Who's ready for a feel trip? :D

"Dust?" Weiss asked.

"Never heard of anything by that... other than dirt." Ruby added.

"Black, can you check through the dossiers and see if you can find any more information on this stuff?" Yang asked.

Blake nodded and turned back to the console that sat next to them, opening and closing files at light speed trying to find anything that can help them find out more.

"Should we open it?" Weiss asked.

"With no signs of any radiation, I say it's a go. But I would stay back if I were you." Yang said.

"How far?" Ruby asked.

"About a few hundred yards." Blake answered for Yang.

"Wow, that bad?" Yang asked her in an astonished voice.

"If I'm reading this right, a single one of these crystals has the explosive power of about fifty pounds of C4 plastic explosives." She explained.

"Did I hear you right when you said 'Crystals'?" Ruby asked.

"Uhh... Yeah." Blake said in a serious tone, checking through the dossiers once more.

"Ok, now I have to see this." Yang said as she popped open the lid.

As she did this, Weiss instantly shut her eyes tight, looked away, and threw her arms over her head, waiting for a trap to go off. She was not into being blown to Weiss Bits today.

When no fireball engulfed her, she spun around and was ready to yell at the blonde woman, but was stopped when she spotted what the girl in question was holding.

A tall red crystal, glistening with absolute beauty. It could have been no more than five inches tall and two inches wide.

"Shaped like a hexagon." Yang commented, holding it up to her eyes. She lightly tapped it and it made a tink that sounded like a nail hitting the floor. "Solid. Not a gel or plastic or anything like that. If this beauty is an explosive, then it must be detonated through breaking the crystal completely. But if this could be a dud, if that can happen, maybe it can be a nice piece of jewelry."

"Do you really want to sell reject crafted explosives as accessories?" Blake asked.

"When you put it that way, never mind." Yang said as she placed the crystal back in the box. She noticed that there were six crystals in total inside. Looking to her left, she also took notice that there were four more boxes that looked exactly the same.

"Wow. This is a lot of boom." Yang said, looking the boxes.

"If these are actually explosives, we need to get rid of them." Ruby said.

"Agreed. I don't like these. If they mass produced these, or find a way to make them even more powerful, things could go from bad to worse." Yang replied.

"Just because we destroy a few boxes of the stuff doesn't mean their entire plan for this stuff is ruined." Blake mentioned. "What we see here is just a taste of what they have in stock."

"Speaking of which, Black, how many boxes does the dossier say?" Yang asked.

Blake glanced back to the screen quickly. "Six. Why?"

Yang looked back to the boxes and counted. Five.

"Crap." She said. "Does that mean the sixth is somewhere in the city."

Ruby lifted up her hand to her earpiece. "All Grimm Pack units, this is Beowolf. We have a possibility of high explosive ordinance in the city. Be on the lookout for a black reinforced box with explosive symbols covering it. Find it and secure it."

"High explosives you say? Me LIKE!" Weiss heard Nora say over the radio as more gunfire rang out on the other end.

'The firefights are still going on, I guess.' Weiss commented to herself.

"Red, this is Wraith. We are taking heavy fire from a fortified position at the base of the small dam towards the edge of town. It appears that this may be their fallback point. We're pinned down."

"How fortified, Wraith?" Ruby asked.

"Like a big encampment that could be packed up in the hour, why?"

"Quick escape." Yang said.

"Last resort." Blake agreed.

"What are you talking about?" Weiss asked, completely confused.

"The dam is their secondary base. Once this place would fall, they would fall back to the dam. Once the dam was gone... clean house." Ruby finished.

Weiss thought for a moment. "We need to move." She said as soon as she realized.

Ruby nodded. "All Grimm Pack units, eliminate your current firefights and make your way to the dam!" Ruby said into the radio.

Before they left, Yang took out a small block of explosives from one of her pouches and set up a remote detonator. They were going to blow all of the files on the computer and all the ammunition that was stored in the building.

Beowolf made their way down the stairs, making sure to take the crates of the explosives with them. They were going to need to blow the explosives later on once they had all of the confirmed crystal in one place.

"We need to get there quick." Ruby said.

"I think I saw some vehicles in the parking lot outside." Blake said.

"Then let's make some use of them." They exited the building, making sure that there was no ambush waiting for them first, and examined the vehicles. Standard cops cars. But in this type of situation, they would be torn to shreds from the hail of gunfire.

