to-be isn't going to be pushed around. She will tell Alice off and think nothing of it.
We walked back out to the cars and headed back to the hotel, I couldn't wait to get this part over with so that I could marry Bella.
The drive over to the hotel was filled with Emmett telling jokes and my dad laughing like a hyena. The jokes he was telling weren't even funny, sometimes I wondered about my dad. I mean Emmett could be funny but I was glad that he was sitting up front and I had the back to myself as Jasper opted to ride with Bella's dad. Maybe I should've done that instead.
We pulled up to the valet parking line and my dad told the attendant that we would be back out in about an hour and that he'd need the car parked by the entrance but not blocking since the wedding photographer would need to take a few photos outside.
"All set, Edward?" Charlie said as he came up behind me as we headed towards the door.
"Yeah, I'm ready."
"Good glad to hear it."
"Alright let's go get in our monkey suits," Emmett said loudly as he walked passed us as we walked inside the hotel.
I couldn't help but laugh. His boisterous voice boomed everywhere in the quiet lobby.
We headed up to our floor and I went into my room to shower quickly before slipping into my suit as the photographer snapped a few pictures of me.
I tried to tame my hair but it was a lost cause. I'm sure Bella would enjoy the pictures of me fussing with my hair.
I put on my new cufflinks and then sat on the couch in the living room, nervously awaiting the others to join me.
They came in and the photographer took pictures of us together, then several with me and my dad, and then one with me and Charlie.
After Charlie left to go to Bella's, we headed down to the lobby where he took more pictures and then out to the car and he took a few more before we got in and headed to the pier.
I sent Bella a text telling her that we were finally on the way to the pier.
She texted back and said that she's on her way too.
I couldn't wait to see her walking down the aisle to me.
I asked her if she had to endure having her picture taken many times too.
She texted back that she did and said she wanted to punch the photographer, but can't wait to have our pictures taken together.
It didn't take long to get to the pier from the hotel, we got out of the car and headed down to the boardwalk where everything was set up.
"The girls are here," Emmett said from behind me. "They just pulled up."
I looked behind us, but I couldn't see anything.
"Eyes out there, Edward. Alice would have my ass if you saw Bella before the ceremony."
I couldn't help but laugh, it was true. She was an evil pixie that was for sure.
"I'm sure you can wait a few more minutes to see her."
"Honestly, no. I can't wait that much longer," I said with a laugh.
"Here," he said thrusting his phone in my hand.
"What is it?" I asked.
"It's my phone, dumbass. And they all think you are so smart," he laughed.
"I know it's a phone, jerk. But what am I supposed to look at," I said looking down at the screen to see a picture of Bella in a bathrobe sitting in the chair as Alice put on her make up.
"There now you've seen her."
"I'm meant in person, jerk," I said as we reached the canopy at the end of the pier.
"Hello Mr. Cullen," the minister said as he extended his hand.
"Hello," I said shaking his hand as Emmett stood there.
The photographer took several pictures as we conversed with the minister as my father came up to us.
"All is set Edward, and the guest are arriving," he said as he gestured to the people taking their seats.
"Is mom still with Bella?" I asked.
"Yeah, she's fussing over her as well as trying to reign in Alice. Which isn't easy to do," he said with a laugh.
"Don't I know it."
"It will be okay, Bella only has less than ten minutes with Alice," my father said as he looked at his watch. "Then it will be time for Charlie to go in and then they will make their walk here. You getting nervous?"
"Nope. I'm ready to marry Bella. Do you think she's nervous?" I asked.
"Not sure, you know her better than I do." He chuckled as he winked at me.
I couldn't help but smile, I definitely knew her better than he did. I don't think she's nervous, she'll be annoyed at Alice for sure, but nervous not in the least.
I wasn't long before we saw my mom walking towards us. I smiled as I saw her, knowing that it was almost time.
"Are you ready, Edward?" she asked as she pulled me into a hug.
"Yes, mom."
"Good, because Bella is all set, a little anxious so she forced Alice to speed up."
"She did?"
"Yep, told Alice to move up the timeline for the ceremony. I called the minister and told him that we are starting early."
"Awesome, I'm ready. I can't believe that Bella did that."
"She did, she's so ready to marry you and didn't see the need to wait. It's time, they are ready to come down the aisle," she said with a smile as I moved back to my place at the front of the aisle.