"Nothing here will work." Yang said. "They'll make swiss cheese out us in these." Her eyes then turned to a garage door that was closed and connected to the main complex of the police station. "Maybe there's something behind there." She said.

"Maybe a SWAT van?" Ruby suggested.

Blake made her way back over to the guard house, with the dead guard still slumped down on the ground. She found a second button and the door began to open.

As the door finished opening, the creaking of the metal wheels sliding up the rails coming to a halt, they were shocked by what they saw on the inside.

Sitting in the center of the garage was a military Humvee. Painted black with a red white fang symbol painted on the side and on the hood. Sitting atop the jeep was the classic fifty caliber machine gun, a belt of ammo already fed into the gun.

"Hot damn." Yang said as she caught sight of the beast of a vehicle. "Dibs."

"I'm not going to argue." Weiss said as they approached the vehicle. "But where did they get this?" she asked.

"Who knows." Ruby replied. "You never know what type of contacts these guys have. Either that or they just dusted this thing off from storage as well. H&H uses them, but only because they're cheaper than the military vehicles of today."

Blake made her way over to the driver's side door. Weiss guessed that she was just the standard driver for the team as she was also the driver back in Vale.

"Looks like they left it unlocked." she said as she opened the door. "And with the keys sitting right on the dash."

"Perfect." Ruby said as she opened the passenger side door and climbed inside.

Weiss and Yang opened the back doors and got in. But Yang climbed up to the hole in the roof and sat down on lip of the hatch. Looking over the gun, she pulled the bolt back and flicked the safety switch off. "Make sure you all got your ear protection on! This'll blow your eardrums to pieces." She quickly gave a pat on the roof of the truck, letting them know she was ready to go.

"We all got them." Ruby replied.

Blake had already started the engine, thankfully it didn't explode from a bomb planted inside.

"I believe we're set to go." Ruby said. "Blake, you know where we're heading?"

"Of course." With that, she stepped on the gas pedal and the Humvee flew out of the garage and turned onto the street.

"Wraith." Ruby said into her radio. "Beowulf is inbound. We have acquired a White Fang vehicle. Check your fire. Try not to shoot anyone trying to help you."

"Roger. Goliath Squad is already here to assist with the disposal of the explosives, if we can get to them before they set it off."

"We will." Ruby replied. "Don't worry. Just hold out until we get there."

"That'll be easy. It's like they know this is a losing fight. They're dropping like flies. LEFT FLANK!" his final words echoed through all of their radios, almost deafening them.

"Shit. That hurt." Yang said from up top.

"Yeah." Weiss agreed as she removed her earpiece and rubbed the inside of her ear.

"We need to get there fast." Ruby said.

"You got it." Blake turned the car down another road and floored the gas pedal once again.

She squinted down the street, spotting something. "Crap. Yellow! Three contacts, twelve o'clock!"

"I see e'm! Keep it steady."

Just before she fired, Weiss squinted, knowing that the gun was going to be one of the loudest things that has ever heard inside the vehicle.

Weiss could feel the vibrations from the fifty caliber machine gun. It wasn't a vibration that shook the entire truck, but it was enough that it was noticeable.

The firing of the weapon made Weiss' ears ring even with the ear protection she was wearing.

As the truck drove past the enemies, a large splatter of blood sprayed against the window next to Weiss. She turned her head, wanting to completely ignore that it was there so that she didn't vomit.

Minutes later, the dam was in sight. The gunfire was now louder.

"Black, stop along side that building."

Blake did as she was told and stopped the Humvee beside a building. Weiss opened the door, once again ignoring the bits of... stuff that were sticking to the door.

Weiss could hear the gunfire clearly along with shouting that were just on the other side of the two story building.

"Red, this is Knight. We are taking fire from a line of buildings to our south. We are moving to a group of market stalls and shops to the west. Can you hit the southern buildings? Over."

"Solid copy, Knight. We are now in your AO. The buildings are in front of us, we don't think they know we're here yet. Keep the fire on the building to a minimum. Hit all of your shots, no random fire."

"10-4, move people!"

"Ok." Ruby said. "This should be easy. Try not to make too much noise on the breach. Leave the truck here. We'll use it later."

"Fine by me." Weiss said, not really wanting to go back inside of it.

"Yellow and Black, you two take those stairs and hit the top floor. Me and White will take this door and clear the bottom."

"Let's do it." Yang said as she and Blake jogged over to the staircase, only to begin to ascend it silently.

"Come on." Ruby waved Weiss over to the door that she was standing by.

Weiss made her way over to the door and waited for Ruby to make the first move.

Ruby felt the knob of the door, and discovered that it was unlocked.

She quickly pulled out a flash bang grenade and looked at Weiss. "I toss, you shoot anyone in there. If there's nobody there, we should still be good. The gunfire outside and upstairs should cover the noise of the grenade."

Weiss nodded and shouldered her rifle. The suppressor was still on the barrel for a semi-silent kill.

"Do it." Weiss said.

Ruby nodded and pulled the pin of the grenade. She quickly opened the door a crack and tossed it in. Leaving the crack open, Weiss saw the flash and the loud BANG as it went off. Lifting her leg, she kicked the door the rest of the way open.

To find nothing but two more doors. One to her left and one at the end of the hallway.

"Two doors." Ruby said. "Two rooms possibly full of hostiles."

"How do you want to do this one?" Weiss asked.

Ruby smiled. "Dibs on long." she said, walking to the door that was down the hallway.

Weiss quickly had a flashback to college on the first day that she and Ruby met in their new dorm. Ruby called top bunk.

Weiss exhaled deeply. "Okay. I can do that."

Ruby walked back to her and squeezed Weiss' shoulder. "You got this. Forget about what happened at the police station. If that happens again, put two rounds into the guy's chest. And then one more in his head."

Weiss nodded. "Yeah... I will. I won't let you down."

Ruby smiled. "See you on the other side." she said while she made her way to the door, prepping another flash bang.

Weiss grabbed one of the flash bangs that were on her belt. She felt the knob. Another unlocked door.

That could be a good sign or a bad sign.

She gave another exhale and pulled the pin of the flash.

On the other side of the building, in the market areas just to the west of Beowolf's position, both Deathstalker and Goliath squad's were pinned down.

They couldn't move. All they could do was peak out every few minutes and try and take out as many White Fang as they could.

Although, this was not a losing fight. Not by a long shot.

They just needed to make a play.

And right now, that play was Beowolf.

For the time, all they had to do was wait and play their cards right.

Aiden was using his ACR instead of his long rifle. There was no point of it in his current position. Plus, if he needed to move, he could do so quicker with the ACR than with the long AX338.

He raised his rifle over the counter he was hiding behind and sprayed a burst of bullets at an insurgent that was lifting his own head over a piece of cover.

Click. "Reloading!" he shouted as he ducked back down and took out his magazine.

"Firing!" Ally said next to him as she raised her own rifle over the counter, putting more rounds into the White Fang position.

"We need to get to those explosives before they wise up and blow the dam!" Hunter shouted.

"Easy, Orion. We'll get there." Ren said behind him.

"I could make this go faster." Nora said, lifting her grenade launcher.

"Negative." Jaune ordered, seeing the launcher. "We can't risk it. Don't want a grenade going stray."

"He's right." Knato agreed. "If those explosives are as bad as they said they are, we don't want to be anywhere near here if they go off." She then fired a few bursts from her SMG, the bullets keeping an insurgent plastered behind a piece of metal.

Ally lifted her head up and fired her rifle once more. But in the middle of her bursts, the rifle ceased firing.

Surprised by the change, she ducked back down and checked over her rifle. "Jam!" she shouted as she cleared the chamber and checked the rifle over. Throwing the safety on, she gazed down the barrel of the rifle. Doing so, she spotted a bullet lodged inside.

"Piece of crap!" she shouted as she threw the rifle onto the ground.

She had no time to try and get the bullet de-lodged. Any moment now, the White fang could overrun their position. Hell, they were very close to doing it now. She could spot more and more of them coming from different angles.

"BACK DOOR!" someone shouted as one of the doors in the stores behind them blew open.

She watched as her squad mate, Hunter, raised his shotgun and unleashed a hail of slug shots into the flanking insurgents.

Tracer fire flew from Jaune's M249 into the left flank that Ally had been covering with Aiden. He was supposed to be covering the right.

"Knight! What are you doing!?" She asked across the stalls.

"We need to cover all angles!" he shouted back, emphasized by him quickly returning his fire to the right and mowing down another insurgent who thought he had a chance. "Fix your problem, FAST!" he said as he adjusted his aim once more.

Ally could see his pistol lying nearby, ready for him if he needed it.

The tracer fire ceased.

"Damn! I gotta reload!" he shouted as he began to pull a fresh bag of ammo out of his pouch.

Pyrrha was there instantly, covering Jaune's angles and fields of fire as he loaded his weapon.

She could hear the teamwork and communication coming from everyone around her. But there she was, unable to do anything at that moment.