I couldn't wait to see Bella walking towards me on her father's arm.
The music started and I watched as Rosalie, Angela and Alice walked down the aisle and took their places.
The music changed and everyone stood up as I watched Bella walking towards me on the arm of her father.
She looked utterly breathtaking in a white lace dress, her hair was pinned up on the sides but flowing down her back.
She smiled at me as I caught her eye and it looked like she wanted to sprint towards me.
I couldn't help but chuckle at her eagerness.
She wasn't the only one eager, I was ready to marry her early this morning, but had to wait nearly all day.
It was torture in some ways, not being able to see her or be with her until. It was worth the wait, she is a beautiful bride.
It seemed like forever before Charlie placed her hand in mine and he leaned in, kissing her cheek before he took his seat and we turned towards the minister.
He welcomed everyone and then began the ceremony.
I looked over at her and smiled as her hand trembled slightly in mine.
I gave it a gently squeeze as we listened and waited for our turn to say our vows.
I repeated my vows loud and clear as I looked into her eyes and then it was her turn to say them to me.
Her voice was strong and clear as she repeated the age old words, binding our lives together forever in holy matrimony.
We exchanged rings and finally it was time to kiss my bride.
I leaned down to capture her mouth in mine and everyone faded away. It was just me and her kissing. She pulled away slightly to take a breath before leaning back into me and kissing me deeply.
We heard a throat clearing next to us and we pull away, and looked at Emmett, who was grinning like an idiot.
"Shut it, Emmett," Bella said with a soft laugh.
She leaned up again and kissed me before pulling away with a smile.
We looked up to see the minister smiling at us as he announced to the crowd, "Ladies and Gentlemen: It is my pleasure to introduce to you, Mr. & Mrs. Edward Cullen."
Everyone clapped and cheered as I looked into Bella's eyes and kissed her softly before we walked back down the aisle together.
At the end of the aisle, I took her into my arms and kissed her deeply. Her lips moulded to mine and I held her tightly as my hands were on her bare back and I heard her moan softly.
I pulled away and smiled down at her, "I love you, Mrs. Cullen."
"I love you too, Mr. Cullen," she said with a smile as we finished walking to the receiving line and then we'd be going off for pictures and then to the reception and then our honeymoon destination.
I couldn't wait to get to the hotel in Hawaii, two weeks of sun, sand and Bella. It will be perfect.
After countless hugs and wishes from everyone, we were finally ready to do pictures with the wedding party, and our pictures alone and together. I will be so happy when this part is over. Staged pictures were never my favorite, but being with Bella made it easier and fun.
We finally got done and were able to go to the reception, everyone cheered as we walked in and I leaned down and kissed her gently before making our to the head table. We were served dinner first and then everyone else.
The food was fabulous and the company even better.
We talked with our wedding party as we ate and drank champagne, after a bit Bella switched to water.
"Everything okay, love?" I asked leaning into her.
"Yes, I just don't want to have a headache on the plane," she said with a smile.
"True that wouldn't be good for our wedding night." I switched to water also.
I wanted our wedding night to be fabulous and I couldn't wait to make love to my wife.
We finished eating and we went to open gifts. Alice wrote down the names and gifts so we could do cards later. It was a fun time, and people were very generous with what they gave us.
Finally it was time for the cake. We cut a small piece of it and I picked up a bit to feed to her, I held it up to her and she leaned in to take it from my fingers as I smashed it over her lips.
Her laughter erupted from her and I couldn't help but smile as she picked up her piece of cake and smashed it over my lips and nose.
I pulled her to me and kissed her deeply as the photographer clicked away.
When we pulled apart, I took a napkin and wiped away the remaining frosting from her face before I wiped my face.
She had the most beautiful smile as I lead her back to our seats and the servers served the cake.
We shared several more smiles and many kisses as we sat at our table. I couldn't keep my hands from touching her and from kissing her pillowy soft lips.
"Have I told you have beautiful you look today?" I asked as I pulled away from her.
"Yes, many times but I don't mind hearing it," she said softly.
"You look beautiful, Mrs. Cullen."
"I love hearing my new name from your lips, Mr. Cullen." She smiled up at me as her eyes locked on mine. I could see so much emotion and love in them.
It was finally time for our first dance as husband and wife, and we were one step closer to leaving for our honeymoon.