But, she had one thing that she could use.

Aiden had told her to never use it in a firefight like this, but what other choice did she have left?

Taking in a deep breath, she grabbed her bow string and lifted it over her head, taking the grip of the longbow in her hands.

She glanced to her side and saw that Aiden hadn't noticed the motions.

Reaching over her shoulder, she popped open the top of her quiver and drew an arrow. She momentarily studied the serrated tip. She took a knee, facing the cover that she hid behind. Notching the arrow in the sting, she quickly stood and pulled back the string.

And the arrow flew.

Weiss busted through the door with her rifle drawn.

There was nobody to be seen in the room. To her left, a TV on the wall was broadcasting a soccer match Beacon University and Signal Tech. Beacon was in the lead, again.

To her right, an empty couch with boxes of ammo crowded around it. She could tell from where she stood that the couch had been through some times. It smelled awful.

Ahead of her, there was another door frame that lead into a different room. The staircase to the upper floor could be seen from where she stood and she could hear the vast amounts of gunfire that echoed through the house. It all became clearer, even though it made her ears ring.

She took steps forward, her rifle held high.

Keeping her eyes on the stairs, expecting someone to come charging down right at her.

For the first time in a while, she felt confident in her abilities. Even though she was new to this, she felt that this sneak attack could mean a lot for her. She could prove herself and regroup with Ruby and the others, the top floor fully cleared.

That was, until she walked through the door frame.

A hand came down on top of her rifle and shoved it down, the barrel now pointing at the floor.

She gasped at this, just before a fist bashed her right in the cheek. She was hit so hard that she was knocked down to the floor once more.

A man now stood over her. She heard the unsheathing of a knife and she glanced up to see the knife coming down, aiming right for her chest.

It was almost a repeat from what happened not even an hour ago.

She grasped the insurgents arms, pushing back the knife with all her might.

She could hear him gritting his teeth and grunting, trying to plunge the knife deep within her chest.

Fight or flight. They were both experiencing this sense. And both of their minds were choosing fight.

Weiss wanted to so badly choose flight. But it appears fate had other plans.

Ruby wasn't going to come in again to save her. She was doing her own thing practically on the other side of the building.

Why hadn't they stuck together?

Weiss wondered why she needed to ask that. She knew. It was because Ruby trusted her to get the job done.

Ruby trusted her.

She wasn't going to let that trust slip away again.

Not with her dying in a sneak attack.

Using all of her might, she removed one of her hands, the other keeping the knife held away from her, and grabbed her pistol.

Pulling it out of the holster, she buried the suppressor barrel deep within the abdomen of her assailant.

PFT! PFT!

"GAAHHH!" the man screamed. Weiss could feel his blood begin to pool onto the pistol and onto her hand.

He was still fighting though.

PFT! PFT! PFT!

Three more shots went into his body. Weiss felt him grow weaker as the pressure of the knife began to decrease. It became enough for her to be able to push him off of her.

She quickly stood up and gazed down as the White Fang insurgent pressed his hand into his wounds.

'If that happens again, put two rounds into the guys chest. And then one more in his head.' Ruby's words echoed in her mind.

Weiss counted the five cases on the ground and thought she had overdone it. But the man was still alive.

He took in a deep breath, as if he was about to scream.

'He's going to call out for help!' Weiss thought to herself.

PFT!

The pistol fired one last time.

'One in the head.' Weiss said mentally.

Her hands shook.

Her entire body shook.

She dropped the pistol and fell to her knees. Her stomach heaved like she was about to vomit, but all she did was gag. Her hands covered her face, the blood on them wiping onto her cheeks, nose and forehead. The metallic smell flooding into her nostrils.

She felt down right sick.

That was it, her first kill.

She took the life of someone she did not know at all.

Who they were.

What they wanted.

Who was in their life.

Why they did what they did.

She felt the need to cry.

Why?

Was it the feeling of killing another person?

How did they all do it?

Yang.

Blake.

Ruby.

How did they take lives like they were simply filing paperwork?

Were they just used to the feeling? Did they all go through this feeling once before?

That must have been it. They had all done this before. They knew what it was like to take a life years ago. They do this as their job.

As her own job now. She was apart of this.

Weiss heard footsteps coming fast behind her and suddenly stopping.

Expecting to look up and be face to face with a gun barrel, she kept her head in her hands.

But moments later, the steps sounded again and she felt something wrap around her shoulders.

"It's okay." A tender voice whispered to her.

Weiss' breath hitched as she uncovered her face and saw Ruby was the one kneeling next to her.

"How do you do it?" Weiss asked her, almost begging Ruby for an answer. "How do you cope with doing this almost everyday of your life?"

Weiss was able to see Ruby's eyes. Her eyes looked like they stung when Weiss asked that question. Like she didn't want to answer it. Like she had just been caught with her hand in the cookie jar.

Weiss realized.

"You don't cope with it, do you?" Weiss asked.

"I will never forgive myself for what I have done." Ruby said. "Nobody will. But we do this because it's our job. I warned you that this time would come. Now I know you can move. I want you, no, I need you to keep moving. These times will come and go. I don't expect you to shrug it all off like all of us do so soon. But we have a duty to do. To make sure our friends and comrades don't end up like him."

"You know, you're not the best at these sort of talks?" Weiss said.

"I know." Ruby said as she began to help Weiss up.

To Weiss' surprise, she able to keep herself up. Her legs felt strong. Was it the adrenaline? Was this the aftermath of taking a life.

"Guys, top floor is clear. Multiple EKIA." Yang reported through the radios.

"Copy. We're at the stairs, coming up now." Ruby looked at Weiss. "Ready?"

Weiss took a deep breath. The heaving stopped. She could feel herself calming down. Not by a lot, but enough.

Weiss nodded. "Ready."

The two began to ascend the staircase, each step creaking under them.

Then their radios exploded.

"MAN DOWN! ARTEMIS IS HIT! MAN DOWN!"

Weiss and Ruby looked at each other.

Weiss herself was shocked by the report that came in.

Ruby was a different story. She looked almost downright stupefied.

But in a matter of seconds, she regained her composure.

Ruby ran up the stairs and reached the top quickly, Weiss trailing behind her.

Her red haired leader removed her pistol from her holster, three rounds flew from the barrel. Weiss heard the shouts of pain from a single insurgent upstairs.

"Black, Yellow!" Ruby said into the radio as she moved forward, her pistol still aimed high, looking for anyone else to challenge her.

"Coming in." Yang said into the radio. Two shotgun blasts sounded on the other side of a door next to them and the handle broke apart into dozens of pieces. The door swung open to reveal Blake and Yang with their weapons drawn.

"You heard the call too?" Blake asked.

"Yeah, let's provide support, now!" Ruby holstered her pistol and flipped the safety off on her rifle. "Is the building clear now?"

"It should be." Yang replied as she went over to the window and looked down at the opposition below.

Weiss looked around, checking out what they had to work with.

"This ain't gonna do me good from up here." Yang said, looking at her shotgun.

"How about this." Weiss said, looking at a large weapon, laying down next to a fallen White Fang.

Yang walked over to the machine gun and examined it. "M60E4. Yeah, this'll work." she pulled the bolt back and checked the ammo in the belt. About 50 rounds. Looking down, she spotted more rounds wrapped around the insurgents body.

"This is Red, be advised. We have acquired an enemy position and are beginning to return fire. Don't fire on the top floor of the building to you right flank. I say again, do not fire on the building to your right flank."

"Roger that, Red." Knight responded. "Hit those bastards hard."

"Everyone, at the windows!" Ruby shouted as she crouched in front of one.

Weiss took the one next to her, Yang going to the one to her right, and Blake after her.

"Count it down, sis." Yang said.

"3... 2.. 1. Weapons Free."

Simultaneously, all four stood at their window and began to unleash complete hell on the White Fang that scrambled below. Weiss ears rung and her vision became a solid tunnel. Fear raked her body but she forced herself to ignore it.

The same could be said about her stomach.

She knew that this time there was no avoiding killing anyone.

They had caught the White Fang off guard and now it was their turn to fall.

Ruby was upset, she could tell. Weiss even suspected that Ruby may blame herself. They were slow and if they had been faster, the injured person could be still up and standing.

"This is Borbatusk, we've hooked up with Taijitu and are moving in now. Save some of them for us." Came the voice of Lucas over the radios.

Moments later, more fire came in from the buildings and ground to Weiss' right.

She saw the other two squad from Grimm pack begin to take part in tearing through the remaining White Fang.

"Check your fire! We don't want any friendly fire situations down there." Ruby said through the radio.

Within minutes, the firefight ceased.

The remaining White Fang that were left inside the so called stronghold had surrendered.

Weiss heard voices coming from inside, Taijitu, who took charge of the hostages, said that they would be let go.