Our song started to play as I held out my hand for her, she took it and I guided her out onto the dance floor.
The music flowed around us and I pulled her closer to me and I sang the words that were in my heart.
"Its Your Love," by Tim McGraw summed up both of our feelings so well, and that's why we chose it to be our first dance together as husband and wife. Of course we tossed around more traditional songs like Unforgettable, At Last and As Time Goes By but those didn't have our feelings attached to them. This song seemed to fit us.
I held her body close against mine and I felt her breath against my neck and I couldn't wait to leave here.
The song ended and I had to dance with my mom and she danced with her dad, and then my dad as I danced with Alice.
"You'll be a great husband, Edward. I can see that, you haven't taken your eyes off of her at all," Alice said.
"Thanks Alice, she's just so mesmerizing and I love her so much."
"It shows."
"I can't wait to be alone with her," I said as I watched Bella laugh at something my father said. They both looked over at me and smiled. No doubt he was telling her something embarrassing.
"Soon brother, just the bouquet and garter tossing," she said as I watched my wife dancing and smiling.
"Let's get a move on it. I want to get my wife alone," I said with a smirk.
She nodded as the song ended and she pulled me over to Bella and then she made her way to the microphone.
"All the single ladies up front please," she said calmly.
Alice had all the single ladies line up as Bella prepared to throw her bouquet. All the girls screamed as she threw it and it landed in Angela's hand.
Everyone clapped as it was now my turn to throw the garter.
Bella sat down in a chair as I slowly slid my hands up her leg and gripped the garter in my hand and pulled it off, much to her embarrassment.
I twirled it around my finger as Alice had all the single men gather around.
I turned my back on them and flung it over my shoulder, and I heard the cheers go around the room as it hit Ben in the chest.
I laughed as it was fitting that Ben caught the garter since Angela got the bouquet. A bit of matchmaking perhaps, on our part. Maybe I thought to myself as I caught Bella's eyes.
It was finally time for us to go get changed to leave for the airport, I could hardly wait to be alone with her. Today has seemed like torture, well not really but it seemed like we were never alone for any length of time.
Bella went with Alice to get ready to leave and I went with Jasper.
"Everything is in the car, and it won't take you long to get Hawaii," he said as I changed into my travelling clothes.
"Thanks for all your help today, keeping me sane and not killing Emmett," I said with a laugh.
"No problem, he was a bit hard to reign in."
"I'm sure Alice was too."
"Yeah, but Bella has no problem telling her like it is," Jasper said.
"True," I said as I picked up the tickets and my wallet. "Let's go and get my wife."
We walked out of the room as Alice and Bella came out of the other room. She was a vision in a dark blue dress and a white jacket.
They hugged each other as I reached for her hand.
"Thank you for all your help," she said to Alice.
"No problem, I had fun and just seeing the smiles on your faces is thanks enough."
"Ready Mrs. Cullen?" I asked.
"Definitely," she replied.
We walked out of the hotel and towards our car as every threw bird seed at us, we wanted to do something that was good for the environment as well as feeding the birds.
We gave our parents hugs before getting in the car and heading for the airport.
"Almost alone," she breathed as she snuggled into my side.
"Yeah, I can't wait to be completely alone with you."
"Me either."
The driver pulled up to the airport and we got out and checked our luggage. We walked through the terminal to the security checkpoint and we breezed through security with no problems.
I walked us to our gate and we sat down.
"Do you want any magazines or a snack for the plane?" I asked.
"No, I'll be fine. But if you want something go ahead."
"I think I'll get a magazine, I'll be right back."
"Okay," she said softly as I went to the little store across from our gate.
I walked around looking at the various little things and I got some magazines, even one for her and I picked up a variety of snacks. I always get hungry on the plane and its a long flight to Hawaii.
I know that Bella will probably fall asleep and that's okay because I want her well rested for what I have planned for us.
I paid for my purchases and walked back to my wife.
She looked up when I reached her and smiled, "Did you buy out the whole store?"
"No, just a few snacks and magazines. I got you one even though you said you were fine."
"Thanks," she said as I sat next to her and held her close.
"Tired?"
"A bit, but I'll sleep on the plane."
"Good, I want you well rested when we land because we won't be sleeping tonight. I want to explore every inch of your body, baby."
"Mmm... I like the sound of that," she said with a smile.
It seemed like the time to board our plane flew by and we were getting situated in our seats as I held her hand.
We took off on time and we enjoyed a glass of champagne as we head towards our destination.
Bella drifted off to sleep and I held her against me as I flipped through the magazines.
It wasn't long before I dozed off, but I didn't sleep long. It wasn't comfortable to sleep on a plane, besides I loved watching my wife sleep.
The hours went by and it was time to land in Hawaii as I gently woke her up.
"Wake up angel, we're here," I whispered against her ear.
She stretched up and her eyes fluttered open.
"Hi," she said softly.
"Hey, did you sleep okay?" I asked as I brushed my lips over hers.
"Yeah. Sorry I slept most of the way here."
"It's okay, love. It was a busy day."
"It was but a lovely day too."
We made our final descent and landed safely.
We got off the plane and headed for the baggage claim area, and we found our luggage easily as they were tied with bright pink ribbons, courtesy of Alice.
I held her hand tightly as we walked to the awaiting car and I helped her inside as I put the luggage in the trunk.
I got in next to Bella and pulled her close to me as the driver headed towards the resort. I couldn't wait to get there.
The car pulled up and I couldn't wait to hop out. I wanted to be alone with my wife.
The driver took out our luggage as a bellman appeared loading our luggage on a cart.
Once inside we checked in, and then followed the bellman to our villa. I made sure that we got a villa far enough away from other people. I wanted us to be alone, and for no one to be able to hear us. I planned on making my wife scream out my name in the throes of passion.
I tipped the bellman as he left us.
"What do you think, baby?" I asked as she looked around.
"It's beautiful," she said as she sauntered towards me. "What would you like to do now?"
Her fingers stroked up my arms over my shoulders to my neck as she wrapped her arms around me.
"Hmm... I have a few ideas."
"Like?" she asked tracing her finger down my jaw.
"Taking a bath with my wife and then making love to her for hours until we fall asleep in each others arms."
"I think the bath can wait."
She crushed her lips to mine and kissed me deeply as I slid my hands down her back and rested them on her ass. I lifted her up and carried her into the bedroom, not breaking contact with her lips at all.
I set her down on her feet and started to take off her clothes as her hands unbuttoned my pants and my shirt.
"I need you, Edward," she said her voice full of want as her dress fell to the floor.
"I need you too, baby. So much," I said stepping out of my pants, my shirt hanging open as I looked at her.
She was such a vision of beauty as she stood in front of me in a dark blue bra and panty set.
"You're so beautiful," I said as I skimmed my hand over the satiny material of her bra.
She smiled up at me as she pushed my shirt off my shoulders.
I slid down the straps of her bra, revealing her perfect breasts to me, her nipples pebbled from the coolness of the room. I reached around her back and unclasped it, letting it fall to the floor.
I ran my fingertips over her breasts as her breath hitched in the back of her throat.
"You like that, baby?" I asked as I leaned into her ear.
"Yes," she replied breathily.
I leaned in and took the taunt peak between my lips and sucked gently as I flicked my tongue over it as her fingers gripped the back of my hair.
"Edward," she said softly as she moved out of my grasp and laid on the bed.
I got on the bed and hovered over her, "You look so beautiful."
"You are quite the charmer, Mr. Cullen."
I slipped inside her and started to move slowly, I wasn't in any hurry.
Her hands moved around my back as we moved together to reach our peak.
"Edward," she cried as she arched into me.
"Bella, fuck," I moaned as her lips brushed over my neck, nipping and sucking as she groaned with me.
"So close."
"Yes Bella, me too," I mumbled against her lips.
Our bodies slick with sweat moved together as we panted and gripped each other.
"Oooh yes... yes, Edward," she exclaimed as I thrusted deeply inside her as her body convulsed around me and she came hard.
"Yes.. yes.. Bella," I grunted as I continued pushing in and out of her as my cock tightened and jumped inside her as I held myself still and my release pumped into her in three hard spurts.
I collapsed onto her and I kissed her lips softly as we panted for air.
"Amazing, Mr. Cullen," she breathed out.
"Always Mrs. Cullen."
We laid there entwined in each others arms as we kissed and stroked each other until we were ready to go again.
I hoped that our life would always be this way, so in love with each other, so supportive and always happy together. Whether we would have one child or many remains to be seen, but we'd have fun practicing.