Weiss knew that it was a lie. In this situation, it was black ops.

In short. No witnesses, no survivors.

Ruby guided her, Blake, and Yang down the stairs and over to the position where the man down call had been made.

Weiss wondered what the injury was like. She prayed that the worst-case-scenario was not a reality.

Jaune was leaning against a wall. Checking his machine gun, almost had it completely apart.

"Break the thing?" Yang asked.

Jaune looked up from his mini-project for a moment. "Far from it." he said with a sly grin. "Although the barrel almost melted."

Yang whistled. "You fired that many rounds?" she asked.

"Yeah, there was a lot more before you guys got here. Glad you came when you did."

"We didn't come fast enough, though." Ruby said

Jaune pulled a new barrel out of the pack sitting next to him, his gaze angled downward. "I know."

'Oh no.' Weiss said to herself.

They made their way into the building. Pyrrha and Nora stood by the doorway to the one shop where they could see Deathstalker inside. They were keeping watch, usually for the chance of civilians randomly walking in.

It looked like they were discussing something just before Beowolf strolled up.

"Where are the explosives that you mentioned at?" Nora asked.

"In the truck just outside the compound, we'll deal with them later." Yang responded.

Nora nodded and they passed by, walking into the building.

Inside, Deathstalker sat and stood around the room.

Weiss was able to identify one common theme from all of them.

They all looked as if they were broken.

Like something had been forcibly taken from all of them. A support that made them all collapse on the inside.

Ren, a medic, sat on a chair next to a table.

It was obvious what was on the table. It was the support that had been taken from Deathstalker.

Covered with a white cloth on the table was what Weiss could only assume was Ally.

Weiss glanced to the floor next to the table and spotted her bow. Still in one piece, but it was scratched up in multiple places. She couldn't tell if they were from tonight or from previous engagements. But one thing was evident.

The blood on the bow was not from a previous engagement.

"What happened?" Ruby asked in a low voice.

Nobody spoke up immediately. Everyone possibly thinking that someone else would say something before that.

"What happened?" Ruby repeated, her tone more demanding than before.

"Her gun broke." Hunter responded, deciding to not turn is gaze from his lap.

"It jammed?" Yang asked.

"We already looked at it." Aiden stated. "A piece of debris or something from inside the gun became lodged in the barrel and she took out her bow. What you see under that tarp is the result of her decision. She may have been an ex-archery world champion, but that does not mean she is invincible on the battlefield. I knew I should have taken the damn thing from her. It was a liability to her well being on the field and it appears that I was right all along. I should have gone with my gut feeling." He sounded like he was about to start choking on his words.

Weiss could understand. Well, she couldn't. But, she knew about losing someone.

For them, this was someone that they fought, bled, and practically lived with for a long time. They considered each other brothers, sisters, family.

And now, a member of their family was spread out on a table.

Ruby looked at Aiden. "Did you already perform the send off?" she asked him.

In return, he held up Ally's combat knife, her H&H patch impaled on the blade and her dog tags hanging from his grip. "The full thing."

Ruby nodded. "She'll keep an eye on us. Protect all of us."

"We were supposed to do that for each other." Hunter mumbled.

Ruby looked like she wanted to argue with him, but she didn't. It wasn't the time or place.

Nora stepped into the room. "Yellow, let's get me and you on the explosives. We'll go to the outskirts with the truck and set a timer on the explosives."

Yang hefted her shotgun. "Let's do it." she left the room along with Nora.

"Black, go with them. Make sure they don't blow themselves up."

Blake nodded and turned, but not before giving Ally one last glance. "See ya, Ally." she said, heading for the door behind Yang and Nora.

When they were gone, Weiss decided to ask a question that was on her mind.

"So," she said looking at the body. "What now?"

"We have to burn the body." Knato stated. Can't leave much of us to be traced.

"What about her reserved grave?" she asked again.

"It will remain empty. It's what we signed up for. This possibility was a part of the deal. Even though many won't like it."

"We'll handle the burning." Aiden said as he walked forward. "Mulan, let's get her outside."

"Got it." Ren said as he stood. There was already a stretcher under Ally's body.

They picked up her body and moved out the door.

Ruby and Weiss lead the way.

When the got outside, they were surprised to see every member of Grimm pack standing there.

All their weapons raised high.

A sign that they would all keep fighting. To complete the mission. And to avenge their fallen.

Not just Ally. But every single member of H&H that were slaughtered on the island.

No more than ten minutes later, the smoke from the fire slowly floated towards the sky.
